I visited the Jack in the Box in Arlington, T,X(700 W. Division St) at 1pm and upon placing my order in the lobby I witnessed the cashier(Louise) touching on his hat. I politely asked him that before handing me a cup to get my drink or my food if he’d wash his hands.
He immediately became upset and walked off from me saying he doesn’t have to wash his hands just to give me a cup, it only was necessary if he was making my food. Patricia who introduced herself as the store manager also backed his argument up saying he doesn’t have to wash his hands since he’s not making my food and said it was equivalent to me having to use and touch on the debit card machine to make my purchase.
Needless to say I decided not to go forward with my order and left due to the very poor customer service and…
Came to the jack in the box near my house 15 minutes before closing. And yes I understand how late it is. But they had already closed everything down. Sat at the menu for 15 minutes until closing just to see if anyone would answer. No one did. The thing is, this has happened on multiple occasions, besides the frys being soggy, or not getting a complete order. It just adds to the long lists of problems this one has. Please would someone come and take over as manager that knows what they are doing.

Yes I went through the drive thu at lake Jackson,TX jack in the box at 849 pm on 9/13/2023 I ordered the ultimate CB with no ketchup my wife is allergic to tomato ok so then I ordered the homestyle chicken club with no tomato ok so I live 30 to 40 min from this place ok I get home now I mind u I just paid almost 30 dollars for 2 freaking meal ok now I open my food there is ketchup all over my wife's burger and

I went to jack into he box, store # 3907 on 9/9/23. The real leader Shannen told me the manager was not there and she was rude to me as I explained issue with my nuggets being undercooked. She refused to replace it or refund it.
I had receipt and the 5 nuggets that I brought back because they were uncooked. Shannen, that's the name she told me, rolled her eyes at me and shrugged her shoulders when I told her the issue. She just looked at me and said she can't do anything.
She was so unprofessional and she appeared to of been under the influence of something by her blood shit eyes and her demeanor.
Seems like every night we stop at the jack in the box on central Avenue north of Southern in Phoenix Arizona the employees are out back smoking and they always say theirs maintenance going on so they can't take our order. It's the closest to our home so we have to give our business to McDonald's every time.
I am a regular here at Jack in the box on Jones and Cypress N Houston rd. This will be the 3rd time that the night staff has burned my chicken burger and gave me old cold French fries. It's a disappointment because they seem to do it on purpose again this Is the 3rd time they do it and I am so upset that the long lines I refuse to go back and tell them.
Went to hilo location @ 6:07 am had 5 cars in drive thru took 35 min to get one Supreme croissant. The lady working made three mistakes as I could see waiting in line, having to take things back from cust she already gave them .

The past four times I’ve gone to the jack in the box in sandpoint Idaho I have been treated like garbage. They don’t give me all of my money back. When I tell them they shorted me they called me a liar and shut the window in my face. They close early.

On Sept. 3, 2023 I entered the store at 21599 Market Pl NW, Poulsbo, WA 98370. Upon pulling into the parking lot an employee was outside talking to "friends". As I parked he went inside. It was a cool day and it was freezing inside.
The dining area was clean enough but the kitchen was filthy. There was so much garbage on the floor and under the equipment I almost canceled my order. The three employees were just standing around except to make my order and an occasional drive thru order.
They could have been cleaning. Then I went to the restroom. OMG! It was a disaster! Toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor and everywhere. The floor had not been mopped in a while either. Unbelievable staff member on the late Night Shift at the Lakewood California on Delano Blvd total attitude when asked as out the free tacos you advertised on the web when you order other items. Her answer was I DO NOT KNOW I DO WHAT MY MANAGER SAYS DID NOT CARE TO TRY TO HELP OR EVEN ACT LIKE SHE CARED.

Restaurant is very filthy, unsanitary, restrooms are dirty & have a bad degrading order. Table are not kept clean. Trash cans are overloaded with trash. Food has poor quality of taste.

We arrived at Jack in the Box #944 at 9:45 in the morning we are from Alabama on vacation and I have to say I have never eaten at a more nasty restaurant. The floors in the lobby were slippery like they were moped with greese, the tables were all nasty and you could tell haven't been wiped down, the tables weren't moved from the day before food was under the cross members of the tables, the garbage cans were disgusting those can't have been cleaned in months.

We waited for 40 minutes for our food. The cashier didn't give us a number of our order because they can't give us receipt ( for some reasons their machine is broken). One of the crew locked the door so no one can enter the restaurant anymore which it says that door should be remained open during business hours.

This evening we visited a location near our home. The customer service from the time we ordered was utterly ridiculous. The gentleman that took our order was unprofessional, it was unclear if he took outlet entire order and just told us to pull forward after pausing several times as we order.
We pull forward and no words were exchanged. We handed him the payment method. Then he says. “Here.” As he hands the first milk shake to us. No further words, just “Here,” Then he hands us back the debit card and no receipt. I estimated the total and had to check my back account.
The food was not made properly. The tacos we ordered were stale as if they were sitting awhile and the milkshakes were watery and not the right size.

I arrived at Jack in the box Drive thru to only get to the window to be charged twice for something I did not ask for. The girl at the window Jeanett was extremely rude with no customer service got smart and had no knowledge at why she had charged me for.

I visited the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 supreme croissants (one without ham). When I arrived back to work one did not have bacon. 00 for 2 sandwiches and I was the only one in the drive thru.

Our favorite location in Georgetown Tx (university Ave). For the past 2 orders we've ordered the loaded breakfast sandwich with extra bacon. Both visits were missing the sausage on both sandwiches. I brought it to a manager's attention yesterday while in drive thru, and she didn't seem to care.
I tried to call after I got home with order and realized there's no sausage again, there was no answer.

Every jack in the box in the 610 northeast area has been dwelling in quality over the past several months. Between poor food and employees. Our orders either don't get filled or are cold. Our drinks taste like water and the employees just left our order on the counter and clocked out.
I will not be paying for this again and I want a refund. I have made multiple reviews and complaints but they do nothing. This establishment used to be great but because of the poor quality in food and staff y'all are the worst fast food chain.

Phillipe, one of the drive thru cashiers at the storkevrd and Hollister location is human garbage. Everytime I attempt to order at this location, every other drive thru order taker manages to take my order without issue, but Phillipe takes it personally when he is personally unable to complete my order.
There is absolutely animosity based on his attitude, and makes every attempt at ordering at this location neatly violent. In short, Phillipe is a piece of trash, who is terrible at his job, and projects his inability to do his job into the customer.

I bought a couple of orders of tacos last week and they put them in the bag upside down. I bought 3 orders of tacos tonight 8/27/23 and they put them in the bag upside down again , I asked the guy about it and he said feel free to turn them right side up.

I love Southwest chicken salad. However today My salad was a spring mix with shredded carrots and cold chicken pieces. What I like is black beans, corn, tomatoes, and actual grilled chicken and the tortilla strips for the top which I didn't get any of that.
