I have a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo since 2015 only put a little over 20,000 miles on it it’s been in a shop more than I drive it first thing was cluster was bad sent it to a Jeep dealer had to send to New York to get another cluster that took over 3 months to get back then it was worse when I got it back sent it back $1000 + for that drove a couple weeks had to put new ball joints tie rods wheel bearings $600 + drove a week drove it backing up quit running sent to dealer now the computer is out of it another $1000 or more dealer said be done in a couple days that was three days ago haven’t heard back from them I think I got a lemon never in my life have I had this much trouble don’t know how they can sell vehicles they couldn’t even give me one wouldn’t take it

Bought a new 2022 Grand Cherokee. Driving home from picking up the car the Auto Start/Stop indicator came on and there's a horrible noise from the side of the car. Dropped it off for service, Service Department never calls to update and CLOSES, leaving us with no car.

Spoke with the General Manger, ZERO ownership for their company's poor service, actually says "oh yeah, Jeep must be rushing cars off the line" because they're having a lot of problems with brand new cars, so the dealership knowingly sold a car with known quality/safety issues. Where to begin- I purchased my 2021 Jeep Wrangler brand new last year with warranty. 6 months ago I had a lift and new tires put on at another local shop. For 6 months I have had zero issues. Took it in to dealership to have tires rotated and oil change.

Next day tire pressure light comes on. Take it back to Jeep dealership. They tried to tell me some ridiculous excuse that the other place didn’t install correctly. Didn’t want to fix it, but after I insisted they did. Jeep drove fine for a week and then same issue happened- light comes on and sensors going crazy.

Went to this dealership (Planet Dodge) to shop for a Rubicon, to get all the info on ordering one with the specs I wanted on it. The first thing the salesperson told me was that besides the price, they charge a $5000 commission to sell me the Wrangler, I couldn't believe what he was saying, to me, this is a form of scam and wrong commercial sales tactics, maybe unlawful.

Our Jeep was taken to Taylor Jeep Chrysler Dealer in Taylor Michigan the end of November 2021 we got it back end of March 2022,,4 months! I had to rent a car which cost me $2800!! it was 4 months they kept delaying the repair kept finding different n things wrong.

Got it back a week ago and it was awful. hood not aligned and after driving on freeway discovered we had 8 lugnuts loose on the tires!! We could of been killed!! It has been a horrendous experience. I would like Corporate to make this right by paying for my rental...

maybe a couple of future Jeep Payments or a new Jeep!! Something that you can Make this right we have been loyal customers for a long time.

I have had my Stereo system go out twice. The first time, it had rained really hard. When I got into my Jeep nothing was working. nothing. The next morning it worked but everything had to be reprogramed. The Jeep dealer put in a new system. nothing.

I get home and had to reprogram everything. I had made an appointment for the dealer again but could not keep it,(work). There is an issue with this and it needs to be found out. I do not want to have to continue to have this issue.

I have taken my car to jeep three times now and I can't go two days without it not starting. I've spent 1500 dollars over the past month with jeep of Santa monica on the issue and another 800 with jeep of dtla.

I am on crutches because I tore my Achilles tendon leaving the lot. In addition It's hard getting there because the only day I can take my car their is on a Monday. I have had it towed once and had to jump it again after I've paid my 200 dollars.

I've been told to just bring it back without being compensated. It's cost me money to have it towed, I've lost time, and because I have no car I have been taking Uber to work, which is 60 dollars a day.

At this point I no longer want the car. I haven't been able to drive it since January.

, on December the second 2021. Conner was our salesman. The windshield has a long crack on it. We were told by Conner that it would be replaced at no charge. We have been going back and forth trying to get not only the windshield replaced but the plates as well.

On 17 November 2022 I placed my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Antioch Chrysler to have a 40,000 mile maintenance service performed. RO 306726, vehicle mileage 40,130. 05. The vehicle was returned to me after the service the same day.

I noticed, on 19 November 2022 that a check Check Engine Light was on. I can't say exactly when it came on, just that I noticed it on the 19th. I don't drive my vehicle every day, usually just to go shopping or to medical appointments for myself and my wife.

I was heavily pregnant and needed a big car, I seen a car advertised in hull which is 2 hours drive from where I live. I got there and the car was not the same as advertised it was a manual and not a automatic, the jeep garage apologised and knocked some money off.

I ended up buying the car and paying for warranty. I received a call the next day to say I paid the wrong amount for warranty and I had to pay more! The car was delivered to me a few days later it was dirty inside and had not been fully cleaned, also the passenger side window was not working at all.

Purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 from Teterboro Jeep in New Jersey. The salesperson [Sam} was so dishonest about everything. He charged me for things that were already in the price. He also added $2000. To the car for no reason.

He told me there was not a market adjustment on this car. Then the dealership was closing at 8pm so I had to sign the paper work but had to wait for them to send it to me 2 days later.

When I called him about it first he wouldn’t answer the phone then he told me that the $2000 was the prep charge. Hope this matter can be taken care of.

My jeep currently has approximately 9000 miles there was a major problem with the motor where number six cylinder lost all compression the dealer has recommended a complete engine swap out because of all the metal inside the engine. The warranty side of jeep is recommended a long block and putting my old accessories back on the jeep.

The big concern is that oil has contaminated the turbo as well and they have recommended a complete change. Jeep is refusing to do the right thing and replace the turbo as well.

THIS DEALERSHIP IS SCAMMING AND EXPLOITING PEOPLE DURING THE VEHICLE SHORTAGE.

We ordered a vehicle with an agreed upon lease rate and vehicle price. after waiting over 3 months we went to pick up the vehicle. Nothing was mentioned for the first hour as we are going through the process, but then they send us to finance only to find out they are asking for an additional $75 a month or another $4,000 down on top of the original agreed $4,000.

The first question I was asked when I phoned a jeep dealer is whether I bouth the jeep there. As I said "no" they said it would take 3 weeks to fix my vehicle (who has major issues). My sister in law has the same jeep and same problem.

It shows I gave Jeep 1 Star but I couldn’t give it any less. I bought my wife a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 3 years ago for valentines. She had it for less than a year when it needed a new transmission.

Now it needs repairs totaling over$5000. I paid $500 for the dealership to tell me what is wrong with the vehicle. I pick it up from service department and all of a sudden it starts leaving puddles of oil when it never did before.

Now the car is completely stopped in our driveway and not drivable!

Someone needs to address the poor service at Napelton Jeep Kissimmee. The dealership is a poor representation of your brand. From the foul language I had to listen to for 5 hours from these gentlemen who sit in I guess the finance room.

Too the 5 hours I waited for an oil change tire rotation and balance. It is so ridiculous. So many people doing nothing. You could get rid of alot of them because they are doing nothing. It's a shame. 10 years loyal to Jeep.

Sorry I am done and will be taking all my friends and family with me. But from what I see noone really cares.

Stay away from Jeep!!! Jeep Cooperation (FCA) has horrible customer service. I purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee, nothing but major problems since driving off the lot. Recall after recall, loss of power, jerking, ticking noise, failure to accelerate etc., the same red flags associated with the 2017 Jeep Cherokee, faulty engines. Every complaint/concern that I made was brushed off by the dealership. Over three weeks ago, without warning, my Jeep literally shut off while driving on the highway, thank goodness I was in the slow lane, or it could’ve ended really bad.

I purchased my 2017Jeep Cherokee new off the lot in June of 2017. I also purchased the extended lifetime warranty at the same time. My Cherokee has 27,035 miles on the odometer at the time it was dropped at the Ziegler Jeep Dealership in Plainwell Michigan on August 28th at 9am.

My Cherokee started stopping while driving saying to shift into Park or Neutral and tap the break to continue. The car was running but would not drive. It was shut off and restarted before it would drive again. It did this three times each day while going to work!

Good Afternoon, i hope that you are well. I had recently been in a one vehicle car accident. I swerved to miss a deer and hit a tree head on. The front drivers airbag did not deploy. I ended up fracturing my spine and had to have 5 vertebra fused together.

I feel that had the airbag properly deployed the injury would have been less severe. i now have piles of medical bills and am in a lot of pain. I want to make sure that the issue is reported and addressed for 2017 Jeep Compass as it appears : the vehicles may experience loss of air bag and seat belt pretensioner deployment capability in certain crash events due to a shorting condition resulting in a negative voltage transient that travels to the occupant restraint controller via the front impact sensor wires.

) Walking into UMC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is never quick and never a nice experience. I have been there a couple of times now and it always takes 2-3 hours to finish what ever you went there for whether or not its just picking up your car or checking it in for a oil change.

I have a 2011 Jeep Compass. I brought it in for regular service, and discovered that the subframe was rotted out. This is a known problem with the vehicle, and there was an extended warranty on it. I never received notification about this extended warranty.

It has been expired less than a month, and the company refuses to work with me when it is their defective equipment, and their fault for not notifying me. Now, I will be out 2k because of their incompetence. The customer service staff is outsourced.

They are horrible, they claim there is no supervisor, and they do not effectively handle any problems.

I have a 2010 Jeep Liberty with a Sky Slider that does not work. I have tried multiple times to have someone fix this issue, and I continue to be rejected because no one is able to fix a Sky Slider due to lack of parts manufactured through Chrysler.

I cannot trade in my jeep at a reasonable trade-in value due to this issue. My Jeep is in excellent condition, with very low mileage, and I refuse to trade it in and get little to nothing for it. I have taken the jeep to different dealerships within my area, and am told that I am out of luck with fixing it.

It would cost me $5000 just to take it a part to see where the actual problem resides. I am not able to utilize my jeep to capacity. I drive it 5 to 10 miles a day because I am afraid the Sky Slider will blow off.

This is a safety concern…

2012 Jeep Patriot Transmission failed with only 38k miles, warranty 36k.... called Jeep they said yes then called back and said no! Jeep mechanic & private transmission shop , said they’ve never seen a trans fail with so little mileage!

2000 off warranty of course! Both guys said Jeep should at least pay labor to fix it. Jeep est. 7500, more than the car is worth! Many electrical issues since we had the car. Daughter barely escaped injury pushing the car off the interstate!

I have been leasing Jeep Wranglers for my last 6 vehicles. I love the Jeep. I buy extra miles because I drive 100 miles a day. My problem is shouldn't there be different turn in policies for someone who leases for 10,000 miles a year and someone who leases 19,000 miles a year.

The dealer said I may have to replace my tires. Obviously, when I bought extra miles you knew the tires would be worn more than someone that has a lease for 10,000 miles a year. I pay for those miles which should cover wear and tear on my tires.

I am being held under the same guide lines as someone who drives a lot less than I do. I am very disappointed that I am being treated different than other customers, I turn my vehicles in and they are still in excellent condition.

We purchased a used 2005 Jeep Liberty Diesel. We drove it three months off and on and the computer stopped working. So did the car. We now have a $6,000 boat anchor. We took it back to the used car dealer and he said he would order the computer and fix it.

He has contacted the local Jeep dealer only to find out that it is over 10 years old, they don't make the parts anymore and if we get an after market unit, they WILL NOT program it. So basically, it is unfixable and YOUR company will not provide any solutions.

Needless to say, we will NEVER purchase another Jeep and I promise to make sure no one else I know and several others I don't know will hear about this ridiculous policy. I can get parts for every other car ever made.

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee in April 2016. Check my oil regularly and change regularly but every time I check the oil in between changes I have noticed that I have to add atleast a 1 quart of oil. This is not normal.

I also noticed that there is a little hesitation when starting out on a hill or pulling out into traffic. Do you have any other customers complaining about this? This is a very major problem I do not want my motor to lock up because of this oil problem I will also contact my dealer where I purchased my vehicle at.

We purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from the Joe Machens Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. We were promised how great their service is and would be. We are getting close to our first service and oil change, however, jeep does not give you an exact mileage to have this service performed.

We contacted Machens and asked when and at what mileage to have the service performed. The canned answer was 5000 miles. Our odometer reads 6500 miles with 15% life left before service. Obviously 5000 miles is incorrect. We called again asking for the Service Manager, but no one answers the phone.

Cost me a lot of money since could not get a replacement piece For Jeep Liberty 2012 with retractable top. Had to trade cause dealer said no way to repair and would leak. Have a 2018 Jeep also. No more jeeps and will pass word to all I know about service.

Faulty TIPM electrical issue. Symptoms: Jeep won't start, Fuel Pump failure, Battery drainage. 7 L V6 suddenly stop running at 128K mi? This problem has never occurred. No indicator lights, prior mechanics diagnostics, car inspections have reported an issue related to this anomaly.

I am very meticulous about the maintenance of my vehicle. On 6/21/19, in the middle of the highway, the vehicle stationary, my jeep began to sputter, shook, & stopped running. When you turn the key, there is no click or any function.

The HVAC, radio, & dashboard turn on but the engine does not ignite. Over 2 months later, 5 mechanics, including a certified Jeep-Fiat dealer, $4360 including tow truck fees, I dealt with the mystery of a Liberty that refused to start.

second week in july brown/daub easton pa ordered a part for window . I already paid for part. was told it would be in by aug 15 called and 5was told it would be there by end of aug. now it wont be in till around sept 15. this is redicilous .

Recently at Pine Belt Jeep in Toms River NJ, I brought in my Wranger for a recall on the airbag, to have an oil change and to check the rattling in the back of the car. I knew that it was the heat sheild and wanted to know how much the repair was going to cost.

My appointment was at 9:10am, which I made a reservation earlier the week before, on Monday August 19th, 2019. I dropped off my jeep, the represenative told me that he would get it in and give me a call regarding the service and the rattling.

I never received a call. I called around 6pm, the operator told me that the service was closed, and that someone would call me in the morning. August 20th, 2019, no one called me. I called at 9:10am, 24 hours from the appointment.
