When we arrived, we stood waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes. I ordered what I thought was a hot turkey sandwich. What I received was processed turkey meat, the gravy looked like it came out of a no name can, it looked like water.

I took a little bite of the turkey and it was terrible. We had to ask our waiter Doug for silverware. When I received my silverware, it was dirty. Doug never filled up my water glass. I told the waiter that I was not happy with the food. He took it back.

I ordered the Chile meat omelette. It was good. I ordered the Adams Family Pancakes, he did not tell us that it cost more. I waited an hour and a half to get some decent food. By this time, everyone in my party was done eating.

We had to ask for to go boxes. We had to ask him for our checks. It took…

I was in the restaurant for an hour and never received my food. We got up and left the table I talked to the manager and he said he was short handed. I told him if he was that short handed to take care of only 6 tables in the restaurant he needed to close it down for the night.

This is the second time this has happened to me and my family within 3 months and I promise you this will be the last time this will happen to us. It’s sad to see a brand new business open up by my house and have this kind of service it’s really sad.

We waited over an hour after being seated, in which at least 2 tables were served and had finished eating before we got our food, which was not what we had ordered and then after another 10 minutes we received our order unfortunately the egg order was wrong on one plate and pancakes not received and when the server was told we get I will let her know. The Fact that all I did was sit down, and I hear an argument in the kitchen. I was one table away from the kitchen and I can hear someone say to someone else Shut up, shut up. There was an argument in the kitchen NOT Professional at all.

Arrived at IHOP in Barboursville, WV at 6:10p on 9-27-19. No line and we were seated immediately. The server took our order and brought us our drinks. We only orderedTwo bowls of soup(tomato) kids grilled cheese, kid waffle and chicken and BLT.

It took over 50 mins for us to get our food. We had to ask the server twice to check on our order. She kept saying it would be soon. When we got the soup it was not even warm.

We didn’t complain because it would even taken longer to get it fixed. I am not sure if I would go back. Just wanted to let you know it was not a good experience. I ask for a receipt when we checked out and the register was acting up and the cashier said it would be a few mins, I just left was already aggravated.

I visited ihop earlier today and I didn’t have any problem with anything at all!!!! What I did have a problem was with the store manager Samy which he acts as if his servers and working crew were stupid and dumb his behavior ir very inappropriate!!!!

And if anyone catches his attention about it he is very rude to us customers all the time. No ONE likes going to a place we’re we get good service and see and hear our servers get yelled at for no reason what so ever!!!!!!

He NEEDS TO BE REMOVED! This isn’t the first time we come across this situation .

Every time I come to this IHOP location 170 Front Royal Pike Winchester Va I work for a delivery company that sends the orders prior to my arriving when I arrive they ignore that I am here I stand here waiting to be helped and no one comes they look at me and just pass right by on several occasions I’ve had to call my employer to call them and they can’t even get them to answer the phone most of the time.

The customer service here is horrible I’ve watched several customers walk out because they stand here waiting to be helped to no avail. This business is losing customers daily do to this. The Manager treated me unfairly at your 14424 san pedro store when I was about to pay. The cashier didnt even know what she was doing and gave me the incorrect change. Then the manager accused me of trying to keep the change or not pay the full tab.

Her name was Linda, this was very unprofessional. Our waiter Sean was hardly around, when my wife order a shake the bottom of the glass had broken. Our daughter was the one that noticed it, she could've gotten hurt. By the time we got another shake we were already done, there was no point of having a shake.

I would like a full refund for the horrible experience, terrible service and accusations.

Restaurant was out of the special Halloween breakfast for kids by 4:00 I ordered a short stack, my 13 year old done ordered a full combo and toast Then I ordered off the kids meal menu for my grandson who is 2. When I went to pay they told me because I did not order an adult entree that my grandson could not receive a free kids meal. This is absurd!!

It is ridiculous that you advertise these meals for kids then don’t have them then say kids eat free from 4-10 and then a person has to argue about a 2 year old eating a pancake!!! Telling me I didn’t eat a adult meal so corporate says the kids meal is not free!! Seriously!!!

Went to the new IHOP location on Glenway Ave in Cincinnati Ohio on Sunday 9/22/2019. We were seated within 5 minutes and sat there for about 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging we were there. People who were seated after us got drinks and there orders taken.

I would like to email you and let you know that the experience that I had at the restaurant off of Rt 17 in Fredericksburg was AWFUL. Address: 10 Simpson Rd, Fredericksburg, VA.

Your servers were very obviously on hard drugs. They had trouble standing up and walking. We had to wait at the front door almost 10 minutes just to be seated (being the only customers that needed to be seated at the time).

We waited 7-8 minutes just for the server to stumble over to our table and take our drink orders.

We then waited for him to bring us the drinks, about 7-8 mins, once again we were the only ones seated at this time.

Once he took our order we waited almost an hour for our food.

Once we finally received our food we asked for an extra plate and were given a plate that was 100%…

I was walking through the door about 530am and the manager turned away from my daughter and I and wouldn't say good morning or even look at us. She looks at the waiter to come seat us and he came.

We ate at Taos, NM IHOP September 20, 2019 at around 10:30am.

The service was terrible. Uppn entering the restaurant, we were left waiting for a table as no waitress was to be seen. When one came out of the kitchen, she ignored us and kept walking to other tables.

When we were finally seated, it took minutes for a waitress to come out and get our drink order. The floor was empty of staff most of the time. We found this odd. We watched as three couples came in and waited at the door for about five minutes until a disinterested waitress seated them.

My boyfriend and I both ate at IHop this past Saturday and both experienced stomach problems. We both had pancakes: cupcake pancakes and chocolate chocolate pancakes and both had problems afterwards. I believe it was due to the whipped cream that was on top of the pancakes.

The server herself said that it came out weird- yet still served it to us. And it seemed alright so we ate anyways due to a time problem. My boyfriend ended up throwing up that same day and I have had stomach issues since then and almost threw up as well.

This morning I was at the Allentown Avenue, Bronx NY location and experienced a very humiliating situation with one of the waitresses and a manager, Andre. The waitress seated my husband and I at a single table but there was limited space due to another party seated next to us.

We arrived at the Hutchinson, Ks store tonight a few minutes after 11:00. We were seated and then waited over five minutes to have our drink order taken. We waited an additional ten minutes to have our food order taken.

We received most of our food order nearly an hour later. The crepes, pancakes, and omelet were all extremely over cooked. We left half of it uneaten due to poor quality. Hi. I visited the IHOP, in Birmingham, Al this morning. I placed a to-go order(Colorado omelette). Paid the cashier with a $20. 35. Upon, giving me my change she(Tonya B) stated that she didn’t have change(coins). I shook my head as in, okay.

I live in Millington, TN. I visited an IHOP restaurant on 9/8/2019. I usually do not make these types of complaints, but the service we received was SO EXTREMELY POOR, and by far the worse service I ever experienced. I ordered coffee.

The waiter served the coffee, but did not provide cream. I waited about 5 minutes or more for my waiter to return. When he returned, he begin taking meal orders with the other table that was with our party After he completed the first tables order he begin taking our order.

I was visiting your IHOP at 4840 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231 around 3am on Sept 8, 2019. The young lady helping me was 3 days new tp the position. I ordered along with my other 3 guest. We went to the Fort Smith Arkansas IHOP on September 1, 2019 for my son’s birthday. We sat down and the waitress didn’t even say “Good Morning”. She just said “what can I get you guys to drink”. We ate at IHOP in Nacogdoches, Tx. The plate my pancake came on was dirty. No manager came to the table to apologize. The table across from us had food on the side of the table. The service was not pleasant.

No silverware until we asked. If these things are dirty what else is dirty. Won’t eat there again. Very surprised the manager didn’t come to the table and didn’t give us our meal free. Me and my husband went to IHOP this morning, went and check end and sat for about 15 minutes before being seated at a table, after being seated the waiter came and took our drink order, we ask if he could take our order then and he told us they were not able to take orders to the kitchen now, but he took our order.

After about 30 minutes we asked the waiter if our order has been sent to the kitchen yet, he said no, that they were short handed in the kitchen. We told him just bring us our check for the drinks we paid and left.

Waited for 15 minutes to be seated, placed order and was told they could not send the order it to the kitchen yet, because they were to backed up because they were short handed, waited for 30 minutes, asked waiter has order been sent to the kitchen yet, he said no they want let them yet. So we paid for our drinks and left.

We have always got good service there but will be a long time before going back. This made no sense being that short handled on a holiday,
