Just wondering when you are going to issue a recall and fix these sunroof drains properly? This type of leak causes a lot of other problems that the consumer must bear in addition to an only temporary fix after the initial repair. From what I can see this is an ongoing issue due to poor design and it is not an inexpensive fix. Please let me know what information you have on this and when you plan on making a remedy to the consumer for the poor design.

I had my 2015 QX 60 serviced at the Escondido Mossy dealership as I've always done for over many years. I felt the service technicians should have the most knowledge about my vehicle. This past June I had some work done and my tires were not put on correctly, I was unaware of this.

Then in early July, 3 of my 4 wheels nearly flew off my vehicle while I was driving with my 2 young grandchildren in my car. Thankfully, I was able to pull over safely. I had my car towed to the Escondido Mossy dealership, which it was transferred to Mossy collision center for repairs.

Mossy took responsibility to have my repairs done. I never heard from anyone. I've been a loyal Infiniti customer for over 8 years and nobody took the time to contact me to see if we were ok or if we needed anything.

I’ve been complaining about the turbos in my Q50s Redsport and I was kick d out of the dealership for expressing what I knew was a problem. Now I have engine sludge in my motor and I have my car serviced.

I was told I have a blown engine and it will cost me 19,000 dollars! I kept telling them something was wrong! I googled my problem and lo and behold, it’s a big problem for many others.

I have a extended warranty my vehicle is buying massive amounts of oil. have massive bluish white smoke smoke blow out the rear exhaust. The dealership in wilkes barre,pa stated there are metal shavings in the oil pan bit u less the car has a catastrophic failure its not covered.

They have to rip the engine apart to see what is causing it bit if there is not catastrophic failure then I have to pay for the tear down and to put it back. What I dint get is there is clearly a problem how is on me??

fix my $50,000 car that just turned 5 yrs old to run correctly and be fixed. I just want it fixed!!! I have never had such a terrible vehicle in my life 2017 Q50 with 92,012 miles on it. I need a resolution.

They told me and my fiance they were running a soft pull just to see where we are to see what price ranges we should stay in. Once looking at a few cars we decided they did not have what we were looking for .

Four days later they did a hard pull multiple times on our credit to get us to buy a car. I spoke to the General manager and he gave me a Due Bill to give to the credit Buera stating to remove any hard credit inquiries off our credit.

We come back to get it written out on letter head ( an offical document) now they are saying they can not do it. I need answers and I need this fixed because this is not ok and illegal. Attached below is the Due Bill the General Manager Brett gave us as is this was the prfessional thing to do.

If I could give this company a negative star, I would. I ordered my Infinity months ago because they did not have one the color I wanted and the trim that I wanted. It finally came in and I picked it up on April 1st from the Huntsville dealership.

It is now July 4th and I still do not have my tags. I have called multiple times and just get excuse after excuse. I have contacted consumer affairs for Infinity and they call, but just make excuses for this sub-par dealer.

I will not do business with Infinity or Nissan again.

Would give negative 5 stars but doesn't allow that. I have a 2014 infiniti q50 hybrid sport and almost got killed due to many malfunctions that caused my car to stall out. Infiniti needs to take responsibility for poor manufacturing of their Hybrid vehicles.

Infiniti charged me three thousand 13 months ago to replace the entire egine. It came with a 12 month warranty or 12k miles. I need a completely new engine again 13 months later with only 10k miles. Now they want me to pay 37k for a new engine when i missed the warranty window by one month but i was still 2k miles under what the warranty claimed.

Infiniti also charged me a diagnostic fee one week before my engine went bad. I went in with a check engine light and they said it was pinched wires. A week later my engine breaks down and i have a bill of 37k.

I brought it in to avoid something like this but they dont care and just want to take your money. Infiniti likes to scam their customers and infiniti consumer affairs could care less to help

I brought my infinity QX60 for a complete service. Change Lubricant in rear end, transmission , oil change, brake fluid change which was Infinity idea. And everything that goes with a 5000 mile service. I requested a synthetic oil. Rotate tires.

First of all they coulldn't show me they put my oil in and I was told they only use standard oil after I was willing to pay extra for my oil. They also told me I needed a battery, my response was I'd take care of that.

I got home and tested battery and it was 100% charged. they couldn't tell me what type of fluid was put in rear end nor transmission. Tires were not rotated . Ive been self employed 50 plus years and I hate to think I got scammed at Infinity in Scottsdale . 00 for this treatment.

I bought a Certified Pre Owned 2014 Infiniti QX60 from Gregory Infiniti in Chicago USA. Being a CPO I expected it to be a clean car with no prior issues - the Carfax shown to me then looked clean. I bought the car in Feb 2017 and now that I am trying to sell it I am learning that this car had an accident in 2016 that I was not made aware of at the time of purchase.

A CPO car can not be one that was in an accident. It was a clearly a case of Cheating and forgery where I am the victim. I bought this car thinking it was clean but it was not worth what I paid for it.

And now when I am trying to sell it - I am not getting the right price for it because of the accident which now is appearing in the CARFAX. Looks like it got reported only after the CPO sale was made.

I am really disappointed…

The Service Department took advantage of my honest need to get my sister-in-law 2009 Infinity G37 repaired. The car was towed there on 3 February 2023 for a water pump. 71for a water replacement. I felt that the cost was too expensive and l tried to reason with the Mr Danny and Mr Jacob.

Mr Danny refused to let me speak to the General Manager! Had to tow the car back home non-operational on 20 February 2023!

In April of 2020, I bought a used Infinti QX 50 that had 30,400 miles on it. I was told that they stand behind their cars and that I would be covered by the Infinti Pre-Owned Vehicle warranty. In addition, I purchased an extended warranty.

During the pandemic I wasn’t driving much so I didn’t notice until early 2022 that the back hatch makes a cracking noise when opened. The dealership informed me that the defect is not covered under the standard warranty but because I have an extended warranty, I could contact the Infinti Consumer Affairs and request a review. They eventually told me that they were “willing to work with me” on fixing it. However, in the end I was asked to pay more than $1400 to fix this defect. I decided I can put up with this problem and save me the money.

My check engine light came on so I made an appointment with Nationwide to resolve the issue. The service advisor's name is Criss check me in and I gave him my keys. I asked him for a loaner he told me that oil changes and diagnostics don't require a loaner.

00 to reset the ECM. I pick my truck up that Friday and Saturday the check engine light came back on with no heat. I took my truck back nationwide. I ask Criss again can I use a loaner because I don't have a vehicle he replied again no loaner.

Had my car towed to infinity after it wouldn't start. Diagnosis charge was $242 dollars and they came up with $8,442 dollars worth of repairs. Had my car towed for $160 dollars to a local mechanic who changed the battery and oil for $322 dollars and car works fine.

Wasted over $400 dollars but worse they are nothing but criminal to charge prices like that. Had they told me would cost $1200-1500 to fix I would have agreed but over $8,400 is just completely insane. Just by luck I found a great local guy and will never go there again.

I have been a customer with Passport Infinity of Suitland for over eight years. I have two Infinities, a QX 80 and M 35x. I take both vehicles there for service. The customer service staff, Kevin, Mimi and Bobby, and the mechanic, Jeremiah are AWESOME.

They have good customer service skills. I can’t say that about their service manager, Brian. I had both vehicle service on November 3, 2022. I order some ties for my M 35, Brian, the service manager gave me a figure, and he was aware that I wanted the special, buy three get one for a dollar. so.

I would give them a zero. They are working with Infinti. Nobody helps the customer at all. They lead you on for days. Just for them to say they cant help you. Horrible customer service. I was sold a vehicle polished as soon as polished disappeared multiple scratches all over appeared. Front tires sold worn.

Smell in the car Fabric. Watnings ppeared on the dashboard. I asked for the car to be detail to remove scratches and new front tires. No resolution at this time. Unbelievable big corporation can't resolve these issues.

We own a 2018 Infiniti QX30 that was denied a warranty replacement of the shifter assembly. The Service Manager, Antonio Bonifazi, at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills, told us that the FOM disapproved replacing the part because of some food crumbs that were seen around the park select button in a cell phone photo sent to her.

I, Leslie, expressed to Bonifazi that the diagnostic reading does not determine how the part became defective, it only can diagnose that it is. I asked him if the mechanic can open the unit to determine with certainty what caused it to go bad and he said that they could not.

7 Premium new on May 19, 2014 at So. Motors Infiniti in Miami. VIN #JN1BV7AP1EM690035. I took the car for an a/c problem on May 6, 2022. After the repair was done on May 13, I discovered the Infotainment and Navigation system screens was no longer readable due to a dark spot on the screens.

In addition, the leatherette seating surface on the driver side is pealing off as well as the dashboard is sticky and shiny. It looks like glue was spread on it. I am totally disappointed because the odometer read only 58,941 miles.

We purchased an Infiniti vehicle that had known (by Infiniti) engine issues that voided the factory warranty. These issues were on the Infiniti service record and should have been made known to us by Infiniti and Texas Direct Auto (Vroom). We have only put 3,000 miles on the car and got an $18,000 bill for a new engine due to a lack of maintenance by the previous owner. We never would have purchased the car if we knew it no longer had the Infiniti warranty and wasn't mechanically sound.

Retaliation or incompetence?

This is a really disturbing and concerning matter and related to very emotional experience with GOLDEN STATE NISSAN SERVICE AND SALES DEPARTMENTS

Previously Last year, the engine on my leased at the time QX60 was replaced by Golden State Nissan. Warranty did not cover, because diagnostics showed it was the customer's fault, regardless of all receipts of OIL changes we have provided. The estimate to replace the engine was 12,500.00 dollars. Good Evening. And I am trying not to post this online in the open but my husband has been a client since 2004. I have had 2 infinitis so far since 2017. Right now I can honestly say we are being treated like trash.

First one dealership would not work with us when we had a 40,000 check to trade in my lease for a used qx60. They told us one price and then when we got to the dealership they added on approximately 10,000 more.

Then they brought the price down but did not change the dollar amount of taxes to reflect the lower price. Next they added on astronomical fees probably thinking we would not look at line by line. They wanted $2000 more so we walked.

I am so disappointed that my local infinity dealership has decided to increase the price of their QX60 autograph model to $5000 over MSRP. That is disgusting and greedy. You want new customers because of lack of purchases in the last few years and now they do this. Shame, Shame on them.

I leased a 2021 qx50 on October 13, 2021 and traded in my 2017 qx50. As the process went on, things were going not so well. I ended up with payments of $599 per month and they took $5521 out of my trade in value for a down payment to get the payment down to there.

In the meantime I found an ad on line for a qx50 for $349 monthly with $2450 down for 36 months. I asked the mgr, Mike and was told that he didn’t even understand what that ad was but probably a different car and threw them in the trash.

I really like the car but am trying to get back the difference of approximately $3000 for the DP. I have contacted everyone possible and had no response. I personally think it’s a sad way of doing business and I can use the overcharged amount.

To Whom It May Concern, Last month, the battery in our QX80 was dying daily. They said our tow box was draining the battery, so we removed it. The cost was $139 for that information. The next day, the battery was dead.

We took it back to Infiniti of Dayton. This diagnosis was that it was the radio that was draining the battery. They quoted a new battery of $8000! Since we have done that, the proximity detector constantly goes off even if there is nothing else around us. Can you believe that?

When we purchased the car in April 2021, Dave at Infiniti of Dayton said the car was under full warranty until April 2022. This is unbelievable. We have had eight Infinitis and loved them all. We have been dismissed over this latest issues.

I was sold a 2019 QX60, and told it was never in an accident. To prove it, I was shown a CarFax report. I bought the car on a rainy day in the evening and I live 110 miles away..

I heard a noise underneath the front of the car as I was driving home. the next morning, I additionally find that the rear bumper is sticking out on the side and overspray past the bumper. I inspected the car for further damage and it was clear to see that the front bumper was misaligned, and a diff color from the rest of the car.

The paint was peeling on top of the rear bumper because someone painted right on top of the clear coat for whAtever reason. I called to complain about the misinformation I received from the dealership about the vehicle not being in an accident.

We purchased a vehicle expecting to receive a luxury vehicle with top notch customer service. At 3 years and 20,000 miles my vehicle started making some noise, we tried making an appointment, only to get an appt 3 weeks later.

Soon after the noise became worse and was told by a mechanic that it was the drive train or differential and is very dangerous to continue to drive. We tried calling again, explaining, they still denied taking our car and or providing a loner so that we could just leave the car in the shop.

This certainly does not seem like a luxury experience. So now we have to pay out of pocket to rent a vehicle to ensure our safety, but my monthly payments are still required. Never again!

I had a very, very bad experience with Reymond Graham. I took my care for an oil change and I was quoted for one price then when he rang up the charge was different. When I asked him about the different charges he was very rude with his response.

When I told about he sounded like he was being racist with me he answered yes I am. The worst part was that it was not the first time he was rude and having means words to say to me as well as my husband.

His customer service skills need a lot of work. I am an Hispanic woman and didn't like the way he treated nor the way he spoke to me. Even the workers that were close by heard the way he was speaking to me and they just shook their heads.

I leased a QX50 2021 a month ago from infiniti LUCIANI-Montreal. Since couple days ago, whenever i tried to turn the car on from a distance using the feature of remote start, it doesn’t work, and when i get into the car, the 2 screens are always dead, which makes me lose control of my heating system, heated seats and wheel, navigation, radio and so many other features, it’s like i am driving a blind vehicle.

I know it’s cold out there, but we live in canada right?and theses car has to handle the weather where they are sold and leased in!

It’s really frustrating, disappointing to have such an experience with that kind of brand, i would have never leased such a car if i ever knew that it’s so fragile, and doesn’t match the environment of canada.

Yesterday at 3:13 PM I placed a call to the 24 hour Roadside Service Department as my run flat tire was flat. The FIRST person I spoke with assured me that they would come out and put the spare on. No...

there is no spare, this is a run flat tire. He admitted to me he had to google run flat tire to know that I had given him correct information. Original request was to pick the car up at my place of business.

After some thought and talking with a mechanic friend, I called back to change the address to my home and have my vehicle instead towed to the dealership. (It was a struggle to drive even the few. minutes to my home with the tire condition).

We leased a QX50 one year ago. We assumed dealerships transfer the car insurance immediately. Infiniti didn’t. When a pebble hit our windshield, and Infiniti couldn’t replace it , we had no insurance ??? The second thing is, a year later a sheriff noted our car was registered to other plates.

In summary, the car was never registered!! We went back and they said”oops”, we’ll try to fix it. Our registration is past due, and hopefully will not get a ticket! Financial Manager was Corri Kolling. 00 she or company should pay for- incompetent people.

In April of this year I purchased a Q15 Infinity SUV in Maryland. I reside in Middletown, Delaware. I received temporary tags. 00 of which I never received. I have had three sets of temporary tags and now I have no tags because Maryland keeps giving me the round around stating that I am supposed to get them from Delaware.

Delaware knows nothing about it. My tags ran out October 5, 2021. I am in the process of contacting the news outlets to alert them as to what Infinity is all about to get some relief. This has been going on for 8 months.

My complaint is that i had the rear brakes replaced on my 2011 M37 in 2018 at 92,,000 miles, then again in 2020 at 109,683 miles, and again last week at 2021 at 114, 965 and all from Infiniti. They offer no guarantee or warranty of their work and now refused to call me back or even explain how this is happening. I have only had my 11 year old car serviced only by Infiniti, and all the dealerships are owned by the same owner.

I am have trouble with closing my hood. The latch will not catch. I looked on line for recalls for this problem, and found out there was a recall on my vehicle. I then call Infiniti customer service here is the US, and I was told after giving them my VIN number that I would have to call Canada customer service based on the vehicle being manufactured in Canada.

First of all I purchased the vehicle here in the US as a use vehicle, so I don't see why I would be calling Canada for repairs or for a recall. Based on the same year vehicle that the recall is based on.

I need for this company to stand by their recall no matter where the vehicle was manufactured at. Infiniti corporation needs to fix this problem here in the US where I lived. I thought I would upgrade this 2013 Infiniti JX35 to a…

I drove 1 1/2 hours to a scheduled appointment to have a recall problem reprogrammed. The program wouldn’t work. They were to call and set up another appointment on Monday, but no call. After 4 weeks and 3 phone calls, emails, and multiple messages, I have still not received a return call.

This is my 4th Infiniti. Worst service ever!

I took my vehicle in for routine service. I had to leave it and return to work. When I return my vehicle lights were malfunctioning and no one could tell me why. I was told it was time for them to go home, while I sat there with an autistic child and a dog in 80+ degree weather.

I wanted to go home as well. But how could I? The lights would not shut off on my vehicle even with the motor off. Terrible customer service. They finally offered me a loaner so that I could go home as well.

I wasn’t to know what happened to my only vehicle. I want to see full video of my vehicle pulling in and me leaving it there with the lights on. The couldn’t produce it because it didn’t happen. Something happened to my vehicle while it was there.

I have 2013 G37IPL that has been in the shop for over 2 months due to unavailability of a part for the convertible top. How is it possible that the parts for a car under 10yrs old are not available?

Now after being without a car for over 2 months the dealership has found the part but in addition to the large sum of money I was quoted for the repair I must pay an additional $200 fee to get the part in order to get my car back. How is this possible?

Isn't the responsibility of the company to ensure the parts are made available to their customers? What type of customer service is this? cont
