My husband and I went to the I Hop on155 Dorset Street South Burlington VT on 12/26/2022, we had to wait to be seated for 40 min but that was ok as I knew it would be busy.... well we were seated right in front of the kitchen door..

Ugg the place was so unclean food all over the floor... our waitress took our order and we could visibly see what was going on in the kitchen and I could not believe my eyes... two teenagers in their PJs were running around the kitchen and then I saw one holding a small baby!!!

I was like what is a baby doing in the kitchen... only three workers were dressed in red or black tops all others wore beat-up clothes and did nothing while I was there but fool around... they had to turn customers away by telling people that it was going to be over an hour to just get…

We were waiting 15 minutes to be acknowledged. When I finally decided to go to the kitchen looking for someone waitress was very rude, screamed at me and decided to talk to other customers instead of me, that was the first one I.

It's been nasty in there for years now. It's the joke of our town. Most of the people who eat in there are from out of town. Or they are nasty themselves. The carpet is nasty. The service - what service!

Many times in our city's restaurant critique fb page people have said they've gone in and stood to be seated and no one showed up to meet them. I'm surprised they aren't out of business yet. I've personally gone in and stood to be seated and no one came to seat us.

We left and went to Cracker Barrel instead. They never disappoint. Do better I HOP! New management needed and a whole new remake/remodel and clean it up!

Yes I went to the IHOP located on N. Monroe St in Tallahassee Florida and had the worst experience of service in any restaurant I have ever been in. I ordered the T-bone steak with 3 eggs and 3 buttermilk pancakes with a side of hash browns, ok.

I asked for steak sauce and hot sauce at this time, ok. She brought me the steak, 3 eggs and hash browns, ok. I had to wait a long time for this to arrive at my table, ok. Then I asked about my 3 buttermilk pancakes and she told me that I substituted that for my hash browns and I had to show her the selection on the menu what came with my order and the side of hash browns was a side order,( an extra) .

Seated at 1200 and ordered at 1208. Didn’t get our food til 1245 and all of it wasn’t done. I ordered chicken strips and they substituted them for one small chicken patty and it was over cooked ( over fried).

And the Mac n cheese ordered wasn’t done. My wife’s food was ok. I was so frustrated from waiting so long and the food was burned. I just had her take it back and remove my meal from the bill. I won’t be back!!!

I went to the IHOP, located in Brick, NJ store #2017. , the number I see on the receipt next to her name is 29296. " Because I didn't remember thr name. I know it's scrambled eggs with cheese and avocado on top with white toast on the side because I didn't see it on the menu.

I worked at IHOP on bell rd, and grand in surprise Arizona, I was let go because of a brain fart I had and over a new night managers mess up. 00 when I already had all my cash tips on me.

I returned the money that se gave me to a different manager and told them what happened. Yes I had a brain fart where I accidentally put my cash tips as a credit card tip, and plus I was the only server who worked that night until grave yard shift servers came in.

The quality of service was terrible and the staff as a whole was extremely rude with the exception of one server Milton an African American guy. Everyone just stood around while myself and several other customers sat for hours waiting on food refills ect.

I have been to this IHOP for years and I have to say the decline in service has fallen to a new low . The condition of the building made us question how clean the place was . The staff seems nice but very stressed I went the day before Christmas around 10am the front door is damaged and second door is almost falling off lots of lights out / bathrooms were truck stop standards no soap or toilet paper Dirty ! nasty !

i would like to enter a formal complaint regarding service I received on 12/26/2022 at the IHOP located in Cedar Hill Tx on FM 1382. After entering the restaurant, me and my friend stood in line with other customers for about 30 minutes waiting in line to be seated.

IHOP restaurant on Capital Blvd Raleigh. On line orders should never come before customers in your restaurant. You should hire enough staff so the waitresses can make their tíos. Dining room should never be shut down because cook cannot keep up!!! Shame.

Ihop in Denton Tx on 35 The entire establishment was a crap show. Waited a long time for our food. Came in multiple rounds. There were 9 of us. Within the first bite one had to go to the restaurant and get sick due to the greasyness of her food.

Avoid going to the IHop at the Ridge rd location in wichita kansas. Horrible waitress lady was not only rude to customers but was cussing at the staff and yelling like a crazy Karen, than went off on the older gentleman and he has been nothing but wonderful everytime we have come in. Were here since 9:15 this morning with 14 people. Only one other customer here. After we were seated about five separate couples came in. Four groups has been served and left. Its a hour and half later were being served.

Cooks intoxicated while during shifts, employees smoking crack in the bathroom during shifts. Management and staff help themselves to revenue. illegal transactions taking place inside and outside store locations by staff.

This has been witnessed as well as reported by various past employees. It will be a shame if the community finds out what they and their families have been exposed to before IHop has a chance to make the location respectable and clean out the undesirable elements poisoning the experience of family dining.

My name is Ollie Merget and I worked at one of your Ihop locations. This location is at 331 Diederich Blvd. Ashland, Kentucky 41101. The store manager is Shannon Stewart. I have information about this establishment I feel the need for you to be known about and done about.

I worked here for as a server and it has been the worst place i’ve ever worked. This restaurant is crawling with roaches and mice. The staff eats off the customers plates and still serve it to them. I will also be reaching out to Food Safety Services about this.

I have watched staff do drugs on the clock in the workplace. thus including alcohol, pills, and weed. I would work 10-11 hour days with no breaks allowed. The staff are always arguing and I have almost seen physical fights happen multiple times.
