I have been a customer of JC Penny for years, as was my mother since 1960. I ordered a mattress on June 25, 2020 at the Albuquerque store at Coronado. It was sold to me by Cynthia she said I would get it by July 2nd. I didn't get it.
I started calling from 7/9/2020. They said it would be a little late due to the Covid. I understand that, so i was thinking 2 weeks more. Well I called July 14th, July 24th, July 30 to customer service. They had me calling Non Stop Delivery.
I called them on July 14, 24th, 28th 29th and they would not return my call. They were always out for lunch so I would leave a message .
Finally on the 30th customer service got a hold of them and they transferred me and I was told it would be delivered on the 31st, It was delivered by two nice gentlemen. No complains…
