This morning around 7 AM I went to the Jack-in-the-Box on Martin Luther King and Crenshaw there were only two ladies inside working and one was the manager the other was the cook I’m placed an order and the manager got it wrong so she gave me the right order when I went back when I got my order my food was cold And she didn’t want to fix the order I didn’t get nasty with her but

Hi I went with my daughter to the jack in the box on Bosque this evening around 7 or 730 and the service was just horrible the Mexican lady with glasses who I assume is a manager was very rude to not just me but to the person that was in front of me she seemed to be upset with someone and was using very voguar language and speaking very loudly the drive thru window was left open so

to keep my daughter who is 7 from hearing such language I had to roll my window up needless to say that didn't help very much. I've been a customer of jib for a long time but I've never felt so unwelcome and offended by the unpleasant and most definitely unprofessional service I received today I don't understand how this manager even is allowed to represent this company

Tonight 12/13/22. At Moreno Valley Nason location busier than usual. I ordered a vanilla shake through the drive thru. Waited 20 minutes and when I got to the window they said there where no shakes at the moment. That the machine had been broken for a while now.

I’m upset at the fact that I waited 20 minutes to be told something that they could have said when I first played my order with the employee that was outside taking the drive thru orders. Thank you for your time Sylvia

This morning on my way home from work I decided to stop by and get some food at the jack in the box in my town of Escondido ca off valley parkway and I wished I didn’t . I have gone to this specific jack since I was a kid yeah sure I have had some bad experiences but never like this morning after placing my order I was tolled to pull up to the window assuming the lady meant the first window I pull up as I sit waiting for someone to charge me I notice the car at the second window leaves .

For the 4th time in less than a month, all doors were closed and locked before 9pm. The sign on the door clearly states the dining room is open every day until 10pm. This is for Jack In The Box at Rural and Broadway in Tempe.

I was coming home from Canada on 12/09/2023 at 11:00 AM then I stopped at your restaurant in Blaine Washington ( Bitch Bay Washington . I came in to order takeout. Nice friendly greeting, I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a large drink. Fast service. When i got to my car i noticed that my 2 biscuits were cold (outer biscuits ) the sausage portion was warm. I was expecting the biscuits to hot if not very very warm .

I walked back in and complained that my order was cold, The counter person took them, I asked that I get a fresh new hot product, I also asked that they not be reheated in the Microwave.. I in 1 or 2 min she returned and gave me them ( Same ones I gave here) they were still cold if not very slight warm

I went thru jack in the box drive thru in Honolulu HI. Location on South King Street.

First the second time this month I was given the wrong order. I waited 15 minutes in line to check out. I had my 14 yr old check it. He counted the food. We were given a junior cheeseburger instead of spicy chicken sandwich with no curley fries.

My sourdough sandwich was plain. I didn't order it plain. I feel ripped off and I will never go to a jack in the box again.

At the Jack In The box located on Anaheim near Cherry in Long Beach I was informed that they don't have fish sandwiches which I previously bought the week before and they were too lazy to look and see if they actually had them they told me I had to go to McDonald's to get them and then they laughed at me.

I went to visit their store at 2666 Telegraph in south st louis County at roughly 1615 this past Tuesday. I no sooner pulled up and I observed employee running upto main door to lock it. Signs on door say diing room is open from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week.

They lie through their dentures. And this is NOT first time I complained. Upper management seems to think false advertising is a joke and they can do whatever they want. Time military start boycotting them as not friendly to military personnel

The Jack n the box in Herculaneum MO is very unprofessional. Drive through employees look dirty, are unfriendly, don’t look at you when serving you, dressed in dirty looking clothes that are not a uniform. If you ask for condiments they they’ll say ok but never put them in your bag.

I’ve seen this many times there. I love the tacos so I always give them another chance. I will never go back and will encourage anyone I know to not go there also. Management is just as bad! Such a shame that!

I would like to know why is Jack in the box address at 393 W Main St. El Cajon CA 92020 would not accept me and my family from going and purchasing? I would always go order for my family of 6 every one of them a combo, i think they hatred me and told me (the manager) not to go anymore because we would always go (more than 3 times a week) or so.

Jack in the Box in Santa Clarita, where I used to live, was great. Fresno Jack in the Box SUCKS. Whoever is the District Manager for the Fresno area of California needs to be fired. Perhaps they're a relative of the CEA of the Jack in the Box corporation.

Last night I went to your Jack in the box in Pahrump Nevada. It's the only one there. After driving through and ordering my food which was six tacos in order of onion rings and two drinks. I was asked to pull around to the front and wait which I did.

After about 10 minutes of waiting I decided to go in. When I got inside the store was filthy, not only in the customer seating area but also in the food prep area. I have pictures of this in case you're interested.

After about another 20 minutes of waiting inside I went to the counter and politely asked where were my tacos. One of the workers then asked the fry cook where were the tacos. He said and I quote they can effing wait they can just effing wait!

He yelled this in fact everyone in the customer area and there were many by this time…

I went through the drive through on 7th street, in Phoenix. I placed my order and the screen came up as an order of 3 coca colas, I ordered 3 tacos. When the erroneous screen appeared, I restated my order, of course a little louder, assuming that I was difficult to hear.

Again the screen came up 3 coca colas again I restated my 3 taco order, and again a little louder. The manager came over the speaker and told me to leave. I of course could not as there was a car in front of me.

I finally got up to the window and the manager proceeded to yell at me for disrespecting him! He told me he wouldn't serve me and refused to hear my logical explanation for my voice. He closed the window on me.

Went to the Lake Jennings location Hermand was the person at the window taking the orders. She was very RUDE and short and rushed me through the entire process of ordering. I asked for a #5, she stated "is that it", what else, throughout the entire ordering process. I took the food home (only live 5 min away) and it was cold. The fries tasted old and the Jalapeno poppers were overcooked. My chicken sandwich was mushy. What has your restaurant become. Crappy service and crappy food. I would give you Zero stars if I could but there is not that option. I was order #54 at 5:28 PM I ordered: #5- Large, 2-tacos, #12, 7 Jalapeno poppers.

On Saturday morning @ 11,I ordered from the drive thru. I then ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich and 2 milkshakes. thru window,she hands me an empty drink caddy and then one milkshake. I ordered 2, she said 1 and said she charged for1.

Being frustrated, I told you 2. She replied playing victim,I don't know why you are yelling at me. I opened the bag ,NO RECEIPT, also no sausage patty. They never get their orders right. Their svc is worse than poor.

Ordered a 20 piece nugget, and 10 piece nugget, and (2) of the monster tacos, and asked what Free drink I would like with the 20 piece purchase. When I paid, and returned home, I had (2) regular tacos, and had paid for the large drink.
