This email is being submitted in regards to an order placed via Uber from store 4836, chk#8482. The lemon crepes were lacking filling, very dry, the berries were wilted. I called to place concerns and was told, that the order could be replaced for another day or pick it up, delivery was not an option. I stated that it was not fair after I just paid an Uber fee, she again said there was nothing that she could do to accommodate the cooks error. I order from this this location very frequently and I’m disappointed with the response. At this time I’m still awaiting a call from the supervisor. The manager stated that she did not have the authority to make certain decisions. Whatever can be done to keep this from happening again. this not being the first incident, will be appreciated.

All I wanted was spoon to stir my fresh and very hot coffee. Instead I never received silverware even once the food was served. Made me think I probably should tell the chef the food is supposed be cooked. If the waitresses don't know to put silverware down for the food, why would I assume the cook knows the food is supposed to be cooked?

The hostess at the front wZ so rude, even yelled at me in front of everyone, I ended up so pissed I left with no food completely embarrassed and they still charged me for food I didn't get. I will never eat at any IHOP after this and I'll make sure and let all friends and family know about the shitty customer service.

I can't believe I still paid after I spoke with management twice and the lady said she called her gm and it would be refunded. Well it wasn't. Ticket #1488 31st and memorial IHOP at 11am

At 10pm this evening we were returning home from a long day, a long drive, and multiple family members visiting a close relative on hospice care. We hadn't taken the time to eat and decided to stop at the IHOP near home.

The "open 24 hours " sign was lit, help wanted signs adorned the widows, the doors were unlocked and we went inside. 1 booth was occupied by the employees and 6 cars were parked around back of the building. It took a few minutes but we were approached by a guy in IHOP uniform " we're closed he said.

" we haven't finished the remodel". And we turn to leave. There were no signs of any construction inside or out. You are paying these kids to watch an empty store! What horribly poor management. N Main St in Cleburne, TX

I have visited store 5319 ihop 3x to place an order to go. The 1st 2x it took my order 45 minutes. They forgot to place it. At the time a store manager Diana didn’t even try and help me.

Today 5/18/22 I visited the store again for an order to go Diana said she would be right with me to get my order but she never did. 10 minutes passed and I asked Brandi to help me and she did.

She apologized for Diana’s not helping me. During these times I’m on my lunch. So I’m pressed for time. I love your pancakes that’s why I go there. Please acknowledge. Thank you Maureen king

My food was cold, took over 45 minutes to be cooked and I found multiple white/grey hairs in my food. I can't get a hold of anybody on the phone and I've called 7 times. This is beyond unprofessional, unorganized and I'm also pregnant.

I do not appreciate the lack of concern, sanitation or proper way of cooking and serving of their food. I'm highly upset and disappointed

Went to IHOP on Sunday and waited 15 minutes to be seated. We even had to wait at the desk upon entering before anyone showed up to seat us. The waitress showed up right away and took our order and we waited for at least 45 minutes before getting up and leaving.

This has happened to us at this particular restaurant but we keep trying it hoping things will get better to no avail. There was no more than 10 people there as well as only 3 watresses so there should have been no problem.

Tables were not clean as well as the floors. This is located in Seabrook, New Hampshire and has a beautiful location. This place should be making thousands weekly. If I ran this place I would hire more and advertise. A great moneymaker but is run poorly.

meanwhile 4 cars pull in with family, we were the last to get seated, our order was for myself and husband, and our order was taking 3rd, out of the 6 tables our order was served last, no butter on cold toast. Waiting and obviously a little aggravated, we were looking the cleanliness, the table across from us , the rug underneath was filthy with food and straw papers.

I went into the bathroom to wash my hands after using menus, the bathroom obviously had not been cleaned from the day before. It’s been awhile since we have been out to eat, obviously from the pandemic, saw your commercial on TV and said to my husband, let’s go for your birthday.

On 3-30-2022 my boyfriend and I visited lhop number 3230 I ordered chicken fried steak with eggs over easy and hash browns . The eggs were overcooked hb were not cooked enough and cfs was cold and got gravy after 20 min from meal. with pancakes.

The only nice thing on our visit was the server Ariel who kept apologizing about all.

I hop 2305 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024. Sone one needs to look into this restaurant. I was there on Sunday 4/3/22. At 6:45 pm. Only had 2 other tables besides mine. There was only 1 waitress and 1 cook with was the manger.

The manger told the waitress he was back up. And he only could cook 1 meal at a time and not to put anymore orders in. In fact I watch them turn away customer. The waitress was very nice and pleasant and did the best that she could to justify to the customer waiting for their food.

My friend and I were going to have lunch at the I Hop on Brownsville Road in Pittsburgh PA. We arrived about 11:45 am and were seated almost immediately. We received our drinks fairly quickly and our order was taken.

By 12:30, we still didn't have our lunch. Our waitress came over and said we have a new cook and he made your orders. They were given to a wrong table. He will quickly make you another bite to eat.

45 pm, we still didn't have our food. With no more time available, we asked to speak to the manager. We were told she was on a call. At that time, we got up and left. Our lunch time was over.

Never go to Ihop if you are on your lunch hour. OBVIOUSLY, THE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT THE PRIORITY TO IHOP......... Don't waste your time!!!!!

I have been going to store #5506 for over a year, almost everytime I have had server #725453 Janice G. and had problems. She puts in the wrong order, I am charged incorrectly, I've had to get my own silverware and straws and so on.

To say the least this store always has dirty tables, takes a really ling time to get your food and the employees are always standing around or on their phones. I want to make someone aware of this because I will no longer be giving this store my business.

The greeter was very RUDE! We were ignored at first and then told very rudely that we wouldn’t be seated until we put on a mask. I have absolutely no problem putting a mask on and understand the importance of the mask.

My problem was the way we were treated. We left the ihop and will NOT step foot in there again. We have been to that ihop in Lake Stevens WA several times and have NEVER been treated like we were today.

If u want people to go to that ihop, I suggest u put that greeter woman in the back and don’t let her near the customers!

We have eaten at your IHOP restaurant in Flora Vista, NM since the day you opened, but because of one employee and one day we will not eat there again. I have a very small service dog (chihuahua) that goes with me everywhere because of my blood pressure, and she’s gone with me to your restaurant for the last 6 years because that’s how old she is.

Hello. I just back from a lunch with my family and I have several complaints. We are frequent customers to IHOP locations because my husband and son are huge fans of your steak tips and eggs. When we arrived there were only 2 other table that were occupied.

We had a total of 6 adults, 2 children and a baby in our party. The very 1st complaint that I have is that the parking lot was not plowed or salted. If my son would have fallen carrying the baby, I would of or could have sued IHOP.

The 2nd complaint was the food. My son ordered a steak med rare and the steak came to the table and was like shoe leather so when i asked the waiter he had it re-made. My pancakes when they cqme were ice cold.

The server took my debit card and Ihop gift card. She brought the bill and debit card but did not apply the gift card and did not return it or let us know She didn't apply the gift card When asked about the gift card.

My husband and I visit your Redwood City, CA location 12/28/21 at around 7:30 to have dinner. Upon entering a young lady came up front abruptly grabbed 2 menus and walked us back to a table ( not even so much as a hello from her) .

When we reached the table I thanked her, she proceeded to walk away, I thought she had not heard me and I thanked her again, at this point she turned around looked at us and proceeded to ignore us. In regards to Madera 93637 Bad management lots of insight from several employees who work there I am a customer this place can't keep a good server for very long they are all intimidated insulted by the manager who is there currently. Girls have also mentioned that any mistake or walk out made they have to pay for it that is against the law.

Employees work on breaks and I'm not giving their 10 minute breaks on the company they are forced to take a half an hour break an hour after they come in even if they work 3 hours this company is a disgrace and should be reported to the labor board for your practices

On 12/14/2021 on or about 7:00pm my partner and I visited the IHOP located at 1220 E 2nd St, Edmond, Ok 73034. Ashley (149) was our server.

IHOP currently has a special for Seniors 55+, buy one entrée and get the 2nd for free.

I am 65 and my partner is 70

I let the waitress know that I would like to use the IHOP Senior special we both choose the same entrée, the breakfast sampler, I chose unsweetened ice tea as my beverage and my partner chose diet Pepsi.

IHOP in Oak Ridge Tennessee is poorly run. With the General Manager going in the car in the parking lot with a cook who is smoking weed. At least 2 cooks there go on break, or a "smoke break" and smoke marijuana and come back in high. Not to mention 1/2 the time walking in the BOH it smelled like weed cuz someone has it in their purse or jacket or wherever. I know at least of 2 servers who do/did and the previous GM (Michelle) was also smoking, before she was pregnant, then continued letting employees smoke in her car as well. So she was/is aware.

It's always dirty in there, tables are never cleaned or sanitized properly, bathrooms are always gross. Tables always complain about dirty silverware that's not washed properly.

They just add new labels to the food and not change out the food!…

Hey my name is Carlos, I have this letter that I wrote and want you to hear everything in detail. So about a week ago, I got a call that I was fired at my job just because I can’t work 2 night shifts.

I worked at this iHop located in Chester for 9 months and for the most part I have really enjoyed my time working here acide from how the managers treat us. I simply can’t work any more night shifts because I am really not making any money and since now that I have graduated from school I have more stuff to pay and night shifts simply aren’t giving me any money.

In my application I put that I could work days and nights but I didn’t really have a choice because I was in school and didn’t wanna work during nights. Now that I am not in school I have more responsibilities and much more things…

Went to IHOP this morning. 2nd time there. Ordered a breakfast that had 2 holiday pancakes, 2 eggs, 4 sausage links and hash browns. I also ordered coffee. 49 (without coffee). Told waitress I did not want the Holiday dressings on my pancakes, all I wanted is butter on them and that's all (Because I am a diabetic). She said ok.

Had the meal and when I received the check I was charged for the Breakfast Sampler which was more. I called the waitress back and showed her the bill and she took the bill and told me she would be right back.

Very poor customer service in Mt. Pleasant texas and Pittsburgh texas, both are about 25 mile apart. 11-7-2021 at 10am in Mt pleasant and 11:30 pittsburgh. My wife and I walked out of both restaurants at these times. And we talked to the manager.

This company needs to be very embarrassed about their service.

We order breakfast every sunday and I really enjoy the chicken fried steak but to be exact the last 5 times counting today they have not put any gravy in with my meal. Nor did they put the strawberry topping for my New York cheesecake pancakes.

I have had to drive across town every time to get my gravy and strawberry sauce and have had to wait up to 30 minutes to get it. We use door dash so we don’t have to drive across town but what’s the point they always forget.

Now when we try to call them at 2 o’clock in the afternoon nobody answers and we’ve been trying repeatedly this is very poor customer service. The people working there are very rude. This is the hemet ihop.

I walked in IHop Kemah Texas on 2094 I arrived about 8:25. I sit a young lady (employee white) looked at me I am a black female she did not want to help me, but was asking all other customers that was not of color if she cold help them.

What really surprised me is she did ili twice toward me. A lady I know that comes to this location every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The reason we both come on this 3 days is, because Rachel is a very kind lady that’s always very nice and polite with her customers.
