After we order about 13 different dishes from a new waiter and waiting about 25 mins for our food 75% of our dishes come wrong we complain to the waiter and he send them back not once no twice but four times ,then they send us a different waiter which he did try to fix the problem and he almost did but

some guy name captain of the place come to us and a rude manner we started to argue until we demand the manager which he came and solved the problem by the time more then an hour and a half already pass by any way we agree to pay the four meal that where served right plus all the drinks and out of nowhere this guy name captain come over and

It took 1 hour to get our food. Foever to get refills. My side saallad came after i had my meal eat and was only lettuce and dressing. And it says kids eat free from 4 to ten. We ate at 8 and was charged full price for our child

We waited over 30 minutes after being seated for a server to ask us for a drink order. Then another 20 minutes before a server took our meal order. The staff was rude. While we sat and waited we watched as three of the servers stood at the server's station talking and viewing social media on their phones.

We asked for the manager to come to our table. When the manager arrived we we explained the situation and the manager responded by shrugging her shoulders and saying "sorry" then walking off. " We asked for the District Manager's number.

Manager had no control over her staff. Waitresses were too busy on their phones to take our order. When we confronted the manager she said "sorry" and walked away. The waitresses complained loudly about us confronting the manager and even yelling at us in the dinning area.

The Ihop we went to today is new in Overland Park Kansas on 151st Street. It was obvious they were short staffed which we understood, tables needed bused and the place was dirty but the worst part of our whole visit was the manager Rachael, she was very rude but the most disturbing factor was she had written in marker on her arm...I LOVE COCK and a penis drawn all down her arm. We will never go back there for the obvious reasons.

I ordered a triple decker BLT as I wasn’t very hungry. It came with a touch of mayo I could hardly taste and very little Lettuce and NO tomato. I asked about it and the server took my plate and returned it wit a wedge of tomato.

The server and manager were very young and nice I did eat part of the sandwich but it was the worst BLT I ever had. It looked like it was put together by a 5 year old. The manager took 20% off because I did eat some.

The food literally taste like it was old, was sitting out, and just got reheated up. Because it tasted dry and old. The gravy that they put on my sausage and biscuits were completely dry and only about a quarter size dry and googy portion of gravy was placed on my biscuits. You can clearly see that this gravy was old and sat out.

I brought my family here for the adams family menu twice. The first night was great service the second time brought my husband and daughter, and it was HORRIBLE.. the waitress was snooty. Just looked at us.. I had to use the bathroom so my husband and daughter waited i came back out of the restroom to learn they seated themselves..

Stopped at Harrisburg,pa union deposit location. At approximately 7:30 pm. A older gentleman was waiting to pay for his meal. No one was available. So we sat ourselves since it wasn’t that busy. My wife has to get our menus.

I visited the Ihop at location 1400 Mercantile Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107 on Tuesday Morning for breakfast on 10/15/19. The experience was awful! the waitress was nice, however, we waited for 45 minutes for our food (there was not that many people there), when the food did come out it was cold and not all the order was delivered to the table.

So I went to ihop on 36st nw 46ave miami fl airport and so happens that we Park in the parking lot get of to go have some dinner and an employee of ihop tosed a Mop full of dirty water and we got all wet and splashed on this was really unnecessary then I gave the complain to the manager and all he did was give us some free fries for apology this was so horrible.

I went out for brunch with my friends after a hard morning of school. We all wanted to sit, eat and the best of all be comfortable. Unfortunately they sat all 5 of us at a small booth when there were clean open bigger booths but the following waitresses decided to give them to a couple.

Where is the common sense to sit a big group at a big table and a small group at a small table. This was highly unacceptable and I don’t appreciate it.

Third time at the Watertown store first time the order was all messed up. The second time better however but we waited for a half hour before being served, very few people in the store. The last visit today we waited to be seated that took 15 minutes before someone came and said we would have to wait 15 minutes longer because the tables weren’t cleaned.

Don't ever go between 11:15-1:00! You will wait in line for a good 15-30 minutes depending on how far back by the door you are in the line at! The manager was short on staff or didn't care, because there was only one register being used.

My husband and I were at your Darthmoth Massachusetts location this morning for breakfast and we are both on the " Keto Diet". when we ask if we could substitute the hash browns and pancakes that were included with our meal ( omelettes) we were told we couldn't.

As a result we through away more of the meal than we actually are. Unless your menu changes to allow people eat according to their diets I don't think we will be returning to IHOP any time soon.....

It was my granddaughters birthday we saw the Adams Family movie then she wanted to eat the food at ihop from the movie. Went to the 119 th we seen one server many empty tables but after 30 minutes of being ignored went to the 151st st.

IHOP store # 3207 in Providence, RI. I had the worst customer experience in any IHOPs store I ever been on Saturday October 12th.

First, nobody picked up phone for an hour. I gave up putting carry out order in and drove to the place. It took 1Omin to get acknowledged and I explained that I want to put a carry out order in ( sick son at home) and have been trying to call for an hour. No Host.

Went to the dubuque ia IHOP with 2 other couples 2 weeks ago. waitress came for our drink order. My husband order a choc shake. she also told our friends that a coworker was teaching her a comment in Spanish that she found out meant fuck you.

I was waiting at the ihop on East-west connector with two other black guests waiting to be seated. When a white waiter by the name of Jessica walked up. There was a white family that came through the door and she proceeded to seat them.

She bypassed all of the black guests and sat the white family. When we asked her why she bypassed us she stayed that she didn’t see us sitting there waiting. I was appalled by her blatant racist attitude. Then she had an attitude with us for questioning her motives.

She had walked past the door three times and seen us sitting there so she knew we were waiting to be seated. I have never been treated with such disrespect and racism at an ihop. There needs to be sensitivity training at this restaurant.

Service was below par. We were interrupted during Paula's taking our order. She was argumenative. Refused our requests. Over charged me and made the meal a fisaco. We were trying out the Monster Madness meals promoti g the Adams Family movie.

I went to IHOP Friday Oct 4 especially for the pumpkin pancakes which I look forward to every year. I was very disappointed this year because the pancakes were thin, rubbery, & didn’t taste like pumpkin at all. I’m not sure if this was just this IHOP or all IHOP’s but it seems like a big mistake to change the pumpkin pancake recipe.

IHOP was one of my favorite places but will be hesitant to return. If they change one recipe they may change others. I’m sure I’m not the only one that noticed the change.

We had great service. This is about the Food. That new purple "sludge" that was atop my hot chocolate was the vilest, most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. It did not resemble food and I could not eat it.

A nice dollop of whipped cream would have been fine. This concoction was like some kind of frosting from a can mixed with who-knows-what to create an inedible tasteless totally unhealthy mess. You have got to do something about this.

Kids will be expected to eat this and they will not be able to. It really is awful. Go back to whipped cream, throw a few purple sprinkles on if you must and call it good.

The night manager was very rude, sadly I did not get her name. I didn't like two of their soups and sent them back. They tasted very acidic. The manager did not come over and try help out the situation. The two soups were taken off the bill, but when I got the bill for just the soda it was a little over $3 after I sent back the soups. I asked her if I had to pay for the soda and she said, "Well you're drinking it aren't you? We don't give out things for free..." in reality, yes, that's true, but it was the way she said it and how she handled it that makes all the difference. I work in retail and used to work in food and customer service is #1 always. She was a bitch and I'll never return to that Ihop again.
