I specifically told the girl I wanted onion rings. She started arguing with me and stated she would have to charge me . Isaid no youarenot it is not my fault that you did not listen in fact I do not like your fries.

Both girls were extremely rude. I will never give my busy to Jack Box again. Your customer service is horrible. I am scared to even eat the food now because the probably spit in my food. I am sure nothing will be done.

I went through the drive way at the Jack's off of Taylor road in Montgomery, AL. I was trying to make me order which was the 2 piece chicken dinner,they were out of green beans and I didn't see anything else on the menu that I had wanted so

I ask the young lady who the employee who working at that time at the drive thru could she ask the manager could they just give me a discount since they had stuff I didn't want. The girl completely stop talking to me,I stayed in that drive thru for 30 minutes waiting on to respond and she never did until I told her I was about to report her for bad customer service.

I called the number and held it to the speaker so she could hear it. She then started to speak to me again. I was then frustrated with her and pulled off.

My three combo orders were not complete they were delivered by Uber eats store#0589 order #923463 the bags were opened no receipt on bags we never got our drinks, I contacted the restaurant and I was told there was nothing they can do I have order multiple times from there and my orders are never correct there is something always missing it’s actually ridiculous.

Went to drive thru about 4:35 pm and there was 3 employees outside throwing a ball around and the back door prompted open...i waited at least 3 minutes and they still outside. There was a white sedan at window waiting..i left and they were still outside Located on Fm 78 in converse tx. Horrible

I have never gone to a Jack n the Box and got my order correct. On multiple occasions I go on my lunch break to find every single item is incorrect and I don’t have the time to wait and get it fixed.

If the employees bothered to read our orders back to us then I’m sure it would at least be right half the time. Employees ALWAYS have attitudes, why hire people that clearly don’t want to work?

Today we went by and ordered 3 orders of tacos at the jack in the box in Harlingen Texas on 77 sunshine strip. I live about 10 miles from there. They took 15 minutes to give us our order on our way home.

We open two tacos to eat and the tasted delicious the other 4 tasted horrible. Meat tasted spoiled. When I call to complain they were being rude. They said they couldn't do anything about it.

The jack in the box on 27th in Phoenix is supposed to have there drove thru open 24hrs but I just tried to go there and they had a car parked in there drive thru so no one can go thru it ... any time I have tried to go to that jack in the box they are closed or there employees are rude I will NOT be going to jack in rhe box. The drive thru service gave me the wrong order and I went back with the receipt for them to simply replace with the correct order. I showed the manager, Isabel, at location JIB 7208, my receipt and explained how the order was wrong and asked if she could replace it with the correct product.

She refused and again I told her here is the receipt and the wrong product, I’m only asking her to replace it, not refund it. In front of her employee s behind her, Isabel said “I don’t give a fuck about your receipt”! Unbelievable!

This is management acting this way towards a customer who simply returned their incorrect order for exchange? Totally unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the licensing agencies for the restaurants in my city and the state standards boards for them to open an…

I have submitted a complaint about a large order that was wrong and a manager, in front of her staff, telling me "I don't give a fuck about your receipt" when I offered to show her where the order was wrong. Apparently you have no customer service, because my complaint went unanswered and I was never contacted.

Thanks for nothing and I have written you off since you hire these type of people and don't care enough to respond back to loyal customers being treated this way! I hope you go out of business for this inattention to your customers!!!!

At around 1:30 PM I ordered food at the Jack-in-the-Box located in Seaside CA, at the drive-through window. The employee at the window was trying to get change for the hundred dollar bill that I was paying with. He asked an employee Servani if he could get change for the hundred dollar bill. When he asked her a question, she unprofessionally in front of everyone, started yelling at him, really embarrassing him, yelling really loud, every word she tried speaking was yelling. Customer service at 1710 Glendale Blvd. Is un-acceptable staff including Managers will see customers walking in to order and rather than welcome them and take order will walk to the back of the Restaurant so that someone else can take the order.

These people are not professional have no proper training disregard patrons and are hostile toward the public. This is an ongoing pattern of conducting day to day operations.

after placimg my order with a plesant woman, i was helped by a young man with major attitude from the jump. kind of shoving my food bags into my hands. card took an uncomfortable amount of time to get handed back to me.

I cant prove this but he may have taken a photo of my card to try to use it. just in case i put a hold on the card and alert me of any charges. please do. if i get any transactions, I'll know he did it, and will press charges.

I visited your restaurants 6-07-22 My purchase were a total of 4 tacos and I always request my tacos well done and never had a problem until today. Tell me why I got got a plan chicken sandwich 30 minute old fries and a powerade with ice??? It's not rocket science to make my order right I use to spend over 200 a week at jacks..... now u finally lost my business and my family's permanently.

When we ordered our food this morning we ordered 3 small cups of ice with our order which was almost $14. We were told to pull around front they woukd bring order out but when they did they didn't bring sny if the cups of ice so my boyfriebd went in to get them snd was told only one cup of ice per vehicle.

There was three of us in the vehicle. We were ajso given 2 ranch was told had to pay for third one when there were three of us in the vehicle. Lady working there was very rude the lady they had bring iut our order couldn't understand or speak english at all.

On University Ave.. The reason for them to stop serving at 11:36 pm was in order for them to clean up. All sign lights were on, that's why I decided to stop there. The employee on the speaker was very unprofessional and short.

I am a grub hub driver who had a very bad experience with the Jack in the Box in Gardnerville, NV. I pick up from that location several times a week. There is always a long line. Up until this point they have required the drivers to go through the entire drive through line to pick up food for our customers.

It is usually a very time consuming process. Today I had a pick up and went through the same process that is always followed. I waited in the line and when I got to the ordering area. After several minutes of waiting for someone to greet me.

I placed an order for a single breakfast sandwich and also a combo 28, the female manager with short black hair only placed the order for 2 single sandwiches and I also ordered 2 large ice coffees. I made an online order for pick up March 21st when I got there to get my order there was no one there and when I went up there they where rude and refused to help me said it's not there fault. My order number was 901116 from the Vidor Texas location.

I just wanted them to make my order instead of going through the whole refund process make it easier on both sides. There night crew needs to take classes in customer service

86 for a jumbo jack , only with bun , meat , one small piece of lettuce, one tomato. Nothing else. I went through the drive thru , rude employees and total waste of money. I have always been a huge fan , that’s why I went. Absolutely disappointing.

That’s ridiculous to be charged for something that’s advertised that people love . I do remember when you could have all the veggies and it was great. I’ve never submitted a complaint, but that’s sad indeed. Poor management and crew and obviously no care.

I’m sure someone can make sure there is a change. I work hard for my money too and don’t appreciate being ripped off.

We were in Denton Texas for a day of basketball tournaments. We had a break between games and visited your location #0719. We were VERY disappointed with the condition of the restaurant. Lettuce on the floor where we had to stand to order.

Looked like it had been swept to a pile and left unattended to until we made a comment after slipping on it. The tables had not been cleaned. With our order of cheddar peppers (7) we received only one ranch packet for three people to share!

AND was told we had to ‘purchase’ more. One packet for 7 peppers and 3 people! Really! We were also told there was no sauces for our tacos. None! Perhaps a couple of free ranch packets could have replaced the not available sauces?
