This email is being submitted in regards to an order placed via Uber from store 4836, chk#8482. The lemon crepes were lacking filling, very dry, the berries were wilted. I called to place concerns and was told, that the order could be replaced for another day or pick it up, delivery was not an option. I stated that it was not fair after I just paid an Uber fee, she again said there was nothing that she could do to accommodate the cooks error. I order from this this location very frequently and I’m disappointed with the response. At this time I’m still awaiting a call from the supervisor. The manager stated that she did not have the authority to make certain decisions. Whatever can be done to keep this from happening again. this not being the first incident, will be appreciated.
