Placed an online order. Waited until 5-10 minutes to pick it up because some times they are busy. When I arrived the only two host were outside hanging out with friends. I walked in and the two cooks were were in the back looking at me as if I had two heads.

There was one other couple at the table whom looked like they finished their meal and we're waiting for the check. After several minutes one of the host came in to see if I needed help. I let her know I had a to go order.

I placed a to go order at 2:00am. and when I got to the IHOP in Cedar Hill, TX I followed the procedures and texted my name and parking number to the given phone number. There was no response. I knocked on the door, blew my horn, flashed my lights, and called the store.

The sign says opened 24 hours, so there is no reason I was not able to get my food at 2:00 in the morning. There is no sign in sight stating they were closed. Since this incident happened, I had to spend even more money on other food.

Rude management. Went to pick up an order was told i should just leave(from manager).

Finally got the food over 45 min later(quick 2 egg breakfast) Was told not to bother coming back to this restaurant (from the manager). I was nice and cordial, unlike the Manger. As if I ever would put myself through that again she obviously doesnt understand customers are what keep the doors open.

If you would like to be ignored from the staff and have a terrible customer relations interaction with cold food, this is the place for you. If not, please do not waste your money on this, many other restaurants that would love to have your business.

My complaint is rude staff My family got there about 10:00 clock this morning. After we were seated. Nobody came and ask want do we want to drink. So my mom asked one of the worker can she have some water.

The port Arthur ihop is in dire need of management. I waited 70 minutes for three breakfast meals. This place is maybe 30% capacity, so there’s plenty of cooks back threre. The bacon is always under cooked, French toast is tasted bland.

I would like to request a full refund because we were very disappointed at 13201 Ranch Rd 620N in Austin, Texas. I got a free pancakes coupon that I showed to the waiter who said he had never seen anything like it, (I felt uncomfortable because they thought I was lying and showing fake code),but the manager would come here to our table and check it out. Take a look at this location's ratings. For the last 3 months the ratings have been terrible and people are going elsewhere. Again, terrible service.

We waited 30 mins and our food never came out. When we were leaving them over food started coming out. I told the server we were leaving and I would pay for the drinks we had, he said okay and gave me the ticket.

I asked to talk to the manager and he never came out. A manager should always see what's the customer complaint. Instead of sending a server. Waited for a very long time for table. Even longer time for food and it was cold when it came out. Got there at 10:40 and didn’t leave until 1:20. Made me late for an appointment. They could have told me when I checked in that the kitchen was really slow today but they didn’t. Beyond ridiculous.

On 5/17/2021 I placed an online order at 11222 Fuqua St. Houston, TX 77089 for curbside. Order # 1799898502 for the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes so when I arrive at IHOP I parked in curbside #1 and called the number for curbside several times and no one answered so I went inside to get my order.

The server gave me my order and I looked at the pancakes and asked him are these the chocolate because they didn’t look like they were and he assured me they were. THEY WERE NOT THE CHOCOLATE, they were buttermilk with chocolate chips!

This is the second time that I ordered online for curbside and never received the service. This location has subpar customer service!

Lithia springs Georgia location. The worst dining experience I have ever had understaffed should not even be letting people sit down when you can’t take care of 2 tables in the whole damn restaurant. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:30 I arrived to the restaurant and it wasn’t ready at that time. I came back at 12 and they said that my order was still not ready and they did not know when it was going to be ready.
