JetBlue Airlines. I write to complain about the very poor customer service that I received aboard your flight in March and April 2024. I travelled JetBlue flight 2220 from London Heathrow to New York JFK on 26th March 2024. Flight time 07:25AM.

I arrived New York JFK at about 12 noon. Was scheduled for JFK to Houston IAH for about 1:30 PM. With nothing delaying me but only very long queues through immigration and security to connect ny Houston flight, I got to the gate and the door was closed.

I ran frantically, could not even do any toileting at the airport. Staff at gate said, the door is closed, that I had to get on another flight. I was directed to Jetblue customer service counter. Staff couldn't be of more help than to put me on their flight for the next day.

It meant 24 hour wait.…

A family member of mine had tickets and the flights got cancelled because jetblue pulled their planes from flying out of Burlington VT. It's been over 3 months now and they haven't got their refunds yet. They have been called multiple times including the bank the credit is through. And still no refund.

Tania who works at the help desk did everything but help. She was nasty and assumed my nationality seemingly degrading me and was beyond rude without explaining the paperwork/documentation required to enter the country. This is also Jet Blue’s fault.

How are you going to sell tickets to a consumer and not provide them with all of the information and sources? Another terrible experience #JETBLUESUCKS

Dealt with the most rudest customer service agent thus far named Sandra (she refused to provide her last name or an id#). 23) an hour before takeoff. 9 for 735pm. Got a delayed text at 630am. Called to speak to a rep to be "pro active" in case the flight gets cancelled again so i can maybe reserve a seat on a later or different flight, and this person did not do anything to help.

The moment she answered the phone was just straight attitude. When asked about compensation for a rental car if I had to drive to my destination.. " I asked for a manager, she said there was no manager, she was the highest to speak to, she was the escalations dept.

I ask how is that when I just called for a red rep. Again I asked for a supv or manager.. There is none she said. So I've missed a day of work so…

Flight was to depart at 3:30 notice of delay was 3 mins had to get new boarding passes only to be delayed again. Boarded plane at 8 pm only to be told we had to get off due to un for seen circumstances.

Continued to tell us to get our luggage at the designated area and do not go to ask for help there's nothing they can do. No flights for following day . Had to drive to Miami in order not to miss cruise.

I called compensation department for them to say nothing they can do it was due to weather. I guess that's going to be the excuse so no compensation is to be given. This was my grandsons 16th birthday and was supposed to be fun.

I am so disappointed in this experience we and many others had to go through.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I call I get the run around. Been on the phone with them for 2 hours today and have been on hold 90% of the time while they “try to get the situation resolved” which is a lie.

I get hung up on after about 30 min and have to start the entire process over again. My flight was cancelled 2 hours before leaving and was told the next available flight was 2-3 days out to get back home.

Now they are doing anything they can to not compensate when this was THEIR problem to begin with. Absolutely ridiculous.

To the customer service agent reading this (and any other Jetblue agents who work at the terminal, and airport employees who handle logistics), none of this is your fault, you're all great. I recently flew with JetBlue for the 1st time. My first flight was delayed an hour, giving me 12 minutes to connect to my 2nd flight (I almost missed it). I asked the flight attendant to help me get to the front of the plane as I was in the very back.

She appeared annoyed that I was asking her for help and she nonchalantly replied, "Just run up there really fast," which did nothing. I have flown with other airlines where I've seen the attendants make an announcement to help people who are rushing to connect to another flight, so I was extremely disappointed that my issue was not taken into consideration.

, who requires a wheelchair to get around. This particular flight #0592was scheduled for 2:45pm, we had Uber scheduled to pick us up at 12:00 to get to the airport on time. The flight changed 5 different times as we sat at Tampa airport, from 12:00 to 6:30pm when we finally took off.

Arrive at our destination Logan Boston around 10:30. The plane had to wait 35 minutes on the tarmac after landing due to no open spaces to offload passengers. I’ve flown JetBlue for over 15/ yrs, I will look at booking other airlines on my future flights.

By the way was looking forward to watch the Yankees/ Redsox game in Direct TV, but no one on the plane could connect , only movies available. They also charged my mother for headphones, which were of no use, she wanted to watch the game.

For starters the flight was delayed for hours with no continuous updates.

Finally get a plane and there’s no Wi-Fi or tv service. I will never fly Jet blue again. I’ll be sure to share my experience with everyone I know so they don’t have the same awful experience that I did!

We are extremely disappointed with the treatment we received from JetBlue employees. After we were checked in on time on May 19, 2023, to our Orlando flight 195 @ 8:30AM departure, the JetBlue agents failed to organize the boarding gate.

Crowds were all over for all flights and no agent(s) had any idea of who was to board the flight or when we were allowed to board our flight. At the gate, we, as well as another passenger, were not allowed to board the plane.

No reason was given, and our pleas to board were ignored. The desk, then, booked us to another flight, 367 @ 11:35 AM to West Palm Beach, a different destination causing us the loss of our initial rental car reservation as well as losing many hours of being at our destination.

I’m a long-time jetblue flyer, always fly jetblue. Being on-time has been a big part of my choosing jetblue.

However, this seems to be changing. In mid April my son and family flew Bos to RSW, arrival @11 pm. After 3 hr delay they arrived at RSW, at 2 AM, where I was waiting. On May 18 my wife and I flew flt 166 RSW TO BOS, 2 hr delay.

May 21, BOS TO RSW we had a 2 hr delay, NO EXPLANATION OFFERED FOR ANY OF THESE DELAYS! Despite this spell of bad timing I just booked a flight on june 16, flt 2066, for 3 people, with jetblue.

Arrived on time into flight after check in attendants did not approve my scan code and said I had to re check back in. After few mins they refused to allow me on my flight due to over booking the flight and had to go upstairs and reschedule flight for next day. Very unprofessional!

Especially when one to see a sick father that I haven't seen in 3 years. The fare was paid as well both ways! Very Very Very unhappy with Jet Blue. HOW DO WE RECTIFY THIS?? I will provide proof of my fare and tickets or anything you need provided for this to be resolved. I am outraged!

JetBlue is known for free in air entertainment but you can’t enjoy it. Constant interruptions about snacks and credit cards is ridiculous and. Instantly wake people up and ruins the experience. We understand the other reasons like turbulence and get back to seats but the rest is unnecessary and upsetting.

On my outbound flight to Bridgetown, Barbados (B6 361) on 12th Apr, the entertainment system was not working. On the return flight to New York, on April 21st, ( B6 662) I found that a couple of the flight attendants were rude and dismissive.

Three people near me did not have their seats in the upright position for takeoff, which went unnoticed by the crew. Isn’t that against safety regulations?

If I could rate JetBlue a zero I would. I booked flights for 4/14/2023 from FLL to Boston as early as 6am. Due to a flooded airport my flights were cancelled. I reached out to JetBlue through a chat customer service for assistance and the only options provided to me were a set date of 4/17/2023 or compensation.

I took a flight 1256 from Guayaquil to Fort Lauderdale. Everyone including myself were making the line for boarding and they were calling by groups. Well there a guy name Frederick Cedeño, that works for jet blue staying that we need to have our passport and boarding pass ready.

The flight attendant was very rude to me when I asked about moving to another seat temporarily to allow my grandson to nap for a few minutes. The attendant shouted "No! No! No!" and was belligerent and argumentative. I spoke in a calm voice but she was loud obnoxious and rude.

The flight from FLL to JFK on 4/3/23 was also very delayed from 6pm to 1am the next day. So everyone was tired and the plane was not full. There was no reason for the rudeness and unprofessionalism.

As you can see in my reservation, I was traveling with my Son of Special Needs, his reservation clearly stated: Disabled Passenger Needs Assistance.

Upon check-in, we needed to check a bag in which I prepaid $35.00, unfortunately it weighed in at 58lbs. The Ticket Counter Agent said it was an additional $150.00 and I was not given the opportunity to remove items from said baggage to distribute the weight and have it checked at 50lbs. Earlier this week I was traveling from NC to Boston in the middle of the Nor'easter. I saw something from the JetBlue site that stated that "Due to Winter Storm Sage, we will waive change/cancel fees and fare differences for customers traveling Tuesday, 3/14/23 through 3/15/23 to/from the following cities;" Boston was one of those cities. I cancelled a flight going to Boston on March 15th (SAYRLT) and was charged $100.00 cancellation fee and was charged for the flight. This is very upsetting to me; if this is the way JetBlue operates, I will no longer be using this airline; it is very disappointing. I would greatly appreciate you following your own public information and reimburse me the $100 fee and the cost of the flight.

JetBlue cancelled my flight and automatically rebooked me significantly later than my previously booked flight. Originally I was landing to 5/5/23 at 1:20pm and then it was changed to 10:40pm. They were unable to provide any resolutions, despite the flight being scheduled for 2 months later. On top of that, the supervisor hung up on me which was completely unprofessional. The service teams were extremely rude (Heidi and Dawn) and didn't provide any resolutions for the significant delay. They weren't able to provide any credits, assistance or suitable flights.

I had great experiences with JetBlue but this is when I realized they are a true low budget carrier. Their inability to properly leverage their partners or have more than one fight leaving out of all of new york to go to Phoenix.

On 9 th of March I had a flight from Phoenix to JFK New York and connected to THY for Istanbul . But all my experience with JetBlue was terrible .

First the personal at contuar was so slow and we’re not avair what they do , they all ask eachother to go on . One persons ticketing was taking more than half hour . Then after waiting 40 minutes the guy gave me my boarding passes of two flights .

There were 3 hours between two flights . But JetBlue had two hours delay and I lost my chance to take the other flight . I couldn’t find any body helping me . JetBlue is the worst company I have ever met till this age .

Good Day I have been a JET BLUE member for over 20+years. I had booked a return flight from RSW to Boston Ma for 3/2 /23 flight # 0166 for 3 adults: Departing RSW at 3PM arriving in Boston at 6:18PM. MVZOJT.

My wife and I had a flight scheduled to montego bay Jamaica with a short layover in ft Lauderdale Florida. Unfortunately, due to weather, we had to be deiced at our home airport in Windsor locks ct. Because of the deicing, we didn't make our connecting flight.

The plane was still here but they wouldn't let us board. Now I understand procedure but it was the pure and incredible lack of empathy by jet blue's employees that I'd like to complain about. Because of this, I will NEVER fly with jet blue again and subsequently, I'll yell anyone that will listen that your customer service is absolutely abysmal!!

On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, my husband, Carmine, and I were scheduled on Flight 1869 departing from JFK at 9:55 am and arriving in PUJ, Punta Cana, DR. We prepaid our luggage and were at the airport three hours early prepared with our passports and printed boarding passes.

After scanning our passports and attaching the tags to our luggage, we proceeded to the line where we put our luggage on the conveyer belt. This is where our problems began. We were told by one of your agents that we needed to show a boarding and land E-ticket.

I had the worst experience on your airline from Liberia to Boston (scheduled for 2/11/2023). I was given a bogus credit for $300 for my trouble, when the whole thing absolutely needs to be refunded just for starters ($1000)!

First, our flight on 2/4/2023 was delayed by 3 hours, but then, our flight was delayed by two hours on the way back, we finally boarded, and waited on the runway for over four hours while the flight crew was "sourcing engineers to tape up a hole in the aircraft"! I used my FF#'s For a trip for 2/17-2/19, somehow I put in the wrong dates, 3/17-3/19. And all you had to do was change my flight. But instead, you made it impossible for me to travel with the high prices of a one way ticket, 665.00 JFK to Ft. Lauderdale. A flight which should have cost me $67.00 I couldn't use.

You also now charge to speak to a service person? I had to pay $25.00. Your staff member Grazille was so helpful. I don't question your staff they have been wonderful. We arrived at the Westchester County Airport. We were here on time we were standing, waiting to check in our luggage. After waiting for 15 minutes a young man let us to a kiosk, and then told us we were one minute late to check in our bags.

meanwhile there was a Jewish family at the counter who were going on the same flight and they were having issues with their tickets, but they checked their bags in and allowed them to go, we had to book a flight five hours later and were stranded at the airport for five hours.

I bought a new suitcase for my trip to find it damaged with a huge slit. It's so large I have to throw my never used suitcase away. Very disappointed. Will probably fly Delta again. You need to train employees to be more careful to people's belongings for if we don't support your airlines, you won't continue.

I used to be a stewardess many many years ago and I know you can do better.

had a flight today, January 16th, 2023 from Punta Cana to Newark airport. The flight was number 1016 departing at 2:40 and arriving at 6pm in Newark. An employee by the name of Pinar was the most unprofessional and rude flight attendant I have ever encountered in my 41 years.

If you check my flight history I flew JetBlue many times along the years but never again after Pinars rude and disgusting delivery of information. My husband and I are completely disgusted. How does your airline allow such rude behavior.

Normally I travel with my 3 children and 2 parents but they will not be flying with JetBlue ever again either. I will be sure to write a bad review on your airline company as well. After being checked into flight I was checking my voicemail when she told me to get off my phone.

JetBlue personnel wasn't able to help with the immigration form required to board the 1533 flight to Cartagena. Because JetBlue company didn't inform us in advance about the form, we needed to fill it in before the flight. But JetBlue didn't provide with the hard copy of the form and a supervisor was not available.

When supervisor finally arrived, she suggested to google the form. It took some time. Supervisor didn't cooperate. She was not helping. We needed to struggle with Spanish, but finished the forms. She saw that our forms were finished, but website took some time to load the forms.

I have always used jetblue for my flying needs. I have family in boston do I go often. My child is 4 and I have never experienced damages with his car seat. The bags however they were flimsy so I never bother.

This time being that I see what happens after a car assident I am more cautious of my sons car seat. I got him the more intense protected bag. They damaged the bag and the car seat. This occurred 12/18/22 and the claim has yet to be resolved.

Takes the rep Matt 3 days to respond to be and when he does he sends me messages and not return my call. I have asked for a manager a couple of times and my request has not been granted.

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter today most likely as my last trip with your airline. I have been a TruBlue member for many, many years and usually get to fly with my points but lately your airline has fallen short in many ways.

First of all, my husband and I had been sitting in FLL Airport on December 25th since 5:15AM scheduled on flight B6306 to Ewr departing at 7:03AM and kept waiting for boarding information only to find out there was a shortage of flight attendants so our flight was postponed, many times, then indefinitely. This was around 8:45AM.

My family and I have always been a Fan of Jet Blue dispite the lash back we get from others about the service, I have notice during trips that the service has been less that acceptable but Ive still maintained my loyalty. Until yesterday I was on Flight 580 from MBJ to JFK 12/13/22.

My flight was schedule to leave at 7:05PM we didnt leave until almost 8:45 which I do undersand delays but it started out at 10min delay and every 15 mins the delay increased. The plane that was delayed was coming from NY and you know how many hours it takes to get to Jamaica.

So why not just say 2 hours or 3 hours delay so we can plan accordingly, so as to not be sitting in an airport for 4 to 6 hours before your flight.

Secondly after landing there was no gate to receive us so now in 20 degrees weather…

I just left the Fort lauderdale aiport in florida and the african american women working at the departure counter for JetBlue name SHAVONNE is the most unprofessional and rudest employee I have ever encountered. My mother was traveling to PaP haiti with an overweight bag and as my sister and I were trying to help her manage the weight th employee raised her voice and told us that we need to move to the side to do this which we did .
