JetBlue Airlines. I write to complain about the very poor customer service that I received aboard your flight in March and April 2024. I travelled JetBlue flight 2220 from London Heathrow to New York JFK on 26th March 2024. Flight time 07:25AM.
I arrived New York JFK at about 12 noon. Was scheduled for JFK to Houston IAH for about 1:30 PM. With nothing delaying me but only very long queues through immigration and security to connect ny Houston flight, I got to the gate and the door was closed.
I ran frantically, could not even do any toileting at the airport. Staff at gate said, the door is closed, that I had to get on another flight. I was directed to Jetblue customer service counter. Staff couldn't be of more help than to put me on their flight for the next day.
It meant 24 hour wait.…
