Went to the drive-through, placed my order very specific . , It was not correct so I told her again what I wanted again a second time she didn’t get it right all I ordered was a kids cheeseburger meal and a taco.

I get to the window I pay, she handed me my drink, The lid was not secured and it spilled all over me and all over my car so as I’m screaming at her, please grab me some napkins, She’s totally oblivious doesn’t hear me or doesn’t wanna hear me, Finally she throws me some napkins and doesn’t apologize or say anything.

I was completely disgusted and angry at the customer service.

Ordered two ultimate cheeseburgers onion rings munchie meals with onion rings fries . What we got was a dry burger with I peice cheese no sauce ketchup slapped on and over the wrapper three onion rings dried out fries .waste of money and unappealing to eat really disappointed .

I was given a soda the guy before me drink out of cause they gave the wrong one to him. You could see it was already pushed through and it was so on the outside. I didn’t get my receipt and I also didn’t get the fries there with my meal and didn’t give me the right sauce it’s really gross that he gave me a drink

I eat at your establishment quite frequently but very rarely for breakfast. This Sunday morning I decided to go to town and get breakfast at Jack-in the-box. 99. That is what I ordered. 40 I didn't think it about it that much till she brought the sack. She confirmed sandwich only.

I had to ask for a receipt. 99. She wasn't very kind about it but we went outside and looked, she said something like "well prices go up", I'll take care of it, then shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes and said do you want the difference back.

Your store,#8390 in Monroe, Washington, has got my takeout order so wrong, so many times I'm not going there any more. Maybe 3 out of 5 times they get it right at best. And quite often they say no coffee after 5 PM.

Isn't this the same place that advertises breakfast all day long? What's breakfast without coffee. Now, this may be a franchise business there on US-2 and Roosevelt Rd, but I would think corporate would be able wake the franchise owner up and get him to do something with his inept and useless staff there.

Doesn't matter to me because they've scewed the goose just too many times and I'm not going back, but for others I'd like to see this problem mitigated.

I went to jack in the box store number 7200 on Fort Apache on 12/17/24 around 10:30 pm and was helped by Myra. I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal with curly fries, instead of making my food fresh I was given recooked food which I am quit sure is not appoved by the health department.

When I went back to talk to Stephanie the morning manager she was already defending the employees actions and over talking me. I would not eat at this jack in the box. The night people do not practice safe cooking practices

While visiting Jack in the box today, Wich is 09/26/2024. I was really displeased with the customer service I received. I went through the drive thru, my order number is #138 the store number is #4806. The lady that took my order was very rude and trying to rush me to order, because I told her she was rude.

I then asked her was she the manger? she replied yes! I placed my order and told her that I was reporting her to corporate office, she said ok and told me my total. The way the exsperence played out demonstrated to me, a lack of training when it comes to customer service.

I feel as a manger she should be on top of her game and demonstrating to ones who work under her how to treat the customer. Im not in no way saying the customer is always right, but what I am saying is why be rude…

I went today around 3pm and I thought the guy at the window asked me to pull up and wait for my order. He came out with my order and admonished me for blocking his customers and that I should have pulled around front and he said this not in a nice way.

This is the store in Houston, TX at W. Bellfort near Post Oak Rd. I don't want to get him fired but he needs a talking to.

I haven’t been to Jack in the Box in years. Today, I stopped at a local Jack in the Box because I didn’t have anything at home to eat, and this particular Jack was on my route home. I ordered a burger, just the burger, not the meal. 01.

Remember , just the burger. I got home, I took this “burger “. Out of the sack….. it was the size of the palm of my hand. And it was dry as a popcorn fart. I put Mayo on it, that helped.

Tasteless, dry , I ate it but needed a quart of water to choke it down. I was so underwhelmed, I made a promise to myself to never go there again. 01 for an awful burger at Jack in the Box.

I am asking my receipt to have it after I got my ordered from drive tru the workers kept saying the machine broke since January 2024 can’t providing me any evidence of receipt I am not satisfied for not having a proper receipt to my client each time I am purchased his food how much she needs to pay me back without receipt. I would have given less than 1, but it don’t give you the option. I have gone to Jack in the box and have gotten burnt onion rings, egg rolls and tacos. It seems every Time I go there something is always either burnt or cold.

On 02/20/24 at 7:37 order #3231 I ordered a jumbo Jack combo and a hmst rnch chk sandwich. The fries and jumbo Jack was very cold. While standing there waiting for my food the girl that was working was to busy kissing her boyfriend by the restroom instead of getting the food out while it wast hot.

I stopped by jack in the box on leisure town road in Vacaville ca. I waited in line. The cashier helped the man in front of me then walked away. She returned 5 minutes later to take my order. 00+.

Confused, I said wait, that doesn’t sound right. She walked off. Never said anything to me. The manager walked up to confirm my order. I said something to the manager about how rude she was, he said he would talk to her.

I simply asked about what I was being charged for? Repeat my order, something! I have never been so upset at a fast food restaurant. It was uncalled for and un-warranted. I most definitely will not ever be returning. As someone that rarely eats fast food, that won’t be a problem for me at all.

On 1.27.2024 in Magnolia about 7pm store 3949 6734 FM-1488 . there had been a power outage, we ordered 2 sourdough jacks meals with extra bacon in the drive through. The fries were cold the sourdough was cold, meat, bread, cheese was refrigeratr cold. So i walked back in and asked them to please make it over with freash hot everything. The fries were hot but the sourdough was cold meat and all.So I asked for my money back. They asked for the reciept but the computers were out whe we ordered so we didn't get one. The manager at the restaurant located at 528 in Friendswood is blatantly rude to customers. I know because my girlfriend Ashley works there and saw it first hand. Ashley has confronted her about it, but Laura does not care. Laura has also made it clear I am not welcomed there, while HER husband comes to work every day with her and sits in the lobby all day and even works at the restaurant doing various jobs while not getting paid.

Ashley has stated Laura says the man is jealous and is afraid she could cheat on him, so he comes to work with her every day. Ashley has also stated she has seen them loading boxes of frozen meet into their personal vehicle.

This is theft and needs to be investigated.

Hello. I did recently visit your store on W Adams Temple TX. I went to pick up my daughter went inside to get my online order. My daughter is a minor. She asked the front counter cashier, Nancy, if she could get sweet and sour sauce. She stated No.

I drove up to the restaurant 30 minutes before they were to close there were 2 other customers also waiting before me. I asked them if it was open and they said they closed early . They put caution cones by the drive throgh so no one goes through.

I spoke with who I think was a manager or supervisor and he informed me they were closed. I asked why it's not 11pm and this has been several times I have come by here at nights and the same thing. Please fix this. Rowlett Texas location.

The drive through woman was probably the angriest and worst person ever encountered in a drive through. I had questions regarding the menu Items and cost she gave me attitude and refused to answer said it's a computer... The "manager" got defensive and pissed that I didn't already know there were up charges...

I then asked for sauce and asked what type they had she then gave me even bigger attitude and a handful of ketchup refusing to tell me what kind of sauces they offered. That it's on the menu.. I'm so furious I don't want the food..

m.. Drive thru order. Ordered 2 tacos NO SAUCE, Double smash bacon burger meal no sauce, add mayo. Both tacos had sauce Burger: meat cold must have been cooked prior, cheese cold not melted, had sauce, no mayo as requested.

As I handed the associate the money, $10 flew from his hand outside. I was in my vehicle and couldn’t get out to retrieve the money. He closed the window and told the other associate about the incident, but I couldn’t hear what was said.

The other associate came to the window and said he needed the $10. My daughter listening to the conversation joined in and was arguing with the associate. He said that he didn’t have time to deal with me and shut his window and wouldn’t complete the order.

I drove around back to the drive thru window and found the money. When I got back to the window, the associate was very rude and said he wasn’t going to take my order. Eventually he did take my money, but didn’t give me a receipt.

I ordered me a small drink on on the first 6th 2024 and I have the receipt so as I conduct a receipt to do a separate and finish my survey cuz my survey number is 1320 and I took it to the counter to the manager and she told me they don't do that no more they you have to do it online which I knew she was coming up here but

I have gone to the Jack in the box in highlands Texas my whole life and here recently it has been horrible it’s happened 3 times in 1 month where the employees tell me they’re only accepting DoorDash orders, I’ve worked in a restaurant so I know how it works because corporate is notified if an order on DoorDash is canceled (hints the reason they only do those orders) because they are too lazy to do their actual job

Two nights ago I ordered the breakfast Jack combo with an orange juice the manager lady was there she's the one who gave me my order at the window. I bit into the hash brown and immediately burned myself it was so hot and it was like petrified wood had a stinky burnt smell to it they apparently needed to change the deep fryers or they put the cleaning solution and

The employees at store #4769 were very rude. The guy who took my order was rude from the moment I walked through the door because I asked if the lobby was open and in an attitude tone he said yes .
