Very rude customer service. I said my order was cut off while talking. I went to confirm they heard part of my order and they raised their voice back at me saying I never said that when I only orderd two things and it was the second part of my order.

In stead of just saying they didn’t hear me they called me a lire and got mad. When asked for a receipt so I could leave a review on their website with my order number they again raised their voice to say they didn’t have it and the machine was down.

After I watched the person Infront get their receipt. I also watched the person play with their phone then touch my phone. So now my food is layered in germs . Will differently not be going back.

We were at the Hack in the Box in Taylor, Texas ordered a large Shake and sat 15 minutes in the drive through and when we got to the window they told us their machine was broken. No apology just told us their wasn't anything they could do.

The store in Los Angeles 90066 doesn’t put lettuce in their tacos They use stale bread on their burgers and chicken sandwiches I’ve been going to Culver City to get your products because of that. This has been going on for quite a while The management at that store obviously doesn’t care. Not an isolated incident!!

We went to our local jitb late night/early morning, and come to find out that the computers were down. What i actually liked was that someone was on the intercom there to tell us such instead of us just waiting for a long time for someone to answer.

We had to go to the next town over to get the food we were wanting. And you can guess by the time we got back home to eat it it was a little disappointing. Im not really complaining just telling about my recent visit.

I ordered 2 of the #2 combo meals with curly fries, I requested to have them be upgrade to a Large. I was informed there is no Large cups, so I asked for a medium which they should have came that way anyway, Right?

I got home which is 15 minute drive there were NO curly fries…that is the main reason I go to Jack in the Box…NO CURLY. FRIES,,, We were very disappointed in the meals..

We were refused service at 1417 Sherman tx around 11:45 pm on 3/10/22 by the manager. Myself and a couple of others were going to order and we were discussing in the vehicle and the manager said that we were making remarks about the employees.

The Jack In the box on story rd in San jose is terrible. My husband and I go there every single day. They mess the order up 8 out of 10 times. The people who take the order barely can understand you and you can't understand them.

I went there on 3/8/23. We ordered a fish sandwich PLAIN WITH NO CHEESE NO LETTUCE NO TOMATOES. EXTRA TARTAR. they put EVERYTHING on it. I took it into the restaurant and the manager was not very nice and the lady putting the orders together was talking about me in spanish saying I was not right I should have opened my mouth.

I ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich and when asked for my payment she said it was $13 I responded with are you sure? I was told yes of course. So in the end I paid $13 for one sad little spicy chicken sandwich.

On five to six occasions when I paid for my order, I was never given a receipt. A few times in between I remembered to asked for the receipt and it was given to me. I believe these employees need more training with an emphasis on giving the customer a receipt for their order.

This happened at the only JITBox location in Decatur, Texas.

the Austin TX franchise AT the dinner hour claims to not have ANYTHING that requires taco meat to cook. All they offer are items that do not REQUIRE cooking. To wit? THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO COOK! JACK-IN-TH-BOX JACK-IN-THE-BOX AT 7412 E McDowell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. For the last month and a half the jack-in-the-box has been closed when I go to get food. Nine out of ten times. The app will not take orders for there.

If you go there the drive thru may have a note on it and the same note on the front door. Many times there are no notes and after you sit forever at the box you drive to the window and still one on comes even though you can here someone in there.

I only go between 8am to 10pm a night. This has always been a good place up until now. How can we get Jack-in the box to be open 24 again?

The big native looking fellow in the Parker, AZ. Does not seem to understand that people that make food in commercial institutions must wear gloves. I told the older counter server, that this fellow touched my chicken burger with his finger, to push it off the egg turner after had wiped his brow Luckily I did not get sick but I could have.

Please do something about this shabbily run store. We like Jack but this store is enough to make me not want to go back.

My husband and I stopped by Store #489 in Roseville, CA on 2/25/2023 at approximately 6:30p on our way to an event at Jackson Rancheria in Jackson, CA. I asked for a cup of hot water - I do not drink cold/ice cold water (I also do not drink soda/sweet drinks) . I was told that it was against restaurant policy due to it could be harmful to me. Well, I ended up having no beverage with my meal.

Why would it be alright for me to order a cup of coffee but not hot water? I did not/do not understand should this be your actual policy. If it is not your policy, then that store may need some instruction.

I visited Jack-in-the box located at 7261 Citrus in Fontana, CA on March 2nd, approximately 5:55am. I ordered a breakfast jack with no cheese. When I arrived at work to eat the sandwich, I discovered the sandwich did not have any cheese nor egg.

I immediately called Jack in the box at 6:39am to complain about the sandwich, however, no one answered. I saved the sandwich and returned to Jack in the box at 3:00 to discuss the sandwich. 00 sandwich. They told me I could not get a refund without the receipt.

I have been to your location at 515 W. Airport Freeway in Irving twice now. The first time I went inside to sit down and eat and was completely ignored at the counter so I left without anything. After about two weeks I thought I would try again but again I went inside as was totally ignored while they did nothing but focus on the drive through so again I left without ordering and went elsewhere for food.

I am always willing to give people a second chance but apparently it didn't work for me this time.

We stop at the Jack n the box in Benson Az for breakfast at least once a week, you can GUARANTEE that in some way you will be disappointed. The wait time for 2 sandwiches can be up to 30 minutes, it's 60/40 that they will get your order right.

We ordered this morning and waited for 22 minutes with one car ahead of us. His wait time was 2 minutes longer, we asked whyi it was taking so long and got laughed at. We could see them the playing around with each other..

we keep giving them a chance but are about to become a customer for the competition.

Tuesday February 28th, 2023 @ 8:50 PM. The woman who took our order was extremely rude. Had us repeat ourselves several times and arguing with us about what we ordered. When we tried to pull up to the window she stuck her hand out of the window to make us stop.

We waited a minute and proceeded to pull forward. She again stuck her hand out the window at us like children to stop running on the playground. We then left. Zero stars at our previously favorite jack in the box.

It was no cars in front of me in the drive thru and it took over 5 minutes for someone to respond on the drive thru intercom. I ordered egg rolls and I wasn’t given any sauce or napkins with my order. I paid with a credit card and wasn’t given a receipt after my order was completed.

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru. Food was forgotten and what was received was incorrect. I had to go back though for another 10 minutes for correct food. This is very common at this location and almost every time something is incorrect or forgotten.

I went to your store #783 on 2/27/2023 at 3:25pm to order a kids meal for my grand daughter. The drive thru attendant that could not speak good English after several times asking him to repeat himself got really rude and refused to serve me drove to the window and asked him for my food. He finally took my order and said I don’t understand you! After I got the food it wasn’t what I wanted, I asked him to give me his boss’s name and phone numbers and also my receipt, he refused so I had to go inside and demand for my receipt and finally he gave me the receipt. I understand that it’s hard to find employees now days but believe me an employee like him would brake the bank for you.

I came through the drive thru in Midwest city, OK around 2am, my friends & I were having a great time, singing with the windows down enjoying our Saturday night when we started getting cussed out by the cook.
