I had your Turkey dinner yesterday 11/24/19. The Turkey was good. I have never seen dressing served like it had been made in mixer. And thrown on a grill for a few minutes. The potatoes were red potatoes and they taste different than white potatoes.

The dressing looked like a sick baby poop green ! Why bother to put a item on the menu if it's not going to be made correctly. I SENT IT BACK! AND GOT BREAKFAST.

I went to the IHOP Restaurant with my wife at the Fourpoints Sheraton for breakfast at Niagara Falls on Wednesday,Nov,20 .We paid for breakfast with my visa and gave the waitress a coupon for $15 which we got from the hotel .The total for the meal was $49.59 but we were not reimbursed the $15 .Can we be reimbursed the $15 for the coupon.

Waited a while for the food, when i got my food it wasn’t hot it was lukewarm, the biscuit was so hard I couldn’t hardly cut it, the bacon was soggy and cold. Worst ihop i ever ate at, will not eat there again.

We will not be back. & couldn’t get hot water. had to pay for a full glass. & yet they were out of 2 of them bad news for a vegetarian. Had to ask for a menu back to try and adjust the order. minus the chicken.

I ate with the ladies of my church, we went at a non rush dinner time.

First, there was no minestrone soup (even though it's on the menu ).

Second, I ordered the chicken vegetable salad, without chicken. (I'm vegetarian ). I wasn't told until the end bill came that I would be charged the same (I was told it was MY choice not to get chicken. In total I had 3 items, Luke warm tea, fruit cup (which was good ), and a salad with partially brown lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms.

No avocado, which I thought I was getting. (No chicken or avocado ). 02, one of the ladies at my table said it best "least amount of food, biggest price". The restaraunt is close, but I won't be back. , Virginia Beach, VA.

i counted 5 guests total. there was a oriental couple ahead of us waiting. A white female mid 20's came to the front. She was a server/waitress. the waitress said " you cant talk to the manager because she's cooking!

Nov. 16, 2019, my daughter and about seven of her friends came into restaurant #1458 @ 203 W. Loop 281 Longview, TX IHOP for a dinner. Patrick was the greeting waiter who took their order, the time was 10:25 after order taking but they did not get their food until 11:26.

Upon getting their food, four orders were either cold or just plain wrong. So one waitress, Alexa F 11042, assisted them to get the order right and fresh new food. So then they were ready to receive their individual receipts to pay but one of the young lady's at the table had to leave the restaurant early she did not pay so therefore her dinner was gonna have to get paid by anyone else left at the table. I have been coming to the IHOP near the airport in Oahu (3269 Koapaka St, Honolulu,HI) for over a year. At first, their customer service was impeccable and the timeliness of the food was excellent. I ensured to provide feedback on each of those amazing experiences.

Unfortunately, the last month or so, the timelines, customer service, and food accuracy has dramatically declined. 5 hour wait time to sit and 2 hours to receive my food. I am pregnant, so I decided to wait those times but it truly was extremely frustrating.

Today, knowing that the orders are taking longer, I placed my order over the phone and I was informed it would take 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, my food was still not ready. I decided to leave and do not plan on coming back ever again.…

m. for delivery. m. to inquire on the status of my order. I waited five minutes for the manager to tell me she she just found out that the driver is not coming in , then the line drop dead.

I called back several times with no one answering. Then finally someone answered and put me on hold for 14 minutes and still no one answered. I finally called back and a different manager answered the phone to tell me that no deliveries are being made today.

At no point in time was I phoned to say there was no deliveries.

Finally I was told sorry. No one asks is there anything that could do to rectify or provide other options. I've had several problems with this IHOP customer service needs improvements and my orders are consistently wrong. I would greatly appreciate this matter looked into.

After we were seated we waited about 15 minutes for our order to be taken. As we waited we saw 2 or 3 waitresses just standing around talking. When we received our food one of the plates was supposed to have tomatoes and instead received potatoes.

The eggs were greasy and the toast was cold and had a dime size spot of butter on it. Where we were seated was an area of about 12 booths with a single isle between them. This was the only area that any one was seated.

Accross from us was a man in a wheelchair that took up most of the isle. Mean while the entire other side of the dining room was empty except for one table of ethnically different people. I asked our waitress why they were cramming everyone in that small area and her response was that it was easier for them.

11/11/19, my husband and I went to IHOP Pinole, CA for breakfast and requested the same waiter just as I have done every Sunday and Monday for over 2 years. I was told that he was on break but would be back in 10 minutes.

Eric the assistant manager sat each party ahead of us. After he sat the last party of 2, I complained to his about seating all these people prior to seating us. I was told that, my waiter did not work those sections so I needed to wait.

I then told him that "you continue to seat people that came in after us and I have never not been seated because he didn't work a particular section. He then decided to seat us on the other side of the restaurant and said he would send the waiter of to our table to help us.

I went to the IHOP in Owasso Oklahoma at about 6:45pm on 11/15/19 with my wife, 3 year old son and 4 month old daughter and waited 15 mins to be greeted and then sat down and was never asked what we wanted to drink. We waited 30 minutes and then we left.

While my 3 year old was whining about being hungry. A customer told us she was sorry. And the manager told us have a good night as we left. Didn't get her name but she was absolutely disrespectful and didn't care.

We will never go back to another IHOP.

Took my wife and family for a birthday dinner to the Watertown NY 13601 restaurant. We have a family of 5. Went into the restaurant and waited for a little over 10 minutes to have someone to come to the front of the store and seat us.

When we got seated we waited for 20 minutes to get someone to take our order. The restaurant was lucky to have 6 tables full. When we ordered the waitress took 15 minutes before we got our drinks and they came in stages.

Our meal we ordered also came in stages as well. Waitress brought 2 meals then 5 minutes later 2 more meals and the last meal arrived after the first two meals were already eaten. I ordered a turkey sandwich with fries and asked to not have onions the waitress said it didn't come with them.

I was working at Ihop on University Parkway of Winston-Salem,NC. I was not feeling good one day and I was fired. Alma the store manager told me if I didn't come in I'd loose my job. Which was not a professional way of handling things.

I was sick and couldn't come in. Yet, she has had many people no call no show at work and still had them scheduled. Which is to me a discrimination. Alma has also been rehiring family related people in the work place and has even rehired her own daughter back and her daughter boyfriend is working there also.

I am upset that the fact that this was my only job and I been jobless for 2weeks now. She had no reason to fire me after all, I've never called out, always been there when scheduled and the first time I call out cause I wasn't feeling well she decides…

I am a IHOP Richmond, CA customer who patronizes IHOP every Sunday and Monday and has done so for the past 2 years. Today I entered IHOP requested a table with a specific waiter and was told he is on break and would be back in 10 minutes.

10 minutes passed and the waiter was back. In the meantime a party of 6 and a party of 3 can in behind us. After an additional 10 minute wait the assistant manager Eric sat the party of 6 in a booth and the party of 3.

I placed a to go order on 11/10. I had to call them 6 times to get somebody to answer the phone.

Finally someone picked up I placed my order and she said it would be ready in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later I picked it up to be told that they did not have any order for me. Then after digging around the hostess stand she found where the girl had written down my order but never put it in.

Me, my wife and daughter came to IHOP on Wilson in Grandville, MI and had horrible service. I love breakfast food and IHOP is my go to for it. I have never complained before like this, EVER. I get the server was new but, not only did he forgot some of our order but, he also braught out the same thing WRONG twice.

My 99ur old mother went to your restaurant at Culebra and1604 in San Antonio. As your hostess watched while I struggled to open the front door pushing my 99 yr old mother in a wheelchair a departing customer assisted me with the first door.

A departing customer aided me in entering the IHOP on Culebra at Loop1604 while your staff watched and didn't offer assistance as I pushed my 99 yr. old Mother in her wheelchair into your establishment. Your hostess, didn't even say hi. ". ".

Took our order, delivered it. Then never returned to check on us. Until I was finished with my mediocre breakfast. Upon which he handed me my ticket. Upon leaving, same hostess standing at her stand. Just watched as I manoeuvered my mother's wheelchair to the door.

Waited at desk to be seated very disorganized. Got seated and noticed how dirty the floor by the table was. Girl cleaned floor as we were eating. Server came and ask wat we would like to drink. I wanted water and friend wanted oj, water and coffee.

He got all of his I got none of mine. Had to ask again. Friend ordered sampler with over easy eggs and i ordered 2 eggs bacon and toast with over medium eggs but asked to have the toast uncut so I could make a breakfast sandwich.

As soon as you walk in the restraunt you can see the unorganization. You can hear the cooks music singing about hoes and booty shaking. Took forever for the server to show her face then she wasnt even the one taking care of us.

As im waiting for my food i can hear my server asking about my food. And you can clear as day hear the cook yelling itll be ready when im done fucking cooking it. ( sorry im not sugar coating anything) Im not sure whats going on over there but it didnt seem like the manager was to worried about the fact that her customers can hear everything thats be said.

I dont go to ihop to hear the employees talking about "what they did lastnight or what their doing when they get off".

West Monroe. Louisiana. This morning I wanted to dine at this facility with my spouse. We walk in there's a guest in front of us and one comes in behind us. There was no host at the front desk. So the couple ahead of us sat down and we did too.

The guest before us was seated and when the host came back, she proceeded to take the couple behind us. We spoke and said we were next, but she just smiled and walked away and seated the gentlemen. This was totally disrespectful to us, because we were the next guest.

She never ask who was next. She didn't know because she wasn't at the desk when we came in. No apologies were offered as we left the establishment and went to another. This is not the first time this has happened.

We stayed the last time but this time we felt we could go some place…

Gilbert Road iHOP, Gilbert, AZ. This iHOP stinks. We arrived for a Sunday brunch with family. While we expected some wait, it was the wait once seated that is very disturbing.

Server ELI took our order, and returned to the table several times to inform us about crepes not being available. Once meals came to table, it still was not right. Meals COLD and looked very unappealing. Some burgers not what was ordered.

Manager DAMIAN helped straighten it out, but a very disturbing experience. Anyway, not coming back. Do not go to this location!! Bill

On last evening 11/03/19 about 7:30pm i entered one of your resturants. The resturant was not busy. No one was at front and my wait time was more than 5 minutes before getting seating help. My waitress appeared annoyed but not rude.

One male employee had pants below buttocks(unsightly). This same young man saw me but standing but didn't help me with seating. He went directly to a phone at frnt desk. This was not the best nor worst experience i've had eating out.

But i thought you should know.

List of things that went wrong during my visit with a party of 4 The IHOP that did this was the one located at 333 E Jefferson Ave, Detroit, MI 48226. I've had good experiences at different IHOPs, but this one was by far the most terrible one

-Long service time (It took 90 minutes to receive food from sitting at the table)

-Didn't receive water for one of our guests, another server came around after 15 minutes and handed another glass

I went into IHOP in Cape Girardeau, MO tonight, and the waiters were very friendly and nice, but the “cooks” did not cook the food all the way or completely over did it. Me and my spouse got a french toast combo, which the french toast was runny. Absolutely disgusted.

He ordered the Steak tips and they were so over cooked that it sounded like a rock when hit on the plate. When it was sent back, they gave us brioche toast instead of original french toast and completely forgot the broccoli for his plate.

Will not be coming back any time soon!

The "kids eat free" promotion is a gimmick. I ordered my daughter the pancakes off the addams family menu, there was no purple whip cream or icing like shown, when we got the check they charged us for her meal because it wasn't on the regular kids menu. They were regular pancakes!!!

They were "all out" of the addams family icing and whip cream. Even the manager refused to discount the price. The food was mediocre at best and the staff wasn't friendly or helpful in the least. I refuse to return to any IHOP again

Ordered T-bone steak with eggs sunny side up and pancakes. The eggs were burned around the edges and almost burned on the bottom. The steak was dry and tough. Waited 45 minutes on the order. Saw very few waitresses on the floor.

Some seated near us got up and walked out. I asked our waitress if they were having problems in the kitchen and she said they had a party of 25 and they had to get that food out. That is no excuse.

Had I been told up front it would be a 45 minute wait I could have gone somewhere else. 99 for a 16 oz glass of milk.

Where do I start?! The ihop in Lancaster Pa has become so ghetto its unbelievable. Most of the employees there have loud music on in the back of the house where it could be heard in the dining area. They can be seen twerking and shaking their butts I've witnessed one of the male employee in the front of the house standing up twerking on a booth while another female employee filming him.....

I feel like I'm at a club and not at a family restaurant ... I also seen a manager dancing with her crew today ... I asked if there was a GM on Duty and they told me no only the assistant manager..

10/30/2019 My wife and I plus our daughter and granddaughter just returned from dining at the IHOP in Statesville,Nc. We normally enjoy our experience but tonight was different. When we arrived at approximately 5:35 there were maybe 10 customers which were already eating. Saw only 2 waitresses.

We were seated and drink orders taken. The coffee was lukewarm.

Second pot was warmer but still not hot. After ordering it took at least thirty minutes to get our food. The waitress was nice but not attentive to refills. We had to call her to the table twice to ask for refills.

My son, granddaughter and I went to the N Little Rock location on 10-30 at appx 915 pm. We were seated at which point the waitress stated the table was dirty and walked off. The next waitress came and ask for drink order.

I ask her to please wipe table off, which she did. We place our order, only to be told several times she was sorry it was taking so long, they only had one cook(45 min to get food). There were only 4 tables with customers in them, two of which were there when we arrived.

m. stopped at ihop 29 north Charlottesville Va. Entered restaurant no hostess at station at 10 tables/booths open seen from hostess station alone. Family of 4 said that they had been waiting approximately 30 minutes, we waited approximately 10 minutes with no approach from an employee and we left.
