Your JCPenney store sales practices are not cost effective and take cosumer's time for granted. You store no longer has weekly or monthly advertised sales, so customers are expected to visit the store and hope to stumble on a sale of items they might need.
You do however, send picture magazines depicting items that can be seen at the store or internet. This week I recieved two magazines. Each was presented differently, but contained the same items. This is redundant, a poor use of advertisemnt investment, and not ecologically friendly.
I would have benefited more from one flyer adverstising a JCPenney sale I might have been interested in. 00 and up" However, her is seldom anything at the lower price. So, customers are foreced to spend time looking through racks.
