Jack in the Box in Easley, SC. Pulled into the drive through. After taking the order from the car in front of me, they asked me to wait. " and was told to wait. After over 10 minutes I asked how much longer and was told that she had 8 orders in her lobby and that was what she was doing now.

Why wasn't she alternating the lobby with the drive through? And, we are trapped in your drive through! Can't escape! Luckily, the two cars behind me decided to leave, so I was able to back out and leave. You lost three orders.

I won't go to Jack in the Box again.

My daughter lost everything from covid. She's still struggling. She lost her house. She just got an ENT card. She has to eat every meal out. Jack in the box takes EBT. The ones by me even have a sign that says so.

The hack in the box by my daughter accepts EBT because she uses it there all the time. At this time of night, ONLY Jack in the box is open. There is 1 woman at that Jack in the box that 5 times already has told her it doesn't work.

RE: Store #4037 Bridgeton, MO. 63044 Eat in order # 355 --0207/23.

My wife and I entered lobby to place order. We were virtually ignored by staff passing behind counter. Finally order taken by young man whom appeared to come in from outside. Order placed at 2:55.16 PM. We in seating area for 17 minutes when I approached counter and inquired about order. It was apparently " overlooked" . Food receive about 8-10 minutes later.

A very casually dressed man did come out later and asked if all was okay , but by then too late. The on premise staff response was pathetic . Not inclined to visit this location again.

Every morning I have come to this location in the last 3 months they have asked me to wait in the parking lot and not the drive thru to artificially reduce wait times. The fact that this happens multiple times a week is absolutely upsetting and it leads to mistakes like the wrong sauce ect. I asked for sweet and sour and got bbq. Also I told the employee that I would be filing a complaint and she proceeded to give me a fake story about large orders (this happens when no one is in the lobby and no one is in front of me in the drive thru). The jack in the box in Mcminnville OR is having problems... they always have a sign in the drive through that says "open at 6am" except they don't open at 6am... sometimes they just never open at all.. on my way to work I'd love a sandwich and a coffee, but I can no longer rely on JITB...

Walk into store and nobody attending you! No employees to be seen ! I finally call out and someone came from the window area! All I hear is them taking orders from the drive- thrue! Come to find out they close the cash register so they don’t have to deal with walk in customers!

when I ate my order, I got Norovirus the next day. I felt very nauseous, and I could have gotten my entire family sick. Make sure you're employees wash their hands thoroughly, and for 20 seconds at least. My order was correct, but I got Norovirus from the food.

You have a shop on East Tregalles in Antioch, CA. It's not far from Hillcrest in the same city. So, I went there last night and tried to get into the dining-room, on my way to work, (6:05 pm), It was locked.

I have gone to my J I B on corner of Fannin and Wheeler for YEARS. BRENDA is always polite and helpful. Today I went to drive thru and ordered 10 chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. This is a normal order.

I have laryngitis so I struggled to be heard. I waited for just over 10 minutes with one car ahead. I cannot count the number of times I have been asked to pull around to wait for my order. When I pulled up, I asked what took so long.

I visited the 633 kapahulu jack in the box. Wanted to use the restroom the womens side said for employees only mens side open to anyone. There is no sign stating that mens restroom is open for public use 2.

Went to order a mocha ice coffee and a shake. The container that they use to pour the mocha looks it was sitting out for awhile and all they did was pour in a cup and add ice. I tasted it tasted a little sour so I threw it away and the shake was not as cold like it normally should be.

At 3:49am I arrived at Jack drive thru and no one answered at the order box. I drove to window and honked my truck horn. Employee came to window and said the system was rebooting. I told her its not 4am or even 3:55am.

She said its down and it'll be up in 15-20 minutes. This location is at 91st Ave and Olive Ave in Peoria, Az 85345. I then drove to Jack at 59th Ave and Olive Ave in Glendale. I went into drive thru and she took my order.

This complaint form is in regards to the Jack in the Box located at 34504 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399. Yesterday Saturday, January 29 at around 8:00 PM, I had one of the strangest and worst experiences at this location.

I drove through the drive-through I was greeted with “I am Jack-in-the-Box what can I get you”. I ordered one small regular fry and one small curly fry. The employees reply was “fine pull up“. Somehow my order ended up being over nine dollars.

My change was delivered to me in all nickels pulled out and placed onto the counter one at a time. They were then organized and placed in a line. Then they were scooped up and handed to me through the drive-through window.

I was at your 59th and olive in Glendale Az location. I pulled in the drive thru at 10pm there was 1 car Infront of me. Waited almost 15 minutes with no one coming on the speaker to the car Infront of me.

We pulled in a parking spot and went inside, there was about 6-7 people inside no one took our order. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this location. Absolutely ridiculous. I will definitely be posting about the horrible non existent customer service.

Went to jack in the box off cave creek road and Beardsley in Phoenix Arizona. I was the only car in line. My order was correct on the screen. They almost forgot one of my drinks.

Also I specifically asked for no taco sauce and lettuce of four tacos which I was asked at the window how I wanted them done. Got home and all tacos and sauce and lettuce. I was also not given a large curly fry that I paid for.

I’m tired of going to this location and not getting my order made correctly.

Also none of my food was hot. I think when you pay 24 dollars for fast food it should be made correctly and be fresh before being handed to the customer. Jack in the box #1553

On 1/38/23, at 6:30 at night, we went to Durant location. A lady came outside of the door to smoke & stood in front of the door smoking & would not allow us into the restaurant. She motioned for us to go to the drive through.

We left without eating, as we do not eat in our vehicle & it was way to cold & windy to eat outside. So disappointing, we live in Arkansas and always look forward to Jack in the box as we dont have any at home.

I have been to the location off of 40th Street and University down in Phoenix multiple multiple times. Each time you guys give me cold food or nasty french fries. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter and help me as I was the only one in there and to make it more of an insult to injury you give me some antique nasty french fries and a cold burger.

I ordered value meal number one and a southern style salad that cost me $23 and some change and that's a lot of money for some crappy food that you have now given me yet again I want my money back or something done or I will raise hell on all fronts this is ridiculous. I went to a store located in Hurst Tx at 8:00am and unloaded 3 kids from car seats and seat belts only to find the dining room was closed. I understand that there is a shortage of employees at a lot of places but the least they can do is put a sign up or something saying that the dining room is closed.

I had to listen to a toddler and 5 year old cry (the third kid is an infant) the entire time I was loading them back into the car bc now we have to go find somewhere else to eat. It's pretty crappy that they can't even make people aware of the fact the dining room is closed before they get out of their vehicles, especially when they have to deal with car seats and crying kids.

I will not be going back to jack in the box. Too much of a hassle.

Sat in drive Thur for 25 after ordering. 13. then give us our order said thank you shut the window. I counted our items told them we were shorted two tacos. The manager said sorry she gave them to somebody in the lobby instead that I would have to pull around and wait in front for them to give me two more tacos.
