Good night. I am a Door dash driver, today I was mistreated and humiliated by an employee of this store. I arrived at 12 noon to pick up a Doordash order that should be ready at 12:04. The employee who was at that time at the reception desk in a bad way told me that I had to wait (this employee is a young brunette who has already mistreated me with discrimination and racism traits).

After 25 minutes and seeing that they were delivering orders to other people and my order did not come out I asked another employee (an old lady who had a Christmas flower dress), I showed her the application on my phone and I I said that my order should be ready at 12:04 and it was 12:25 and they still did not deliver it to me, and this lady lashed out at me to take things and

Came to Westerville Ohio IHOP Christmas Day. 3 waiters/waitress. All were useless except for The man Daniel. He was exceptional and should be your new manager. Old blonde hair waitress was overheard saying she was going to sabotage a meal.

First visit to IHOP for dinner. The service was not good so I left no tip. 24 when I checked out . 00 was added to the check after I left ( I have my copy of the receipt) I called the manager James and he promised to get back to me.

So far he has not. I will dispute the charge with the credit card co, I will not be eating at IHOP any more

Placed an online order at 8:20 PM. Arrived at 8:40 PM, no acknowledgment when I walked in door except a waitress walking out and saying I am done with this place. After waiting for 10 minutes no one even approached the desk and said may I help you.

So I walked back to the waitress station and asked if they knew that people were waiting for online orders and the answer I got was very rude I just got here and I don’t do online orders or know a thing about them. No manager on duty and the waitress food area was in shambles.

My online order was ready but setting under the hot area to keep it warm I was able to leave with my food at 9:05 PM. This restaurant needs some adjustment to the way it helps it’s guest. This is not like any IHOP I have ever visited.

Absolutely the worst tbone steak I have ever had. I ordered medium rare and it came way too overcooked and was mushy. I couldn't even finish it because it was so bad. I will never order from IHOP again. On top of that I ordered potato pancakes and they sent hash browns instead. Terrible place.

Giving a single star to rate our experience, is giving to much. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, which wasn’t a big deal. When seated the first time-we were seated in an area that freezing cold & the heat blowing felt more like air conditioning.

They said they were having issues in that section. Asked to be seated in a different section (since it’s winter & air conditioning wasn’t desirable), finally moved us. I walk to the hostess area to get a coloring sheet for my great niece, while standing behind 3 ladies (one of which is to be our server) hear them complaining because we asked to be moved!

You have decreased the item selections of the 55+ menu and taken away the turkey dinners completely. Some of us "seniors" and many of us Veterans are on restricted diets and or have diets that are not conducive to all the fried food items you offer other than sugar laden pancake treats.

It is very disappointing that after taking my wife out for the evening and a movie we had little to select from on your menu - we used to be regular customers at this restaurant but now due to the very limited menu selections I will have to find another location and take our business elsewhere.

Dined in on 12/20/2019 with my wife and 2 year old daughter. When I say service was poor that's an understatement. We waited 18 minutes for our drinks and then another 56 minutes for our food!! My 2 year olds chicken was raw.

I showed this to the waiter who agreed and apologized. Her waffles were burnt and my steak omelette was runny. This is not acceptable and I asked for a refund or discount to no avail. This also happened to 2 other customers present before we were seated.

I am writing to you about your restaurant in Charleston, SC, located in the French Quarter on East Bay St. This happened last Friday, Dec.13th, apx. 7pm. My waiter was Brian. And normally I don't complain because food service is really hard. But this particular IHop is just a nightmare, and has a history of being awful.

I work at the SC Aquarium during the day and I give ghost tours/pub crawls at night in the French Quarter where this IHop is located. I had a little over an hour to kill, and hadn't eaten all day. So I'd hoped to have a leisurely dinner before work.

I ordered and paid for food online this morning (12/19/2019) from the IHOP on Air Depot Blvd. in Midwest City. I ordered online around 925 am, so the estimated pick-up time was 9;40ish. I arrived at IHOP to pick my order up around 9:40.

A man who was standing at the register when I walked in, who appeared to be in management, did not bother to acknowledge me when I walked in. I sat on the waiting bench for a few minutes, still no acknowledgement.

He saw me sitting there, said nothing, and walked back to expo. " No. " This is customer service? I finally saw a random waiter and told him I had ordered online. He bagged up my to-go order that had been sitting in expo for awhile getting cold, and the waiter brought it to me.

Worst customer service Ever! Our food took a long time until again I asked about our food. We were a party of 5 and 3 of our food was cold and even worst wrong order. My parents whom are over 80 and diabetic and didn't want to leave because they figured going somewhere else would be about the same time waiting. Driving and ordering.

As I'm waiting for a to go order a verbal altercation breaks out so I move from the lobby closer to the other exit. After at least 10 minutes of the argument getting heated the security officer does not ask them to leave And allows them to stay.

I visited and IHOP establishment in Tyler Texas on December 14, 2019. After I paid for my food and am walking to my car I see a sign that says “ KIDS EAT FREE BEFORE 10”. We check our receipt and we have been charged for a kid’s meal.

I go back in and manager is readily available. ” She says to me “ there is nothing that I can do as you have already paid for it. 99. Now I feel that I have been violated. Now i have been defrauded and IHOP has stolen from me.

Now i have to wonder how many times has a waitress added things to my bill. So i should expect to go to IHOP and a waitress adds that i had 3 orange juices and not be reimbursed for a mistake.

Stopped at IHOP EXIT 201 on 75north. Stood at entrance for 10 minutes & no one glanced in our direction before a nice young man came over & said it was his first day but he would find someone.

Finally a young lady came over & said it would be a wait even though there were several empty tables & only two people waiting. She still did not ask my name to put us on a list. A man who had just finished his meal came up & advised us that our food would be cold.

Said he had received his food & it was cold before his wife ever got hers. We left & several other people followed us. Very disappointed. Traveled on to Chic Fil A. You can always count on them for good food & service.

My friends and I just came back from the IHOP on Lexington Avenue and 125th street in New York City. We were a large group (with reserved seating in advanced) and ended up paying the bill by pooling our money.

The bill was about $320. We gave $300 in cash and one person gave in a debt card to cover the rest. That friend was charged $100 on their card. We went back in to try and resolve the miscommunication, but the IHOP employees wouldn't reimburse us anything and told us there was no record in place.

We retallied up the money in front of them and realized we might have paid more cash than we had originally thought. The lack of understanding was appalling, and it will be a long time before I or many of my friends can confidently step into an IHOP again.

I have been going for breakfast at this location for past 12 year and never had I experienced discrimination like today. My friend and I were seated to have breakfast and our server (Kristin) came to take our order. In the beginning it was fine but when she brought us the food, we asked her for some ketchup and she completely ignored us, my friend had to get up and get it from another table.

Went to 3122 S 5600 W in WVC, UT restaurant 12/10/2019 at 645 pm. We (3 of us)waited to be seated 5 min. A male waiter seated us. Did not give us Holiday menus, had to get up and get them myself.

IHOP on hway6 on kitty hollow park missouri city texas is about a year and half old yet the service takes still takes forever. My husband and i went there for breakfast and there were only 2 tables with customers inside the whole place yet it took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive.

There were at least 4 waiters chatting away when i went near the kitchen to ask for our food and it turns out our food had already been waiting to be served. Our food was served cold because it had sitting out for so long.

Another incidence happened when i asked my daughter to call in an order to be picked up. They said 30 minutes. So after 30 minutes my daughter comes to pick up the food, they kept her waiting for a whole hour before the food arrived.

My friend and I experienced our worst dining experience at the IHOP inSterling Hts, Mi this evening. Our waitress came and took our order at 3:30pm and we had to wait 15 minutes before water was delivered to out table after complaining to another waitress.

I had the worst experience eating out that I’ve ever had in my entire life. The food was cringe worthy, the the server was unattentive, my table is dirty, and there was hair in my food. Honestly I didn’t complain while I was there I sat quietly and respectfully and ate my food.

I had the older model of a $20 bill and I went up to pay my server who I was originally going to tip four dollars because I assumed she was tired and it was late in the evening whenever we were going in for our visit to eat, but then the server looked at my $20 bill said excuse me for a moment and

I almost never come away from a dining experience so disappointed that I would leave feedback of this nature. This was a particularly problematic experience that I feel you should be aware of considering it is in regards to a brand-new store that has only been open a couple of weeks.

For the second time, this locations service was not good. I ordered 2 eggs sunny side up, NOT BURNT, 2 sausages and pancakes. I was the only customer in the store. 7 AM Tuesday....Why it took 20 minutes to get the order, I don't know and the eggs were burnt. I complained and asked for the manager. He came our, listened, and he only praised the chef. He left and never returned. I had Decaf coffee which wasn't hot and I don't even know if it was decaf. This is not the first time at this location that I had this problem. Dennys, the Original house of Pancakes are nearby and the dont burn my eggs.

This is NOT a complaint, but an absolute complement to IHOPs #4507 Chester Pancakes INC franchise. I was so impressed with the efficiency of the workers service that it got my attention. The manager Ed Gilbert was at the center of all of it.

Not only did he assist his workers in every way, but he engaged the customers, making us all feel welcomed. Kori who was our server was equally as efficient and friendly. Morning of 12/02/2019 wowww!

We had 4 people dining. We waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order. After waiting another 35 or 40 minutes for our food 3 of the 4 meals came out cold, the 4th totally wrong. By the time the 4th meal was brought back out NATURALLY the other 3 had slowly completed our food.

Today was the Worst Customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Casa Grande Ihop! After being seated our server quickly came over and said she would be right with us!

Seconds later a different server came To take her place! Our group thought it was weird that our server had been replaced. So we politely asked the server is there a reason why she was replaced, And she commented I have the right to refuse service to anyone!

Which I understand but we did nothing wrong? Our family was highly offended by this! A short while later we seen a group of servers huddled around the manager they were laughing and making jokes! I overheard the manager say that we were lukewarm Christians!

My sister and I had breakfast at IHOP on Parker Rd/Chambers in Aurora Colorado on Nov 30th. We let the waiter know that we were in a hurry when we placed our order. About 30 minutes later he came by and started to place plates on our table; it was not our order. He apologized and took the meal to who it should have gone to in the first place. He came by a few minutes later and had our breakfast. Both meals were cold; very frustrating as we didn't have the time to have him redo it and we were hungry. I ate mine but my sister took her's to go as she would be able to heat it up. This was unsatisfactory. While the waiter was friendly, he failed miserably with service. Clearly, the food sat for quite awhile and he didn't do his job.

I went to store # 576 in Salisbury Md on 11/29/19and was told by my server at the end of my meal that my military discount could only be applied to my meal and not the whole ticket. I have frequented numerous restaurants in your chain and this is the first time of hearing this.

The server said the manager had implemented this policy. I need to know if this is corporate or restaurant specific policy. I look forward to hearing from some one in reference to this matter. If this is your policy I will be inclined to rethink going to you restaurants.

My family & I went to the IHOP@ Nashville West yesterday (Thanksgiving). I’ve done nothing but brag about how good your turkey dinner is. Well, not yesterday. I ordered the Turkey Dinner, side of mashed potatoes & side of steam broccoli.

Presentation was good & that’s it! I took one bite of the mashed potatoes & thought how SOUR, I thought it was just me but my son-in-law tried them too & said the same thing. It was like someone had added Vinegar too them, a VERY LARGE amount of vinegar.

Then my daughter told me to stop eating the broccoli, it had mold on it! I brought it to the attention of the Manager & he said that he would remove it from our bill. Well, when the bill came it hadn’t been removed, so I ask the waitress to talk to the manager & remove it.

We had overed via door dash from the IHOP in Clarksville, IN. After getting the meal half of it was missing and what we did receive was very skimpy like it had been picked through. We called the store and they tells us we are wrong.

So we take it to them .. A 20 minute drive each way. They make the meal amd then say we cant have it because door dash refunded the money in the mean time. Now I cant access the money because it takea a week to get it back.

I placed an online order (Ihop), received email confirmation and my credit card was charged.

However, when i went to the restaurant to pick up order, the manager (Juan) said he had not received the order. Showed the email confirmation but no help was provided. This is not acceptable. I could not even understand what the manager was saying & he went away without helping me.

I was in your restaurant in Norman Oklahoma on 11/24/19. The service was awful. Took forever to get drinks. Then I ordered a Cobb salad so finally after some time I was to told no salads because of a recall.
