1/7/23 @ 5:15am this morning, I stopped at the Jack In the Box @ Greenville & Parklane to pick up food for friends that stayed over it was about a $45 dollar order. I was at the order sign in drive through.

The young man took my order and as usual needed me to repeat what I told him, so I did twice just to make sure the got it. I was the only Car in drive or even the parking lot that early this morning.

and not only did he ask me to repeat the order at the window, but he had a attitude. I asked him why was he asking that again, he then said something about not caring and closed the window in my face. I drove off!

Jack in the Box is in business to make money, and provide a service to the consumer and when you hire people like that NASTY attitude person, that shows disregard and poor…

Location is attached, this happened about 15 minutes ago 7:30 am. My boyfriend went thru the drive thru and ordered an order of the loaded tacos, when he got home it was regular tiny tacos. He ordered me the Sausage breakfast Biscuit combo, we recieved a hamburger bun instead of the biscuit.

Now my complaint is more about the way I was treated when i called to let them know the order was incorrect. For one the last barely spoke English, and I am a Hispanic woman so this isn't a racial issue.

However, she immediately began to raise her voice and tell me how we were lying. We order this quite often so the chances of incorrectly naming the items we want is pretty slim. My sandwich I literally sent a screenshot of exactly what I wanted and he used that to order my part of the order so…

Complaint regarding rude staff at Rowlett Jack in the Box on Rowlett Road. I went to drive through on 01/05/2022. I place an order which was $23 and change. At the drive up Window I placed my order. When I got to the Window to Pay there were 3 boys sitting around doing nothing.

I checked my order and found that there were no onion rigs that I had ordered.

The boy at the window said I didn't order Onion Rings at the Drive through spot, I said yes I did. Told him i needed onion rings, he took my money to pay for the Onion Rings that I ordered.

He then old me to pull around the front of the bulding and they would get my onion rings, I refused and got my money back.

I will not go back to your store in Rowlett ever again. What kind of people Manage this place?

My complaint is in regards to the Jack in the Box in Dunnigan California. As I'm a frequent patron to the restaurant I have grown very annoyed and tired of the following to reasons; 1. Servers are very hard to understand they have extremely bad broken English. 2.

Went through drive through at store # 8302, order #105, employee was Karina at 6:49pm. Ordered a #3. Got home and sat down to eat but there was no burger. Just fries and the drink. I’ve tried calling their phone several times but they do not answer.

I have been told buy a manager at another Jack in the box that I should order a plain croissant add cheese add bacon. As apposed to ordering a supreme croissant no egg no ham because it cost me less money $2 or more.

When trying to order that way at the Jack in the Box in Boulder City, NV I was told by the young man taking my order I could not order it that way I had to order a Supreme Croissant no ham no egg therfore paying for egg and ham I did not want.

Hi I recently went into Jack in the box, go get a mobile order for a Jasmine when I walked in it was a Mexican man taking my order there was a tall Caucasian man with glasses who came in really hostile yelling at the young man I didn't get the name of the guy who was yelling at him but I did ask that young man what was his name and I think he said Q I asked Q who was the young man yelling at him he said oh he's a manager sorry about that but

Have been to the jack in the box in marana az 4 times since Christmas and of the four times they have gotten my order wrong twice. Once the food was inedible and had to be thrown away. Orders were replaced with me arguing with the manager of store.

Yesterday she told me that she could not have anymore complaints from me and that I was going to have to start opening my sandwiches in the drivethrough and making sure they were correct, because she hand trained her employees and they could not possibly be making an error. Went to pick up snacks tonight with my family in Arcadia, CA got 2 sourdough Jacks, munchies box, and an order of 2 tacos. Came home and found out my food was half eaten and the people there was rude.

We visited jack in the box at 7979 Broadway lemon grove, ca on 1/1/23. 69. When I told him that is not the price on the menu his reply was “ we raised our prices but haven’t had time to change the menu board prices at the drive thru.

Your new Jack-in-the-Box on Highway 199 in Springtown Texas is a disaster! The two entrances which are designated, however get crammed up horribly, the side road gets blocked up from cars waiting in the street, the inside long lines are crazy and today they literally lock the doors because they could not handle all the people coming in so

it made it that much worse in the very small parking lot for cars to maneuver around! and a whole bunch of other people kept leaving. Going to sonic! Like us!! No sign on the door saying they were closed or whatever!

Employee at drive thru was rude from the beginning from saying "What do you want" to not giving me my card back then when I asked for a receipt she gave me the wrong receipt. I then stayed it was the wrong receipt and she said no it's not that's yours so I drove around and went inside to get it.

I told her what my order was so she rolled her eyes and proceeded to print out the correct one and tossed it on the counter. The food was cold and the tacos had no meat.

My mother went into the drive thru and ordered food after receiving the food she realized she had ordered incorrectly and attempted to get it corrected she even offered to pay for the other food she requested and was told no. I then called and asked if I could get the food corrected and was informed no that she received what she'd ordered.

I again called and asked for a a manager and was told that they refused to serve me at this point and started telling me to fuck off followed by informing me that my mother shouldn't have been "fucking retarded and ordered the correct food to begin with" . TV commercials I have issue with. 1 is the commercial about the fan favorites $10 box (which I had to look up)…. The Jack in the Box on Jackson Avenue in India, CA is absolutely disgusting! There is a mixture of soda and water on the floor in front of the soda machine. The tables are never cleaned! The women’s bathroom is absolutely awful!

There is feces on the seat of the toilet, papers all over the floor, no toilet seat covers and the floor is a sticky mess. When brought to the attention of the employees, they did not respond. They simply casts a blank stare.

I will NEVER cone back to this place again!! It is a cesspool!!

I went to jack in the box in Wenatchee wa on Christmas night. The drive thru employee was very rude broke the hippa law talking rude to an x employee our food was not right we had to go back and make them fix it and he was even more rude .

Jack in the box located on 1925 FM - 1488 Hempstead, TX 77445 has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I stay close so it’s my go-to fast food. There is a manager on floor that’s always rude.

When she’s there she’s always having you pull around for 20-30 minutes or she will say, “we aren’t taking any orders at the moment” so she practically closes and opens at anytime she wants. This has been going on for the past couple of months so I strongly doubt I’m the only person that’s filled a complaint.

Floors were wet and slippery. I am crippled and almost fell. There was 1/8 of an inch of water on the floor in the bathroom and in the kitchen because of this I was unable to use the restroom. It was too dangerous.

My past experiences in the last month Have been at this restaurant was not cleaned ever. The tables were always dirty the kitchen was dirty the floors were dirty. This is a large health violation. The number of the restaurant is 1139.

If my granddaughter wasn’t with me in certain stopping I would not stop at this particular restaurant , this was a mistake that I will not forget nor will happen again. I hope the rest of your restaurant should I stop at or not in this kind of shape.

Poor customer service on Christmas day 10:53am. I came to jack in the box to order food for my kids( two sausage breakfast jacks one spicy chicken meal and a large curly fry on the side as well. Drive thru was very rude.

Re: Jack In The Box at 4425 Telegraph Ave, Oakland, CA 94609. Hours are "Open until 9, drive-through 24 hours", but the last two days I've visited, the lobby is locked completely. Tonight when visiting at 6:30 PM (yesterday at 3:30 PM), I see three staff members on their break eating food at the same time, while again the lobby is locked, and the employee there gives me the 'cut it out' gesture to indicate the lobby is closed.
