At the payson Utah ihop, The food tasted like cardboard and was over cooked. 95 for an unsatisfactory side salad. The service sucked and the coffee was cold. And whoever heard of having to ask for silverware. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant.

And we hope corporate notices this review cause this store desperately needs help. I wouldn’t even give this store a half off a star out of five stars. Sincerely, a unsatisfied customer.

I have called this location year after year to politely ask that they tell their employees behind this restaurant to keep the noise down. There have been yelling matches, fighting, and the non-stop noise of their rap music from their vehicles.

I thought that if someone had a job somewhere that they wouldn't be outside not working and thumping their rap music to crazy decibels but maybe that's how Ihop works. I can't stand the noise anymore. They have woken me and my kid's up on countless of occasions between 9 pm and 8 am.

Your restaurant is the reason I have to move now. They just don't seem to have any common courtesy to anyone. This issue has worsened over the years. I am writing this to you so you are aware of this issue before the next resident behind this restaurant location…

Service was great . Server was taking care of many tables but her attitude and service were wonderful. I wasn't able to finish my food. I asked for a box and the server brought out a black container. Brought it home, went to heat it up the next morning, and after only 1 minute in the microwave, my black box became almost liquid plastic and ruined the rest of my food.

If there were microwave warnings on it , I never saw it but never bothered to look because I have never ever had containers handed to me for food that I wasn't able to heat it up in. Needless to say, my breakfast went into the trash along with the melted container.

I would suggest changing your "to go" containers or warning your customers not to heat them up in them.

Went there Friday Nov. 11th 2022. Three tables were occupied with patrons, and around five waitresses hovering around the kitchen door gossiping loud enough for us to hear 20 feet away. Took forever to be seated, and on the way to the table had to walk around a three ft pool of water that was leaking from the ceiling.

No wet floor sign or anything was used to warn a anyone. As we waited for a waitress my wife went to use the bathroom. She immediately returned to the table and said she couldn't use it because the pipes were not connected to the sink.

We immediately cut our losses and left before we were ever approached by a waitress. Appalled and disgusted with I hop. You people definitely to to investigate this location.

I received poor service and my food was half way done. I order a medium well steak with scrambled egg whites and two full stack of pancakes. I waited over 45 minutes to get my order not including the wait to get my order taken.

My eggs was greasy and nasty and received no hash browns with my meal. It seemed like the staff was ignoring the front. Basically this is not the first time this has happen but first my food was prepared so poorly.

If IHOP is a 24hr restaurant….. I would like to know why the IHOP in Hapeville, Ga does not do dine in on 3rd shift when there is ALWAYS multiple employees on shift?! This location has been this way ever since I’ve moved to Hapeville and that was over 8 months ago.

Yet I drive 30 min south to your location in McDonough, Ga and it’s never a problem to dine in EVEN WHEN ITS ONLY 2-3 ppl…. During the week the 3rd shift manager at this location he runs his shift without a server!!!!!

Me and my family was craving for IHOP so we went to the store on hwy 6 and 40 we was standing there for I know over 30 minutes with no help at all and it wasn't busy so I would not recommend my family eating here thanks but no thanks

If we're being completely honest, I'd rate this store at 0 stars not 1. It wasn't busy when my family and I came in, we waited 15 minutes to be seated, and waited 30 minutes at our table to even place our drink order (people who were seated the same time as us, ate their meals and

were gone before we even got to order). Several people that looked like managers, passed our table and turned a blind eye to us and made us feel unwelcomed. This is below IHOP standards and is very disappointing.

On Nov 11, 2022 me and 7 of my friends first went to ihop, and then after we went to Dennys. Both restaurants were doing carry out only. If your supposed to be a 24 hour dine in. Why is carry out the only service being offered.

You inconvenience people with travel and we were hungry. I’m not sure if it’s a staff issue. And I don’t know how to solve the issue. I believe something has to be done to stop inconveniencing hungry people. Location is in Dallas Tx.

I am a veteran, and drove 15 miles to ihop, in Hot Springs, AR. I asked what I get, as I am a veteran. Lady said pancakes, hashbrowns, sausage or bacon, and two eggs. Got pancakes decorated in toppings, the sausage was not undercooked,,,, it was literally raw.

,,sent it back, declaring again, cook it very well done. Got it back rather raw. The hashbrowns were yellow with some kind of oil. 29 for coffee, that tasted like half coffee, half water. What a waste of food. Why not LISTEN to the customer.

Left the crap on the plates. I promise I will never step foot in another I hop. Thoroughly discussed with food, and a waitress that acted brain dead.

35. They called us right away to sit - half way to the booth they turned us around and made us wait 25 minutes to be seated. We are seated and waiting to give our order. It is now 9:10 am. This is ridiculous. The management is terrible.

I just eat at IHop in Barcelonata, Puerto Rico and for a long time I have not felt so disapointed. There was no AC, the food was terrible. They even served 4 pieces of burnt chicken strips when in the description stayes chicken breast.

Why is the music so loud and so horrible.?

Carencro Louisiana location. Ordered a bacon burger but didn’t get bacon. They made it right. The place is filthy, food all over the floor,,dirty tables, flies everywhere. I had to get another person to help besides my wait person because they weren’t around.

We ate at your Tudor Road location in Anchorage, Alaska. Love going there and hubs LOVES your pancakes. Food was good and service exemplary. My problem? Lo and behold your menu reads ATLANTIC Salmon! We are world class known for our salmon and seafood and would be very appreciative if local sourcing for your seafood.

Why would anybody up here eat fish that traveled across the whole country to be on your menu? The other two tables near us were both families from Bristol Bay! Most of them fish for a living! Be better and source local for salmon. PLEASE!

The restaurant in Fleming Island, FL is only accepting cash payment for orders. Signs that look pretty established are posted on entry and at wait stand saying Cash Only, credit machine broken. I get suspicious of a cash only business as the sales and compensation is easily free of any tax complications.

If I ran IHOP I would want to know why their credit machine has been down long enough to make signs.

I went to ihop for the 1st time and will be the last, went to the one by the mall of America. 00 for 2 people we didn’t even eat it. The waitress apologized and said I wish I didn’t have to charge you for this as u couldn’t eat it! Never again!

I worked at the ihop in Fayetteville, Ga. Hudson is very rude and unprofessional. He fired me because I had a mental breakdown YESTERDAY. The day I had the mental breakdown, he sent me home early after I said I was okay to keep working and he told me to come the next day. I showed up.

My clock in didn’t work and he pulls me to the side to talk and tells me that I’m “no longer with us” and if I proceed to do “the most” that he will have to contact the police. I feel like it’s very ignorant of him to treat his employees this way with mental health issues.

Regular at IHOP for years (Montgomery, Alabama). Was wondering why it was bare on a Saturday morning, but I unfortunately found out why. Worse service I’ve EVER experienced. No utensils, food took almost an hour, and he only brought out 3 orders, and then proceeded to do other things before bringing 4th.

Never checked on us, no refills, and when it was time to pay, no bill. Had to go up front and ask. The hostess was extremely aware and apologetic, because she knew.. Bill was almost 80$ which I don’t mind for even decent service, which wasn’t even close.

I was in your restaurant in Brampton Ontario and it was the worst experience of my life first we were sat in a corner all by ourselves and completely ignored for fifteen minutes then the food was really bad and then because we were white when they tried to sit anyone near us they looked at us and asked to move I felt so discomfort even being it the restaurant I wanted to get up and

I am writing this constructively. You have wonderful ads on TV and you have a varied menu that is appealing to many. My husband and I went to the Augusta Maine IHOP today after church services and I was appalled.

While we were waiting for a table we both used the restrooms. There is no other way to explain them but that they were filthy. The bathroom smelled like still stale water, some of the toilets were not flushed, the sinks were dirty, the floors were disgusting.

There is a floor drain and around the floor drain it was absolutely filthy. My husband agreed and said that the men's room was the same. My husband and I visited IHOP Store#2044 located at 4361 Washington rd. Evans GA, this morning November6, 2022 around 09:30.There was a waitress there named Madison who was very rude to customers and using very foul language which I did not appreciate. When she took customers to their tables she would throw the menus and silverware down on the table and walk away. I'm not sure if you at Corporate Headquarters care about the above but I hope that you do. Management has had complaints which is ignored. With management not doing anything regarding the above individual this is not fair to the customers or employees. Neither does this keep the IHOP name from getting slammed.

I ate IHOP on 1421 S Air Depot Midwest City, OK 73110 Friday night November 4th. I arrived with my husband at 11pm. Our order was put in at 11:04pm. Another customer arrived same time and ordered right after us.

Our order did not arrive till 11:58pm. My over medium eggs were hard boiled in the middle. The sausage patties I could not not even eat as they tasted like soy. The hash browns were very crispy. The strawberry crepes were to thick, over cooked and strawberries were not fresh.

My husbands bacon temptation had undercooked fatty bacon. The customer (male with two females) was telling us how unhappy he was with the slowness. Our outside temperature in Midwest City, OK was 43 degrees. The temperature inside IHOP felt about the same.

To the person is running iHop in Laredo, Tx 78045. I just had to walk out of your restaurant! I was disgusted with what I saw at iHop. The waiting area is filthy dirty. As my family and I walked in the restaurant, we were sit it to a booth table.

It was dirty and food was dry up on the table, which was really gross. Then as I got up to go to the restroom, I noticed food all over the floor near the restroom. Egg !!! And the waiter was busy on his phone.

I just came (915am) from the store in Northborough Mass. Waited for 10 minutes to be sat, then sat for 17 mins while 5 waitresses wandered around taking pics of themselves. Asked for coffee, to be told. Thats not my station.

Got up to leave and there were 3 servers standing at the desk with the manager. He seemed upset that I was upset. So I left. Absolutely ridiculous.

On 11/2-22 I visited IHOP on 47th E. Palmdale Ca. Ordered an omelet : spinach mushrooms avocado, it came as a giant burrito : 12 inches long by 3 Inches in hight , no avocado,

Just looking on the sizes of it cut my appetite I like fine good tasting food. It was neither. I still ate some and took home the rest. Waiter was good .!!!

We went to IHOP in McDonough Ga. I’m not sure if our waitress was new or not but she took our order and she did repeated back to us. We noticed that it was taking a while to receive our food.

Their were people who came in way after us and received their food before us. When we finally received our food the orders were wrong. I do appreciate that another waitress was trying to help us and getting our food order right.

But even still some items were wrong. This was my first bad experience with ihop .

Went to the grand island ne ihop along with my husband and 5 year old granddaughter. Waited for hostess for several minutes, although there only a couple of occupied tables. Asked hostess about kids eat free and was told just the funny face pancake. Which was fine.

Once seated, asked waitress about kids eat free and she said no. I asked her to check with hostess. She did and came back and said no, that the hostess was mistaken. I even showed her several Google posts saying kids eat free. Disappointed. Won't go back.

I just would like to start off by saying we love going to IHOP. Ihave taken my grandkids about once a month for dinner after I pick them up from school. We decided after their Halloween Parade at school we would go and have dinner before meeting their mother at 530pm.

Customer service is great

It took 40 minutes to receive a simple breakfast order when almost noone else was in the store. The area by the cash register smelled like sewage my debit card was compromised there as well. This was confirmed by my financial institution!

It took over 40 minutes to receive our small breakfast order. It wasn't crowded, and we are three older ladies, so nothing elaborate was ordered. The service was terrible, the exit smelled like sewage, and to top it all off,mydebit card was compromised, which was confirmed by my financial institution. This restaurant is TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE!

Server was rude, and did not serve us free scary face pancakes even though we ordered to adult meals because we came in before 4. I told her we would wait to order but she insisted we came before 4.

Then she didn’t even put In our order and sent another server to take care of us. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Then another family came in wanting the same and she allowed them to wait and order the pancakes.

IHOP Canada in Niagara falls is horrible . river road and Stanley ave locations managers are terrible and rude. Staff at IHOP Ramada on Stanley Niagara Falls obnoxious . these people give your company very bad name. I for one will never go to an IHOP again nor will I recommend it .

Your restaurant here in Deming, NM (3454) is poorly managed. This situation has existed for at least nine months. Wait staff is young and untrained. As an example, I arrived today at 3:15 PM. I ordered the roast turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and a side salad.

It took 15 minutes for a glass of water to arrive. The salad arrived about 20 minutes later with the entree. There were plenty of waitresses for the number of tables. Only ranch dressing was available, but the actual salad was pretty good.

The mashed potatoes were dry and ok. A tablespoon of milk or cream more in the preparation would have done wonders. The turkey was all broken up in bite size (or smaller) pieces. Less than two tablespoons of gravy covered (or didn't cover) the turkey and potatoes.

I was at IHOP in Waukee Iowa. Sunday October 30th. Received bad customer service from the person who sat us to the manager. Placed order on line at Norman lane location in Lexington,KY. My phone said pickup time. Went to location and they said they cut-off on line orders because they were so busy and it had been a bad morning. You all could let your customers know when you are not accepting on line orders.

I did not get the woman's name who was working (she was the only worker I saw) she was a black woman with a red shirt and her natural hair was in a ponytail.

Asked about the Happy Hour menu items, ordered off the Happy Hour menu, also ordered Scary faced and Happy Hour menu items. Received food as ordered but was charged full menu prices. When asked manager Lauren Smith about price difference, she said Happy Hour menu was unavailable on weekends but both servers were unaware when we ordered.

She also tried to charge for the free Scary faced pancake.

This complaint is being filed directly against the store manager, Mr. Linwood for unprofessional conduct towards his store associates. On serval occasions Mr. Linwood have verbally reprimanded store associates for customer request or indecisiveness of customer orders. To witness this type of treatment of grown adults being belittled as they were children is very uncomfortable and embarrassing.

As frequent customers to this particular IHOP, we believe it is necessary for Mr. Linwood to be removed and retrained in how to treat associates.

Scammed!!!!! Charged for what I actually ordered but given kids food. Was told it would be fixed but then they refused to fix it. Scanned out of my money!

On October 23rd at 4pm my husband and I visited an ihop in Monroe NY. The restaurant was not busy, maybe 4-5 tables. We sat and ordered our food. I wish I had taken a picture. I ordered the chicken, first mistake apparently. Pink!

I asked our waiter to please return it to the kitchen for a fresh, cooked piece of chicken. Imagine my surprise when they brought back the same cut chicken, deep fried and hard as a rock. Needless to say, I didn't eat it.

The IHOP on Peach Orchard Road in Georgia is horrible. We were charged for extra food that we did not order. When we brought this us with the waitress and the manager they said okay and never explained anything. We waited 1 hour for them to send the correct check and then told them to call the police because this is ridiculous.

A friend and I visited your Kingsport Tennessee establishment this morning. Our server, who was probably in her early 20's constantly referred to me and my friend as "baby". I am a 60 year old man and my companion was a 58 year old female. Neither one of us appreciated the lack of respect for us as customers.

The establishment was so cold my companion had to go to her car and get her heavier coat just to be comfortable. As far as our food went, I had the Swedish Crepes, the lingonberry jam was barely above frozen and made the meal difficult to enjoy. My companion asked for butter for her meal on no less than 3 occasions and her request was never attended to.
