On 2/25/23 at about 8:30 my son and I go to grab something to eat. We arrive home and take our food out of the bag and everything is cold. We ordered chicken strip meal, sour dough jack meal and two plane chicken sandwiches.

To our disbelief everything was cold. So disappointing when you go out and buy food and they give their customers cold food. It’s not cheap and we should at least get warm food. Not to mention the fries seemed to be fried again they were hard and cold.

What is the point of showing you our meals when you’re not going to be able to see that it was cold. This Jack in the box is located on Cesar Chavez and Eastern in East Los Angeles.

Service was horrible. Placed order in drive thru line. Employee had a very nasty attitude. I ask employee could I get my eggs separate from my breakfast platter, because my kids are allergic to eggs. Employee was mumbling and talking negatively about putting the eggs in a separate container.

So, we explained to her that my kids were allergic to eggs. The negative attitude from the worker was very unprofessional given that she's risking our kids and possibly someone else's life. Even after explaining why I wanted it separated, she still had a very ugly attitude, so we decided to leave, even though, my kids love eating at Jack in the Box.

Made the order totally wrong and did not add toppings paid for as well as not filling up drinks all the way. Essentially we were being stolen from by not receiving all the product paid extra for.

I ordered a #4 (cheeseburger, etc.) & I came home to a #10 a spicy chicken sandwhich. I am not going back to the store it is pouring rain & extremely windy. I can't eat anything spicy & I wouldn't give it to the dog, so I am out $10...how do you take 4 for 10 they don't even sound the same.

I went through the drive through in Bryan Texas today for lunch and ordered my food and was passed up to pay for the food. Then I was told to drive to the front of the store and they would bring me the food.

I waited for them to come with the food for 20 minutes and they had brought food to the 2 customers in front of me and then they brought out food for 4 customers behind me and then I had to go inside and get my food myself because they had forgotten me and that is very sorry customer service and if I go back again I will not move from the drive thru until I get my food. Thank you

I always come to a specific jack in the box because every jack in the box I go to never gives me the food I order. Now they have some “special” worker working the drive thru window. I get it let people work, but I get my job done to the best of my abilities and this mother fucker can’t even get a goddamn order correct through a microphone when I’m speaking very clearly.

Got the first I order I tried the second time so I said fuck it and got just the popcorn chicken and nothing more.

Went and got terrible service. Ordered Sourdough Jack. Don’t get sourdough, no bacon, one tomato in each of the sandwiches . Curly fries were soggy. Were unable to order large drinks. We normally have a great experience here but this time it was not good.

Would have returned and asked for what we ordered but worked 12 hour shift, it was late, and we didn't notice until we got home, 13 miles away. Not happy

address: 2710 E Riverside Dr, Ontario, CA 91761 Date: 2/22/2023 time: 4 pm I ordered 3 egg rolls. egg rolls were cooked fresh and were sitting in the basket waiting to be put in the bag and hand them to me.

I reminded the employee and he told me they are still cooking but they were not. a lady employee who seemed like a shift manager had the time to take a person into the office (possibly a new hire) and talk to her for 3-5 minutes.

I waited for 10+ plus minutes after the egg rolls finished cooked then she came out and handed me my food. nothing wrong with food. but employees not on task. and it was not even busy. there were 2 customers inside and 3-4 in drive through.

They changed their app and made it unusable. They used to have my credit card number on file, and my phone stored my password. None of that works any more. They haven't replied to my complaint, so I can't use the discounts.

I preferred JIB, but now I have to go to McDonald's. Zero stars.

At San Leandro's Marina Blvd location, 6 out of 10 times I get home and somethings missing. I live 5 minutes away but don't like to have to drive there again. This morning around 3:45am, ordered 2 bacon double cheese burgers, 2 #27.

Asked if I needed ketchup, told her NO, needed salt. Got home, only 1 bacon doublecheeseburger, KETCHUP, NO SALT. Not the sharpest drive through workers. And I paid for something I didn't get.

Jack in the Box is one of our favorite places to eat but, the closest one to us is 1 1/2 hours away. This last Sunday 2/19/23 we we're on our way home from St. Louis and stopped at the Jack in the Box in Litchfield, IL.

There were 3 couples that placed orders for Tacos to go, I was the last to place my order and then I hear this very loud woman with tattoos on her face start screaming "that's 50 f***ing tacos all together, I hope they don't mind waiting all f***ing day" I was so thrown back that 1 she was speaking that way and 2 was looking right at me saying it.

This past Sunday night, I had a visit to the Morgan Hill, CA store located on Condit Rd and picked up a doordash order.

When the manager handed me a shake,the lid had not been placed securely which resulted in massive spillage all over the interior and driver side exterior of my car as well as the drive thru counter.

He cleaned the cup and placed another lid and refused to give me ample napkins or a towel to clean the mess caused by his failure to properly secure the drink lid.

About 2 and a half hours ago, I picked up another doordash order. The order included two drinks, two separate paper bags, and a munchies meal box. I asked for a plastic bag to keep munchie meal box securely closed.

Person working at the drive thru was rude. He initially stated he could not hear me so, I asked him if he wanted me to pull up to the window. He stated no because he had a client at the window.

After several minutes he asked me for my order. I stated what I wanted and he replied with the same answer that he could not hear me. After many attempts to order an item I started spelling out the word.

He then raised his voice and was flustered. I told him I didn’t want to order anymore thank you and he continued to be rude. This was the location on Watt Avenue and Arden Way in Sacramento, CA. Incident occurred on 2/20/23 at approximately, 10:30pm.

I went to the location on Dickerson rd in Nashville tn. I ordered 2 tacos w no sauce and a small curly fry. My fiancée order the ultimate bacon cheeseburger combo w a small curly fry. We were not given a recipe.

The total was diff than shown. Our fries were cold and upside down in the bag. My tacos had ZERO meat. It was all lettuce n not even a whole piece of cheese. Included is the pic's I took. I live in bowling Green ky and only get jack in the box when I go see my dad in Nashville.

My family and I went to jack in the box. On court rd an South Post oak 2/19/2023.. And we got sick. We threw up and everyone stomach is loose stool. The food tasted horrible. The fries were very nasty and cold.

The Manager was dealing with money and serving food. With no gloves on. I will Never Eat there again. Nor allow my Grandkids to eat there again.

The store is never open. On this rare occasion that there were open and functional the cashier did not ring my order correctly. 05. Nothing extra- matter of fact eggs were removed from sandwich. I'm completely annoyed that there was someone working that I had to explain how to ring something and I've never worked at jack n box in all my life.

She still couldn't get it together and I had to pay extra money for the ineptness.

I came through the drive thru about 10-10:15pm Saturday night. I ordered a teriyaki bowl no sauce, a jr bacon chesseburger, and a medium curly fry. Once I was handed my order the guy at the drive thru window handed me a regular medium fry.

Once I kindly told him I ordered a curly fry he argued with me that I did not order a curly fry. Instead of fixing the order he closed the window and did not care. I will not be coming back with the horrible customer service that was provided tonight.

I came to jack excited to eat a delicious chicken sandwich but a cashier named Gaby ruined my day. She took my order and made me wait for more than 10 minutes.

Also, She had an attitude and bad broken English because she was not able to understand my orden. The worse thing was that she gave me the wrong food and she was short with my change. I’m very disappointed, I am not coming back to this jack ever.

It took more than 15 minutes this morning to get 2 breakfast jacks, fries, and milk. Not good! , is not on my happy list!!! It almost made me late for an appointment at the car dealership to get my truck worked on. Unacceptable! 15 minutes! Unacceptable!

I overheard the workers saying that the car outside had waited 6 minutes. When I complained, the lady at the register got mad at me. WTH? The fellow before me asked for his money back because he said it was taking too long.

This is my second complaint in a few days. I really like Jack's food, However, I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere!!! I really don't want to so please consider helping this place with new managers and workers, or whatever it takes!!!

I witnessed one of your employees at store #722 taking a photo of my credit card, this particular employee had no business at the window, since he was not the one who took my order, or took my card out of my hand. He walked over to the credit card reader pulled out my card, set it on top of the reader, then pulled out his phone, turned his back, and I noticed when he took a photo of my card.

Location 4849 Madison Ave Sacramento Went today 2/16 at around 6pm got in drive thru line got up to mic waited almost 4 mins before they acknowledged me. Than they said they could not do burgers they had NO COOK.

On 2-13-23 my daughter went to the drive-thru of Jack in the box ordered a jumbo Jack with bacon curly fries and strawberry shake for my 15-year-old Gardena High School son. m. m. she had asked them to make sure that they cook it fresh.

I've had about 32 years of experience living in this neighborhood and dealing with the poor service of this Jack in the Box. The personnels working are incompetent and do not care about their job. They often close the register and do not answer the drive-through during Is hours of operation.

I'm literally writing this as I've been sitting in line for the past 20 minutes.. It is entirely unprofessional and uncalled for. I have experienced this over and over again and I don't know why I keep coming back thinking it's going to change.

I'm writing this in hopes that corporate sees this complaint and make changes. The location is Kirkwood In Westheimer road in zip code 77077.

This location (2260 NW Wilson St, Portland, OR 97210) was unacceptably slow, do not respond to people in drive thru, and repeatedly give customers incorrect orders. The staff struggle to understand customers and on 2/10 at 9:32am they had a line of 5 cars that they proceeded to take approx 10min per car and still get orders wrong. This has happened twice now and it’s absolutely unacceptable.

This is the unequivocally worst experience I’ve ever had for any fast food location I’ve ever visited. Retrain, hire new staff or just shut this location down and open a competent business if this continues.

I ordered a jumbo breakfast platter with bacon and got a platter with the sausage instead. The employee even verify that I wanted bacon at the pay window so I was pretty sure that's what I got but was disappointed when I got home.

The employees there would rather smoke pot and ignore their customers. Horrible making someone wait for 25 minutes and pretend like nothing wrong happened. Sat at the order window waiting for an employee at the oroville branch to show up.

8 cars piled up behind me while the employees all took a break. The manager saw this happening. I know her personally. She saw me filming and ran away. Not ever going back there. I know you guys probably don't give a crap. Good riddance right?

Here's what had happened.

I had Purchased A Supreme Croissant Breakfast Sandwich, and I had Received One FREE Supreme Croissant Breakfast Sandwich from the Valid Code on my Printed Receipt, but as I had walked over to the tables, as to check my order, as to make sure that the Sandwiches were analyzed correctly, I had found out that the Supreme Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches had Ham found within them, and I had wanted to expect Sausage being served as an Substitution for the Pork Ham.

I would get sick from eating Pork Ham, but I am not allergic to the Bacon.

I have always been a fan of Jack in the box dating back to 1968 with the then small and simple menu as a child in Dallas Texas. Seen lots of great food items come and go. I currently live near a franchise in Lynden,Washington.

Many trips to this location over the last 14 years have been very disappointing because they are almost always out of something, from say DrPepper which was a 2 week run to no fried items to no taco’s no salads or onion rings. Don’t know if this is a result of ordering supplies or what.

Today I pulled up to the board to order and after nearly 5 minutes no one even responded to take an order, this has happened before also . I like JNB menu items but hate to drive 15 miles to a restaurant with better service and dependability .
