Went into the location at rainbow Blvd. In Kansas city, ks. My friend and I were entirely ignored for a good 20 minutes despite endless rows of open tables. Not a single server or anybody bothered to come over and tell us that it would be a few minutes or even acknowledge our presence in any way.

like we weren't even there. I assume there must be a new policy in place to try to drive away as many customers as possible considering that you must be over flowing with business... That or this location really is just a front for some sinister plot or criminal venture ??

I can't rate the service as it was nonexistent. When my friend DID go and get a waitress she looked like she wanted to kill him. Said she was kinda busy..... Then more of the same..... Hope this isn't the direction you're…

Visited the IHOP on south 10th street in McAllen TX late in the even around 10 pm Two servers only a female and a male Neither one greeted us so I don’t know their names Male server was the one that took our orders (3) didn’t bothered writing it down After waiting exactly one hour he brings only one order which was cold (Colorado omelette) and literally threw it at me and walked away without saying anything The female server later brought the other two orders which as we suspected were wrong We walked out and they still had the nerve to get upset because we walked out.

Never a simple apology for anything. Not even busy.

So disappointed with the service , so unprofessional

Me and my boyfriend went to eat brunch. He orders the chicken fried steak, after a few bites he says “it doesn’t taste right”. We didn’t look into much thought of it. We pay and leave after we’re done and go back home.

After a couple hours he gains a headache out of no where, continuously vomiting here and there, diarrhea, severely have the chills, shortness of breathe. We believe someone had poisoned his food.

I went to IHOP 10/2021 with my grandson and my sister. When the food finally arrived it was cold, I told the server and she brought the manager over. He offered to take the food back. My pancakes were like warm so.

I asked the manager could I have my syrup warmed up. He said due to COVID he couldn’t do it he then said he could put the syrup between his legs to warm it up!!!!!!!!! He found it funny!!!!! My GrandsoN & my sister was shocked!!!!

I decided not to react because it would’ve been UGLY. This is the second time I’ve complained about this to no avail!!!!!! This happened in Charlotte NC on South Blvd. I’m sure THAT MANAGER still works there.

Yes I was in your IHOP in Tupelo Mississippi. I witnessed your servers dip their hand in the ice bin for customers drink order. Not one time did the servers have on gloves or ice scoop. They touching the ice and caring food with grease on the plates to tables.

I thought with Covid 19 going around d they would take better preparation on how the handled things. Not only that we had to wait hour for food and no drink refills. I order a sausage omlette and I should the waitress I only had 1 piece of sausage. It was sloppy made.

I drove 1 hour to eat breakfast and shop because we don't have IHOP where we from. My son enjoy eating there. It will be had from now on to go there.

I'm sitting here in your restaurant watching your servers. I see multiple servers just deep their hands in the ice bin to get customers drinks . They are not washing hands and handling food to customers. With covid on the rise I was thinking it would be better to sit and eat.

I don't like that it unclean to do so. It make your look at things differently.

Arrived at IHOP in clay ny at 10:52 am. My spouse and I were seated in about 10 minutes. The waitress took our order after we were seated for about 5 minutes. The waitress then brought our drinks and we never saw her again.

At 12:03 our food finally came and it was cold. We waited over an hour and got cold food.

Myself my sister and my Grandson were have breakfast at IHOP ON Woodlawn Rd. In Charlotte NC 29217. Our food was very cold I notified the waitress , and she brought over the manager. I asked the manager if I could get warm syrup and he said due to COVID it could not be done, he then added he could put the cold syrup between his legs to warm it up!!!!!

I was EXTREMELY UPSET at such a comment. I did not want to cause a scene. Hence I’m writing this complaint. Safe to say I will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!! My first thought was to let everyone in the restaurant know what was said to me!!!

The service was the worse, the cook took a cigarette break in the middle of cooking and had a waitress take over. We had three dishes and The cook was so slow that they only bring one item at a time with a 5-6 min gap in between. Complete nonsense and I shouldn’t had to pay $40 for that!

My daughters and I was at Ihop yesterday, located at 7925 Belair Road, Nottingham Maryland 21236. There were mice actively running around the store. The manager claimed he would close the restaurant after we were done eating but another party came in and was seated after us.

Prior to them, it was only myself and another man there. It was very disturbing to see the mice running around the restaurant, jumping and and out of booths, and just running wild. We had to pay for food that ultimately we did not eat because we loss our appetite and my daughter who suffers from anxiety was terrified.

I am calling to place an order over the phone. I have called twice back to back because the first call, they pick up the phone without saying Hello, Thanks for Calling IHOP, or Please Hold.

Second call, they pick up the phone without saying Anything again, leaving me on hold as I hear several orders being taken. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If the staff can not multitask something this small as to control the phones for call-in orders, it's UNACCEPTABLE.

Cleanliness of the restaurant needed attention unprofessional Waitress did not know the menu or specifics of items ordered Poor service VISIT: 8/6 around 1130am. The following day 8/7 I was making a purchase over the phone and realized I did not have my credit card.

I called the Ihop in Morristown, NJ and spoke to a gentleman. I informed him that my waitress did not return my card to me. After a brief hold he returned to tell me that they did have my card.

I explained that I do not drive and currently recovering from ACL Reconstructive surgery. He asked where I reside and I let him know my address is in Morristown. He said someone could drop it off but after speaking with the manager Mariana, he told me it wasnt possible.

Visited on 8/4/2021. We placed our orders so waited for it to come out. and an order mozzarella sticks. I ate small portion before I saw a red hair strand in my plate. know it wasn’t mind because my hair black.

Told the waitress but she acted it was all good and didnt apoligze . she did say they were short staffed . No opolige . She brought our ticket back. and thanked us. I thought she would try to apoliizee of something.

If I could put zero stars I would. the service is so bad and they continue to make excuses for the problems such as the fact that it is a rainy day. my girl and I went to get food at the Edgewood, Maryland location and tried to make an online order and first of all we couldn’t even submit the order online.

after going in and making the order for carry out they tried to charge us TWICE for several items that we had chosen. after that was fixed they said to wait 10-15 min and it’d be ready. we sat and waited 15 min in the car and I went in to pick up.

the food wasn’t even ready and they didn’t pay any attention to me. after saying something they told me to wait 5 more minutes at least 3 times. I went in at 3:00 and didn’t come out with my food until 3:30.

45 min+ after the original time…

I am so upset with IHOP store number 3325. Last Thursday July 29th at around 9:30am I took my granddaughter and great granddaughter to ihop. My granddaughter ordered an omelet with about 5 ingredients and chocolate pancakes. Waitress was a young black female probably about 18 years old and sweet as she could be.

The omelet was very cold so after one bite she asked for a to go box and was gonna just take it home. 00 for the omelet. I did not discover the amount until we got home. My granddaughter called the store and talked to a mgr.

I understand that COVID has prohibited several changes to what was normal. I treated my significant other to breakfast at the Greenbelt, MD, IHOP on 7/19/21, he ordered a steak and eggs breakfast and we were both give plastic utensils.

My wife and I have never experienced disappointment as much as we did this morning at IHOP of Hagerstown, MD. As a past manager of military officers’ clubs for over 20 years, I can honestly state the waitress we had was disorganized.

IHOP restaurant in general exceeded our expectations of a restaurant that is dysfunctional and unorganized. IHOP of Hagerstown is still operating under COVID 19 restrictions resulting in us waiting over 30 minutes to be seated because management does not utilize all tables in the dining area.

My daughter and I had lunch at IHOP in Burlington, NC on Tuesday afternoon and had a very unsatisfactory experience. The food was OK, but not as good as I expect from IHOP. The service was somewhat slow. The restaurant was dirty throughout.

The floors were strewn with trash and were sticky. Several tables were covered with dirty dishes for the entire time we were there. Our server had to assemble flatware for us. There appeared to be sufficient staff but at least two servers appeared to be on break, sitting in a booth on their cellphones.

Made a online order at IHOP Georgetown Texas, drove to pick up my order, walked in, the hostess said my order wasn't ready. She called me back up as my order was ready the whole time. Behind the register, sat 20 minutes inside IHOP, now I get home and my food is cold.

People were there in the waiting room, were walking out. I tried calling the manager, no luck. The hostess was very unprofessional.

Extremely poor customer service. The wait for extremely long. The food was cold and over cooked. The most frustrating was that all the food was not at the table at the same time.

For instance, I ate all by food before my son had his food. This is should not ve acceptable. The manager refused to come to the table to talk to us. The whole experience was dissatisfying.

Food came out cold and not as ordered. Ordered extra crispy bacon and it came out floppy. No refills after asking a few times. Asked to split the bill between two cards and one card was charged the full amount. It took about 20 minutes to get our cards back.

We were not the only customers that had issues with our orders and bill.

I went to ihop at the river view location. It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at ihop in my life. No one was at the front and when I was gonna leave the hostess was very rude .

Our waitress was very rude as well. By the time we all got our food , my food was cold and we never got our two orders of toast we ordered. I was so upset I told the waitress and manager I didn’t want my food anymore and that I was gonna eat somewhere else. Absolutely the worst service.

I will never go there ever again. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Ihop corporate needs to follow up on this place before it loses more business and bad reviews. Corporate needs to pay attention to their reviews.

Went to IHOP off of Bearass ave and I-275 Tampa Fl. It was 4:30 pm 4 other customers. Took 10 minutes before I was approached to be seated. Ordered the 2-2-2. Took forever which surprised me as there were just a few customers.

From now on I’m lowering my expectations before trying this or any other IHOP.

All these empty tables but yet we had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated because of 'To Go" o rders only to be told our food will be late because of 'to Go" orders. We are in the Diberville, MS IHOP.

it is dirty, booths falling apart, we were sat in a booth next to water buckets due to a water leak or an air conditioning issues. Ordered a cup of tea, got a half of a cup. This is terrible.

Came to front desk and no one was there. Waited about 10 minutes no one came so we looked for staff and some lady that said her name was George started talking loud and indignant to my husband with a bad attitude and

We went to ihop for somebody birthday. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. Which was not made right. The eggs had to go back because the cheese was just on top of the eggs not melted. The fish had to go back and it still was not good.

Waited for some potatoes that came when we asked for the check. Ask for a glass of ice water that never cane. It was someone behind my table that left. I order a stack of pancakes never got them. The place was not busy at all.
