I was in a car accident and I went to the Washtenaw Ave body shop in Ypsilanti to get my car fixed. Months ago, me and Julie got together and filed a subrogation against the at fault driver’s insurance and I submitted all the information needed to follow through with the subrogation, including my police report and my insurance cards.

But yet three months later the fascist manager Roger throws away all of my subrogation info and lies telling me I had no insurance at the time of the accident when I submitted my insurance cards with Progressive at the office , refuses to accept my subrogation, and then refused to work on my vehicle.

My 2022 Jeep wrangler Sahara 4xe came with a bunch of defects including a defective windshield. When I took it to the dealership, they told me they'd fix it right away and today it's been 4 months already. The dealership won't answer me, Jeep wave (Warranty department) won't give me any definite updates, they've changed the date on me 6 times already and all I get from the warranty department is excuses and a bad attitude.

This is ridiculous and outrageous. What a most MEDIOCRE company this is

Took my Jeep Compass in for an oil change, first time since I bought it during pandemic. ), okay not a big deal, I'll repeat what I can remember. Returned at end of day to pick up my car after receiving a couple of calls (wut?

) that it was done. ). Then it wouldn't start (wut? ). Waited for them to jump it. They brought it around, I asked about a new battery since clearly the old one had been run dead. I was told by the service agent I "would be fine" because the battery only had 15k miles on it (wut?

I'm dumb but not stupid, that's not how car batteries work). He then asked how far away I lived, I said about 10 minutes, to which he reiterated I'd "be fine". SIgh. So I drove around 20 minutes to be safe, because battery charging, but I was running low on gas, so then I went home.

And I'm talking about all the systems all of the Jeep Corporation and Jeep Customer Care. Next comes the Lemon Law legal groups, the NJconsumeraffairs. USED to my dismay.

However the selling dealer is not to blame. I selected and bought a pre-owned Jeep. In any case, I sought compensation and some type of a satisfactory resolve from all of the aforementioned groups. and have not received any!!! NONE !!!

I have a 2016 Jeep Sahara that has been in the dealership now for nearly 30 days. They have charged for repairs to my transmission for a total of 3335.00 and a day after picking up it was towed back to the dealership with the same problems. I have been Told I need new brakes, rotors, transmission, axle seals radiator flush throttle injection, brake flush etc. The dealership never returns my call, cannot repair my vehicle, and I am at the point of filling complaints with the Manager of the dealer and now you. PLEASE, someone help me here. This is unacceptable and Jeep should be ashamed of this Dealership. I have lost all faith in this Brand JEEP. I need help solving this problem ASAP. My 2014 Jeep Cherokee caught on fire at the dealership during the liftgate recall which there is currently no fix for. The dealership proceeded to put the vehicle outside for storage and the vehicle got waterlogged, there is now mold growing in the vehicle.

FCA customer care says the special investigation team needs to review, there is no person or number to reach them and no timeline for their investigation. This happened on 7/13 and I am still waiting on an update. I am irate!

There has been so many instances where I need to make an appoint to get my car serviced, and time and time again, they can’t fit me in until a month and a half later. Now my car cannot be driven, due to a major problem and I again cannot be seen at the service department until a month later.

What good is it to a buy a Jeep and then be left carless for a month? This is ridiculous!

My name is Deborah. I purchased a 22 Compass in February with 3000 miles on it. I totally fell in love with this vehicle, it ran like a dream as new vehicles should. At 5000 miles, the engine started running rough and the transmission started shifting hard.

I took it to a dealership per the recommendation of Jeep customer service who opened a case and said it had to be checked by a certified Chrysler technician who then checked it out and they did a software update to fix a shifting problem between gears 1 and 2.

When asked why as an owner I had not been notified of this software update, they told me that the only way to find out there is a software update is when you take it to a dealership for something else. After the return of my Jeep, the transmission shifting became worse.

I have been waiting several months for my part order. ) or Juliet Russell. I would call office during my work hours and the phone would just ring and go to voicemail although there is a secretary sitting on the left side.

Three weeks ago I reached Frank parts manager, he stated part arrived, they were working on getting me a rental car they will call me back at 2, we’ll, still no call, no text, no messages left on voicemail. 215 840 8021.

The deflector was put on incorrectly, each time I wash my car, the deflector comes off, and scratches is on the hood. Why am I not getting service, return call, messages based on Jeep error? I bought my 2021 Jeep Compass band new with 10 miles on it. I emptied my savings account to purchase this vehicle. Within the last year, I have had a series of issues with the vehicle to include several battery issues/replacements, hose replacements, electronic throttle housing,.

Every time there is a recall, unless its a software update, Safford Jeep of Fredericksburg, VA will refuse to do the work because they cant make money off of the repair! This is a factory recall and because you purchased the vehicle with a problem you cant get it fixed because they have to do it free of charge!

Got to be kidding me. Jeep went down the toilet years ago, but we thought now a foreign entity owned it, it would improve to sell more. Nope. They need some management that understand if you take care of the customers, even if its a crap vehicle, they will continue to come.

This is an account of a personal experience to the lack of caring or training in customer service. The poor sense of responsibility and compassion from the person that took a job to serve the public. I have a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with 33137 miles on it.

This is my second Jeep Trailhawk and I love the vehicle. My wife and I live near Phenix Arizona. We left Arizona traveling to the upper UP of Michigan. We made it to Santa Rosa New Mexico when our Transmission went out.

We had to be towed two hours to Amarillo Texas. We have AAA and were told we had to go to the closest Jeep dealer, which was Texas Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram in Amarillo Texas. U. (Power Transfer Unit) on the transmission.

The service advisor (Ivan) said it will be several months before the part is available.…

I took my 2017 jeep limited Cherokee to Flagler Chrysler dealer in Plam Coast Floida For 90,000 mile service and reported a small oil leak . I was told that the oil pan needed to be replace that the oil plug was not factory and oversized and will not tighten and bolt and pan is stripped.

I ask the dealer to save the old oil pan which he did on furture examination I realize that the bolt is not stripped and tighten property. I have the orginal oil pan in my possession to prove my side of the complaint.

The dealer manager Jim Peacock will not resolve this issue and states that the oil pan nut head is a different size when they know that there is nothing wrong with the threads on the oil pan bolt. 65 to change out a part I didn't need total scam.

Upon arriving at the dealership, I was assured that everything would be prepared and ready for a smooth transaction. However, this was far from the truth. To my dismay, I ended up spending nearly 2.5 hours waiting, enduring a series of inconveniences and encountering gross incompetence along the way. The finance department displayed rudeness and a complete lack of competence, while the so-called "sales manager" exhibited inexperience, rudeness, and a condescending attitude that is utterly unsuitable for a role in customer service.

Very poor service dept. jeep sat for 4 days and no one returned calls. Forgot to replace parts on vehicle they took off during service. 00 and didn’t complete work. Service manager didn’t even return call, service department didn’t even apologize for any inconvenience.

Took them 7 days to service vehicle. I have been taking my vehicle to this facility for 10 years and never experienced this level of incompetence.

On Feb 24 2023 I took my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, with only 1407 miles on it, into the service dept of D'Ambrosio Auto Gp, in Downingtown, PA because the cruise control module quit working. After diagnosis I was told that a part had to be ordered because the cruise control module was not working.

I no longer have access to my cruise control. I started getting lights on my dash screen that I did not recognize and the reason I took my Jeep in for svc. Allegedly a part was ordered but to date I have not rec'd any satisfaction.

I am having major issues with my 22 compass trail hawk. Issues started with Radio volume. Went from that to back up camera the overall functionality for radio to then having issues with dashboard display and breaking issues and car shutting off.

Also shifting really hard daily. The breaking system has almost caused me to wreck. Now I am locked out of car and can’t even drive it I have been put off my dealerships and was told if they have a loaner on my next appointment they will try to address issues.

I do not feel safe going anywhere in my car and I was locked out of it on a couple occasions. I just want out of it.

We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee to Stoneridge Jeep in Pleasanton CA three weeks ago to be fixed and they have not even looked at it yet.

I have called them more than a dozen times and they tell me every time that they will call me back in one hour. No one has ever called me back.

When I speak with the service advisor, he has now clue as to what is going on with our vehicle and he always has to speak with some other guy and he will call me back.

We are renting a vehicle to drive around in and it is getting very expensive.

We are disgusted with the service from a so called reputable Jeep dealership and we would like someone to help us with our problem.

Called to get assistance with my Jeep that has been in the shop 3 times in the last 3 weeks.

Got assigned a case number and waited to be assigned a case worker. Called today to follow up, and I am completely disgusted with the customer service from who says he was the case worker.

C. has incompetent service technicians. Broke the center caps on brand new rims during tire rotation said they weren't responsible for aftermarket rims. 00 and they broke them. Charged for oil change that we were told when we purchased vehicle it had lifetime oil change and tire rotation.

My Jeep SRT8 Cherokee has been there for 3 weeks. I've been told twice the wrong parts were ordered on different items. I was also told it would be ready monday, 19 Dec, it wasn't. Then today, 21 Dec 22, it would be ready before noon, it wasn't. When I drove down there at 4pm to talk with the service manager it still wasn't done. Galeana Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep (14375 S Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers FL) serviced my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee on two different occasions, each time acknowledging they checked the rear differential, not properly securing the fill plug. I drove the Jeep 7 times since the last service, with no one else touching it during this time.

The unsecured fill plug was released and the fluid drained, ruining the entire unit. They accused me of causing this issue. When I spoke with Customer Care, they said Galeana denied ever touching my differential. I informed Customer Care that I have invoice/receipt CHCS840062 and CHCS894389 that proves they lied.

They both show the differential had been touched. Once by tech 7112 and the other time by tech 742. Galeana had the nerve to charge me $190 for this…

Worst place I ever bought from. What should have been a 2 hour transaction turned out to be six hours plus. Salesman went home after 2 hours and didn't say a word he was leaving. (Mark) Finally made it to finance office to sign papers, Jan was ONLY interested in selling a $5,000 warranty!

Meadowland of Carmel jeep service dept has my 2014 cherokee limited back for repair for the 3rd time since august. It was making what sounded like something scraping which turns out it's transmission related. I october they had it for over 3 weeks, replaced some parts but they noise continued.

Leased a Jeep from JeepOnly in Las Vegas in 2021. Difficult getting ahold of the service department as my Jeep is experiencing issues with the DEF Sensor & Filter, along with a couple electrical issues where it will not start. I am active duty military as transferred to New Jersey. Contacted Lucas Jeep Dealership for help & acquire a loaner. It has been two and a half months. They also do not have a “schedule” when next loaner is available. Wasting time and causing headaches since my Jeep has issues starting. Final complaint, Lucas Jeep charged me for oil change when I had one more free service left. They let this be known after work was completed. $273 for an oil change I was not expecting to pay.

Please have better customer service, I do love the Jeep family.

I have been dealing with jeep customer service regarding my 2012 jeep compass since late February/early March. I initially asked to be reimbursed for a crossmember I replaced before knowing there was a warranty on it for where I live.

A warranty that wasn't made public knowledge, that is shady in itself, but moving on. I was asked to send in necessary documents and did so. Then asked to go and have it checked over by a jeep dealer to make sure it was safe.

Our daughters Jeep Renegade, 3 weeks out of the 35k warranty, the radiator went. No fault of ours b/c after 2 weeks of the dealer trying to get a new one, the new one came in broke in the same spot. It is faulty.

We were able to get someone to talk to us but it wasn't easy. Promises for phone calls were never kept. Just a very bad experience. Before they could even test it out, the ENGINE WENT! Yes it is covered under the power train but it has been 5 weeks and not one would will call us back.

They have red, nasty case managers who don't calll. They follow in the rude nasty supervisors lead. Everyday we are told someone will call in the next 24 hours. No one calls. When they do, they do things like call numbers that we have told them multiple times are Not good.

My Jeep Grand Cheroke Overland has been an overwhelming disappointment! My auto Stop/Start feature failed a month after I got it. The dealer had it for a week trying to fix it. It still after getting it back never worked right.

Going to another dealer never were able to fix it either. Jeep never told me about them cheating me out of my Jeep Wave. My latest problem the dealer had it for 4 weeks not being able to repair. No rental, no loaner no vehicle and walking with a sore knee.

Placement of the light control keeps getting bumped by my knee. Things keep falling off the back coat hook. Sunlight keeps hitting me in the eyes reflecting off chrome on the front dash board. The 4 wheel drive is confusing and not very controlable.

We have bought Jeep Compas model S top version 2022 model from PPS Moters JP nagar Bangalore on 9th April 2022. There was an error message showing ‘4 WD system service ‘ at 1975km of drive. I have had my jeep to Crowley jeep of Bristol 2 times now. Both for the same issue. My start stop function isn’t functioning properly. When I bring it in they say it needs a new battery I have swapped the battery 2 times (within a month each time) and the same issue occurs.

I am now on my 3rd service apt scheduled and have never been offered even a rental for the inconvenience of this Experience. The second time they had the audacity to try and charge me. To tell me my brand new 1 month old battery was dead and that was the issue. Same response as before.

The service tech even told me there is only 1 battery in the vehicle when I know there are 2. I’ve asked why something would be drawing on the vehicle and killing a battery in a month and get no solid response or answer.

I brought my jeep in to have a diagnostic done. I was having trouble with my traction control. I had first brought it to my local auto shop and they said that I had to bring it to the dealership because they did not deal with traction control models.

They also told me that there was a O2 sensor error showing up for one of the sensors. After having my dealership look at my car my service person told me that I needed to repair the sensor and that I had a water pump leak.

He told me that he would need to order a part for the water pump and that the part would not be in until that coming Wednesday. At that point I had asked him for the repair cost to be sent to my husbands email.

He then sends a cost for the sensor and water pump. I had given him the OK to get the water pump ordered but did…

We went into the dealership with the intent of leasing or purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I needed a vehicle with a tow package. We mentioned this several times to the salesperson. He showed us a vehicle with a tow package on the computer screen, we decided to lease the JGC.

They pulled the car around and we asked if it had a tow package. We were assured by him that it has a tow package. No one showed us the monroney sticker. We went to move my camper and the SUV did not have a tow hitch!

I went back to the dealership and told them the issue. They gave us a loaner to move our camper and promised that they would install the tow package. I've tried speaking to the managers and I was told that because I didn't have anything in writing, they would not install the towing package.

I purchased a Jeep Renegade Dec 2021. I just discovered that I had no spare time and/or tools to change the tire having a flat tire today. I never heard of such. 00 for one tire. I was not told that when I purchased the car. not happy with that.

I put my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for warranty maintenance and I am on day 51 waiting on parts. Chrysler Corp has connected me with a customer care specialist and he hasn’t done anything other than take vacation. Disappointed in Chrysler, first non-ford I’ve had and it has turned out to be a big mistake.
