Ordered 20 tacos given 11 sauce packets asked girl for more stated its not me my boss she went to cask and came back with 5 more packets I walked in asked supervisor for more packets and she said I gave you 10 I said 15 for 20 tacos I need at least 10 more and she refused to give to me will never go back there I shop jack in the box at least 5 times a month this is ridiculous

Terrible customer service at 6210 West William Cannon Drive, Austin TX location. Rude, barely audible, no soft skills, young man - occurred via drive thru between 6 - 8 pm on Thursday, June 1. He definitely needs more training (if he is going to work directly with customers).

I ordered the bacon cheese curly fries that had basically half dollar size serving of bacon and cheese. I wish I could send you a picture of this so that you can see the ridiculousness of this thing. I usually get fair to mediocre service here which I've sadly learned to accept due to lack of dining options because of my schedule and I don't ever complain or go out of my way to comment but

the absurdity of this makes me feel I am owed my money back at least.

I went to the jack in the box off william d tate in grapevine, TX at arpund 630 pm on 5/30/23. I go here all the time and everything is usually fine. This time however I ordered the newer all american sirloin burger.

Been loving it since it came out but when I got home it was cold. Obviously been sitting out for 3+ hours. Meat was cold. Cheese was hard. It was uneatable. The fact that they thought this was okay to serve to someone was absolutely disturbing.

Complete waste of my money.

The jack in the box on green vally rd in watsonville ca is absolutely the worst. I don't even have a receipt or picture because EVERY time I go there, I wait ten to 15 min, just to order. Then another 10 min to receive my order. In the drive thru.

My husband and I went through the drive thru at Waipio Jack in the box. They were busy or so it seemed. It took us 10 minutes to get to the order screen and 10 mimutes to the window. When we got to the window the girl was talking to someone else and not paying attention to the customers.

She didn't acknowledge us, just kept talking to the other person. Asked for payment, still nothing, kept talking. Checked the order and forgot the fries and drink. When we asked her, she said oh, the fries aren't in there and laughed.

I do not find it amusing when we're being ignored. Service is really horrible! Is this your standard? I used to frequent this location, it will change my mind if this acceptable behavior of staff. Food is also sub par, rings tasted of burnt oil.

Store #148 messed up my order once again Every single time I go to jack in the box, my order gets messed up, I don't even ask for a special order, it's right out of your menu and you still screw it up. JIB address 3121 N. 79 My order consist of: jumbo jack burger with cheese not the meal 2X orders of small curley fries and 4 regular tacos extra lettuce no sauce. I paid using my Red BofA visa debit card ending in 4430.

I felt as though I was being rushed out of the drive thru line. As I briefly looked in my bag of food I noticed that there no condiments or napkins provided. I had to ask for napkins and 2X water cups.

The service was sloppy and I was becoming frustrated with how I was being treated so I drove off. I had 2 kiddos with me both are elementary school students. It might be trivial but... 99 plus tax and it doesn't come with pickles so I asked to add them and get charged for pickles. Noticed the person making my burger forgot to put pickles on there and told the cashier there isn't any pickle on here and then asked if I would check under the lettuce...

I'm sorry, why question someone about that? Then I got pickles put on the burger and got to my destination to eat and only got 3? What happened to actual customer service? I paid for pickles and get questioned? I understand getting charged for cheese and tomato but never got charged for pickles anywhere else.

Went the Jack In the Box in Port Arthur TX on 05/13/23 at 9 pm. Only two employees, no line. It took 15-20 to get my order of 8 tacos and one curry fry. When I arrived home, I had 4 tacos, 1 reg.

fry a hamburger and eggrolls. So, I was just thinking ok whatever we can eat this. The tacos had rotten lettuce on them and it stank horribly. Why would you service rotten let I don't know. Very disappointed in the time it took to get my order with no line and the fact that it was not correct and some of the food was not edible.

Jack in the Box should do better and have better management to manage quality food control. I know that they were short handed, but once again no one was there. I don't normally have issues at Jack in the Box but this particular did not meet expectations at all.

Complaint against Jack in the Box , Tucson Arizona 85710. Corner of Pantano and Speedway Address 7910 E Speedway Blvd Date: May 12th 2023 Time of order 10:00-10:05 pm drive thru. We ordered 5 orders of two tacos and a chicken classic wrap. com.

We were not able to do so. We were given our food by a female employee with blonde hair and sent on our way. Came home split food up and started to eat. I went to JIB Boise Idaho Broadway location 5/9/23. #5 double Jack clearly pictured lettuce tomato pickle and the employee confirmed those items not charging extra for those veggies. I ordered put in my credit card then realized the total was higher than menu price.

She charged me extra for lettuce tomato and pickle. I said you charged me for items that already are on the burger. Unfortunately I couldn’t get my money back because they were too busy. I let everyone in the lobby know to watch their orders because Jack is OVER CHARGING CUSTOMERS THEN YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Very unhappy I had to over pay for WHAT IS CLEARLY ON YOUR MENU!!

Jack in the box location number 3935 in Highlands Texas at 302 North main Street. The individual in the back who was cooking was very vulgar and loud complaining and cursing about customers and the food making it an unpleasant experience for customers and employees. One employee even asked him to please calm down. I feel the store needs some customer service training. Especially for the gentleman who was in the back. I spent a little over $30 on my food that was for supper and had to throw it all away due to it was wrong, I asked for NO cheese, told him twice, NO cheese and my hamburger was covered in cheese, I AM LACTOSE The rest of the food was NOT tasty, the drinks were nasty so all the meal was thrown.

m. today in Sacramento California on 35th and Freeport. Waited in line for 20 minutes with four cars ahead of me and three or four behind me. I was told at the order box that I couldn't be understood so to drive to the window to place my order 20 minutes later I finally reached the window and

25 minutes from time of order to actually getting my meal. With 2 cars including mine in the the drive. Ordered 8 Xtra crispy tacos and get home to what looks like 8=raw tacos. No crispy to them. I hate to see what a regular taco looks like coming out of that store.

Must come straight out the freezer straight to the to go bag. This store has always been horrible and when you think the reason for the long wait is because there taking the extra time to make them the way you ordered. Not so.

If I had to rate this store from 1 to 10 with 10 being excellent service I would give them a 4. Only because the lady at the window greeted me with a smile and left me with have a nice safe trip home.

Hello I don't mean to be "that" guy, but your JITB store#6404 was not a great experience. I can certainly understand that lack of workers can be problematic but the issue last night was lack of complete food items. I wanted 2 Sourdough Jack sandwiches and was promptly told they were out of not just mayo but also bacon??

So I went with 2 ultimate cheeseburgers w/o mayo and apparently w/o yellow cheese as well. As it was late I accepted only to be charged full price for incomplete food items. I just ask please to better and at least prepare better thank you.

Went to the jack in the box at Noland Rd, and 70-hwy. Sat for 30 minutes in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, got told to go park and someone will be out. An hour later I went to the drive thru and got told we're understaffed it'll be another 20-30 minutes.

It's a fast food restaurant! 30 minutes is too long! So I tell them to cancel my order. No, you have to figure out how to cancel it yourself, we can't do it here. I will not be going back for awhile.

This is ridiculous if it's a staffing issue, get more staff or schedule better, because y'all are going to lose a lot of business if it keeps up.

I ordered 3 egg rolls and it took 22 minutes to receive my order EXCEPT Karen gave me onion rings instead of my egg rolls! There were three employees working and there were five cars waiting in the parking lot to receive their orders. Additionally there were two people waiting inside who told me they had been waiting for 15 minutes for there order. I love Jack in the Box egg rolls but this is the fourth time I have experienced poor slow service. Went through jack in the box drive through. They forgot my grandson's medium fry. I had to park and go inside and wait for the fries. This caused my grandson to be late for school. After dropping him off I went home to eat my food.

They gave me the wrong order. And the food was really gross. It's really frustrating when you can't even get the right food you ordered. I would have went back and got the right order, but I live about 25 minutes from there.

My husband is in the hospital he wants Jack In The Box. Always orders an ultimate bacon double extra patty. So he wanted me to go get him a burger only. On 4/20/23 I waited in the drive-thru for 10min.

Waianae Jack In The Box drive thru. Provided the cashier with the Jack In The Box Kamaaina Card for a 10% discount. The cashier handed my credit card back with attitude and no receipt. The order was large and there was an issue with the order which was quickly resolved.

But due to the little issue I forgot to ask for the receipt, but I usually don’t need to ask. It’s usually automatically given. When I drove off I wondered why she never gave a receipt and in my head I knew it.

It was a large order and she didn’t give the 10% discount. I would have an image to share, but I never got the receipt. I know the discount wasn’t given, as the total I was given was the total charged to my card.
