I have been to my local ihop several times since it opened in pace Florida had good service and food quickly now I have been there twice in the last few weeks and the service is very slow. It took forever to get our orders and drinks.

Today I went there with my daughter for breakfast at 9 am. It was crowded at first so we didn’t worry much when after 15 minutes the waitress finally took our drink orders when she came back with our drinks she took our order for breakfast and

we waited for about 20 more minutes watching other people that came in long after we did , get there food orders had eaten and were in the process of paying there bill . My daughter and I finally got tired of waiting by this time the restaurant wasent even half full we paid for our drinks and the waitress was giving…

I have been in restaurant for approximately 45 minutes to an hour they just came up to us and told us that All of their Cook called in sick today and that the hostess and the servers are back there doing the cooking for the people in the lobby this place is packed tonight and they told us if we wanted to go that it was OK we could leave at the head of the starter food yet so

I wonder what we need to do about this This restaurant is in Sand Springs Oklahoma on Highway 97 ever since the store has opened up they’ve always had a problem with servers and customer service and quality of their corporate office really need to come down here and show them how to do business and clean house and get some people in here that know what they’re doing

Went to your IHOP in Hixson Tn. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated... was my husband and 15 month old grandson and myself... it was 40 degrees outside and the hostess sat us by a door and we froze our butts off and then had to wait for 45 minutes for our food..

We both got the double decker BLT one with fries and one with onion rings... ordered my grandson a grilled cheese and fries... grilled cheese was a joke... two pieces of bread toasted and a slice of cheese put in between... not grilled at all!!!

And one slice of bacon on blt!! Really not worth the money and when I mentioned how cold it was no one offered to seat us somewhere else.. I was so cold when I left my fingers where blue... started to walk out when food was finally delivered and no manager every came by to see how…

Not my first bad experience at IHOP,but my final one. As usual it’s nasty and unsanitary. I thought I’d give them one last shot because back in the day I was a faithful customer when the buy one get one free coupons existed and I was a single mother on a budget.

I’ve had the same experience at different locations and states, so it’s definitely a problem throughout the company. The bathrooms are the nastiest of any place I’ve ever been. Even Walmart. Terrible service, never clean in the dining area. And it’s universal which is why I decided to place a complaint.

I can’t afford to give any more chances, so please don’t send any free coupons. That’s how bad it is if that tells you anything.

Upon getting our order and starting to consume it My wife found a piece ob bone in her sausage. It was a fairly large piece. she had broke and consumed part of it. we told the waiter and he said that he would talk to the cook.

No one from management came out to talk to us or anything like that. They did take her meal off the bill but that wasn't enough. I work in food service my self and that is not the correct way to handle the issue.

I don't know if there was anyone there from management . I am not happy with the the way it was handled. My wife could have been hurt from the piece that she consumed.

I HAVE BEEN A GUEST AT THE IHOP ON SR 60 IN VERO BEACH FLA FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS. WHEN I CAME BACK IN THE SERVER SAID THE BAGS ON THE COUNTER WERE MINE. SHE SAW ME GRAB THEM, I SAID THANK YOU AND LEFT.

WHEN HOME, THERE WAS AN ORDER THAT WAS NOT MINE. WENT TODAY AGAIN AND ONE SERVER IN FRONT OF A CROWDED RESTAURANT SAID IN A LOUD VOICE, YOU ARE THE ONE THAT TOOK SOMEONES ORDER. I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AND HER ATTITUDE WAS I STOLE IT.

Why can we never get water hot enough to make hot tea the same machine makes coffee and the coffee is always steaming hot, the water for tea is luke warm at best..1st the manager blamed it on the goverment,then ihop corporate, if your equipment is faulty fix it.!! Your Chesapeake, VA, #493 is in very poor condition. We were served gluten free hamburger buns because they ran out of regular buns. We will never return to this iHOp and possibly not any others, also. This seems to be coming a trend with your restaurants.

Poorly managed, declining customer service and debilitated facilities. Please reverse this trend, we used to really enjoy our meals.

Hopeless service will never go to any ihop ever again. We went for breakfast at 316 S AirPort Blvd, South San Francisco, CA, 94080 We sat inside for 35 mins no one ask for any juice or coffee. They were serving all the new families coming after us.

They were deliberately ignoring our existence just because we were wearing hijab. They were judging us by our attire. This is totally unacceptable. My husband ordered IHOP on Grubhub and when our food got here the order was wrong and we were missing items that were ordered. My husband told the Grubhub delivery driver and she went back to IHOP to get one of the items that was missing.

The food that was ordered for our son looked like crap, they gave us someone else's order and were were still missing other items from our order. My husband tried calling and he was hung up on. He called back and was told to call back in an hour.

I went to IHOP to talk to the manager Alan Burney and he refused to come out and talk to me. The manager was very rude to the employees and when he was asked to come out and speak to me, he refused.

Went to IHOP this morning on Brainard Rd. Chatt Tn. no one in the whole restaurant. After another waitress went to set a table for party of 8 that wasn't there they finally seated us. Ordered after several minutes. she said she didn't know why burners weren't turned on so made coffee.

If I could rate Lemay Ferry location a 0 I would. How is there only 1 Waitress serving and no cook and the boss as the cook? It took 25 minutes to get a order took. Please don’t get me started on how long it took to even get my food.

I went to use my free stack of pancakes for my birthday coupon and was told "the number wouldn't work", I was crushed. I am pregnant and due April 6 and after puking all morning, I craved IHOP chocolate chip pancakes, they are my favorite.

I get to the restaurant to pick them up and she said the coupon doesn't work, I didn't have any money on me because I was using my "free birthday stack", so I had to call my mom and get her to pay pay for then over the phone. Can someone please figure out why it wouldnt work, I would hate for someone else to feel the way I felt when she said it didnt work.

I drove all that way from my city just for my free stack of birthday pancakes.

Burgers were suppose to be half off on Tuesdays. I ordered two and was charged full price. When I tried to give a coupon I was told it was to late to save it for another time. I was unable to order on line because their web site was all messed up.

Would not even let me sign in. I tried calling but the phone was always busy. I also ordered two choc shakes. as you can see from the picture, not exactly choc. I will find a new place to get my burgers from.

We (my husband and myself) visited the IHOP in Pacific Beach yesterday morning. We seated ourselves toward the back of the restaurant. A server came by a few minutes later, handed us menus and said she would send over another server.

5 minutes went by and Caesar came to get our order. He brought our coffee pot and said our order would be out shortly. A few minutes later, a party of 4 was seated behind my husband. Their server came up and took their order.

5 minutes later their food showed up and was served to them. We still had not received our meals. 10 minutes later Caesar came by and said our food was "almost ready". 10 more minutes went by. At that time we got up and headed to the cash register.

I have been a customer of IHOP for many years since I was a teenager. Been at several of your restaurants all over the nation even outside the country during my travels.

This morning my daughter requested IHOP pancakes. I took her to the 4199 34th St. South, St Pete FL 33705 location. My first time there. After we were promptly greeted we were sat in a booth. The hostess was very pleasant and she got me my menu and my daughter her kids menu.

We sat there for another 20 minutes with no one to take our order. I flagged a manger and she told me she will get me someone to help. 5 minutes later the store manager was nice enough to come and take our order. The manager was very rude and not very helpful. We tried to pull our money and gift cards and military ID discount. Worst food ever. my omelet. My husband had uncooked once over lightly eggs, all you can eat pancakes were 2 and never got asked if he wanted more, coffee was like warm, toast was cold and burnt. 05 for crap.

I received a coupon for a free stack of pancakes on the anniversary of the date that I signed up with IHOP. On Friday, January 11, I attempted to used the coupon (attachment) from my IPhone and was told that the coupon had to be printed out.

This is not listed anywhere on the card that the coupon had to be printed. The coupon clearly had the barcode and the coupon digits. Needle to say, I had to pay for the pancakes even though I had presented the coupon to my server before I ordered.

We ate at IHOP in Cleveland TN this morning. As we went in we saw a poster that read free pancakes with ANY breakfast combo. So my husband ordered the senior 2x2x2 priced at $5.99 and asked the waitress about the free pancakes. I ordered the BLT with Turkey bacon. She told us sure. It was good food. However when we got our ticket the cost for his 2x2x2 was almost $8. When I pointed it out to the manager she told me no that deal was only Monday thur Friday. On New Years Eve, Dec 31,2019 our church (30 people) we went to IHOP in Fredericksburg on Route 17. It was a horrible experience. They only had 1 cook, 4 waitresses. We had 1 waitress to take our orders. She waited on 1 table took their order out it in and didn’t come back for 10 min to take another tables order.

It took 1 hour before my table was waited on and another 40 minutes to get our drinks. It took another hour to get the food. We arrived at 12:30 am and got food at 2:30 am. This is ridiculous.

On friday (January)3rd, my wife & I went to shop on University Blvd. In Orlando. Aprox 1am . We went there for the all you can eat pancakes!! I top our waitress that every time she brought a plate of pancakes to put another order in, because I. Can eat a lot.

My parents came into IHOP for out takeout order for two spinach omelettes one without onions. The order took nearly 45 minutes which was unacceptable. Before leaving my father asked which one is without onions? " Got home both spinach omelette orders had onions.

I immediately called the store at 4:30 PM and was hung up on three times. Fourth call I spoke with Jessica Peacock the manager on duty. Upset about my order she responded, let me check the order and see if it was ordered without onions.

I am a delivery driver for GrubHub doordash and ubereats. The location 12792 Riverdale Boulevard Northwest Coon Rapids Minnesota is the worst service not only for the delivery drivers but for the guests as well this location ignores when people come in the door they don't even have to be busy they could have just five tables. It is always a minimum of a 20-minute wait for a delivery driver to pick up food after they arrive at this location.

Good afternoon,

I went to IHOP in Levittown, New York at 11:15 am. At that time there was an appricimate 20 minute wait for a table. Once our party had been seated, we waited a while for a server to come to our table. We overheard one employee tell customers we can't seat you yet because we don't have the servers. In any event, we ordered out meal. Usually when I come to IHOP, the people in my table order the same things. I ordered the make your own omlette with Swiss cheese and ham. It is usually large and fluffy. This omelette was not the way the omelette usually looked. It was flat and looked like a tad of cheese was thrown on top with a few pieces of ham. Worst experience yet. Went in to eat breakfast on 12/31/2019. It was like a party attitude. Waitresses and waiters both. Guy that waited on me didn’t listen well to what I ordered. Had no salt or pepper on table no extra napkins.

No lemon for water I requested and had to ask twice for the lemons and the coffee. Then he said don’t get mad. I told him I’m not mad. Then he tried to flatter me to change things the worst part was a loud beep every few mins the entire time there.

While driving back from Florida vacation trip we stopped at - IHOP 6707 PENSACOLA BLVD FL , as I remember our server was Marilyn, she was very rude and service so bad that it forced me to write this complaint. - While taking orders she was very rude and did not bother to listen to us. - Did not server the whole order ( forgot to bring the fruit bowl) and when we reminded , she showed the same bad attitude. - Did not bother to ask if everything was all right and we need anything else. - Later when we ordered coffee and hot chocolate, it was again we had to deal with rudeness.

Over all experience was horrible to the level that we will not visit any IHOP in the future.

and they are out of avocados and french fries!!!! We waited in the lobby with no one at host stand for over 20 mins - I had to go basically in the kitchen to ask someone to help us. How do you have only 3 servers on a day where kids ate off from school?? Poor management.

I was dining today and was curious to why there was 3 hostess. 2 was standing around and one was working very hard. It only takes one hostess to sit me. The one hostess KIM walked me to my table and just tossed the menu on the table and walked away.

My wife and I went to the IHOP in Sterling Heights, Mich yesterday, Not much of a wait time, but after being seated we waited over 1 hour for our food and when it came , it was cold. server comes back & let's me know the cook doesn't know how to scramble eggs "dry". Explain you just cook the scrambled eggs an extra few seconds/minute.
