I entered the restaurant and immediately everyone is speaking in Spanish. I have no idea what’s being said. This area is mixed with all nationalities and for one language to be used is absurd. I asked for a bag in English and the girl looked at me with headlights on clueless as to what my request was.

In addition I had to ask someone again to let me know which flavor was Fanta strawberry as the soda machine displayed all the description in Spanish. This experience changed me in ever coming back to this establishment and I work across the street.

Please hire staff that are bilingual that can assist us customers.

The Anaheim store on Euclid is just awful.

First off the speaker in the drive thru is not working! That on top of the person in the other end doesn’t speak English as their first language make it very difficult to order and actually get what you ordered.

I ordered the salad, said I wanted grilled chicken. I opened the salad and there is this big piece of grilled chicken making the salad useless to me on the road. I threw it out the window and drove off.

Please fix the speaker and maybe train employees to know you sell Fanta zero, they act like they have never heard of it. it’s a mess !

The worst service I've ever received from fast food. Their soda fountain was out of order and they gave you hot cans of soda. They did not have napkins, you did not have trays to put your food, the lines for long service and the manager in a bad mood complaining about everything.

I needed to cancel an order very early this morning because it was discovered that your app selected a different store, for whatever reason I don't understand. The store was 20 mi away from the store I was at. I tried to call the employees of the store I was in tried to call and even those Jack in the box employees didn't understand why phones weren't being answered.

They said they always answer theirs.

Employees placed order markers in the drive thru lane and sat inside on their phones not willing to serve customers based on the 24/7 policy through the drive through. Employees told me it was temporarily closed due to them being on break and it remained closed for 2 hours while I waited and was never opened.

We are at Jack in box on 7 Hwy in Oak Grove. We have been waiting 30 min for our food. Our food order was skipped and every one else has been served! This si ridiculous! No offer for coupons or refund no worry or anything.

I understand the jack in the box off marsalis and 35 in Dallas has homeless people to deal with but they are stereotyping people who aren't homeless. I am a customer not homeless and work and yet maybe cause I carry a backpack they follow me to the bathroom they are completely rude to me and it's been going on a good 6 months.

I'm at my wits end I can't even go in and enjoy my breakfast before work without being harassed by your employees. At this point I'm avoiding jack in the box which is a shame cause I like your food

I ordered from my local Jack in the box at 2666 n josey lm Carrollton Tx 75007 on 7/6/2023 and it was to be delivered to me via Uber eats. I received the food but I was very disappointed with the quality of the food.

It was noticeably old food that most likely should’ve been thrown in the trash. The buns on the burgers were very hard around the edges, the onion rings were dry and hard and inedible and the drink was out of flavoring and was just light pink carbonated water.

On 7/4/2023 I placed an order with an associate at jack in the box #6030 thru the drive thru order box for 10 tacos with taco sauce withe this order I did not receive the taco sauce for the tacos. I placed a second order with jack in the box #6030 in Rexburg on 7/5/2023 for 20 tacos and when I ask the associate if everything was in the bag she in formed me tha everything was ordered was in the paper bags when I checked there was no taco sauce there we I informed her thre was no sauce in the bags she informed me that the order was completed whit out checking the bags for her self very disappointed with Jack in the box for poor quality of service to customers.

I went to pick up a order that was made on line. At the Jack in the Box off of Las Vegas Trail. When we arrived to pick up the order the order wasn't ready yet and was told that they didn't have large cups or could give us a Oreo shake.

The inside of the store was already closed and it was like 8:00. Then I asked the girl that was working the window if I could get a refund on the coats that were supposed to been large size up.

Well. It’s not the first time it has happen I’m tired that everytime I get off work late and I wanna stop by Jack and get me food it’s always close. Every morning when I go through drive thru around 5 15 am at jack in box on 20350 Park row drive jaty tx 77449 either no one responds even though lights are all on or if they respond they refuse to service me by saying we only doing app orders at this time. If that's the case why isn't there a sign posted it's as if they seem to always have only one employee and I guess they decide if they want to serve or not.

If I could give it no stars then I would... We will not go back to any jack in the box as this is the second time in less than 2 months that my husband went to get me a shake but

had to wait in the drive thru to order and when he orders they tell him they aren't making shakes. There is no sign and at our jack in the box there is no way to get out of the drive thru, so consequently he was having to wait in a line for almost 45 minutes for something that they didn't even have.

There was no sign stating they didn't have shakes or anything. We have constant problems with our location. You have lost our business all together.

My Sourdough Jack was not nearly fresh and when I requested a new burger to be made I was told they had just made it which is insulting to me considering I do know what a hot Burger should be like when I bit into the burger it was like eating a sub sandwich. Walked into the store this morning to let them know that there was a garbage can right at their entrance with overflowing litter on the can and ground. The person I talked with asked me where it was and we walked over to the can. I could tell she was not appreciative of the information. Just passed by this afternoon and the litter is still there. To begin with, I like your food, I have for a very long time. For Breakfast, I usually get the meat lovers burrito, but this morning I chose the Jumbo Bacon Platter. You should be embarrassed by call this jumbo. The maybe half of a scrambled egg pieces were so small, they were falling in between the tines of my fork. The bacon tasted horrible and the "mini" pancakes were so hard, they were either overly cooked (microwaved) or stale. Either way they were inedible and I threw them away. And to beat all, they had the nerve to charge me $6.00, but it really isn't the money, but the audacity to call it food.

When I work an overnight shift at the hotel I work for, I look forward to stopping and getting something to eat on the way home, and until today, I use to stop at Jack in the Box. And…
