I waited in front of the speaker to place an order for 32 minutes and ended up being the only car in line and still couldn’t get the worker to take my order. He kept telling me he was short staffed and I needed to wait.

It was the most unprofessional and disappointing fast food trip I’ve ever experienced. You can’t get a phone to work to call anyone local or at corporate office. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It occurred in 365 in port Arthur tx on august 15 at 915 pm.

I am appalled that the manager would let this happen. I ended up leaving after sitting there for half an hour and I’ll definitely voice my opinion to whomever will listen.

This will be about the fourth time and the second time at the specific location that the cash machine or something's wrong where I can't get my order in and then I'm forced to stay stuck in the the drive-thru. I understand equipment fails but your Associates could at least put a sign up the minute they know that the system is down so I'm not wasting my time in the Drive-Thru lines stuck.

I don't think it's fair to me or anyone and that's all I'm asking. The McDonald's in question is on 4741 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85008. I would also like to mentioned that the surrounding jack I'm the boxes lack professionalism and courtesy without warrent as to why theu should lack it I could understand if the client is rude but I'm not and I get treated like shit.

The restaurant at El Camino real and Lafayette st, Santa Clara, Ca. the manager there has instructed the staff to spit in people's food. The female staff commented on how smooth the male staff member was in getting the shit in my coke without me seeing it.

Store #3999 I use to visit this store often, now it’s down to maybe once a month. Service is poor and very very slow. Today on drive thru the young man was taking one car order at a time. One customer drove off he would take next order.

I have worked fast food plenty of times to know that you take all the cars orders to move this line. It was a lot of cars. I have NEVER wrote a complaint on anyone but today was ridiculous. Getting to the window he is moving like a turtle. Just unacceptable to me.

This store has new faces every-time I come here. Not trying to get no one in trouble, just train them on better customer service. Thanks

At time and date (1:58p),(8-6-2023), my girlfriend and I arrived Jack in the Box located at 9302 Jensen &Tidwell. The young African American with bracelets in his mouth tries to charge us $12 for four egg rolls. I told him that he must be crazy. He said " well that's what my screen show". This is bad business how these employees and including the manager that tolerated such behavior may have been for a while scamming bogus prices from customers. I was upset and drove up to the drive thru window on camera and exclaimed" HEY!" But the the slim employee pretended like he was typing on screen menu. The Manager in black shirt tried to dissappear but I seen him walk away. It's all monitored on Jack in the box camera. Please resolve and remove these crooks from employment.

Location 6137 on Main Street in Durant is excellent. The down fall is that the ac sucks. It was extremely hot in the dining room. The ac needs to be fixed for these employees to do their job and not be at risk for heat stroke.

I went into jack in the box on court street in seguin texas and they gave us two wrong burgers. I asked for a chicken sandwich with cheese. I checked my chicken sandwich no Mayo and I know it’s not served dry but anyway no Mayo or cheese.

So I can go in they throw a cold slice of cheese on it and Mayo and give it back. Then they got another sandwich wrong but because of how they handled the damn chicken sandwich we just kept it.

Do not use my email it is not active. 59 plus tax got wrong food. Went into restaurant for a refund. 60 tax I had to pay. I already paid 9,5% tax on the order . 60 would be over 60%tax and besides that they should pay me back the tax not scam me out of even more money.

By the way I threw the food out because it looked like someone stepped on it! And I've been told when you complain at jack in the box they spit on your food. Maybe I should get a lawyer. Pluss tell the irs there charging over 60% tax.

Paula, the General manager for the location 1001 E. Rosedale, off of 35 in Fort Worth Tx, Was so rude and unprofessional. I ordered what I order every day, A large mocha iced coffee with whip cream. I go to several different locations, including this one.

Never have I been denied something so simple as whip cream. Paula refused the whip cream, I even said that I would pay extra, she said I don't have a button for it. She was very arrogant and rude. I left and went to another location, ordered the same exact thing with no issues at all.

On Sunday, 7/30/23, I receive an order of churros that were cold and appeard uncooked. I called to report the incident when I got home, however, nobody answered the telephone the first two times that I dialed. On the third dial, a female anwered the phone.

I reported the incident but the female didn't respond, she simple hung up the phone. Because of the response I got, I returned to the Jack In The Box on Plank Road in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. When I entered the drive thru, I informed the worker that I was returning an order that I purchased earlier.

this place and the one in Marysville are ALWAYS “closed “ or “re-booting their system” in the middle of the night . 5 hours away and I work nights and when I get into town , I sometimes want jack in the box.

I go to Jack in The box in hazard center nearly every morning and just close to it. This individual that is bisexual that works the counter I'm pretty sure he is he always doesn't want to give me my refill coffee he says no you left the building.

Last night I stopped at Jack in the box 7720 Farm-To-Market Rd 78, San Antonio, TX 78244 and after waiting 25 min in the drive thru I was greeted by a very mean Manager when I asked why did it take so long for my order. It states they.are open 24/7 so I go up there at 11:30 pm.on July 19th .dining room lights were off .drive thru was open 2 vehs parked in the employee parking area .went up to.drive thru Noone responded .so I drove on up the window. RE:Store #1144. Employee Fletcher First I could barely understand him at the order speaker nor in person. He looked sweaty too. I ordered 2 sausage croissant combo w/ 2 iced coffees. While the food was good, the coffee was watered down.

I saw him pour the coffees. There wasn't enough coffee for the second cup so he added a bunch of ice to make it look full. As a matter of fact both cups had more ice than coffee. 68, I gave him $23 in cash. big deal right?

Store number 8330 order number 173. is the worst experience we’ve ever had the inside dinning area was closed and drive-through was slow and not capable of understanding us And couldn’t she couldn’t speak well enough English for us to understand her.

Secondly, the order was completely wrong third when we got the order, the hamburgers were completely cold and put together wrong. The fries were burnt cold and awful. The whole experience was terrible when we got there and even the inside store was closed it was 11 o’clock It was closed.

This complaint is concerning the Jack in the Box in Wentzville Missouri. I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes without anyone responding, I drove to the window without seeing anyone. As I drove around the building, I observed the employees outside smoking, including the manager.

I ask if they were open. She said yes. I went inside and people started coming out of the back that were inside and not answering. It was plain that two of those that came out of the back didn't work there.

We got to the jack in the box in gresham, every time we go the are out of somthin eather foor or drinks. The kids there are vary unprofessional, no uniforms, dont ask what they can do or say thank you, rush you through your order and out the door or away from the drive-through window.

Saturday morning I went to our location for a breakfast burrito. We needed something easy to eat while painting the house. When I got home and opened it, the tortilla was completely torn. The staff HAD to see it when they wrapped it up.

Fast food is one thing, sloppy food is another. It was a very disappointing experience.

An employee named Mario was very rude to my family while we went thru the drive thru today Saturday 15th around 10:40pm. When explaining an item from the menu he was very rude and using a demeanor tone. My family has always visited this Jack in the Box for the past year since it’s close by our home.

It is in 486 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910. We have never had a problem and that staff has always been friendly until today that we had this encounter with Thais employee named Mario. Not only did he speak in a rude tone but he walked away from us when we tried to speak to him in person.
