00 by phone. I was told they could help me use my points and get insurance , but after I made my reservations. The phone was disconnected. I tried to call back and was told by another person that it was to late.

When to speak to a supervisor who stated his name was Matt. He was very disrespectful. Wish this was a count about my bag. He did not show no concern telling me how he did not know. I caused the damage on my bed myself.

This need to be dealt with you also stated if I go on the phone and file a complaint it’s gonna come right back to him and there’s nothing I could do about it, this happened on November 12 about 6:30 AM.

Customer service horrible you can’t find a representative in US or waiting time is over 45 for phone calls I travel with a disabled daughter it’s a nightmare they make me wait longer and the personal could be very rude. Her transportation chair is always battered and destroyed last time I flew they canceled my flight at the last minute I had to return to the house and come back the next day!!!

I purchased two tickets for myself and my wife for flights from Los Angeles to New York. I knew at the time that, due to a personal issue, there was a possibility I might have to cancel the flights so I purchased travel insurance.

However, being assured by the ticket confirmations sent by Jet Blue saying there was no cancellation fees, I canceled the insurance. Unfortunately, weeks later for the personal reason, I did have to cancel the flights. I assumed I would get a total refund.

However, Jet Blue is now saying I am only entitled to credits which must be used within a year of the date of purchase. When I asked how, as a ticket buyer, I was. notified of this policy. I was referred to.

It if virtually IMPOSSIBLE to resolve an issue on booking a flight with Jet Blue. There is no way to talk with a human that can fix your problem. You spend hours on the phone waiting for a call or a chat line.

Then you get someone who can't help you and passes you on to another to wait some more and eventually get cut off. Forget using points! You can't! They keep cancelling my booking!

I have a been a True Blue and credit card holder for years and I am very upset regarding the treatment and service Jet Blue is providing their customers to the Dominican Republic.

I flew out of JFK to Santo Domingo July 21 and the flight was delayed and no compensation was offered.

My return flight was scheduled for July 26 Santo Domingo to JFK at 6:45 pm and the plane left at 12:40 am July 27.

The only compensation my husband and I received from JetBlue was $150 credit to be use for a later booking.

We waited over 9 hours at the airport, the gate at Las America was dirty and the seats were disgusting.

There were old people and lots of young children waiting for hours with no comfortable place to wait.

My feet were swollen from the long wait, and we have to…

On July 28, attempting to leave Logan Airport/Boston on Jet blue flight 2469, while at the gate, found out by accident that the flight was cancelled supposedly due to weather. Jet Blue Rep were not very helpful and only booked us on to the next day's flight. e.

AA and Delta were still flying into Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Even Jet blue had a flights going to Fort Myers and Orlando, Florida. When we checked with Fort Lauderdale Airport they advised that they had no weather issues. Jet Blue said that since the flight was cancelled due to weather they were not responsible for making any overnight accommodation or rebooking us to other airlines.

We suspect that the real reason for the cancellation is lack of personnel and nothing to do about the weather. If so, then Jet Blue is responsible…

Horrible flight and service. Delayed 4 times in 3 hours. Forced to wait 3 hours extra in an airport with a cranky child and not one staff member would give any explanation as to why. 5 hours later at 2:15 am than I should have originally at 11pm.

Got home at 3am and was forced to call out of work and miss pay the next day for lack of sleep.

JetBlue offered the worst service and flight I have ever experienced. Not only did they keep delaying our flight 4 time originally departing at 8pm we did not depart until 11 pm. Had me sitting in an airport for hours with a child and at no point did they offer any explanation as to why we continued to be delayed.

This was the most horrible flight and unless I get a full refund for the horrible service I will NEVER use jetblue again and leave a negative review not only on google but Yelp and report to the BBB

Hello my name is Veronica seepersaud. I frequently travel with JetBlue for all my traveling. This morning I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever come in contact with. I arrived to my gate exactly 6 minutes after my flight was boarded.

The security check was behind schedule and this was noted at the gate as about 15 people were late to this flight due to heavy security backup as well. There was a group of 10 other random late arrival passengers arguing back and forth with the hostess “ester” is her name and she refused to give me her last name, to please let them on the flight.

Hi there. Flight 1826 San Antonio to JFK on Thursady 6/16. I have been traveling for 37 years and have never experienced anything as challenging. It was a massive delay that was exasperated by an undermanned staff and extremely concerning communication to the passengers.

Very difficult to properly frame up all via message. Can someone from. Corporate Management call me 516-768-8850 so I can take them through. Thanks Greg. customer service lines have 2 hour us waits and text system times out and does not work making it impossible to reach company.

I am writing regarding the terrible stressors, losses and inconvenience that were placed on my husband and grandchildren on Thursday 6/17/2022. My husband shortened his visit to New York so that he could take our 12 yo Granddaughter and her younger sister to a scheduled and costly regional science competition in Florida.

The competition was scheduled to begin on Friday 6/18. You had them bouncing around the airport moving from gate to gate 4 different times claiming that it was all due to delays and inadequate staff- absent copilot. With hungry tired children he finally got on the plane buckled in and was ready to go when they were deplaned and had to stand on line to see what could be done to get them to Orlando for her competition.

I called JB on 6/8/2022 @ 6:04am to inquire about my Trueblue account, I needed help with updating my email address to access my account to book a flight using my points.

However, I just had the worst experience ever in my life dealing with your customer service agent. He was extremely rude, inpatient, he used God’s name in vain serval times, I was yelled at when I tried to explained to him that I don’t understand what he was saying.

I had a 2:50 flight on April 7th from Logan to Nashville. The flight was delayed for about 7 hours until finally cancelled. At that point we had to wait in line for another hour to get our refund and then another 15 minutes to get our bags.

At this point it was 11:55 pm so my wife and 7 year old daughter had to sleep at the airport because we booked a 5:10 flight with southwest because jet blue didn’t even offer us another flight. This flight was $1,700 one way for the 3 of us and we still had to pay our hotel in Nashville on Thursday because of the time they cancelled our flight.

On Thursday April 7 I had a flight from DCA to Boston at 10:30 pm flight # 2954 and after 3 delays it was cancelled, we were were in Washington till Sunday morning, and even tho we were given a hotel to stay for three nights that is all we got and a credit for $50 dollars, what I went thru was a bad experience.

Yoanis Nunez, a flight attendant on my flight #842 from SAV to JFK on Friday, March 18, 2022, was harassing me and treated me horribly. It seemed like he had a vendetta against me from the moment I sat down in my seat.

I did absolutely nothing wrong and I have witnesses to verify that. He tried to get me thrown off the plane by calling the police when I did nothing wrong. I was not disrespectful at all and in fact I said very few words to him.

I had to tell the police my side of the story. They agreed that I hadn't done anything wrong and I was told to go back to my seat. I was humiliated in front of everyone on the plane and the experience was traumatizing for me.

I would like it to be known that he should not be a flight attendant flying on commercial airlines.

I originally booked a returning flight from Santiago Dominican Republic to Boston Ma. Flight B6 924. Confirmation code FOSZCF. This flight was delayed and then canceled due to strong winds in Boston. We booked on jetblue for a trip to aruba on Dec 27 from JFK, confirmation number HBAXDW.. Before we even boarded the flight, i received an email telling me that two out of four bags were voided off our flight and put on a flight to Austin texas..

I've traveled with other companies before, but Jetblue is by far the worst. They lost my luggage on Sunday; it's been more than 24h since that and I still didn't have any update. There is nobody to talk form the company, the phone provided just don't answer.

I've been waiting for more than 45 min! And still waiting... I will never recommend this company to anybody. The price difference It doesn't worth the headaches you will have latter.

The inhumane treatment by Jet Blue on January 30th at JFK that purposely and cruelly kept thousands of passengers prisoners at JFK airport. It was clear to management that there was no way most of the flights were taking off with almost no baggage crew.

But just the same we were lied to and told flights just delayed not cancelled. Since my luggage was gone I had no choice but to wait out the fiasco. I was at JFK for FOURTEEN hours and eventually took a taxi back to Manhattan at 1:30 am .

No supervisor, and hardly any employees were present or helping. All news and updates were delivered by text and emails. The "you above all" motto is a total joke but not as bad as the joke of 5000 True Blue points as compensation for their treatment!

Description of Problem/Inquiry/Comment: I was carrying a laptop bag but they wont allow me to bring it to the airplane it fits in the size of the carry on bag but they insist that its too big under the seat and say that it may damage the equipment of the plane so i end up paying 65 dollar for my laptop case .

Trying to book a flight to Florida, which is easy enough but trying to use both of our points along with money in the travel bank. Could not figure out! So made the decision to call, was aware of the 20 min or so wait. No problem!

Definitely felt inadequate and was welcoming the assistance.

Meanwhile, 20 min later I did talk to someone who needed to transfer me I was absolutely fine with that, meanwhile I talked to another person who then also had to put me on hold. Bottom line I don’t feel as inadequate, apparently the jet blue staff also cannot help me.

i can't begin to tell you how disappointed i am in your services for this trip. i worked a seemingly endless amount of overtime just to save enough money to go to costa rica. i jumped through every hoop, so i thought, that was put in place due to covid restrictions and so forth.

I have had major problems reaching customer service on the telephone or any other way after my flights both were changed. I spent 5 hours one night sitting on the phone waiting and then was cut off, after several attempts later, I still reached no one. I sent emails also. Finally, the next morning I called again and was able to get someone to fix my flights.

Currently, I got an email saying "Welcome to TrueBlue." I do not know if this is a credit card ,or if it is some type of membership with fees, I don't want it.

Upon arriving at the westchester county airport for my flight home #1051 The agent announced that they were looking for anyone to volunteer to take a flight the following day with a 300$ credit good for a year. As I checked my bag I asked her why they were offering the deal and her reply was that the weather was very bad in Florida!!

To be clear I am a very nervous flyer so her comment made my anxiety level very high. I’m not sure why she lied to me but I find it extremely unprofessional to not only lie but to make a person like me scared to death.

We booked a Family trip to the Turks & Caicos Island in 2019 on JetBlue. We had a medical emergency with my wife pregnancy and was unable to travel. We received JetBlue Travel Bank credits to be booked up to12 months later.

We tried to book a flight 12 months later in 2020. JetBlue was unable to process a booking at that time during the pandemic. We were told the travel bank would be extended. I tried to book a flight this summer using travel bank credits and we were told Travel Bank credits have expired and there is nothing they can do.

On July 29, 2021 took flight 1142 from west Palm Beach to Bradley in Hartford. 2 passengers directly in front of me and 2 passengers directly behind me did NOT wear their masks and were conversing incessantly with the people next to them. Hearing their conversations it was obvious they did not know each other. Most upsetting to me was the 3 flight attendants looked straight at these 4 passengers, actually took trash from them, and said absolutely NOTHING to them about YOUR rules of mask wearing. After over 10 yrs flying with JetBlue, I am canceling my account due to extremely poor customer service. My family and I was stranded in Atlantic City on 7/7/21 and was told we would be reimbursed for our Uber ride.

However come to find out we were not and after being on hold for 5 hrs and speaking to Tara a supervisor who was extremely rude and unprofessional was told I could either sue or take 300 $ when I paid 1037$ for an Uber ride. I will never fly jetblue again

I Dropped Natividad Marte Ortiz at 5:35 AM at, John F. Kennedy airport, JetBlue Terminal, on Monday, July 19, 2021 for a flight to SJU, locator MMNYOO. Her flight was scheduled for 8:10 AM arriving at San Juan Puerto Rico at 12:02 PM.

She requested assistance to locate her boarding pass. The clerk stated that the locator machine was not working, and that she should get on line. The Clerk had my 71 year old sister get on a very long line. She was eventually given her ticket.

But while going thru luggage check point, her bag was held for a very long time causing her to miss her flight. She was then placed on a standby flight to Fort Lauderdale. She was made to wait until after 3:00 pm for the flight.

When she arrived at Fort Lauderdale, 6:40 PM, she was told that she was not in the system.…

Dear Sir/ Madam, My family and I (altogether 5 passengers). were scheduled to fly Jet Blue On July 9, 2021 from St Martin airport (SXM) to Newark Liberty. I also purchase additional space seats(even more space) to accommodate my family on the first and second row of the aircraft.

Upon boarding the plane we were informed (by a very aggressive flight attendant "Joe") that we all have to wear masks on board of the aircraft. I made sure (even before the flight) that my four year old daughter(although it was not easy) understands that she needs to wear a mask, which she did..

Upon boarding we sat in our designated seats and patiently waited for other passengers which were transferred from another Jet Blue aircraft bound for JFK due to some technical problems with aircraft. Than we waited for…

On Wed. July 21, 2021 I took Jet Blue Flight 1982 from San Francisco to Newark. My True Blue account number is 3146538353. I paid for the flight with a combination of jet blue points and my jet blue master card. The plane was scheduled to depart SFO at 1:15 pm and arrive at 9:54 pm.

The reason for this Complaint is that we SAT on the plane for 1 Hour 50 Minutes after it landed early in Newark, 1 Hour after the scheduled landing time of 9:54 pm. The plane landed early at 9:10 pm. The pilot apologized, and after 1 hour we were served water. We were told there was no place to dock the plane, and then there was a problem with the ramp gear and they had to locate a mechanic and get it repaired. My husband waited for me at the airport parked on the side of the road for over 1 Hour.

This has been the worst experience i have ever had while traveling. Departure from salt lafe city we spent 9 hours traveling. Our flight was delayed 3 hours but they still had us get there at regular departure time. Then we arrive at our destination at 12:00 in the morning we missed our car rental so we had to wait in a car rental line a additional 2 hours getting us to our room at 2:30 in the morning.

Then when we are checking in to come back home we find out we can not bring on our bags so i had to spend another $175 to check 5 bags luckily i did early checl in or it would have cost us $30 more per bag. I am a single mom that just wanted to take my four kids on a (what i thought) great experience but it has been nothing but a nightmare!!! Very disappointed
