I got an oil change at Ellicott City MD today. 00 for the oil change. When I asked if the fluid levels were checked, they said yes and that it cost extra to get them the right level. I found the coolant level was very low. Obviously, it wasn't checked.

After a friendly and courteous oil change, I was driving home when a fluttering noise started under my car. I pulled over to find my skid plate hanging down. I turned around and headed back to Jiffy and called them to let them know of the issue.

The person came and took off the plate and had me go back to Jiffy where he replaced it. After 1 and a half hours later he sent me on my way. Not one of the service people had the common decency to say a simple "Sorry for your inconvenience or offer an incentive for the time I wasted waiting because they didn't secure the skid plate.

I have been taking my 1993 Buick Regal to the East Third Street location in Bloomington, Indiana for years. I was told last Thursday they could not change the oil as it had to be put on a lift. They ever had someone from Midas come over and look at the car who said they could change the oil but it would have to be put up on a lift.

Had tire rotation completed at store # 1485. Tire technician stripped lug nut. I was informed and was told I would need to have it replaced and they did not carry the nut. Upon check out I was told the lug bolt was also stripped by the tire technician and not given any further information or assistance.

I feel the replacement of the lug bolt and nut will cost around $150 to $200 to have repaired. I feel this should be reimbursed to me.. Please contact me in reference to this complaint.

I visited Jiffy Lube in Salem, NH for an oil change. Within a month I realized that my check engine light turned and notified me that the oil was low. Since I went to professionals I didn't think anything of it.

On February 10th I got home from work and come Saturday February 11th I saw a puddle of oil under my truck. When I looked underneath I saw that engine oil was everywhere. I cleaned the area with degreaser to see where the oil was coming from.

I felt the oil pan bolt and that was tight. Then I turned the oil filter and it was loose. I was able to turn the oil filter 1 whole complete turn to be fully hand tightened. The leak came from that location.
