Recently at Pine Belt Jeep in Toms River NJ, I brought in my Wranger for a recall on the airbag, to have an oil change and to check the rattling in the back of the car. I knew that it was the heat sheild and wanted to know how much the repair was going to cost.
My appointment was at 9:10am, which I made a reservation earlier the week before, on Monday August 19th, 2019. I dropped off my jeep, the represenative told me that he would get it in and give me a call regarding the service and the rattling.
I never received a call. I called around 6pm, the operator told me that the service was closed, and that someone would call me in the morning. August 20th, 2019, no one called me. I called at 9:10am, 24 hours from the appointment.
