On Sat 10/22/22 I went to your store on 1960 in Atascocita tx. I was attempting to pick up a door dash order around 8:00 PM. I placed an order on your app for DELIVERY.... When I received the order it was not mine at all, I had received someone else's order... It took me 20 minutes of calling the local restaurant for someone to pick up the phone and when she did, she had a horrible attitude...

She told me that I had to come pick up my order that they didn't deliver unless I ordered through doordash.... When I asked why I paid for delivery she said she didn't know, that was my problem... I paid over $40 to have this food delivered for lunch and I never got it....

What kind of restaurant tells their customers they have to pick up orders that they specifically pay to have delivered????? I want my money back!!!!!

I went to the Jack in the Box in Cleburne TX and didn't get the whole order that I paid for and so I had to drive back and wait in line AGAIN and so I called to let them know that I didn't get my whole order and the woman hung up on me so I went on up to the speaker andhad to wait another 5 going on 10 min and

I even honked to let them know I was at the speaker and NOTHING! I drove up and waited my turn all of this took about 45 to 50 min. From the beginning of getting my food and this moment.

At the location on 12th Street in Norman, I went to fulfill a door dash order and the store did not answer the drive thru speaker. The lobby was closed and I wasted 20 minutes waiting. There were customers as well that also got ignored, and some even pulled up to the front and honked after waiting for 10 minutes with no greeting.

I have gone to Jack in the Box in previous weeks and the result was the same.

the service at the location closest to where i live, Belknap and Riverside Dr. in Ft. Worth, TX, typically is poor, but convienent since i only live across the street. on most occasions they almost always have the shake machine "being cleaned" or not working, the staff are not friendly or accomidating and the food usualy tastes as though it has been reheated or under a warming lamp, this is usually with the late nite and overnite workers.

then most recent nite as i was about to pull up to the drive through i happened to look over at the windows and saw two employees sitting in the dinning area. one proceeded to wave at me and mouth that they were closed.

For two months now you have a gentleman working in Jack-in-the-Box in Yucaipa on the corner of Yucaipa Boulevard and fourth Street, I don’t know if he is the manager. I can’t tell because he doesn’t wear uniform, but he is the most rudest person I’ve ever dealt with the way the employees there is sickening, I am a driver for Uber eats and GrubHub.

Every time I go in here he treats me like I’m a piece of scum. I want something done with that man I don’t know his name at Jack-in-the-Box. It’s not fair to your employees, as I was leaving today, picking up an order I had to remind him to please put a sticker on your dream.

He turned around and got the stickers landing. Here you are, you said, whenever your other employees look at me with your head down and said to me I’m sorry.

We rode thru the drive thru at 3am on Oct 21, 2022 and were told that she was only tending to Door Dash and not taking any other orders. When asked why she said because they had too many door dash orders and needed to get them out .

It’s 3 am during the week ! More times then not you can’t find a door dasher to deliver at 3 am!! How are they “swamped” with door dash at 3am that they can’t take any other customer orders?? The location is notortious for closing the restaurant at any given time or for not being open at all.

Iwent to j-in-the-b inElSereno, Los Angeles, 90032. They were closed at 6pm. I knocked on the glass door jthe man told me were closed only drive thru. So I walked up to the window and asked if I could speak with the Mgr.

They cried the wi die. I wanted to tell them that the night before I ordered 3 jumbo Jack's combo and paid. When I got home I had 1jumbo jack cold old fries and soda water. I should've Chaco when I was there but I didn't want to miss my bus.

So I'm a Senior Citizen ordered for my family and came home with¹ ju1mbo jack cold d fries and soda water that I paid for. I am so angry Brescia nobody cares.

Jack in the box #4733, there's not enough words to convey how absolutely terrible the experience we had at this location! Everything tasted old our burgers were broke into pieces, the monster tacos were uneatable they tasted rancid. Lettuce on burgers was brown, everything was cold, this is our final try at this location,shake machine always broken, if there's a way to get money back PLEASE let me know.

#1 Door where customers park was locked with no sign on it, very annoying for customers to pull on the door, then have to walk around to the other door to enter. #2 Approached counter to place my order, but was NEVER acknowledge.

#3 Finally I said can I place an order and they continued to IGNORE me, so I left. There was another lady there that went behind the counter and was discussing whatever was going on with the register with the ladies.

They knew her, so I think she was with Jack in the box.

Jack in the box in Dallas on Knox and Henderson. Arrived at 120 am, waited In line and at 140 the person on the intercom informed us Jack in the box was closed and proceeded to turn off all the lights.

There was a sign on the speaker stating that they closed at 2 am. They had 20 minutes to spare, and at this point stealing company time by closing 20 minutes early without a warning and despite there was a line for 20+ minutes waiting to order prior to their statement to closing.

It’s sad that I was turn down from the front. I just wanted to order our food and the lady at the front told me that they were closed. And said it a little rude. So I walked away. But when I looked at the time on the door it had said dining hours closed at 10 pm.

So I when back and asked her, hey it shows that you are open till 10 pm. She told me that the door should have been closed. And they were short staff. When I asked her name she walked away.

I asked again and she responded her name is Kim. Just to be nice I told her to have a blessed day. I have come to this place more than once. I don’t make a complaint when I don’t receive my order.

I placed an order and when I got home (45 mins away and gas is $4 per gallon) I was missing a whole meal. After already spending $59 for the second time this month, the ghetto girl in the window made it seem like it was my fault that she forgot my meal.

She was extremely rude and unprofessional and I’ve never seen anything like it. Any other fast food establishment would be apologetic and/or offer a free drink or something, but not little miss hoodrat. I am completely disgusted and will never visit the location on Mississippi and Chambers in Aurora,CO again.

I think better training should be provided to the staff to properly provide orders and how to effectively deal with irritated customers when they fail to provide the correct order.

we order from instacart here in houston tx. A couple of things are a little irritating. #1 I can't order a kid's meal anywhere on the app. #2. Can't put in comments, such as I'd like secret sauce or do well done, etc. #3.

When we order a breakfast combo we only get coffee, juice, water, or milk. Cannot get a soda. #4. The drink holders for the soda do not withstand delivery, so maybe they should put them in a plastic bag. The delivery person almost dropped mine today because the bottom was soaked thru, I just barely caught them, and last week I had to clean up a coffee and 2 large sodas out in front of my apartment complex because the handle tore as I reached for it.

None of these are going to stop me from ordering, but they are a nuisance. They cost me more for the breakfast meals…

To whom it ma concern I have spoke to legal conceal and was advised to make my complaint and see what jack in the box wants to go from there. So on aug. 18 2022 i went threw the drive thru at jack in the box order breakfast along with that i order two coffee.

I purchased 2 Tacos, Curly Fries, Churos and a Small Oreo Cookie Shake. It was the worst meal I have every tried to eat. I dtopped by the Jack In the Box in Graham, Washington and placed my order. Got home and everything was so overcooked and hard.

On Friday, August 5th, I stopped at the Jack in the Box at 1100 E Central Texas Expressway. I would give you the store number had I received a receipt but I didn't. I arrived at about 8:45 and sat at the drive thru menu for over 5 minutes before I said hello.

I was told that she would be with me in a moment or something close to that, I do not really remember. After about 5 more minutes at least, she finally took my order. Jack in the box on Recker and main in Mesa, az. 10:25 am 8-13-22. A man said he was management, would not give me name, nor would anyone else. He was 5 6', 150lb, Hispanic male. He was rude, cussed at me, made racial slurs, I'm diabetic, had low blood sugar, left with no food, almost wrecked my car do to low blood sugar, and how upset I was.

Ordered a medium Number 1 meal at store at 2800 W Dunlap, Phoenix, AZ at about 2 PM today, Aug 3 2022. Was not greeted by employee. No smile or even an acknowledgement. She said my order came to eleven dollars and some cents.
