We were seated immediately. There were 3 or 4 people standing around the front greeting area and a few employees outside smoking. We were seated for about 30 minutes & we were never brought water or asked for our drink orders or food order.

We left angry and won’t be back. Horrible experience.

My 3 year old, his father, and I visited the IHOP in Clay, NY. This specific location seems to have a problem with brown people. We weren’t greeted by the hostess at all. She avoided any eye contact with us and walked away from the podium several times without any explanation.

A white couple walks in and she instantly greets them and takes their names. ” I made her take my name down, spoke with her manager and then left. I didn’t feel comfortable eating in that establishment as a black woman let alone allowing them to possibly harm my black son.

When you walk in two girls in blue shirts with arms crossed unkempt looking hair looking like they just woke up smirking at us n when I turned around laughing. THE HOSTESSES LOOKING LIKE THEY JUST WOKE UP. LAST VISIT WE TRIED TO PAY AT CASHIER BUT SHE TOLD US THEY COULDN'T ACCEPT PAYMENT. PAY WAITRESS.

WAITRESS JENSENIA SMIRKING AS SHE TOOK ORDER. I am elderly and deserve to eat without being judge on my hairstyle my clothes. You need to make these people dress up professionally instead of looking like unkept idiots. When served I had a glob of scrambled eggs.

She noticed that but still served me. I don't think corporate is doing a good job on keeping their image up.

We had been a customer for many years. Got the same thing every time. French toast and my wife got the 2+2+2 under the 55 plus me ur and coffee. Yesterday got the French toast and got one thick piece of terrible French toast which was dry and tasteless, not the same two pieces.

My wife 2+2+2 was skimpy also. The $1,50 senior coffee was now $329. Discussing, it was a place we went all the time and referred other people to, now will not because of your new ideas of what ihop means to seniors.

We attempted to dine at your Vallejo Ca location at 114 PLAZA_DRIVE We arrived 30 minutes before the posted closing hours and the hostess said “we do not close at midnight anymore, we close at 10pm” - to which I replied with “well, lucky for us it’s 9:30pm - we would like a table for 4”. She would not seat us - very disappointing.

This is clearly not a one off occurrence - they clearly stop seating people long before they “close”. Get your ^%#+ together IHOP!

Order double burger and it was dispointing due to they gave me two flat patties so I ask the waitress would she eat something like that and told me that she was restaurant worker so I asked for the check and pay my bill then left the restaurant upset thank u for poor food service and will never eat there again very unhappy

I eat at IHOP in Griffin, Ga at least two times per week and service is usually very good.

However, the sea salt is so granulated the it is about like eating sand with my eggs. Some time back I would ask the waitress for regular salt in the little packs and that worked. Now For the last few months all they serve is heavy granulated Sea Salt and I have already said it is very much like putting sand on your food.

I do not understand this nation’s hype over “Sea Salt”. I have researched Sea Salt an found that one would need to consume about 50 lbs per day get any mineral value from it. So why is the sand type salt all one can get at a restaurant as large as IHOP?

I will not be eating at IHOP ever again. Went for dinner with my Older brother , sister-in-law and my son. When finished I paid my bill by phone and my sister-in-law had not even paid hers . The waitress came by I told her I had paid my bill by phone, ok then a she comes back and said my bill had not been paid but my sister-in-law’s had . I looked at my bank account my bill I paid was pending $38.86 which my bill was actually $38.64 . So I showed the waitress she says will doesn’t showed paid. I visited your IHOP in Burleson on Sunday.

First of all the store was a mess. The booths were nasty floors were dirty and the dishes had old dried food on them. My server Rodrick was clearly under the influence. After numerous mistakes I asked for the manager, he name was Christy and she was under the influence.

She did not seem to care about our concern. She even told me her boss Jim had been there all day and she was stressed out because he was picking on her and she was about to quit. We finished our meal but kept seeing the manager and server playing in the server area it seemed like they were dating.

My husband save up his extra coins to take out to breakfast we ordered our food the waitress bought our food to us the food was cold I didn't won't to complain so pulled the manager aside and he just kind of said the restaurant was busy and that's it I am so unhappy I was looking for a great experience with my husband and it was terrible

I am a frequent diner at IHOP and I arrived at the Belvedere location at 7:45pm to be in time for the IHOPPY HOUR and i even confirmed with the sever and I waited 15 min for her and then she tells me It is over and I have to pay full price and I asked if she can call a manager and

she said don't give me a hard time. I also had the free pancakes survey and she said she doesn't want to serve me. This is unacceptable. I wanted to enjoy a nice meal at a reasonable price and she ruined my night.

My husband went to the Kalispell,MT at 9:00 on a Sat. Night, Oct. 1 after driving 5 hours in from Canada and we were told after walking in and waiting for someone to seat us that they were closed even though we could see the cook and a couple other tables were waiting on their food.

A kid sitting in a booth got up to tell us! When we said, it says you are open till midnight, he commented well we are closed even though the door was not locked. What in the world…speechless! How is this ihop still in business!?

I had breakfast to day at your store in Fishers on 96th. street. The girl that waited on me treated me with a nasty attitude. How it started was me asking for Tabasco with my breakfast. From the vary first she was short with me and answered we don’t have it and said “we only have one kind” and started to walk off.

We arrived at 11:45 pm and was told that they close in 15 minutes and would not be able to serve us. I informed them they have 15 minutes to take our order. They ran off 3 tables while we was there and possibly others.

IHOP on Randall Road in Elgin, IL Never in my life have I been treated so rudely!!! The gal who was there, her name is JACILYN, would not even look at us, I asked her a question and she replied "I don't know" and walked away!!

When we went to pay our bill my daughter handed her cash and Jacilyn told her she didn't have change!!! So I asked her what she suggested we do? and she told us to go to Applebees next door and get change!!!

My wife and daughter and I ate at the IHOP located at 1840 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, CA directly down the street from Disneyland on Sunday 9/18/22 around 11 am. My daughter accidentally left 2 stuffed animals in the corner booth near the entrance.

It was a Chip and Dale stuffed animal set. We left the restaurant after paying cash. The location was not accepting credit cards. We walked to the corner and realized the stuffed animals were left and returned to the restaurant.

The table had been cleared but not yet cleaned. We had been gone maybe 10 minutes. The items were not in the booth where they had been left. One of the employees checked under the counter and did not see them there.

She went back to the rear of the restaurant and returned saying she asked a few people and no one had seen…

Service was horrible no water offered no refill offered on tea. Ordere the 2x2x2 advertised for $5 on tv charged full price. 69 for a glass of tea really, can get jar of instant and make 10 qts 50$ for two adults and one child to eat.

IHOP payment system was down and employee asked patrons to cash App an employees relative for payment. What the heck is going on? Washington DC, Columbia Heights. I/we will never step foot in another IHOP ever.

I ordered my food for pickup at the curbside. It stated that my food would be ready for pickup at 11:00am. I pulled in the curbside pick up at about 10:50.... it got to be 11:10 and I was like let me go in to see what the hold up is.

I go in my order just sitting on the counter getting cold with a some more orders. So if I hadn't went in my order would have still been sitting there. They need to get more organized because what's the point of curbside if I have to go in?

I am complaining about the owner of the IHOP in Lindenhurst, NY. I worked for this man for many years. He had a class action lawsuit against him and I think his retaliation was not to hire Me later own due to Me getting what was due to Me in the lawsuit settlement.

I never had any problems with Daniel Chun. I do need to say that his telling the manager to not allow Me to work is a form of discrimination and an injury. I just relocate back to New York. I just need to get back on My feet.

For the IHOP to run better, one would think he would want someone who has the experience I have to help run the store. He always mistreated people, but this is the first time he has done so to Me.

ive worked for ihop 8years! I loveee loveee my job. and today I was pushed and disrespected by my GM! who's still their and called the police on me wld not even give me my money. the police got their and asked me did I want to press chargers on her.

Coustomer called for a manager and the assistant is always leaving without telling anyone and for a cook to do both his and her job at the same time and its vary sad and to explain to everyone that they have no manager to help with there complaintand when I asked for a corprate number it's not the proper number

Neptune NJ location. Actually a great experience! The manager, Angela ran a tight ship. Everyone remained busy. Whether they were waiting tables,filling condiments or cleaning. one gentleman was on the ladder,cleaning the tops of equipment. She also had a great relationship with her team.

I heard her tell one girl that with school starting, she would put her on a couple nights and weekend mornings, so she can still work. Everyone seemed to work really well with her and for her. very friendly and food was prepared as we ordered.

I never really go to IHOP, but will visit this location again.

Extremely POOR service at the Shreveport,La restaurant. Table was sticky with syrup. Took almost an hour for Swedish crepes and a SW chicken bowl. Avocados old and brown. Took almost 15 minutes to check out!!! No paper in receipt printer at front.

The worst experience I have ever had at an IHOP. Waitress kept saying she was crazy. Safety cone still over water on floor that was there when we arrived. Crepe were very well done. I received 2 instead of 4.

I do not think I could have endured 2 more. Even the Dr. Pepper was uneventful. Waitress NEVER checked on us. There were only 2 top sets of 4. NOT BUSY!!! Extremely disappointed!!!

I have been trying to go to your restaurant for over a year, use to enjoy going there. H. Every time I go to the restaurant on Sunday (hours 7 to 9) the place is NEVER open at 7am always have to wait it about 7:30 or so.

And always an excuse cook is late, car broke down, personal reasons, never I’m sorry we Inconvenient you . Cause you go to breakfast early to get things done . Been to your restaurant about 8 times with the so-called excuses.

On July 31, 22 @ 09:00 We were totally ignored at the IHOP in McDonough, Ga. No one came to our table. We sat at the table for over 15 minutes. I had to ask Mr Dexter if he would take our order, which he was happily willing to do and was surprised no one came to our table.

There was two other waitress working our section serving tables next to ours, I even made eye contact with them and they didn’t even responded. We have been coming to the same IHOP since it has open, this morning was the first time your staff has made me feel unwelcome or wants my business.

If you are Asian, be prepared, you will be treated differently. DISAPPOINTED

IHOP was a usual breakfast spot for us until now. I visited IHOP in Crofton MD on July 8, 2022. THIS RESTAURANT IS FILTHY! Entrance doors are full of hand prints and nasty dirty, EARLY IN THE MORNING! The floors are disgusting!

It is clear that night shift is not cleaning the restaurant upon closing. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I had to beg the manager and hostess to clean the door and it still didn't get done.

We were escorted to our table and it had spilled coffee or tea everywhere. Underneath the table and around was dirty and the table itself was disgusting with rings from old glasses and food. I asked the server for a wet towel to clean the table and a broom to sweep.

Made a DoorDash order and the store in Canton GA off of Cumming Hwy messed up our order. When we called they said they are not DoorDash and hung up on my wife. This store should have inspected the order before handing it off.

I'll start off by saying I love eating at IHOP. I was there this past Sunday July 24th at the Burlington NC location.

First of all when I arrived inside I had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone even came up to take my name and the number of guests which was two. I was then seated and placed my order shortly afterwards.

My granddaughter ordered a pancake and sausage and I ordered the grilled chicken with the rice medley and diced tomatoes. The lady came to our table and I made sure I told her again I wanted it grilled. It took about 30 min or more before for our food was ready only for it to come out absolutely wrong.

I have never been charged extra for the strawberry splash on refills. I was charged for every drink tonight at I hop on July 13. So I brought up to the night manger going by precious. I asked her to look up my previous chargers and look and she replied I not doing that and said you getting that charge tonight because it should have been charged the whole time.

The location in Elizabethtown, Ky is going down hill fast. Was in this location on 7/08/22 7:00 was seated . Watched several people walk out. No food being served and just no service. We have been in the both 40 mins and have been told two times our food is on its way.

Was charged for a complementary item and manager did not honor - we ordered an item before 3 they said they couldn’t sell for 4$ so we said we didn’t want but they made it anyway- the waitress brought to us and said it was complementary but we got charged anyway- the manager said we were miss informed by the waitress and if we ate it we pay for it- she said they don’t give free food - if we knew we had to pay for it we wouldn’t have eaten it!

My Daughter went in and ordered a Biscuit and gravy to go! She was in there 20 minutes while the entire staff were talking and sitting around, kitchen staff included. After standing there another 10 minutes she finally asked someone what the hold up was, he asked what she had and she told him.

Hi your general manager for taylor rd ihop in chesapeake virginia is a predator. He cornered me in freezer first week of onboarding there asking when we hooking up. Blowing kisses to me behind the manager back there. Makes it really uncomfortable for someone just trying to make a living, and come to work to do their job everyday.

My family went the ihop on Goodman Rd in Southaven Mississippi at 6:30 pm for dinner on the 23 of June we order and the chicken tender were fired hard my other family member order something else and got a double order of fries and than the so call Manger on duty came out amd was anger with us saying we were wrong and throwing dishes his name was Lee it was very upsetting did not say im sorry or nothing but

just keep saying im the Manger i will not be going back and i always went to that one. That one Manger that need to be fied because that is not how you should treat your customers.

I ordered the BLT sandwich off the Hoppy Hour menu. I had my choice of fries, onion rings or 2 pancakes. There was no extra charge listed on the menu. I ordered the pancakes and was charged $1 extra. I mentioned it to the waiter.

& he said I had to pay it. That isn’t right to be treated that way.
