I waited in front of the speaker to place an order for 32 minutes and ended up being the only car in line and still couldn’t get the worker to take my order. He kept telling me he was short staffed and I needed to wait.
It was the most unprofessional and disappointing fast food trip I’ve ever experienced. You can’t get a phone to work to call anyone local or at corporate office. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It occurred in 365 in port Arthur tx on august 15 at 915 pm.
I am appalled that the manager would let this happen. I ended up leaving after sitting there for half an hour and I’ll definitely voice my opinion to whomever will listen.
