Went for oil change service, worker spill oil on top of my brand new engine and timing belt. Smells burns oil inside the vehicle when driving causing a big mess/ problem. Inappropriate service staffing, inappropriate management,inappropriate location with worse service in North America. NT .
This location should not be operating unless qualified people and qualified manager .

Yesterday i had an oil change , and this morning found a pool of oil under my car . The location i went to in Casa Grande Az on Florence Blvd incorrectly replaced the drain. Plug on the oil pan , it was damaged to the point that I now had to spend $600 to replace the oil pan .
The value of Jiffy lube to their customers is quick consistent low end car care - this experience was anything but . I hope * but I am not optimistic, that jiffy lube will stand behind therw brand.

Complaint Details I went for a oil change and jiffy lube, broke my housing unit oil filter, the oil cap. Causing me to have 2 leave it there. Get a rental. While they was suppose to fix it. When I got my car back which was 2 weeks later they said they fixed it. And they will reimburse me for all my troubles. The technician who was inspecting my car it was named Seth at your Tomball location on FM 249. He told me I needed a new air cabin filter and showed me at old torn up air filter that he said came from my cabin.
It took him less than 5 minutes to show that to me and I changed the original one myself and it took me 2 hours because I'm not a qualified mechanic. It would take at least 30 minutes to take the glove compartment apart and the pieces out.
He told me I needed a new light on my license plate which I didn't because it works. He looked me straight in the eye and lied to me trying to upsell me. I will not be doing business with you guys anymore and I've been a loyal customer for over 12 years.

Went to the jiffy lube in Lake Elsinore on Summerhill road as I've done for years. 00 off that expired 1/31/23 and they refused to honor it because he said they've been having too many people use it and are losing money on it and I said and that's my problem he said I'm not honoring anymore coupons in a rude manner.
I couldn't believe how rude he was and how he raised his voice at me. He certainly lost a loyal customer so I left without service. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN!!
Jiffy lube employees treat me like a complete idiot saying everything on my car is broken or leaking to get more money selling services. I will never go there again for any services. it wasn't damaged before I showed up??
Obviously had no issue being on when I showed up or when it was removed by them, just when it needed to be put back on likely due to them stripping the bolts or the holes. Instead they damaged my car and I now need to bring it to real mechanics to fix it when it should never have been an issue.
I took my car to jiffy lube for an oil change, and they did not put the oil stick back in properly which caused the oil to gradually leak all over the engine. The alternator was ruined do to the oil leak.

I took my suv in for a basic oil change which they tried to charge me $90 for. The next day my vehicle started to jerk and all my tires pressure showed very low and all the caps are missing.

The slash guard on my 2013 Prius was nor replace correctly and became damaged beyond use. I called the Ventura Jiffy Lube on Thompson Blvd and spoke with a manager named Chris, he was very helpful and assured me the part would be ordered and installed at a sister jiffy Lube closer to my residence (Sylmar). The damage occurred on Dec 4 2022. I spoke with Chris about 2 weeks ago, and he assured me the part was ordered. I have not heard back yet and when I call the store I get a message the mail box is full and cannot leave a message.

My fiance by our truck up there on the 21st which is a Thursday to get an oil change well he brought it there when picked up our son pick me up from work anybody back home he said he end up cutting off on him in between this stuff Friday when we get up to take me to work my car is saying low pressure oil stop engine you put it in Drive and cut out thought it was due to the code so it let it run he checked the oil cuz it kept saying the same thing and it was bone dry long story short my car right now is not like it'll start but

I came into jiffy Lube to get an oil change only to find out that during the last oil change my plug was stripped and therefore the next jiffy lube employee said they couldn’t get the plug removed to take it back to the first jiffy lube. Now my car is ticking and I’m going to have it diagnosed soon. I don’t know if removed the stripped plug caused damages because they had to literally break it off.
They broke a brake line on my car and told me to pay them for the parts they have put on, have a tow truck to pick up and get another mechanic to fix the problem they created on my 2003 H2 Hummer. The manager at the Augusta Location John was rather rude and told me that i needed to pay for parts. I asked him to send me a written report of what happened with my car and he has so far refused.
I wanted my fluids checked but they wouldn't shift without changing your oil so I got my oil changed with the filter $54 but they didn't check anything at all cuz there was no mechanic on site that Sunday I felt really stupid and I left paying that much money

Hi I visited the Jiffy Lube #3807/ MCCW #13 my 1st oil change and free car wash here. Everything was nice until I got down the road. my splash plate that had to be removed to change the oil, was not put back on correctly.

I believe I received a bad oil change. A couple days after service my car engine was running loud and eventually wouldn’t start. I had a mechanic come check out the car and notified me that the engine was in a safe mode/ limp mode and I might have to take it to the dealership.

The service that was provided at one of your locations was very unexceptional. The bottom of my car fell apart when leaving meaning the employees did not screw the bottom panel back on the car. Service sticker was not changed after oil change I still have the old sticker on after a new oil change.
The BAD: I am am umpire but Huntsville Jiffy Lube got two strikes and Out! I will never use Jiffy Lube again. This is the second time I had to drive 70 miles to get a re-work done due to poor workmanship on my oil change.
The 2020 Ford F150 has a plastic oil plug. Both times it was not changed out and leaked oil all over my drive way. Not did I have a fairly new truck leaking oil but now I have to buy cleaner( again) to clean my driveway.
I recommend going longer than what is on your instructions to keep the vehicle running a few more minutes to assure it don't leak.
Also if a customer asks your service manager to check the transmission fluid level and he agrees to do such just do it. Don't wait till I come back to get this re-work done and when asked tell me you didn't check it.

The manager told us that the services were half off today, for Veteran day. the general manager states that the sale was not until tomorrow. WE left, no service was complete again. Very disappointed that the manager and the general manger were not on the same page.

I had a problem with jiffy lube today. I pulled in at the jiffy lube on Weidler and 102nd in Gateway. They have 2 bays there was a car in each bay. I went to the one that had the garage door open for the exit.
I was told by the jiffy lube rep that it would be 15 minutes wait for an oil change. After 15 minutes I was told it would be another 15 minutes the person in front of me wants their tires rotated.
After that 15 minutes I was told I had to wait an hour the person in front of me wants a brake job. I had to wait or go somewhere else. The other bay was not available. They kept me there for a half an hour and then turned me away.

Came in for transmission filter and oil change. Had numerous oil changes done here. They started transmission work then said transmission filter was a special order couldn't do it so proceeded to change oil. Digital readout next day said engine oil life 0 was never reset.
Once I left transmission started leaking I made several attempts to discuss and resolve issue. Was blown off twice. Had a certified mechanic friend look at it and we discovered top side transmission flanges broke. Mechanic said this is from not taking transmission support off But jacking up transfer case to gain the extra quarter inch needed. There for breaking transmission

I had been taking my vehicle as well as my wife's vehicle to this particular jiffy lube for a few years but this particular time when I took the vehicle there one of the service technicians came out and told me that my oil drain plug had been stripped.
Since I only had been bringing my vehicle to that same location I know it didn't happen anywhere else. The manager at the time apologized and they placed at temporary drain plug on the vehicle. The bolt on my oil pan was stripped out by your technician. I came home and oil was leaking. They checked it and said it was just spilled oil. About a month or so later lots of oil was leaking.
I took it to the mechanic and he showed me the bolt that was stripped out and where it was leaking from the oil pan. It had yellow tape from the Jiffy technician on it. 90. His professional opinion was it was caused by the technician.
