Went there this morning, 9:13 am. Made my order, both persons with headphones were talking about her problems at home. One said " I am so tired, i have not been able to sleep...when I get home my children say I am so hungry what are going to cook..." they were talking for a long time and not working. When I asked in a nice way for my order (review your camera), one of them (obese) answer with an angry tone "they are working on it", I said you are just talking. The other woman (also with headphones), returned a few minutes later with the food, threw the bag on the front desk and did not said anything. Very poor customer service. Please tell me what are you going to do about it?

I just stopped after a long night's work at a Jack In The Box location and they told me that they are only accepting doordash orders. Why would a customer who took the time to get in their vehicle to drive to their location not be as important as a customer who's just sitting at home waiting for someone to bring them their food that is a pure sign of laziness and

discrimination against individuals who are looking for something to eat and Jack in the Box being the nearest location I'm highly offended by this and I feel insulted just by going there and now I'm forced to travel even further to a water Burger it might be a good idea for Jack in the Box Representatives to try their own food at all hours of the night just to see the kind of customer service customers are actually getting

First of all don't put someone at the drive through window that really does not want to be there. This little girl did not listen and was rude. Ordered 1 item a sausage croissant. Came with no sausage and unmelted cheese.

Drove back through she was incredibly annoyed but when your paying 6 dollars for a shitty sandwich you really want it to atleast come as ordered

Who approved the push-in’s on the burger box? Thanks now my pants and my book on sailing are seasoned with ketchup that le as ked out of that hole. Are you guys not aware that lots of people open the burger box and put their fries and ketchup in the lid?

Each generation start out “young ‘n dumb” until they get into their 40’s and 50’s. The “Y ‘n D” do thing like make “easy open” packaging out of newer ‘bulletproof’ plastics, or switch to more secure glue to bottle seals requiring a chisel to get the seal off inorder to use rhe product!

I went to jack in the box this morning (3/27/2023) at the highway 30 location in Huntsville, TX. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, I started to place my order. ” Maybe I was wrong for calling her that, but number one “I didn’t think she’d hear me since she acted like she had such a hard time hearing me in the first place and

My complaint is there time management I set in line for 45 minutes barely moved the entire time I only had seven cars in front of me. This is not something new it has happened multiple times before for the only take one order at a time.

This happened at the location on east Berry Street in fort Worth Texas. They did not give me a receipt so I do not have the number for the store with the ID number or anything.

Store in Donna, Texas would not serve milkshake because manager in charge chose to rinse machine at that time. Time was about 10:35 pm and they were extremely busy. Then drove to store #4603 in San Juan, Tx. They answered drive thru by saying they were not serving any food at the moment.

I said I just wanted milkshakes and they said yes and to drive up. They charged me and then returned a few minutes later to window. They said sorry but that their earlier shift had not stocked up and put no shake mix in machine.

So they refunded money to my credit card. Inexperienced managers and clueless team members are the norm at both stores. When will you all fix this? Time was 10:59 and ticket number is order 206 (206106) Authorization 078166. Thank you.

98 for slop I am not a happy customer and I will be letting people know the customer service at the Jack in The box on mission and quince in Escondido. I work for Jack in the box when I was younger and this was not tolerated in the stores back then hard to believe stores of today do this to their customers.

My Jack in the Box is located in Meyerland, a nice area in Houston, at the corner of Hillcroft and Beechnut. I go there frequently because you have the best hamburgers in the area. Only McDonald's is close.

My complaint is that the Jack in the Box looks like it would be found in one of the poorest areas of town. The Jack in the Box light is off (after 15 years, I've never seen it lit). The drive through is full of pot holes. The order window is frequently not lit. The place looks like that it has been abandoned.

until today,my experience today will much likely cause me to continue past jack in the box to a different fast food establishment. while placing my lunch order a homeless man totally emptied the ice dispenser and not one of your employees said a word except they would remind him next time to leave some for the paying customers so what's the point of a warm soft drink?

Jack and the box locate 13015 Fondren Rd. e order 4 tacos and medium vanilla shake notice the price on the menu was different from what i cashier rang up, i told the cashier( guy). he didn't give the price that was on the menu and I asked how much was a large.

The store on E. Fremont in Las Vegas ,NV won't allow us to use the restroom. We can't wash our hands before we eat. You would think withcovid and all it would've encouraged to was hands but not from this store.

I guess it was just us because a women just came out if the restroom and we were told she didn't know that it was closed.

I ordered food on line for delivery, I gave special instructions and gate code for delivery driver. I called driver just B4 he arrived to verify. The driver SPOKE NO ENGLISH, UNDERSTOOD NO ENGLISH. After several minutes of this confusion, the driver just left and did not deliver any food.

m. and wasn't able to order food because they turned the grill off and could only get fryer food she stated that they closed in 20 minutes meaning they were open for 20 more minutes, she said there not 24 hours yet the sign says drive through open 24 hours.

And the last time I came I ordered a bacon Ultimate cheese burger and received a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. Will likely take my business to the whataburger next store that's open 24 hours as they claim to be.

I want to know why the jack In the box in St Louis Mo in clock tower off of Dunn rd always tell us they are only selling fried food, which I don't know what they means and we ask them they can't give a straight answer. That's why you never see cars on the parking lot how are younguus doing business. 3/12/23 When we pulled in there were 4 cars visible in the drive-thru, which means there were at least 2 cars in line that were NOT visible for a total of 6 cars. After an expected amount of time, and having our order repeated back to us 3x (2 loaded fries, 2 jumbo jacks, 1 order tacos and a small fries) we arrived home with someone elses order.

We ended up with 1 order of loaded fries, 1 curly fries, 1 popcorn chicken and 1 order tacos. We were way to exhausted, moving a house all day, to drive all the way back so we ate what there was.

I think you guys should know. It was the jack in the box on Moorpark Rd in Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. The whole experience I give 2 stars, only because of how busy they were at the time.

We waited 1/2 hour for our food. I had to go to the counter and ask how long of a wait until we would receive our food. The kid asked what I wanted him to do about it. The “manager” then got our food to us.

This after they made my daughters shake that was now completely melted and I sure wasn’t asking for another and have another 30 minute wait. Not a soul behind that counter acted like they wanted to be there and I’m not sure they could have moved any slower without falling asleep.

All the “manager” said when he handed me our food was sorry. I’m 100% sure I will never return to your restaurant again.

I’m an employee at the 6200 location in kck and I would like to file a complaint against the general manager Christopher Moody . I was wrongfully terminated due to having tonsillitis or strep throat and provided a doctors note on the matter.

Not only did the general manger yell at me and tell me he’s my boss I have to talk to him he also was very rude in the matter . At first he got mad and left the store came back and changed his clothes came back to the store and said I was intimidating an employee I had never even met.

At the jack in the box on valley mills rd in Waco near the 35 freeway, the lady working the drive thru is very rude and started yelling at me through the intercom. I asked her politely not to yell at me and she got even more rude and disrespectful.

I will never eat at this establishment again! It’s really sad when employees are driving away paying customers from the business they work for. I’ve worked in the food service industry for 20+years and completely understand having a bad day.

I went into the Jack in the Box on Huntington Drive in Monrovia on 3-14-2023 around 9:30 am, and stood at the counter while 3 employees were there. These 3 continued to speak in Spanish and ignored me. After about 3 minutes, I asked was anyone working or just talking, and I left.

This fast food restaurant will never get my business again! I was at the location on 4479 W Ina Rd in Tucson AZ Around 1330 I place my order at the drive and waited 30min to get my over priced sloppy tacos and a soda that had a block of ice that made my straw worthless.

When I received my food I joked with the window person a I asked him “You guy have to be short handed. ” He angrily slammed the double window and returned angrily with my sloppy food. He was a blotchy looking chubby guy that looked and acted very miserable! Bye jack! Never again!

JIB 524 has for years had expediate and special order request problems. You never get everything you paid for or they always forget something. Now their pulling the crap with Door Dash. This JIB continuously hires inept, lazy and non English speaking people who do not care not one bite for the customer orders or our satisfaction, just as long as their receiving their pay check.

I have gone to this JIB since 2003 and it still plagued with failures over failures, its still ripping off people for things they ordered.
