I've had my account for a really long time now. I was deleting someone the people I was following when it logged me off and said that my account was "compromised" and that I shared my password with a service for more likes and follower which I did not.

It having my reset my password but the password I was using is not working and its not letting me reset my password either. I've tried everything, even the reset links that I've been able to send to my email wont work.

To top it off, there is also no customer support. I couldn't report the issue without being able to access my account so I used a secondary one. The phone number had an automated voice saying they don't offer phone support and simply hung up.

My account was banned for no specified reason recently. My daughter went missing recently and the best pictures I have of her were stored on the instagram account. I have tried to contact instagram to have the account restored and all of my attempts have been unsuccessful.

Law enforcement also stated that they were unable to contact instagram customer support.

I immediately tried to change the password but I couldn't access it and the attacker changed my confirmation phone to SMS.

com I reported the event and continue to report to no avail or help from Instagram or Facebook. My account is a registered business account with 2 factor authentication in place which was not helpful since the hackers disabled my account and rerouted via the Instagram Turkish offices.

Now every report is routed through this office and never seen on US soil where I am located. I am being told that I have "an agent" acting on my behalf which I do not and have never appointed. This is an internal issue with Instagram and now they have my state issued ID as requested in the Turkish offices on file.

So Instagram boost ads are horrible, and I would not recommend that anyone use them. The "Manage" section does not work, I keep getting an error message, and I started boosting an ad that I wanted cancelled. " Meanwhile they are still charging my card.
