This location in la Quinta California is very slow and poor service because no one wants to show up to work every time your food comes that cold they have to redo it it's causes a lot of weight for managers never available always sitting in the back office twiddling their thumbs never comes out to it's just customers for the employees the bathrooms are very dirty and unhealthy and should be kept clean, The franchise owner of this location needs to be notified and it is manager it is not taking care of this business You don't need the best one in the valley and

now it's basically turned into a dump

I work here and our general manager yells at me is very rude and they have favoritism with seating

Hi, I placed an order through Uber eats. I got everything as ordered. I found a long hair wrapped on eggs. Very disappointed. Not looking for free food. I think this is unacceptable and disgusting. Please talk to your employees to prevent this from happening again.

Hello to the managment team at IHOP. m. myself and a friend went to IHOP to have a great breakfast but ,unfortunately we ended up sending the mail back three times they are having difficult times trying to proach eggs for egg Benedict the first one came out fried the second one came out with no poached at all and

then the third time it came out but the poach wasn't proper done. I believe that your staff should be trained much better to poach an egg. That was my first time being at IHOP and was not a great experience for myself or my friend. yours truly. Ms. K Tynes.

I went to in Hartdale central ave Westchester county With my family my son was A wheelchair here at the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all I asked the female server how can we sit in the front booth see asked if my son could sit in the booth why would he need to hes in a wheelchair then she brought us all the way to the back of the restaurant barely any room back there for his chair It made him feel very uncomfortable and we didn’t like the treatment so we left .

My Dad and I just ate at iHop in Clovis NM. The waitress checked to verify if a menu item was in stock and came back saying it was. After waiting a long time for our food, she came back and said she was sorry but they didn’t have it in stock.

I ended up just getting toast that was taken back due to it being made incorrectly. My dad didn’t get all his food (pancakes and egg) and everything was cold. The waitress with blonde hair that we had was very nice but the girl with dark hair that cashed us out was extremely sick.

She was coughing with a hoarse cough, kept gasping for air, she had snot dripping out her nose and kept sneezing. She was trying to tell me the total and what my change was but could barley speak from coughing and trying to catch her breath!

To whom it may concern: I, Daniella Magallan was interviewed by the Manager at IHOP located on Shary road in Mission Texas on Friday, January 20, 2023. My interview went well and I was told to come in on Monday January 23, 2023 to start employment.

As I went in to work on Monday at 5pm central standard time. The manager sat me in the back dining area and told me that corporate told him not to hire anyone that because sales are low. According to him he supposedly called to let me know but I received no such phone call.

I was ready in uniform for training and to work. I am very upset and I feel I have been discriminated against. He said he would call an IHOP in McAllen, Texas to see if any other manager was looking to hire.

This was at the Coquitlam location. This is a complaint not to degrade but help for improving customer experience. The wait staff was excellent. How ever the food was tragically embarrassing. The Avocado toast really? 13 dollars for poorly made single slice of toast and bad avocado and mushy tomatoes. Old fruit cup? Come on!

Buffalo melt with no flavour and chicken that covers only half the bread and soggy onion rings? Out of all toast but multi wheat? Burger that so greasy the bun turns to a soggy sponge before it’s half done. I work hard for my money and was a regular customer. Do better.

For that experience I most likely won’t be going to a ihop again. $94 dollars for the whole table felt like a total waste.

I was having an error on my online order so I called the local IHop. The young man asked if I could hold and I said yes and thank you. Well, he didn't put me on hold. Put the phone down and commenced to talking to his co-worker about me saying "Lady you have to have money in your account" laughing out loud, called me stupid and a idiot.

He got back on the phone and I let him know I heard everything. He said he was "just joking" and hung up on me!!! I'll never step foot back in that restaurant. Sad as I really do like the food there.

9509 Dallas Pkwy Frisco, TX 75033 United States I went to this location yesterday and they were short staff. This is not my issues, my issue was with the man/manager/waiter. There was maybe 2 other tables and as we arrived he stated he was the only one for 25 tables.

We could either wait or take it or leave it. His demeanor was very rude and short.

On the 21st day of January at approximately 1735 hrs. My family and I had been dining in at the IHOP located in Shawnee, Oklahoma off of highway I40 as we have several times in the past. We have never had a poor experience until tonight.

Cold over cooked food missing food for the price paid. They better start doing something to improve. Before they go out of business. Providing terrible food is not a good look. Omelet was cold no hash browns, no toast, no salsa.

We came in to the Lakewood CO location and put our names on a wait list and waa told 15 minutes. After sitting for a while I started noticing they were calling people that came in after us. I went up to counter, which we were sitting 5 feet from it, asked her about it and got smart with me saying I called you already.

I said no you did not, we are sitting right here and you never said my name and she goes "my bad" ummm yep! Then I ordered my food, asked for eggs on a completely separate plate as I am allergic to them, to give them to my boyfriend.

When the food came out, the eggs were on a separate plate placed one the same plate as the rest of my food! What part of I'm allergic to them did you not understand? Needless to say, I did not feel comfortable eating my food.

Second time I ordered on line your breakfast family meal with credit card. And after paying it routed me to a different location. I canceled my order and went in to another I- hop location paid for meal . I never got reimbursed or got my breakfast from the first location.

00 dollars for a breakfast on my card . I will never order again from I - hop. My credit card company is trying to get it disputed. I guess the restaurant employees ate good that day.

We love eating at IHOP anytime of the day, but the last two visits at the IHOP located 10622 Culebra, San Antonio, TX 78251, store #3258, has been very disappointing. Even though there is hardly no one in the restaurant, service is poor and it takes forever for our food to arrive.

We waited almost 10 minutes to be seated and then another 5 to be asked for our order. There were only 2 ladies on the floor, but like I said, hardly no one in the restaurant. Not sure if there is a waitstaff problem or poor management, but this particular location doesn’t seem to be doing well.

Took my son to your merritt Blvd location Baltimore MD 21222. We did not get to eat, we entered and waited what felt like an eternity for someone to seat us! No one ever came to the front. I could understand if they were busy but there was one table in the entire restaurant.

The Charleston wv restaurant is terrible. The have screwed up our last three delivery orders. We don’t get what we order. And the food is barely edible. I will never order from IHOP again and will Facebook tweet and any other social media to tell people in the area not to go to IHOP or order delivery from them.

We are currently in IHOP 14th Street. Brandon/Brendan is the worst person I've ever experienced in a restaurant!

He was bullying a member of the team (John) constantly putting him down in front of customers, doing video recording of him giving instructions but in a derogatory manner.

No employee should be bullied or mistreated in the workplace.

I have never seen someone so broken by a member of their 'so called' team!

Aside from the fact he has a HUGE attitude problem, and was less than polite with us as customers, he is a shocking member of the team - constantly putting people down, and creating an atmosphere!

We went to IHOP Solas creel parkway north carolina. Never got waited on. Never got seated. All employees in the back. Employee taking food out of store. Last time we waited 40 minutes to be seated. We will not be going to this location ever again.

I was in Kenna, La on Saturday morning around 3:45am. I was so hungry, so we stopped at your IHOP on Williams Blvd. I went to the restroom; and Lord have mercy the gnats and the dirt, and paper. It wasn't busy.

On the evening of Friday, Jan. 13, 2023; my wife and I dined at The IHOP at 1248 Knox Ave., North Augusta, South Carolina 29841. Our food was GREAT! The atmosphere was very good. Most of our experience was very good!

The reason for this complaint; is to notify corporate offices about the situation for the employees. For 45 minutes, there was only ONE waitress and ONE cook for approximately 30 customers! Ms. Britanie, (the only waitress) and ONE cook, WERE DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB; considering their situation!!

I ordered Uber eats from IHOP in stonecrest Georgia and I received no syrup for my pancakes or silverware to eat with and this happened once before on Xmas day. On Jan. 12, 2023, my husband and I visited the IHOP in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. There was no one at the entrance desk to greet us. There were two (2) ladies in front of us waiting to be seated. After approximately fifteen (15) minutes, my husband and I left.

At NO time did anyone acknowledge our presence. We have been to numerous IHOPS over the past 20 plus years and have NEVER received such bad service, or in this case, no service. Corporate needs to contact the owner of this establishment and let them know how poorly run this business is.

On Jan. 9,2023 I walked into I hope on Cox Rd in West Chester, Ohio at 1 pm. I stood by the desk in front waiting for someone to come out. I went and got a menu on my own, so I'd have an order ready.

The IHOP at 3335 midway drive SD CA 92110 There is a bicycle chop shop on the IHOP property. Thrives are stealing bikes they are hidden under a tarp. They are taking the bikes apart and the police are not doing anything about it nor the manager of the restaurant.

I stopped by there to get a to-go order and every server ignored. Me. One told me she is only doing sit-down orders. I was a waitress/bartender for 20 years and never I treat customers so horribly. They were only going on that most take outs won’t tip.
