I wish I could give 0 stars. We went to the Tempe. As location on rural ave. Racist much? We get you’re short staffed… but our party ( who is Hispanic) was sat, with attitude from the lady, and waited over 30 minutes and was never acknowledged to get our drink order or order.

The server avoided eye contact with us, was muttering under her breath , and had a horrible attitude. We continued to wait patiently trying to understand they’re short staffed but then A white family came and sat down next to us and the server ( an older white lady) immediately went over to them and started getting orders. Absolutely ridiculous.

We got up and left . Cannot believe you allow business to function this way, such nasty attitudes and racist personalities.

I was not pleased with the food . They were out of everything ( Salsa vegetables , sausage) my food was cold. The location seems to be going down . We spent approximately $55 to only leave that horrible meal. Vety disappointed

Today around 5:00 PM I sent my husband in to order our food. He asked if there was potato cakes since yesterday around 6:30 PM. We placed the order for the manager to call us back and tell us they are out of potato cakes.

The manager was very rude, the price for our meals yesterday was $45 and today it was $75 which means the manager added more money some to our bill. then complained because we cancel the order for the second time sense they didn’t have what we asked for.

They were not answering the store phone. The store was very nasty customers waiting to be seen. It was just the overall mess we used to go to this IHOP at least twice a week I will never step foot in there ever again and that manager needs to lose her position and I’m not big on, a person missing money!

I ordered two meals online and one of them was messed up. My BLT had no bacon and the fries were cold I called the restaurant and the manager apologize but didn’t resolved my problem I went to bed hungry and very upset.

I’m at the IHOP on 1602 Church Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ and I observed the cook using his bare hands taking off the waffles off the waffle maker placing on the plates and using bare hands to put French toast on plates, no gloves. We ordered the bacon temptation and the bacon was only on the outside of omelette not the entire omelette. (Remade the omelette, better).

We were at the restaurant between 2:05p and 2:44p on 12/10/22.

Very slow service, dirty tables everywhere and a couple with 3 kids had to wait 1 hour to get service???? Why????

Went to store in olive branch ms about 1130 on Fri night. They were not busy asked us to wait just a min. After waiting 10 mins they came out and told us and the customers who had walked in behind us that they were not taking any more customers or orders.

I asked why they told us to wait and she just turned and walked away.

I went to the IHOP location in Salem NH to pick up a Door Dash order. On my way to the car I noticed that the cover on the meal was off. I was not able to reach in and tamper with the food because it was sealed because it was a door dash order.

I returned to the store and asked if we could have the order re-packaged because the food was going to fall out and be all over the bag. The employee stated “the covers are flimsy, what do you want from me” I then asked again if she could just re-package it.

She rolled her eyes and swore at me on the way to the back.

I ordered the Colorado omelet and was brought sliced cheese on top of it and I ordered cheddar. When I complained about it the cook and waitress got an attitude about it and fixed it. The cook is named shortie, and we are located in greenwood South Carolina

I used to go to this IHOP quite a bit, but I haven't been in a while. My sister from Maryland wanted to meet up in Fredericksburg, VA with her grandson who turned 5 today and his parents. I was happily surprised to see a lemon and ricotta crepe only to be dissatisfied with the chalky flavor that was within this crepe.

My suggestion would be for someone from your company go to this location and see how dark and dirty this place looks now. I don't know if it's the management and they just don't care what is served and how the place looks? I will not be returning to this location and have told family members about the experience I had. I hope to see this place revamped in the future.

Had to wait 12 to 14 min to get a table. Then once at table waitress keep playing with keyboard, then when she decided to wait table, took another 10 min. So i told her i was about leave she said i am by myself sounds like a management problem another waitress was directed to help me and her reply was she was busy.

I went to the IHop in Lansing,IL all you hear in the kitchen is joi yelling and being rude to employees they also don’t use gloves I’ve walked passed the kitchen and no one had on gloves, my plate was dirty looked like old dried up cheese my waitress was wonderful nd they are not treated right at this location .

I ordered food from ihop in Middleton, wi and the money was approved on my card. I called the store and they said they don’t have the order. He also said the manager is not there until later. I work third shift and just wanted to order some breakfast.

This is getting crazy everyone I know says stop ordering from them because this is what they do. My friend ordered from this same store and they messed up her order she made a complaint and nothing has obviously changed.

I like I hop but if this is how business happens maybe reporting to the BBB would be better.

well I got charged an upcharge for selecting a substitute for an item that couldn't be provided! When brought up to waiter he basically shrugged it off - we paid the bill, but in a bit of protest.

Also charged regular cost for coffee, not Senior Coffee. Not a frequent visitor to Ihop ... I guess that will continue.

Picking up curbside I called it in the kid who picked up was young he said he take it to me to wait . I did 8:10 nothing I saw people going in to pick up I have COVID I didn’t want to go in because of it . I had to no one was bribing me the curbside pick up I thought maybe there busy they had two people sitting in two tables that’s it . I walked in sat down it had been in the counter . I don’t get why they have curbside if no one want to take it out . Kid who had answered was cleaning the counter PALOS VERDES IHOP

The customer service was below par the manager was the one that was at the door. We had a party of 3 but there was only two of us at the time. She said she could not seat us till the third person arrived and the just walked away from us.

I heard her tell someone else that worked there not to seat us till the third person arrived. The manager did not greet us with a smile which did not make us feel welcomed. We eat out on an average of three times a week.

On Sunday December 4 around 1230 am I went into the IHOP located in Marion ,IN. While waiting for my food from my truck I observed a server eating commitment out of small black container, with her finger . She then picked up plates and went back to serving.

I then went inside to check ony ordered and observed her doing this again right in front of face. I asked for a manager and I did not want my food. no hand washing, no gloves no hair nets, no hand sanitizer. It smelled horrible.

The board of health needs to be aware of this. COVID is real and no precautions were takin. Her name was Angie

We was in the ihop in Asheville nc on tunnel road on Dec 2 at 8pm and we started questioning our food due to us sitting there waiting for an hr and a half, so out food comes out and it’s cold. We tried to eat our food cause we was hungry and we went to pay for our food and another waitress was running her mouth about our family and saying mean things to us.

She said we needed to learn how to treat people cause our waitress was in the back crying. We never said one bad or wrong thing to our waitress. We was very polite to our waitress. We was only questioning about our meal.

My mother and I came into your IHOP location 2840 Apalachee Parkway Tallahassee, around 11am We waited for 10 mins by the front desk, one waitress walked out looked at us helped her tables, cleared a table and walked to the back and came back to the front checked her customer out and never said a word to us.

I had been in the hospital for a week and all I wanted was strawberry pancake breakfast the hole time I was there at the Mayo Clinic, because I had major surgery and this was half way home for us. We didn’t mind waiting but there was only 2 tables with customers when we walked in, and then for one to leave with in a few mins and for her not to even speak to us, we decided that y’all didn’t want to serve us.

Went to IHOP with my family at about 8:30pm. Server takes our order and leaves. Approximately 20 minutes later the manager comes to our table and says they are out of burgers, which is what we all ordered. The server didn’t come back to tell us , never came to apologize and the manager just said we dropped the ball, have a goodnight.

No apologies for a 20 plus minute wait for food they didn’t have , no offer for a discount. I have never had more horrendous, careless customer service. We go to IHOP all the time. We were treated with such lack of courtesy I can’t even imagine going back.

Also ordered the Ice cream sundae pancakes and was told that there was no ice cream. I don’t understand that lack of organization. It wasn’t even busy, it’s a Thur night. So disappointed.

I was a working employee who worked WITHOUT getting paid. Months has gone by and NOBODY has reached out to fix the problem! I LOST MY HOME because ihop refused to pay me and i am now homeless over this.

I worked 40 hours for a check i NEVER received and now they are trying to sweep it under the rug. It had been MONTHS of me being homeless for me to NEVER get my money!!! This is ridiculous and you need to be ashamed of the company you are promoting.

I went too two different ihops today the first one on George bush in garland tx and waited 20 minutes and never got seated they were no crowded and were lucky to have 12 or 15 customers so I left and went to the one on I-30 in mesquite tx and and got seated but it took about an hour to get our food they said they had no cook and

the manager was doing the cooking I felt sorry for the waitress as she couldn’t do anything about it I have eaten at I hops all over for years as I am retired military and have traveled quite a lot and have never had any problems but I guess things have changed for the worse for I hop

I was charged for an order that was not received, and the store I ordered from will not answer the phone. The location is 24140 Ford Rd. Dearborn Heights, MI 48127.

I ordered from Uber eats. I requested on the order extra syrup. Not only did I not get the extra syrup but the two they placed in my bag was busted. Now I’m at work past my lunch with no syrup for my pancakes. Disappointed

Your IHOP application mistakenly allowed me to enter two reward redemptions at the same time this morning at breakfast. The check number was 6309 and Merchant ID is 16219811007, IHOP in Newington, NH at 9:35 AM. As a result, the server was only able to use the code for our full stack of pancakes, which was deducted, (code # 5608725).

The problem lies where the 2nd code(code # 4927420) I tried to use for my Mushroom omelet was not accepted, yet 30 pancoins were deducted from my original rewards of 51 pancoins. I'd like not to lose these 30 pancoins, as we're not sure when we'll eat breakfast at IHOP Newington, NH again. Can you assist me? Thanks for your help and support!

Went to location 30-121. Waited to be seated at least 5 miniutes. The cook popped his head up to say, "someone will be with you in a minute. Waited a little more, the waitress came and sat us at a table, next to 2 tables that were filthy and loaded with dishes from the previous people.

She was the only waitress on hand. She was working so hard and trying but one person can only do so much. Waited for at least 10 minutes for coffee and an additional 1 hour for the food. The place was dirty, Windows, outside, inside was a mess.

There was a Manager I think behind the counter in a back room where you could see her doing nothing while we could see employees cutting up onions????? She peeked out the door and did not help this waitress who was by the way very very nice.

I am a regular at the IHOP on Samuel Blvd in Berlin, Md 21811 This is the 2nd time I have been in this restaurant and heard the server Destiny a white female Call another employee who was black a nigger. This is inappropriate and should not be tolerated.

The manager didn’t do anything to her but the black employee was told to cool down. She should be fired this is not the first time I have heard these words come out of her mouth. And I watch other customers get mad at the fact of what she said.

But because this store needs employees Destiny is not refromanded at all. This type of behavior and speak is not and should not be allowed. Even though the black employee held it together something should be done about Destiny. This black employee held it together.

IHOP at the Treasure Valley Casino in Davis Ok. The young man at the counter taking orders would not even look at us like we had the plague. When he brought the orders, he just slammed them on the table and stormed off, he wouldn’t even give it to the person who ordered it.

Several times we thanked him and he would just turn his nose up and walk off. Is this how you treat your customers? On the ticket is says Triston was the employees name but I’m not sure if he was using someone else’s register or not. Very unprofessional and discourteous.

Wife and I went to IHOP #3228 in Muskogee Ok. I ordered turkey dinner with soft drink. Wife ordered pancakes, eggs with bacon and soft drink. 99 each for the soft drinks. No refills, with small glasses. My turkey came chopped up and did not taste good.

Green beans were green and yellow in color. Masked potatoes were not eatable. My wife's order, on of the eggs looked rotten, had a bad color and smell. Bacon and pancakes were ok, but that was all you could eat.

I ate some green beans and small amount of the potatoes, nothing else. 99 for a small drink with no refills. We told Karla V. When we checked out to check the eggs. Some may be rotten. She didn't speak English very good.

We gathered there with two families, and I ordered the a new dish I never eaten before, and wanted to try it out. After completing my eggs / sausage combo, and I was eating the french toast and then the pancakes, as soon as i came to the last few bites of the pancakes, there was a half ripped packet of sweet and

low stuck to the bottom of my pancakes and plate. This is disgusting that I ate off a dirty plate. Your cooks should be observant on plates before they put food on them. I lost my appetite to eat there again.

So disgusting eating off a dirty plate someone else ate from. There are no Sweet n Low packets on my table either, no one used them. Manager was called to make the complaint. This may deter us from going there again since IHOP was one of our best breakfast outlets.

I am an employee at ihop in Simpsonville and the management there is horrible. You have managers disrespected there workers and getting aggravated when it gets busy that tables aren’t busted bc their is or are only two servers and then you have a server that quit but

the general manager is her mom that let her come back for night shift and she wants to be disrespectful as well calling her coworkers slow and say that two coworkers aren’t as experienced as they are and the when I say something I get told that I’m starting drama for no reason and the manager doesn’t even do anything about it just let’s it happen.

IHOP forgot my BUTTER twice over

Asked our waitress Holly for extra lemon. Her attitude was very rude. Rolling eyes. We could hear her as the work area was right near our table. Complaining about how cheap we are and said “ they wonder why we spit in their food”. Just WOW.

Will never step foot in Titusville IHOP again. Paid for a meal we could not even eat because of the concern of it having spit in it. We are not cheap. We enjoy eating out but we only drink water and Titusville water tastes bad without lemon.

Holly has no business working with guests ever.

Me and my family visited the IHOP in Cape Girardeau, MO on November 19, 2022. We were seated for 10 mins and nobody came over to our table. I went to tell another server about our situation and she went to tell the waitress.

The other worker had to go tell our waitress 2 more time we were waiting for awhile. We ended up waiting for 30 mins before she finally came over. All while the waitress and 2 other workers were sitting in the corner joking around.

This has been the worst experience at IHOP. We may not even return.

Location in Ocala, Fl, frequently closes early due to staff shortages. Visited 3 times recently, all issues. Last time a guy was moping around and underneath all the tables as they were closing an hour early. THEY NEED MORE HELP !!!

Completely incompetent hostess. We are a family of six and the hostess kept seating people before us, even large families, when I spoke up she said that they don’t have tables for six. I mentioned she could put two tables together.

Then a waitress came up and the hostess asked if they had tables that seated six and the waitress said yes, then they proceeded to still seat people who had just walked in. The waitress was rude, never smiled, was fast and abrupt when taking our order.

We felt as if we were an inconvenience instead of patrons. Our table was dirty. Very rushed service. What is going on with the workforce? Please fire rude people and let it be known that you will only hire competent people who actually want to provide good service.

I call in for a take I get hung up on, I have to call back 3 times. He, she acts like he can’t hear me. Gets my order wrong, I order a cold club sandwich I’m told my order will be ready when I get there.

When I get there I have to wait 30 mins, my order is wrong and gross.

Also He, she is on the phone the hold time I’m. Only 2 customer there and they are there together. The service was horrible and Food was disgusting.

We had breakfast at the Lancaster Dr Salem, Oregon store on 11/10/22. It was the worst breakfast we have ever had. We order the senior sampler. The pancakes were doughy and not cooked all the way, we couldn't finish them.

the eggs were cold, did eat them as we was hungry. the hash browns were greasy and mushy, didn't finish them. We took the ham home as we needed to get out of there. We complained and they just made excuses.

The last time we was in there the food was great and that is why we returned. At this point we will never go back. took a picture with my iphone but your system won't allow the picture as it says it too big.

My family and I dined at the IHOP at 5201 N. Classen Blvd in Okc, OK this evening. As we were being seated my daughter and I excused ourselves to the ladies room to wash our hands before we ate.

Upon entering, I happen to notice a smell that lingered in the air and thought I glimpsed wisps of smoke coming from the top of the stall. When the young lady who occupied the stall exited she had a lighter in her hand along with what appeared to be aluminum foil that had been blackened on on side.

Her gaze met mine and she unflinching offered no excuse or explanation as to what clearly looked like to me to be drug use by an on duty employee! ) I went back to the table where my husband and son sat and explained what my daughter and I just witnessed and decided we would dine elsewhere.

My husband and I ate at I hop in Pigeon Forge Tn on Sunday Nov the 6th and the service was horrible the waitress she took our drink order brought our coffee and water never once came back to check on us after taking our food order a guy from the kitchen brought our food out and another waitress refilled our coffee, sorry it took this long to file this complaint as I had to wait until I could get to where I had internet service I think it will be a long time before we eat there again

I live in Ocala, Fl 34481, and like to go to the local IHOP. The past few times, We have only been here 6 months, there is a staffing issue. They close early, or the wait is too long because they don't have enough people.

Last weekend they were closing early because the cook was leaving, and there was no replacement. They were mopping the floor around the tables, with people still eating. THEY NEED HELP !

I visited the IHOP on Traders Way in Salem tonight, and it was incredibly disappointing. The wait to be seated was long. We sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before my boyfriend poked his head into the dining room to get the attention of a waiter.

When we were finally seated, the waiter asked what we wanted for drinks. My boyfriend got a water, and I asked for a chocolate milk. The waiter asked if we were ready to order, but we hadn't even opened our menus yet.

He said he'd come back with the drinks. He came back with the water, but informed me that they were out of milk. Besides the fact that it's wild to me that they had run out of milk, they are in the same plaza as 2 supermarkets.
