On January 22 i went to the Jack in The Box in Dixon,Ca at 9am but nobody was there. If there was sombody there, they dont take my order in the drive thru. This was the second time in two months that this has happened.

In Caldwell Idaho in front of Walmart is the location.

First I got no receipt.

Second I order curly fries and got reg fries. I got an egg roll that was cold and the fries were cold. I had asked for 4 sweet and sour sauces when they took my order. I got 2 and asked for 2 more.

She said I can only give you one. The girl was rude. Did not smile. Acted like I should have not even made an order. I don't appreciate snotty people waiting on me. Maybe she should just not work.

Jack in the box on 10th ave Caldwell, ID 1- Never received a receipt with my order 2- Messed up my drinks and gave me the wrong salad and never asked me what kind of dressing I wanted. 3- called the site manager, and she gave me excuses of they are training people, they are high schoolers, and her manager was aware of this situation.

4- Every single time I go to this location I have an issue. It is only this location. I didn't like to hear excuses. There are high schoolers that could preform the job and be proud of their job. They hire jus to fill the position, they dont hire people that want to be there.

on North Main. Is never open before 8:00 to 8:30am. Somedays they don't open at all, like this pass Monday. The lady that has been there the longest has open scores on her face and arms. They are every slow and hateful serving customers.

To whom it may concern, I would just like to inform you that I think Jack in the Box has the best breakfast sandwiches of all the fast food restaurants. I get two bacon breakfast jacks at least once a week and more if I get the chance.

I even get them for lunch and love the fact that your restaurant serves them all day. The Jack in the Box at 895 Heckle Blvd. in Rock Hill, South Carolina, is where I almost always frequent, due to it's convenient location in regards to my home.

I had never really had an issue with this store, but unfortunately when I got my two bacon breakfast jacks this morning, as I was about 3/4 done with the first sandwich, I started chewing on something inedible. I went to the Galveston location to pick up some food I was in the Drive-Thru about 30 minutes with only one car in front of me so I back through the drive-thru to walk in you told me I wasn't allowed inside and we're extremely rude saying there was only three of them when there was only two customers in the line I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant and I think that warrants getting rid of screwed up hell all the lights are off outside you don't even think the places open they're sitting there making their money without doing anything if I was the owner of this location I would be checking up on them for sure!

If I could give you a "0" it's what I would give. Jack in the box on plank red in Baton Rouge is where we stopped for a quick lunch. The meat wasn't meat I know. Didn't even taste like meat.

It was dry like cardboard. The Curley fries were so greasy we couldn't eat them. The buns and bread were dry as hell. I will NEVER go there again !!!!

I have never in my life had worse service or have had anyone in the fast food industry treat me so poorly! Josue at the jack in the box in Rosamond California was extremely rude and aggressive. He wouldn't let me talk and he wouldn't fix our order correctly.

I went to the jack in the box in Tulsa off 41st street the I had to wait for my food even after going thru the drive thru but I love 2 minutes from there all my food was stale my fries tasted like it's been under the heat lamp for hours and all I got was all little tiny pieces like the bottom of the bag then got 2 breakfast jacks the ham was stale and the bun was stale and a little bit hard so

I went to the location in Houston on Edgebrook, I stood at the counter at least 5 mins 2 employees saw me never even acknowledged that I was there.After 5mins I finally asked hey so is anyone goin to take my order still nothing, then a third employee came from the restroom so I let her know I had been waiting and no one helped me her reply was oh she don’t speak English! On or about the 13 the of I I purchased some food from one of the Jack in the boxes located in Reseda California. As part of my change the employee gave me 3,20s $1 bill a $5 bill and $2 bills.

Later that day I went to 7-Eleven to purchase some sodas and snacks pain was one of the $20 bills I received from Jack in The Box. Upon my effort to pay the cashier at 7-Eleven began yelling at me and calling me a criminal in front of several customers alleging the attempted to utilize a counterfeit $20 bill.

The only $20 bills that I had in my position at that particular time with $20 bills I received from the employee at Jack in The Box. Due to your employees negligence or your company's negligence I was humiliated and insulted.

I am constantly being judged and treated unfairly at this Jack. I've met a few really nice people that work here that are good to me, but for the most part they treat me poorly because of my medical condition (degenerative spinal disease).

I'm unable to stand up totally straight and I'm constantly having to bend over for minutes at a time in order to walk again. They send security to either embarrass me or kick me out.

I placed an order online last night the order number is15520204259082240. It was to the Jack in the box on 4300 Madison Ave. My boyfriends truck broke down on his way to pick the order up. I tried calling this store numerous times to tell them what had happened and the phone would just ring off the hook and then it would make a busy signal and then hang up on me. 57.

I would lie a full refund and the manager of this store informed that they are running a business and they need to see that their phone calls are answered. This is not the fist time I have had issues with Jack in the box and I did nothing the other times.

Well, this time I was charged a lot of money and left with no dinner and no nothing. My order is posted on their website as completed. That takes some nerve!!!

I went to get some food at the Jack in the box located at: 11920 US 380, Cross Roads, TX, 76227 as I had not eaten all day at around 11:15PM in the drive thru. I ordered a modified sourdough swiss breakfast sandwich, curly fries, and onion rings.

During my order, the person taking my order was extremely rude as I was asking to make modifications. I got to the window paid and as I was getting my meal the alleged manager was out right making fun of my order with his co workers as the window was open and I could hear the whole conversation.

It felt super discriminatory and rude all together. After I got my meal, I checked and there was still meat on my sandwich even though I specified I do not want any meat on it. I got back in the drive through line to get a refund.

At the Jack In the Box on Highland in Rancho Cucamonga, there is a pattern of the drive-thru forgetting a huge piece of the order. Just recently, they forgot my receipt and platter so I couldn’t prove that I wasted $8.

Another time they forgot my chicken nuggets, and majority of times I can’t even count in the past they’ve forgotten my drink. What should be their job remembering the order gets thrown out the window, even when it’s not busy whatsoever (I tend to order in the latest evenings).

Stopped going to my local Jack in Lebanon , Oregon a couple years ago . They were always out of product lettuce, tomato onion ect. After a 2 year brake we tried yesterday again and guess what no onion. Just drove threw the line NEVER again.

I just went through the drive thru at my local Jack in the box located on FM 1417 Sherman,Tx 75090. I ordered 3 sausage breakfast Jack's and a hash brown patty. I did not get the hash brown patty. I contacted the store manager and told her about the problem.

I also told her that almost every other time that something was not right with my order. 50 percent of the time being wrong did not seem to concern her to much though. She only said that she would talk to her team.

My grandson, Eliseo Longoria, Jr. work at the Jack in the Box in Weslaco, Texas. He was let go today, January 12, 2023. He was schedule to be off today, Thursday, January 12, 2023. The Manager called him last night, Wednesday, January 11, 2023 to tell him she needed him to go in the next day.

I recently went to your #58 in Lakeside. Service was fast and friendly however the meal was a surprise. The cheeseburger had a patty half the size of the bun which fit into my hand, I have small hands, and was smashed down to 1/4”, and one tiny pickle and smothered in sauce.

There were a total of 4 onion rings. If I wasn’t headed to work I would have returned all of it. I did eat the rings. 59 for 4 rings? That’s just not right. I will not be returning to any of your pathetic stores.

Went to the JITB in Daly City , California on Mission street and ordered some food and the person at the drive through was just not into his job. No greeting. Paid with a card and when he handed it back he just stuck his arm out of the window while his body went somewhere else . No eye contact.

Went to Jack in the Box at 1002 N 1st St Yakima, WA on 1/8/23 around 7:30 pm and only ordered 2 hamburgers. They ran my card and asked me to pull around and they would bring my food out.

I said no need because nobody is behind me. She shut the window and almost immediately another lady came storming around and flung that window open and said you NEED to pull around. I repeated myself and she got extremely rude and said we needed to pull around.

I went to the location at 455 Silverado ranch at 5am and was advised that the system is rebooting will take 20-30 mins. I was advised I could wait or come back. I then left and came back 30 mins later and was told the exact same thing that the system is rebooting it will take 20-30 mins to reboot.

Today 1/8/2023 I went through the drive through at Jack in the box and sat at the call box for 5 minutes and had to honk my horn before anyone answered me then I placed my order and was told to go out front and wait. I live in Litchfield park AZ. This is a new community, Jack in the box just recently opened here. I am 78 years old and n a limited income. iwas so disappointed the fries were cold and so was the sandwich.

I went to the Jack in the Box in Norman, Ok located at 615 12 Ave NE. I placed my order at 1503.. There was one car in front of me.

Finally at 1519 I pull to the window and the male worker told me my total. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager about the fact that I and 3 cars behind me had to wait for 15+ minutes.

" Todd then yells back that he doesn't have time. I clarified with the window worker that Todd was refusing to speak with a customer. I need to add that while waiting in line I attempted to call the store several times.

This is unacceptable, regardless of staffing issues. This store is closed more than it is open, I assume due to staffing and poor management. I am putting this on all social media platforms and encouraging everyone I know to avoid this business.

92. When brought to Mea's attention she refused and I asked for my money back for the entire because of her attitude, she said no and closed the window on us has she was handing us our shakes.
