I took my car in for an oil change July 16th 2022and notice July 23rd my low engine light keep appearing as if I didn’t have just get an oil change I then took it back to the same location where they say they did nothing wrong or that I a slow leak.

My car begin to ride very bad a loud I then took it to two different shops where I was told my filter had not been changed since last year and how dirty the oil was I couldn’t have just received an oil change. I was also told that my oil level was 3 quarts to low in of 4 weeks so it’s no way jiffy lude gave me a proper oil change.

Hello I am disabled and considered handicap. Two of my friends and myself attended your August 20, 2022 Earth, Wind and Fire/Santana concert. The blond woman that was supposed to be helping people in the ADA line for handicap individuals was rude to us.

All three of us had very small purses she stated that since they were not clear and the size of her badge we would have to take them back to the car. She also refused that I bring in my small hand held cooler with my water and snacks.

I needed them as I am on a fixed income and can't afford to pay ffor a full meal at your venue and my Crohn's disease/pre diabetic requires I have something so I don't pass out. She was very rude and nasty to all of us.

I went to get and oil change today at jl 5917 silver hill road. I was over charge even though. I have been coming here for years never experience someone cheating me out of my money, usually ask you what you want and tell you how much the cost, I did not get the cost until the work was done oil change and

I have a comment about the store located at 1305 Bank Street, Ottawa Ontario. I showed up for an oil change at around 15:45 on Wednesday August 17th and all 3 bays were full, I was told to park behind a vehicle in one of the bays.

I waited for 10 minutes and then asked a technician how long it would be and he answered 2 minutes. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I noticed that the technician had not even started the oil change on the car in the bay, so I left without getting my oil changed.

The staff would not even pay any attention to me, they kept their distance and were just milling around doing nothing. This is unacceptable, I should have been told right off that it was going to be at least a half hour at least I could have went somewhere else.

Store 1490 in Rochester, NH took it in for a simple inspection and oil change.

Cut windshield pillar trim (deep scratches) and left unsightly residue from the old sticker on the windshield.

They also left residue from old oil sticker on windshield.

Expected professional service did not anticipate sloppy workmanship.

They told me I would have to pull around to the back because the cord for the machine would reach where I had parked. still no service. JUST PLAIN RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was charged $100 for a synthetic oil change, after I told Robert twice that I just get regular oil. I have gone to jiffy lube multiple times and have never paid more than $60 for an oil change. I visited the location on Cicero in Matteson and told Robert all of this.

I also did not receive a replacement sticker and my receipt says my oil levels prior to service was full - which it was not. I called another jiffy lube in Joliet IL and their prices for a synthetic oil change was almost $20 cheaper than what I paid.

I'm am pretty sure they blow my engine up in 1 of my cars by not changing the oil right. So I go somewhere else for that. Everytime I go for an inspection I need wiper blades. Today it took them an hour and half to do an inspection.

I was trapped like a rat there and they called the law on me because I said a cuss word. I will never take a car back here and I will make it known to everyone I know not to go back here.

I completed an oil change with you all. 10 days ago. My car now has no oil in the motor.

I went to get my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube, 101 W Esplanade Dr Oxnard, CA 93036-1101. Two weeks after my oil change my car almost died on the freeway, and I had to get it towed because it wasn't safe to drive.

I took it a a repair shop, and they found that all the oil in my car had leaked out because the drain cap was damaged during the oil change at Jiffy Lube. I'd like a refund for the oil change, and I'd for Jiffy Lube to reimburse me for the cost of repairs.

After being told I couldn't get the oil change I wanted, I wanted to go elsewhere for an oil change. They had already drained my oil without my consent.

To Jiffy Lube®, I am filing a claim for a bad oil change on 07/11/2022 in Butte, MT. Invoice # -38401720- Oil change. I brought my own OIL FILTER and 1 quart of Lucas oil stabilizer. Normal is 1 + 5 quarts.

97 NOTE: * The invoice shows they added 1 + 7 quarts. * This is 2 quarts OVER FILL. * I notice the oil pan was leaking so I check the dip stick. * I called the next day, the 12 of July.

* Had the shop completely drain all 8 quarts. * Filled it again with: 1> 1 quart of Lucas oil stabilizer. (Had to buy another quart of Lucas. 2> had them add 4 quarts of 10-30 conventional oil. (4 + 1) 3> left my oil filter on.

I recently had a sudden problem with warning lights and dials rapid flashing. No auto repair place in sight, engine pausing. I saw the Jiffy Lube I use for oil changes, etc. So, I pulled in. They ran tests, said I needed a new alternator, which they could do (for around $600).

Picked up next day, and within first two miles, warning lights started flashing. L. Car was overheated. Took over and hour to cool down enough for them to test. Said it was probably thermostat and needed to go to Toyota dealer to be fixed.

After Toyota checked the car over, they said it had to be towed to a body shop because there was considerable damage to the body underneath. This caused another part to be pushed into the radiator and therefore, cracked it.

When we took our Audi Q7 in for a oil change back in February they stripped the oil pan plug. I have taken the car back several times to get it fixed. They have not fixed the problem. The person who was in charge that day was so rude and the worst customer service I have ever seen.

All we want is the problem fixed. We also tried to get a hold of Mike Buchanan but have not heard anything back from him. What is it going to take to resolve this issue? We have taken all of of vehicles into the Jiffy lube in Sandy Oregon for a little ng time.

When you try to be a loyal customer 1 1/2 hour job 2 1/2 hours later… they didn’t change windshield wipers the 1 thing I went in for change light bulbs- they just forgot because they were to busy! And kept my light bulbs - GM didn’t seem to care about bad service, bad communication or losing a jiffy lube customer.

Waited for over 45 minutes even though there were only 2 cars in front of me to then have 3 different cars that pulled up behind me be serviced before me even though I could have moved my car into any one of the other lines that they directed these cars until. When i finally asked about the waitt was told it would be another 25 plus minutes even though at this point 4 people who got there after me had now been finished or started with their oil changes.

Jiffy Lube completed repairs on my vehicle and within 72 hours my vehicle completely stopped functioning. The repairs Jiffy Lube completed caused the engine to fail. The car was towed back to Jiffy Lube, Jiffy Lube refused to take a deeper look at the vehicle and had me tow it else where.

The mechanics at the other shop determined it was engine failure caused by Jiffy Lube, the warranty company also looked at the vehicle and determined the same. The day Jiffy Lube received word that my vehicle had been torn down to determine the issue, they closed my claim and stated that they didn't have the opportunity to look at the vehicle and the other mechanics could have caused the problem.

My complaint is the shop manager told me my brakes were bad and needed to be replaced. But the employee who was testing them said they were good. I informed the shop manager my brakes were done in April and there's no way they could be bad already.

I felt taken advantage of because I am a woman. I already had a bad feeling pulling in the stall to get my oil change and I should have just left at that moment. I will no longer be visiting the jiffy lube at 120 Mariner boulevard Spring Hill Florida 34609.

My car was fine until I chose Jiffy lube for changing the Brake pads/Rotors. It turns out to be mistake. Since then I am facing regular issues with my car. Car's front wheels gets super hot with burning smell after running few miles and it start vibrating as well. I have visited multiple time but after couple of week the same issue start again. Terrible and very messy service. I left with a pair of ruined shoes an oil stained step bumper.

I had my oil changed and when I left my car was making weird noises and shut off. I had it towed back to jiffy lube they could see what was wrong and told me to tow it to a dealership to get it evaluated.

I spoke several times with the district manager Robert now he saying they not liable. My car was in great shape no issues I took a chance to get the oil change and this happens. The dealership I towed it to said I need a new engine due to a rod broke from oil.

While getting my oil changed today. i immediately turned my truck off. The employee came out in a threatning manner and yelled at me for being " a dumb ass". I told him the employee told me to start my truck and asked if he was ok.

I visited the Jiffy Lube #648 in Absecon New Jersey. The staff was courteous and polite, and I was served quickly.

I then got on the road to make a trip to Maryland. The panel on my Ford Escape that was removed when the oil change was done was not fastened back onto my car and fell off halfway during the trip. Thank goodness it did not cause further damage or a bad accident! I was traveling over bridges and in heavy traffic - I shudder to think what might have happened. I am taking it to my mechanic to fix it properly.

I just want you to know so that you can please tell the staff there that although the "speedy" service is great --- rushing through important small details could cause horrific results!

I went to get my car serviced on 2/11/2021 Addison IL location for a standard oil changed charged me 150 no big deal. 8 and that they only put 3 and my car burned through all the oil and caused bad engine damage.

But not only that’s they broke my oil change cover and put zip ties on it I called the Addison jiffy lube to get more information they informed the people who worked on my car as been terminated so they couldn’t verify how much oil was put in the car.

My oil plug was not put on tight enough and my jeep was leaking oil. It got 2 quarts low. It was changed in Reno at Virginia with a coupon.

They put additional charges on my invoice. They put the cheap oil to my car even though I asked them to use the quality one. The service took 15 minutes and I have an additional $35 on my invoice.

I went to the location off Knoxx Abbott Road in Cayce, SC. The employees seemed a little relaxed and more playful than I liked. But, figured as long as the work was done, ok. Asked for an oil change and for them to just look over the car and see of anything needed work.

This was a new car for me and wanted to make sure there were no issues. I did ask for them to add washer fluid and they did not. They told me I had a minor oil and transmission leak; very minor on both that I wouldn't notice.

4/25/22 oil change sat in car. staff was not rude. everything was quick. bought cabin filter. drove approx. a mile away pulled into the parking lot as I turn into parking space car makes a few load hitting noises, not check engine or oil lights came on.

Customer Service was poor, offering services that wasn't needed, had no free car wash voucher to give to customers, would not accept any coupons. My experience was terrible, will never visit location #2441 ever again.

I went to jiffy lube for a oil change and went I paired for the service and drove home my car told me not to drive it. I thank God that I made it home like 2 minutes from the store.

My husband said there was no oil at all in my car. He called the store and they said to come get a court of oil and then drive the car back, we did and the manager said he will make it better.

On Wed the 29th I was at the jiffy lube on antelope drive in Syracuse utah for an oil change. It was very busy. From what I could see there were three men on the main floor and one under the cars.

My complaint is that only one of the men was actively working on a car. Another man was talking on a cell phone. The third man was cleaning car windows. It seemed that two of the men were not using there time wisely with multiple cars in line to be serviced I complained to the man who was talking many times on his cell phone.

My car was finally serviced with a oil change. But, my car windows were not cleaned as part of the service I have received in the past.

I was charged more than what they initially told me. Parts of my service were not completed. I reached out to the manager and he was extremely unprofessional. Refused to make it right and told me it was my own fault for not double checking.

I had it towed to the dealership and they left the bolts off an there was no oil so I’m left with a car that need a engine! I can’t believe how this company do there customers so bad !

Air filter removed and shown to me to be dirty. I was quoted a price of $60 to replace. I went to Walmart and paid $15 for a new air filter. I removed the old filter and found 2 of the car right fasteners not engaged and the flange of the cylindrical filter not properly seated.

There was a sizable air gap and the filter off the mounts. 5 L. March 21, 2022.

i went to the shop on weber on airport road in romeoville il to have my car serviced and they asked me if i wanted them to replace the engine and cabin air filters i told them to just replace the of the engine, but it turns out that they did not put the used filter in the cabin, the cabin was flooded with garbage and

dust, an unacceptable mistake from my point of view, which I do not intend to let pass by which I do not intend to return to that store because of the lousy service, the manger told me it was just a small mistake. for me it is not small.

Had 600 dollars worth of work done. Had to take back 3 times to get redone. Still was not done right. Had to take car to different place to get fixed properly. manager was very rude and refused to give refund or anything.

I visited this location several days ago fora routine top -off and he service agent put too much oil in mt car causing my vehicle to overheat. When i bought it back un today the technician said the oil level was to high and he car was overheating as well as an oil leak which was not present previously.

I then requested a full oil change even when it was ahead of the scheduled change to prevent further damage to my engine.

I paid $100.00for he oil change however I beleive if it should have been done at no change since the previous technician put in too much oil in the engine.at the previous top off a few days ago.

I want to report this complaint to Jiffy Lube Corporate office!
