On March 6 my family and I went to the IHOP in Niagara Falls on Clifton Hill. I have celiacs disease and was able to eat at several other IHOP’s. I told the waitress I was celiac and would it be possible for them to do the pancakes in a separate frying pan.

She went back and checked and said the head chef said it could not be done and I asked was there something else and she said no. I was shocked that they were not willing to accommodate me at all.

It was my birthday and I was so excited as IHOP is the only place I can get GF pancakes. We ended up leaving after paying for our drinks.

I'm at IHOP in Marion Indiana manager named Stacy is very rude I am a doordasher I have set here over 45 minutes waiting for my order she told me I had to leave the store and set in my car because I've asked too many times about my to-go order very rude customer service you know people that order online have already paid for their food I know people in the restaurant are important too but

they should really work both orders in instead of asking somebody to leave the store and wait outside in the cold your store is very unclean there's s*** on your walls in your bathroom I reported that to Stacy she said oh well that's not my problem I think I will call the health department and report your store as well because reporting her does nothing about it have a nice day

Went to ihop this morning and was seated immediately, did not get a waitress for about 20 min was about to leave, then she came over was very very nice told us she was the only one taking care of half of the restaurant, food was good waitress was very nice but service suck!!!

Was told because it was spring break did not staff properly. The take next to us had 4 kids 4 adults if I was them I would have left because it took them 45 min to get a drink. IHOP do better.

Today at approximately 9:00 I placed an order short stack and sirloin tips , scrambled eggs , with IHOP. The young lady that took the order did not include sirloin tips. I called back to inform the manager. I was told that I was not charged for the missing item so there is nothing she can do… I could come back and if they have sirloin tips they will make them.

I am at a distance to this location and gas cost. Well people make mistakes she stated and we will have to charge for the sirloin tips, this was not an issue about money. I asked for the manager for her name and she hung up on me.

I called back and they refused to pickup. I hope this is not how IHOP representatives treat their customers. In business I fell the correct reply would be I am sorry that happened, I am willing to offer……

I’m writing to you about my experience at the Uniontown,PA location. , the hostess/waitress was just seating a couple at a table. She said I will be right with you. We waited about 15 minutes in the lobby. The restaurant was not even half full.

During our wait another couple came in and waited for about 10 minutes and left. I looked in the dining room and 2 (not the one that we were greeted by) waitresses walked through the dining room several times. They were always together.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the location of 705 S Rural Rd, Tempe, AZ 85281. This is the second consecutive time that I have visited this location and been completely dissatisfied with the service. When I arrived, I noticed that there were only two other tables being serviced so it was basically empty. Despite this, it took 15 minutes for a waiter to come to my table after being seated. The table and bench smelled of mildew so I moved to a different table on my own but experienced the same at the new table. I told the waiter but it took him 20 minutes to bring out a rag and re-wipe the table and benches down.

I visited IHOP on Easton Rd in Warrington PA today, and was utterly SHOCKED at how filthy the restaurant was. I only stayed because my little granddaughter had her heart set on it, and I didn’t realize the full scale of it right away.

When we were given our menus after sitting down, one of them had something spilled and sticky in it, taking up almost half the page, so shouldn’t have been easy to miss. The hand prints and dirt on the windows had clearly been there for quite some time.

My daughter and my 2 yo grandson and my 4 yo granddaughter took me out for breakfast for my birthday. As we waited for a table, the kids saw the pictures hanging on the wall that were colored by other kids.

My wife and I stopped at the IHOP in Cocoa, FL last Monday to try the Crepes special we had seen on television. When we placed our order, we were told this special wasn't available at this location. Why? We left there and drove to the Titusville restaurant and enjoyed the crepes there.

I Hop on 23rd street is the worst I hop on earth , I placed an order chicken tenders and mashed potatoes the potatoes were burnt, she then had me come back to replace the order once I got home the potatoes were still burnt. This is regarding the IHOP restaurant in Olney, Maryland. Ever since this restaurant opened it has received poor reviews for its poor food, poor service, poor customer relations, and a drab interior. We live in Olney but normally drive 18 minutes down the road to the Rockville, MD location.

Decided to give them another chance today by ordering lunch at work to be delivered. When the food was delivered, much of the food was cold and side dishes were missing.

If I spend $90 on a restaurant, the VERY LEAST they should do is make sure the order is right. The Kyle, TX IHOP has been problematic for the last 3 yrs, which is why we stopped going. Since it has been 1 1/2 yrs. I hoped it had improved. You should seriously consider closing down this location.

I went to the IHOP at gulfgate Mall in Houston Texas. Today Sunday March 5th 2023. I walked into IHOP with my two daughters and one son and to go sit at a table it already had one table full of people.

We ordered two of the newly advertised crepes. Waited about 20-25 minutes for our order. Only about two or three other tables had customers. The food was cold. My wife's crepe looked like it was missing half the food. Mine was burned but still cold, I wasn’t sure which part was eggs and which was some other unrecognizable substance.

I couldn’t eat hardly any of it. We then asked for the check-the table top ad for these crepes says order one get a second free, so we were shocked when we got a bill for $32! Order#2073 Oxon Hill - 3/1. I attempted to place an order over the phone before I arrived. Called 3 times with no response. I arrived to place my order at 9:24. I did not receive my order til an hour later.

I saw 2 couples get seated, eat and leave before I received my order. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I ordered cobb salad, I may as well have ordered a plain salad. Not to mention the chicken tenders I thought I ordered looked like chicken strips or fish sticks fit for a child!!

We attended the IHOP on fairview rd in simpsonville sc. While there we asked to switch hashbrowns for grits on our order and where told they wouldn't do it because the manager said they were not going to make any grits.

Arrived at IHOP #3620 in King George, VA. at 10:15 and were seated at 10:30. After being seated. it took 40 minutes for a server to come over and take our order. After waiting about an hour I had to go and find a server to ask about when our drinks were going to be served.

My husband and I went to the IHop in Reynoldsburg, Ohio 2413 Taylor Square Drive, The floors were filthy! Syrup had been spilled all over the floor in front of the booths by the windows and looked to had been there for several days.

There was food crumbs under the tables in the center isle and a waitress was mopping the floor, before sweeping around and under the tables. Tables were dirty. I ordered Blueberry Pancakes with DOUBLE Blueberry Compose and got REGULAR pancakes with COLD Blueberries on top.

I asked the waitress about it and she said "that is what the kitchen gave her". Glass in the doors was nasty dirty. The parking lot was filthy as well. Cigarette butts in the crack along the restaurant wall (outside) as well as along the sidewalk at the blacktop.

IHOP OREM 1730 - Went on a Saturday Night. Waited over 1 hour even though it was not food and told that the cooks were busy. Got a burnt steak tips with cold onions and old hash browns. The scramble was ok.

Your price is not worth a try. I will not recommend this place to no one.

One waitress, one chef and when the food arrived it was cold. The party of three were not served at the same time. The third meal arrived after the other two had finished. A substitute was presented without consulting the customer. The first two people waited 40 minutes for their meal and the third person a further 15 minutes.

I have eaten at IHOP all over the USA but have never has such an awful experience in any one of the franchises or in fact in any other restaurant.

W. Loop 820 David was the person that i finally spoke with after standing at the front waiting to be served for 30 minutes. I was overlooked several times by all the staff because I am african american I guess.

Visited calgary deerfoot location Sunday Feb 19, 2023.. Party of 5 ( 3 adults 2 children) - 30 minutes from the time we were seated before she came for our drink order ( I had to flag her down to get that) - 20 minutes before she brought out our drinks, which she mixed up and forgot one.

she raised her voice at me -30 minutes to bring out our food order, which was cold, bacon was undercooked - dirty plates where left on the table for 15 minutes When I approached the manager she allowed this waitress to scream at me at the entrance and call me a liar.

Overall we will not be returning to that location ever again... the service and food and management is sorely lacking of basic customer service skills.
