On October 25, 2022 I purchased the Billy Bookcase with glass doors in the dark blue color. It was delivered on October 29, 2022. When I opened the boxes the shelves were all defective. There were no dowel holes or screw holes.
When I first called they sent me out 2 (of 10) replacement shelves which were also defective.
For seven (7) weeks I called repeatedly and each time was told they would send the replacement parts. On 12/06/2022 I called and was told the item was not available and they would have to do a pick up and refund.
I am EXTREMELY upset, I waited a year to make this purchase, as delivery was unavailable during Covid.
I have been a customer of IKEA for many years and I am very disappointed with the run around I've gotten and your resolution.
