On Thursday April 1, 2021 @10:30 am my wife and I had breakfast. I ordered an omelette with Onions, Green Peppers, Ham and American Cheese. While eating it I realized they had put Mushrooms into the omelette. 00) I went to the VA Togus Hospital ER where I spent the next 12 hours coming close to having a tracheotomy all because the cook added mushrooms to my omelette.

I told the waitress when I paid my bill that I would end up in the hospital over this. I don’t think she realized the trouble I was in! The waitress ordered it correctly as I heard her call out our order. Thank You.

I hope someone realizes you can’t add mushrooms to orders as some of us can’t eat them

My family an I we visit ihop like 2-3 times a week. So last night in Woodbridge Ihop we went in the server ask for our drink. He brought us the wrong drinks. Then it was time to place our order we started and didn’t ask how we wanted the food what sides we wanted he left and we weren’t done ordering, he left and we didn’t even place my daughter food.

Then we went to see a manager ask for another server, nobody showed up we waited 20 minutes, we ended up leaving nobody helped us.

Went into 115 Eastern Blvd. IHOP the store was at 25% capacity we were asked to wait 10 minutes to be seated. There was one couple in front of us another couple behind us when we checked in they seated the other two couples before us.

Even though they got things out of order they ask us to wait another 10 minutes. When we said that was wrong they just said sorry and did nothing. So we left and went to Cracker Barrel. If you’re going to require people to wait and your staff is not competent to keep them in order you need a check in system.

, Southcenter Pkwy for Easter Breakfast. I was very disappointed to find the restaurant full 100% capacity, every table filled with no social distancing in the restaurant or in the waiting area. When I asked greeter about the situation about the tables being too close to each other and that we wanted to move he said all the tables were the same and

saaid to me “there’s nothing he can do about it, he is doing what he was told to do”. We would have left but I had a disabled family member with us and it was difficult enough getting him to that restaurant.

Very unsafe during these COVID times. I hope you reach out to them and correct this situation.

Was there before rush on Easter Sunday for a brunch after church. Got there at 940 and placed our order. By 1000 we asked about it. We were told there were a lot of to go orders. Then larger groups that came in after us got their food.

Waiter told us at 1015 there had been a computer error and manager would be right over. We waited 5 more minutes and got up and left. Lobby had a waiting line now. No one even saw us leave. Didn't seem to care.

We were there 45 minutes.

My family and I went to the ihop in Lawrenceville, Ga. I put my name on the list and after an hour I went to see how much longer. The manager was at the register with a list of names written on a receipt telling the cashier that he needed to call the people when they were up.

The cashier asked where the iPad was and he said it was dead and charging. Still no one could tell me where in line I was. The manager had another list with 4 names on it. My name was not on it.

Another customer asked how long and he acknowledged him putting him on the top of the list. I was still ignored. At this point my grandson was upset because he was hungry. I was so upset that I just left and never received a call or text even after.

Ordered a turkey club and a blta both came with BROWN avacados on them and I mean BROWN not even edible to make guacamole with. Was absolutely disgusted with the sandwiches that a cook made and TRIED to serve to a customer.

At the willoughby ohio location. There is only 1 worker running the whole restaurant. He fabulous but he's hosting cleaning and cooking. This is horrible to do to an employee. Like seriously WHY. I don't know his name but he needs promoted ASAP. THATS DEDICATION. DO BETTER IHOP .

Service has been extremely poor the only two times i've been there (the one at 1002 Sutherland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205). Today the workers were trying hard, but it was very very awful. Also not clean. Food all over floor under where I sat. Waited at least 15 minutes before anyone even came to see if we wanted something to drink, then another half hour or more before drinks were delivered. Waited at least an hour before food was served. People standing in entrance found NO ONE to greet them. One of our group had to go find someone to tell them we needed service. A person who came in to pick up an order waited at least an hour before getting their takeout.

I will not be going back. Hopefully this situation can be resolved, but I am not hopeful since this is the second time I've been…

Despite several servers in view, many of which we see there on a weekly basis, nobody acknowledged us upon entering for several minutes. There was no greet staff. Once seated, it was evident by comments heard around us that service was poor at best. I believe this to be a leadership problem as the manager appeared to be at the food prep line and never showed her face to the customers where PR was needed most. A lot of shaking heads and raised arms vying for customer service. Our seated view was of the entry and all customers, either there for pick-up or seating, all showed signs of discontent with being ignored.

Our server was a good kid, but showed no hustle or basic customer service skills. The food was excellent though.

My friends and I meet, eat, talk, coffee at iHop. We love it.

However, since moving to Kerrville, Texas, and making new friends, we finally give up. The Kerrville iHop (only one) has the worst service, worst attitude, stand around talking, could care less about your experience. We have now moved to Denny's where they have great attitude and service, even though we prefer food at iHop.

When I asked if someone wanted to go to iHop when I first got here, most people said no way, their service is bad. And it's depressing to be in there. Refills or service back to the table is a joke.

I've never written one of these but surely somebody has got to be able to do something for the customers. I'd love to go back if something would change for the better. Good luck. Thanks, Pam

I called I HOP ( on 11 Towne Drive Bluffton, SC 29910) fifteen times on March 29, 2021 to place a large order for six people to be delivered. The phone either rang and no answer or a busy signal.

Why don't you answer your phone or at least have enough people to answer your phones ? We ended up ordering at another restaurant. So, IHOP, you lost a big order and out business.

The IHOP at approximately 71st and Garnett is a 24 hour store. We arrived at 8 pm and were told they were closing at 10pm and wouldn't seat us at 8pm.

I received an order February 23. Delivery. I spent $60 . My food was not properly packaged and sauce and food was spilled all over. I called the day of spoke with a manager who said I would get a full refund.

I followed up a few days later and asked for a call back. I was ignored and still no refund. I was in contact with the general manager and still NO REFUND ALMOST A MONTH LATER. Very unprofessional and will never be ordering or taking my kids to this disrespectful unprofessional establishment.

I will definitely be letting all my family and friends know thus horrible experience. As well as 1 month later and still no refund!!!

We were in the restaurant for 20 minutes after a 30 minute wait. It took 15 minutes to be served coffee, no silver, had to wait for creamer and sweetener. Eight tables remained unbussed for the entire time. One water continuously messed with his hair. we don’t have any!

They ran out of orange juice. We spoke to the manager and she stated that a lot of staff called in. This was at the Liberty, MO location. 3/21/21 at 12 Noon. she said, “Well they wash their hands a lot”.

Training is needed all ways around. All of the staff we observed moved at a snail’s pace. Is this the image you want?

I went to pick up my paid order. The lady Chloe seen me when I walked in, she begins to ask everyone after I walked in how she could help them. When I say something to her she gets rude and smart.

I asked to speak to her manager and she refused to go get him or her. I honestly think she’s racist. IHOP will NEVER receive my money again.

My family came out to Kokomo IHOP not only did we have the worst server ever our food was beyond cold and had to wait extra long cause we didn't get half our food . Server blamed the cook and the cook/manager wouldn't even talk to us or do anything about the nightmare so not only was it horrible experience I as the mom still have to go feed my family somewhere else

My friend is allergic to dairy and gluten. We went to ihop really early so there was on 2 tablet in there. She asked if the gluten free pancakes were dairy free as well. She was clearly bothered that we asked and said she didn't know.

I asked her if she could go back and ask. She did and said that they are indeed dairy free. So my friend ordered them. Well it's been 24 hours and she's sick vomiting in my bathroom and im now I'm taking her to the hospital

I was at the ihop in Jackson Georgia in the TA truckstop. The restaurant was mostly empty with no one waiting but me. One of the ladies came from the back with a customer's food looked at me and continued on.

She walked again towards what I assumed to be the prep area and then to the kitchen. Not one time did she acknowledge me standing at the desk where it says " please wait to be seated". This was completely embarrassing to stand there and wait like the sign says and do not even acknowledge nor seat a waiting customer.

Everytime I want to order curbside it gives me and error and says to call the store and when I call they don’t answer with the pandemic going on and the need for these services are high ihop has a problem with online orders and curbside it’s like they don’t want to do curbside and want you to get down to pay in person! This is very inconvenient to many they need to fix this online and app issue to be able to order directly fast and easy

We had breakfast there on Friday Aug 7the, 2020 They were not busy at all. When our food arrived it was cold, cold. I had the worst omlet I have ever tried to eat. It was cold and very dry.

There were four of us, and only one was eatable. Pancakes so cold would not melt the butter. 00 + $. Not going back, and will not recommend it to anyone.

No cream in my wife's Crepes on 7/31/2020 for breakfast. We were in the same location in Heath, Ohio a week before on Saturday night and she ordered the same thing at midnight. They had cream in them. When she didn't get any cream, we questioned the waitress and the manager.

They pretty much called both of us Liars and said they haven't used cream for at least a year. Needless to say, we left very disappointed with the service that day. We WERE regulars at this location since they opened. Again very, very dissapointed.

I made an order for 4 meals and only received one whole meal and just bread and potatoes from the other 3 meals. Then when I call them to tell them the problem they say " You can have a refund".

Why would the first thing out your mouth be that. I have worked in customer service for 4 years and you should always first double check the order before send it out. I would never treat a customer the way you have.

I sat in a section that the waitress only had 3 tables. The waitress waited on the two other tables and passed by me 7-8 times and never acknowledged that I was there. I sat waiting for 17- 20 minutes and still nothing.

I ask to speak with a manager after several minutes an assist mgr came out. I explained my situation to her and her reply was I am sorry but we are short staffed. This had nothing to do with my situation because I saw a waitress in my area.

She then replied " I don't know what to tell you". I was shocked. Didn't even adk if I would like to sit in another section or even talk to the server. I ask her if this is how she treats guest and she looked at me with a dumbfounded look on her face and never said another word.

Ok y’all I never ever do this but I have to put this out there because I’m so appalled at the “service” we just received at IHOP.

Worst experience ever. Will never go to IHOP again after being treated how we were. We arrived at 9:10 PM, stood and waited for help for 13 minutes when my mom finally had to search for someone to help. The “manager” that helped us was EXTREMELY rude. She didn’t welcome us at all, instead she informed us that the grills closed in 40 minutes which is AMPLE time to put in an order. She also said we had to split our party and sit 6 feet apart. We had a delivery on 05/29 , 1. When the food arrived it was cold! 2. The order was not cooked as ordered 3. We were missing 1 order of cannoli pancakes, bacon, a side of toast ! The cannoli pancakes we did get were dry , tasted old!

Had hip replacement Monday. People at work ordered food to be delivered to me today. Salad and cheese sticks came. Two chocolate shakes did not. The lady I called at IHOP was no help at all. Should have bent over backwards to help me.

She told me to pick it up or call who delivered it. What should have happened was someone should have checked the order when the delivery guy picked it up. Did not happen.

I ordered 2 separate orders on 5/14/20 at approximately 12:23 pm online for pickup at the IHOP on 2082 Lexington Ave, New York NY 10035. Once i arrived the staff ( African american Dark skin female with long braids) at the front desk was VERY rude and disgusting.

I've ordered a steak sirloin tip which came with hotcakes. it was molds. Wtf I shouted out. I've been going to ihop for a long time and I've never seen anything or heard of anything like this. Right away I took pictures of it and my receipt.

I ordered breakfast yesterday at around 9:30 am from the IHOP in Wyomissing PA, my order came up $30, when I got my order I did not received one of my granden omelet , my order number was 535644788, the deliver person that brought my order said they did not have one of the omelet and I need to call the store for a refund , I called that store all day and no one answered the phone for me to get my refund !

I am very disappointed, this was the first time I ordered from ihop , the pancakes were thick and out of shape I gues they were rushing !

Should have been more understanding about doing a carry out for birthday coupon when I am a frequent customer and was going to make a purchase also. I understand our situation at this time but we still have to be more concerned for others.

I know there is rules, the same ones that Denny's have but Denny's gave me the birthday meal in a carry out because of the situation, very good customer service for Denny's I have been going to IHOP more than Denny's. look like that Will change.

As frequent customer who dine at ihop weekly and I understand the circumstance at this time and felt my situation could have been handle much better. I stopped by to order and at the same time to redeem my birthday coupon.

I know that the coupon is dine in and I know what we are experience at this time but we need to know that we are all in this. As a frequent customer it should have not been a problem to do a carry out for one order of pancakes when I was going to make a purchases also.

I was at Ihop Brooklyn on 27th January 2020. I am from California but had to fly back to my home country for personal matters few days after arriving from New York. Hence I trashed my receipts before I flew back which I usually don't do until I verify them with my bank statement.

The IHOP in Newport News, Va, on Jefferson Ave is a miserable place. My girlfriend was an employee there and was sexually harassed by another employee. I went to the store myself and spoke to management, they told me they would handle it and they did nothing.

The employee received no repercussions from his actions, my girlfriend has since quit, now he continues to make sexual advances towards other employees. His name is William, I don’t know his last name but he’s the only William that works there.

He has several complaints put in about him and they continue to do nothing. I love the IHOP chain but seeing my girlfriend go through that and seeing other go through it and nothing be done is absurd. Please email me back regarding this issue I can send pictures of the messages or whatever…

I worked at ihop. I was stressed out by overwork, bullying lack of enough employees,dirty premises. I was employed for 15 years. As I became older I had a harder time but managed my job. I however found it hard to handle 10 table sections daily with no support staff.

We went to visit your south Florida ave location today at around 8:45. As we were waiting to be seated, I witnessed a cook ( who looked to be a manager) he picked up pancakes off of a plate that he had sitting up there with his BARE HANDS!!!

Then, he proceeded to put it back on the grill, and I then witnessed him pick up French toast also with bare hands. This is absolutely disturbing, I left and will never return. With all the virus’s going around this should change ASAP!

How is this even legal?
