I placed an order last week, it was supposed to be delivered today. Your tracking website said it was shipped via FedEx and that it had been delivered, but I didn't get it. It was after hours (I'm in Pacific time, so your east coast service hours do not serve us well.
) so I did TWO chats. They said they had no Fed Ex tracking #, and couldn't give me details on the order. They told me just to wait a few days. I asked if the package had even been shipped - and they wouldn't give me a strait answer until I asked the same question 3 times.
Finally, they admitted that the order had not in fact been shipped. I then requested to cancel it, which they did, and I will check to see if I ever get the $$ refunded to my CC. The order number was 426668266.
