Had the worlds worst service in the Watertown NY IHOP. Went I. Got Breakfast and after being seated for 10 min the server ask if we wanted something to drink. All three of us as for Coffee. Waited 15 min and then when she gave us out coffee for three people she had four creamers. And no cutlery.

We asked for spoons and she said sure left and went back and forth serving several other people. After another 10 min I insisted on the spoons and she casually went and got them. Of course coffee was cold by then.

Now we are waiting on our food orders and waited 20 min. And the asked when it was coming. Was assured soon. But another 15 min go by so I called he and told it it either comes in the next two min or we leave.

Finally it comes but without toast as n ordered. After another 12min the toast…

In regards to order number 16344430782726144 I ordered the sirloin steak tip meal. I received my food so late it was cold. The scrambled eggs were stuck together and the cheese was not melted at all. My hash browns were also burnt. On my pancakes I ordered strawberries and bananas for the toppings. The bananas were dried up and they resembled shrooms. I was extremely disappointed in my food because I paid nearly $30 for this meal and it was not was expected at all. I would like a refund. I would like someone to get back to me on this. Thank you!

IHOP Orem 1730 Saturday Burger was raw and in the middle cold. The fries were old as if they had it there for long and just put it again in oil. I paid for quality service and product. Server socializing with other tables.

I placed an online order via tbe IHOP app. After arriving I waited almost 45 minutes before finding out the order had not even been prepared. After another 10 minutes of waiting on mgmt. and asking for a refund a Mgr.

finally came up to get my name. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes said order was shown to just come through their system.

Just went to IHOP in Mt Pleasant SC 02/18/23 @ 7:00pm. At least 10 people ahead of us waiting to be seated. Eventually a waitress came and said due to no other wait staff they could only do to go orders.

All of the people ahead of us left angry. We waited but no one took our order. Four more people came in. Again a staff person came and said to go orders only. He said the manager had just left a short time ago and expected them to just deal with it.

What a poorly ran IHOP and that owner/manager should be fired.

I am currently sitting inside IHOP store #3242 in Summerville South Carolina…. Very disappointed. I came here with my mom and there was only one set of guest prior to us being seated. There were at least 5 employees and a manager that I seen.

So they were not short staffed or busy at all. With this being said … it took 25 minutes to get our food … eggs pancakes breakfast meat. Nothing that would require long periods of time to prepare .. hence steak .

The server only came back when our drinks were empty and when I heard one of the employees who seen me wondering where our food was told management the manager looked our way and proceeded to go sit down . Not once were we ever apologized to about it taking them so long .

I purchased an IHOP Gift cared during Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale and received a $10 Bonus Card. Dine-In # 3101 3800 0051 3100 641 Online: C78PZ00C. I submited the Bonus Card and was told that the card was invalid, once by the manager and once by the server.

I am upset that this was the first time I purchased a gift card from IHOP and expected to use the Bonus card at the time of my dine in purchase only to be turned down. I would like this resolved so that I can take advantage of this offer without further problems which expires on 2/26/23.

Hi, I placed an online order through the (store) app/website and it happened that I didnt receive my order. I tried to call the store and they asked me to call DoorDash. DoorDash on the other hand said that they will take full responsibility, however, since the order has been placed directly through (store), you have the authority to process the refund back to my card.

My daughter and her basketball team went to our local ihop to celebrate a win. The waitress they had was rude, impatient, and disrespectful to the girls. They called to speak with manager. The waitress answered stating she was the manager and she isn’t.

Manager finally answered and waitress proceeded to apologize but, told lies about the experience. This is unacceptable!

I’m not writing a complaint, but a compliment to the IHOP at 148 N Dupont Highway in New Castle, DE 19720, I believe the store #0560. I had a wonderful experience from when I entered the establishment, the host was welcoming and sweet.

The server was very energetic and had a wonderful personality making us laugh during our stay. The food came out quick, very hot and correct. The server Jo was attentive and so was the manager Jessica. Everything was fairly priced within reason of the economy and food costs.

We will definitely be returning customers!

I was at the IHOP on Queen St in Connecticut yesterday morning. When I walked in there was no one in the reception area. I sat down myself. After a few minutes a waitress came out of the kitchen with an order.

She was actually running back and forth to the kitchen and dinning area, taking payments and serving customers. She looked at me and gestured to me and a young family. After about 15 to 20 minutes she came over to me.

I asked her if she was alone. She stated she was and the other watress was a no show. She also stated that the manager had left. She took my order and my food was served promptly. I would like to commend her for her work ethic, I didn't remember her name but she was very sweet.

m. Ramiyah, our server, and the hostess, were both fantastic.! A worker named Savannah made a very loud remark during our meal stating "I would never allow someone to take me to ihop on Valentine's Day" and laughed. There was also a couple sitting behind us who asked if we heard the rude remark .

My husband and I have made it a tradition to come here for breakfast on Valentine's Day for the past few years, so Savannah's comment really upset me. Truly, after hearing that, I have no desire to ever return. Just wanted to share my experience.

If I could give a zero rating on this restaurant I would. Breakfast ordered online to be ready at 1003, arrived at restaurant at 1000. Was told no such order was placed. Showed the person the online order. Was told it would be ready shortly.

15 minutes later was told it’s at the back of the line. At the 35 minute mark order was ready. Got home, order was incorrect and cold. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE DINE AT IHOP

Having worked in the food industry I was very grossed out by our server on my visit to your location on 4422 ontario mills parkway. His name is Luis and I believe his employee number is 0019759. His hair was big and loose (not hair tight or pulled back), we know long loose hair in the restaurant business is not the best choice.

His appearance and body odor was like he hadn't shower in days, his nails were long and dirty. I didn't want to make him feel uncomfortable as it was not my place to state the facts but I was truly holding up in not to throw up my food or rejected for that matter once he served us.

We visited the IHOP in Flowood, Ms. We waited over an hour for our food and 2 hours for our food and still didn’t receive all of our order.

I worked for the Ihop in celebration (kissimmeee Florida ) and my manager was Santigo. Santigo promised a higher pay rate for those working overnight shift. He has hit me in my back hard two weeks ago because I dipped a glass cup in the ice.

Instead of telling me my wrongs. He hit me hard in my back. He uses racist words. Have used them more than once with me. He have called me out my name. If somebody who is above him don’t email or call me back.

This was the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.

First the waiter took 10 years to bring our drinks out. Then took our order and forgot to put one of our family members order in. It took 50 minutes for us to get our food and on top of all of that they messed up our orders.

The ihop was not busy there were literally two other customers in the place. Very disappointed!

Why is the Waiting area still at the very first door you enter, thereby blocking the usual waiting area, where people could sit down, especially older and disabled people. Please don’t give me the excuse because of Covid. If you are so worried about Covid, then why pack people in a smaller area, with no mask requirements, especially in the cold weather when no one wants to wait outside. Furthermore, the most contamination would be found on the salt and pepper shakers, ketchup and syrup and menus, which we all know are not wiped down with disinfectant after each customer. Thank you for listening to my complaint and hope you will reconsider your policy.

By the way, I do enjoy your breakfasts and the waitress we had today (wish I remembered her name) was superb.

We had to ask for silverware after we got our food. Did not get refills on our drinks and crapes wore soggy. The food was not good and lukewarm at best. The Fryers were way too salty. It took forever to get seated when we got there and the service was terrible.

I entered the Georgetown, Texas restaurant and no one was visible. Chairs are up on top of tables. After a few minutes I called out hello. A girl walked out of the kitchen appearing bothered. I asked if they were open and she replied, well people are eating.

I asked for a table for 10 and she said no. I asked for a table for 8 and she said no. I said I wanted a table for 8 and she said she’s the only one working and it would be a while.

I ordered sirloin tips a la carte & usually receive it with mushrooms & onions. It had none of those & very little flavor. I was not asked how I wanted them cooked which is usually medium rare. The ticket said the mushrooms & onions were held & it was ordered medium well which made it much drier than usual & much tougher than usual.

This is something I order on a regular basis because I need protein & can't eat very much. Was not happy about it.

Three of us attended IHIP 36-138 Saturday Feb 4th. To say that the experience was a disappointment would be a massive understatement. We arrived at approx 1130am. Our order was taken promptly by Lisha after being seated. Coffee (not hot and not tasty) came quickly.

We then waited over an hour for our breakfast. Our server advised that the kitchen was very slow. How difficult is it to make eggs and pancakes? Isn't that your business? We paid at 12:54pm, making the entire stay close to 90 min. Ridiculous.

Invoice number is 831809 for you to look up if you care to, Table 74. Check number 1097. The experience was so bad we are disinclined to go back any time soon, which is regrettable, since IHOP had always been a preferred destination.

This all just happened at the 6th street ihop in Los Angeles, CA. Initially, two orders were placed. One was for a stack of pancakes under one account. The second was for a burger and fries under a second email account. Because the accounts were made at ihop when the new program started, they both initially used throwaway email accounts and the names associated with them were both the same.

Rudy tutti, fresh and fruity was not on the menu. Staff was not attentive at all. Wrong food was brought out multiple times. I was very very unsatisfied with the service the food iand the entire experience. I would like to be refunded the $30 that I spent last night at the IHOP restaurant in Lansing Illinois.

Poor service. Waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged for a Togo order. No explanation of being sort staffed or machines not working properly was even offered. 45 minutes in this was explained to an elderly couple that waited 5 minutes to be checked out.

We went into IHOP to eat at the Vine Street location in Kissimmee Florida. We entered the restaurant and explain to the waitress that we wanted to get omelettes, but we're not pleased with the way they were made previously because it was stacked with eggs, and and that was not appetizing to us.

She explained that if the eggs are made with pancake batter the eggs become extremely large portions, but she explained, we can order it without the pancake batter and make our egg portions significantly smaller. We agreed and waited for our meal, when our meal arrived, it was the exact opposite of what she explained, and omelettes were at an exorbitant size, very unappetizing and I was unable to eat the meal.

We went to your store in Burlington NJ today #2083. We both got pancakes a 3 and 5 stack. She got Tea and I got Coffee. I felt we waited a little long to get ours then when we did they weren't real hot warm I would say.

He never came back to ask us if we wanted more to drink when He dropped off the food he asked then if everything was good. I though hell you just put it on the table. Then when we paid the bill I told the girl he put down sweet tea she had hot tea.

I was told it didn't matter they both are the same price. I always thought tea or coffee was the same price and Iced tea and sweet tea was the same as cold soda. And I still think that. But what ever if that is how you do it.

II placed Order # 15852600644747264 this morning and got a notice that it would be ready by 7:33, but it wasn't ready until about 7:50, after my wife had complained. This was at the relatively new Kane street location in West Hartford, CT.

My wife needed to be at work by 8:00. When she sat down to eat, the eggs were overcooked/burned and the same with the waffles. Someone had intentionally put the bad side on the bottom so that it wouldn't show and my wife said the waffles she had were very hard and the hash browns very chewy.

January 28th 2023 around 2pm we ate at your ihop in utica NY near the college. We were there for my sons track meet. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich melt. We hadn't eaten sense 6am.. so we were hungry. Jess ordered waffles.

It came out with her strawberry sauce all over my fries( no big deal). I took ate almost half of my sandwich bc I could stomach the rest... the chicken was so cold it didn't even melt any of the graded cheese.

The waitress never even said what was wrong... no refills... tried to give us a bill for $35 more than our meal. I was in the restaurant fit the first time and it was in utter chaos. We have never had this kind of experience. Please call me at 315-440-8254 as soon as possible. There was rudeness, yelling and issues with the staff, very little service, burnt food and no hands on manager.

IHOP 3012 declined curbside pickup claims it is not offered on the weekend yet the app allowed me to place a curbside order. They handed me an incomplete order and still declined to take the remaining missing 2x2x2 item to my car so I had to wait then go back a second time when it was their carelessness. No customer service and employees seem to not know what they are doing as they are all gathered talking at the register.
