West Eugene 6th street jack in the box at 3:15 in afternoon. When I pulled in to parking lot there was a construction cone in middle of drive-through, I parked went inside all tables and chairs put up as if just mopped, waited for minimum of 9 minutes before walking out the door, i was only one at counter, there were at least 5 people working behind counter, no on even acknowledged my presence.

Come outside to leave and someone has moved the cone, but 8 people waiting at drive through. Nice customer service people!

I purchase a number one at Jack in The box. The biggest rip off I've ever seen in my life. The burger was the size of a postage stamp. Got like nine french fries in the bag. For $10 come on guys get it together.

I will never ever buy anything from Jack in The box again.

Management inappropriate attitude upon returning incorrect order. Ana was extremely rude and confrontational with me and my wife. Order 2 extreme sausage combo and received 2 croissants combo instead. When ask to speak to manager Anna replied she was in charge.

We only wanted to get the correct items and did not need all the extra drama that Anna created.

I enclosed a copy of the order. The only item received was the egg rolls. I tried calling the number sent to me for the driver but there was no answer. I then tried at least 4 + times to call the number listed on the receipt but kept getting an answering machine.

I did leave several messages but never received a callback. I am going to call the bank and declare that this was fraud and will NEVER use Jack in the Box again as their does not seem to be anyway to resolve a problem other than to give up and let Jack in the Box STEAL your money.

, I visit store #3771 and ordered 2 tacos with ex taco lettuce. When I arrived hone the taco had no lettuce. It was to dark to go back. I called several attempts and unsuccessful to reach a staff member.

I revisit on November 17, 2023 and ask for a manager. Raul to say he was in charge he was shown my receipt and a picture of the food. He stated I could not get a refund since I did not bring the food back.

On no less than 4 visits in the past 6 weeks the Ridge Avenue, Cincinnati OH store has had ZERO rice for the Teriyake Rice Bowls. How does that happen so often?? Not even offered anything as a replacement. We don't door dash, uber, etc.

We went to the location at 183 & Loyola Ln for them to tell us they were closed only for us to sill sit in line behind someone that was receiving food. No consideration for the fact that I, along with another customer, had to wait 15 mins longer before we could leave and get food elsewhere.

Jack in the box on McDonald st in Mckinney tx. Took over an hour to get my food. Ordered about 9:45pm they had us pulp up to wait it was 11 before they asked us what we ordered because they forgot.

Brought our food out about 11:11 pm food was cold like it sat the whole time only one item was recently cooked no condiments were included even though they should have been listed on our ticket they were listed on the screen when we ordered.

Klamath falls oregon went to the jack in the box on Washburn way today 9 nob at 12pm. Made and walk in order with my wife and waited 25 minutes then went back to the register to see why we had not got our order.

The gal took my receipt and check and saw the order was no longer on the screen. Called for the people in the back to do my order again. Waited another 10 minutes no food demanded refund. Just as I got my refund the food came out.

I walked away at that point. Pics poor service. Need to hire and have on site a manager.

Today I decided to go to JitB for the first time in years for some of those delectable fried tacos. I had just had a very difficult day and going out for food was meant to be a treat and a good experience.

Upon entering the local restaurant, there was one couple enjoying their meal and nobody else waiting in line.

However, I ended up having to wait a considerable amount of time to order. So when this woman working the counter deemed it appropriate to finally take my order, she was rude and bitchy. She rolled her eyes, sighed heavily like I was wasting her time and gave me a condescending look with a little smirk on her rude face.

I went to Jack in the box located in Oklahoma City OK on I-240 and May Ave on Sunday night Nov 5. I ordered 6 tacos and was told I could only order combos 1-7. I asked why and was told that they would not take my order for tacos. I left.

I think this is poor customer service and poor management. It is ridiculous that a customer cannot order what they want off the menu. I will not be going to Jack in the box again. The line is usually long but there was no one in line and I am guessing a lot of customers left after being refused service.

On November 4, 2024 at about 6:15am I went to the 24-he Jack in the Box located at 190 Continental Ave for breakfast. Upon arrival the open sign was on as I drove to the drive through lane a black vehicle was just pulling up in the back and a Hispanic man & woman exited the vehicle.

Since no one was responding at the drive thru speaker we proceeded to the window where we could see the same male & female who appeared to be clocking in. Minutes later the female came to the window and stated they were closed.

For as long as we sat waiting to be assisted this was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This is a 24 hr location and showing open. To wait over 15 minutes to be told we are closed is totally unacceptable.

I go to this Jack in the box alot because their the only ones open at night. Tonight they had no lettuce, taco sauce, ranch. Every week they have no sauces or something. Tonight they put little bacon pieces on my breakfast because they were out of bacon slices.

I was waiting for service at 3502 W. Buckeye Rd Jack In The Box. Not one employee acknowledged me nor said it will be a few, nothing. Mind you I’m the only person I line and 2 cars in drive thru.

Every single time we visit Jack in the box there is a problem, why we go back I have no idea. We went on Friday evening and after ordering 2 items we were told to pull around to #1 parking area once we pulled around 2 other cars were in front of us.

When we finally pulled around to #1 the employees brought the food out the a truck that was behind us then the food out to 2 cars behind us, we waited for 20 minutes for 2 items. Why did the food come out to 3 cars before us then asking us "What did we order"?

I've been to this place 3 times but never again. every single time I've gone to the jbox at 805 Manchester in los angeles ca. I've had terrible experiences with service, attitudes and food prep. I've got home to find my order is wrong or not all there.

Hello I had ordered 6 tacos and. When I went to go eat them they Were not fresh. They were not crunchy did not even have lettuce they were gross . I can actually taste the grease and they were really comparison and they were just really unappetizing.

I order the new tacos that's on your menu the 2for3. Which are supposed to be red shell. Like the Doritos tacos. I get home only two have the regular monsters tacos. Very upset to place a ori for what the menu has on it.

I went to Jack in the bix on Richmond and Sam Houston parkway location to purchase foods , and the doors were locked this was at 7 in the morning. I walked over to drive thur, and ask the young at the window what time does the lobby open, and she told they open later, she did not give me a time.

Went to jack n the box on fort Apache and Huntington cove and waited for my food to be brought to me because my chicken bowl was not ready and when I got home my tacos were cold and tasted awful. Couldn't even eat them that's how awful they were because they put them in my bag when my teriyaki bowl wasn't even ready.

So my tacos say there for at least ten minutes. Why not wait to give me my tacos when my bowl was ready. I spent twenty dollars on dinner. What a waste of time and money. Please train the workers right.

I went to store #3169 on 9/19/23 and had an employee mock and make fun of me for the way I ordered my food in the drive thru. I asked for a loaded taco box and she proceeded to mock the way I ordered it then tell me I was wrong. I have put an application in twice and been to 2 interviews, well one, because the second interview I was told that she was to busy to interview me and she would call me, it’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard anything back from her.
