It's been a week since I'm going to agency and reaching out to the staff asking for my financial statement but nobody is responding even I tried customer care but the service is again poor here .. I'm highly disappointed with the John Deere staff and services. I want my financial statement so that I can deposit my whole amount in one go to avoid the interest amount I pay every month.

I purchased a John Deere Riding Mower a year ago. I have a four year warranty on it. This spring I had an issue with a flat tire and had John Deere fix the issue. I was charged over $250 to fix a defective valve stem on the tire.

I will pay the charges but it is ridiculous that it was a bad valve stem on a tire on a riding mower less then a year old. I did nothing to cause an issue with this. I mowed my yard put it in the barn and two days later it had a flat tire.

I am older and feel I was taken advantage of as I have no way of removing a tire to take somewhere I wouldn't be charged as much to take of an issue like this. They took over two weeks to return my tire and placed a tire that was two times smaller on my mower so I couldn't use it for two weeks.

I expected better from John…

Needing my S100 mower back from the Dacula , Ga. Location. They charged me almost $800 to fix it. Got it home 18 miles later to take it off my trailer to find out it’s worse off than before I took it to them.

I took it back the next day. Explained to them I live in an HOA and need to get my grass cut. That was over a week ago. I called a few days ago and spoke w Blake. He told me it hasn’t been looked at yet and he’ll call me when it’s done.

I need my mower back pls.

Belts keep breaking and repair shops can not fix it. I spent $4,000 to put my lawn in and approx $4,000 for the X354 riding mower. The belt has broken 4 times. I have the mower serviced every year for the next season, but the last 3 years it has been serviced several times.

I bought the mower in 2018 or 2019. It is apparent that there must be a defect in the X354 as there are many complaints about this mower on the web.

I received an e-mail from you on Tuesday, November 29th, that said that I could get a free hat and free shipping for a “cyber Monday exclusive” even though it was Tuesday. 00). I used the lawn along enough to put 10 hours. Lawn has a 2 years warranty or 160 hours which comes first. I notified John Deere Warranty Dept in October 2022, letting them know that the lawn mower would not start.

I was instructed to take the lawn mower to a local John Deere dealer. After my conversation with the Warranty Dept; lawn mower started. So I used it once in November 2022. Stored lawn mower in my shed for 2 weeks approx.

I tried to start lawn in December because my grass was getting pretty high. HOA gave me a verbal warning to cut grass. I could not get lawn mower to start. I called John Deere Warranty Dept December 29 2022, January 4 2023 and January 12 2023.

While doing maintenance on my JD 4510 farm tractor, the fuel filter ( T111383) did not come with a new o- ring- which is very necessary to seal against diesel leaking. We used the old o-ring which led to dripping diesel making a big mess. Had to go to the dealer to order the necessary o-ring. This took 5 days to come in, and the area under the fuel bowl is an oily mess.

This could certainly be a liability issue for John Deere. Leaking diesel under the tractor is a fire hazard. Why do you cheapen your OEM parts for the sake of an o-ring ?. Aftermarket fuel filter comes with o-ring. May I suggest you once again add o-rings to your fuel filters. Cindy Ginn Lyndeborough, NH 03082

80 on August 8, 2022. I contacted AG Pro in Crystal River, to have them replace it. They refused to because of some ridiculuos Policy. 80is a lot to lose for nothing. John Deer is a renowned Brand it should treat hard working people better.

It would cost me more to follow your policies to get the belt replaced. I certainly hope you take in consideration our issue and come to a fair resolution. Thank you

Our incorporated farm company, Battle Lake Farms Ltd, Assiniboia, Sask Canada, purchased a used 2017 JD S690 combine in November 2021. Purchase was financed through Farm Credit Canada, down payment made, papers signed and then nothing happened. We asked for combine to be delivered to our closest dealer, Assiniboia, Sask.

Then we kept getting the run around, excuses were - you don't need it this time of year, we'll keep it for you until spring. Then spring came and the excuse was the roads are messy, your combine will get all sloppy, the roads dried up and the excuse was you are busy seeding, we'll wait untill closer to harvest.

Called John Deere in Portsmouth, RI for a bagger system for my x300. Drove the 60 mi round trip only to find out that the chute kit they sold me is not for my mower deck. When I called a rude Eric told me that it was the right part when I know it's not.

He insisted that he needed the PN they sold me when they should have had the transaction in their system. I finally got Eric to understand that I needed a new chute kit for a Edge Extra deck not the Accel Deep model they sold me.

After three phone calls Eric said they had it in stock. I drove another 60 mi. and was told they don't know where it is, that they don't actually have it. Gas is expensive everywhere so who's paying me back for 120 mi of gas??

Plus I still don't have the part I need to make this bagger work. 00 and got nothing…

I have been a loyal john deere customer for 42 years. Within the last two years repair service has been terrible. In fall of 2020 dealership (Reichmann, Breese, Ill) was called to fix a problem on a 9510 combine where the unloading auger would not rotate to transport position.

They sent two different mechanics on two separate days who were unable to fix the problem at which time they gave up saying they did not know how to fix it and left me hanging. 00 for the parts they replaced which were unnecessary and did not correct the problem.

Since then they have returned to replace the original parts which were not faulty. In so doing this they created an hydraulic oil leak and now they refuse to return to correct the problem. And now I have a useless combine with harvest approaching.

I retired my 15 yr old troy built bronco and Bought the S110 John Deere from lowes last week. They delivered it. Got it out today and the deck won't engage. Called lowes and they said the only assembly they did was put the seat and steering wheel on.

When the guy delivered it I asked if they leveled the deck in the assembly and he looked at me and asked whats the deck. I was stunned and asked him did you just ask me what the deck was?

He said he didn't know because he never owned a mower. So now here I sit with a 3000 mower dead in my driveway on father's day. Wanting to mow before my husband got home . Lowes will refund my money but it looks bad on John Deere and Lowes.

Whatever happen to honoring the product you sell?

We are trying to locate a part RE588804 Fan Assembly for a 9630. NO ONE HAS ONE! And I have called EVERYWHERE. ) won't let them sell it????? Come ON!! He said they have BIGGER farmers out there that may need it.

He never even asked any questions. How does he know how big we are and what has that to do with anything?? We bought John Deere for the quality of service we get from our local dealer, but this is rediculous.

We have it on order and it should be here in OCTOBER. I find this absolutley unacceptabel.

Also, I have now been on hold with your customer service for 5 minutes trying to lodge a complaint. Please let me know how you would handle this, if say, we have the money to pay our account, but don't want to give you our money.

Bought a D160, after my D130 had a rearend failure at 210 hrs, was told the 160 would solve my issue. At 270 hrs the rearend failed. Emailed John deere, nothing, found out its the same rearend as the 130, unacceptable!

I've checked it's a company wide product failure! And they know it! This is why import products is eating their lunch! Not a single reach out, they don't care

We have a john deere 5083e, we also got the 450m silage special baler. My husband baled hay on Tuesday and when he was done he parked the equipment where it belonged. About 15 mins after he went to the house the tractor jumped out of gear and no the parking brake didn't hold it.

We lost the tractor and baler both over a hillside. Why wasn't anyone informed about the brake situation on these tractors. We are now stuck with demolished junk.

I purchased a new tractor from Virginia Tractor in Charlottesville, Virginia. My tractor has been in the shop more than being at my farm. This time it has been in the shop for 3 months and they are saying they can't get the fitting to stop the leak.

I need for someone from the main office to contact me so I can get them to take the tractor back and refund my money. I will go somewhere else an purchase a tractor. I have called them 3 times with a promise that I will get my tractor back in a week, each time but I have not gotten it back yet. Poof service.

I purchased a new s170 1 month ago. I paid cash 4200 dollars and left with it. 5 hours. I called deerhaven and they said that they would pick it up in a week so I waited. They showed up picked it up and left.

That was 2 weeks ago I have tried to call 4 times I get a voice mail no one returned my calls then I got someone that said they don't look at them for atleast a week and I tried to call again today to get a response but no answer.

I went to a dealer instead of home depot for better service but was mistaken. 5 hours on it and it shut off so obviously not my fault I didn't put fuel in it because still had half a tank from dealer still after break down.

I want a phone call with a explanation of when I can get it back or give me another one

9 hrs on engine it started making a tick in engine at the end of season in Aug our warranty ended in July. Got the mower out this spring it is blowing oil everywhere. It went in for repairs , there is a hole in the engine that can't be fixed. thank you

Well it has 31 hours of use in the past 2 and a 1/2 years. Luckily for John Deere that's not in warranty. In that time, The transmission has gone out twice, it caught on fire Causing me to extinguish every fire extinguisher in the house To keep it from spreading to The rest of the neighborhood, And now, The drive belt jumped off The mowing deck.

Until I try to get it fixed myself it's my self or ask John Deere to tell me there's nothing wrong

I purchased a lawn tractor x500 in 2007. I have been using this store for parts and repairs for 15 years. I went in yesterday to see about parts and decided to see about trading my tractor in for a new one.

I spoke with Ryan and he told me to go home take pictures and send to Ryan Schaffer at AgPro and he would work on a GOOD deal for me. Never heard from him no call or email. Needless to say I am not pleased.

I ran a national service organization for 32 years and would never treat a loyal customer the way I was treated. In closing, I will never step foot in any John Deere store and when I go to buy another tractor it will not be a John Deere. Thanks for listening! Gary Geiger

7 hours on it had a hydraulic leak has been determined either transmission filter leaking at base or base plate that filter screws onto. Talked to two different dealers to see if was a recall or TSB no one wanted to check if their was any of above complaints just left me hanging.

I don't understand why a leak would have just started for the heck of it. One dealer said filter could have just loosened up. I told him I couldn't even unscrew filter underscrew filter so it wasn't loose. I don't think this is a way to treat a customer, they don't know then WHY DON'T you check if their has been previous problems. Very poor service

I purchased this John Deere X330 in August of 2019. Serial # 1M0X330BHKM070872 and after having to have the grass chute covered so that it would "mulch" the grass that was mode we are told that the deck that came with the mower is not the deck that the factory shipped with the mower. We have in the past ordered parts for the deck and they did not fit. We would like the proper deck for this mower be provided by whomever removed the original factory deck or the manufacturer.

I bought new a S240 with 42 inch deck riding mower from Reister and Schnell , Appleton (or Fox Crossing, not positive on address of township) in April of 2021. I also wanted the non powered 2 bag collection system.

They said they were back ordered but I would be #4 on the list for receiving one in about 6 weeks from my mower purchase date. End of June 2021 called dealer, was told end of August 2021. Called dealer in first week of September, was told November I would have it.

Called dealer at end of November 2021, was told by February I would have it. Called in February 2022, and told they still did not have them and now I was #10 or 11 on list!! How did i move down the list i asked and they said "we don't know" but you are on our list.

I have not been one to complain as I am happy with my tractor and was initially happy with the service I got. This fall I sent my tractor in for fall maintenance and I was told it would be there for two weeks, It was two months later because they had to order a part under warranty and you were on strike. I was ok with this but no one bothered to call and when I would call no one would bother to call me back.

When my tractor was returned I was told it would be that Friday and they called me at last minute to tell me it wouldn't be till Monday as they guy got delayed. Ok i get it but I had already waited over two months to get my tractor back.

I had sent it in with a quarter tank of gas, when I went to put gas in the tractor was bone empty and there were more miles on it then I had sent it…

I bought a new xuv550 which has been a problem. It will not shift. Had it to dealer after I found online that JD had a repair kit so they could resale them. The fix worked for about 2 months and then same problems.

Back and forth with dealer and with 75 hours on this gator, it is unusable. I need this gator to work properly. I waited patiently but enough is enough. This product is defective. Where can I get this fixed? What have you done about this defect?

Who is in charge of assisting customers with these products?

I bought a 4044M the end of October, it was delivered the first week of November and the delivery person said I will show you the basics but I don’t know any particular on the tractor, he showed changing the grapple and the bucket and how to pick each up and operate but we didn’t do anything with the rear of the tractor.

After he left I was getting use to the tractor and I noticed the rear 3 point lift would not go down on it’s owned. I called the service dept. and they said they would pick it up on Tuesday, I called on Monday to tell them where the tractor would be in the yard and I was informed they had no pickup order so

it was rescheduled for Thursday and on Friday I was told they had to order parts. This is a brand new tractor and it had less than three hours on it. How your Quality…

Took my mower to dealer for end of season on 8/21 for service and replace belt. They said would be 3 weeks. I agreed. Went back 3 weeks later. Couldn't find paperwork, .. They said they felt it was ready just couldn't find paperwork. I left, ..

They called me the next day and said it was ready. The cost of repair was 380!! To service and replace belt! Previous year service was 180! 00!! Ridiculous! Asked for manager, .. No manager at this location, .. Been without a manager for weeks and weeks!!

They never called me one tune during the 6 weeks my mower was there!!! Terrible customer service!! Will never use again, .. Contacted Deere and they said they could help with a few dollars!! Beware, .. This Deere place is terrible!!!!

What it takes to install a front snowblower on the 2021 1025r. Thank goodness the people at P&K midwest are good people because your design change on the front of the tractor where the first bracket attaches is absolutely horrible.

The bracket is supposed to hook on the back side of the same piece of metal that the mower deck bracket attaches to. The problem is in order to get it on the backside of that we need to remove it.

Otherwise the snowblower bracket won't go on because of the front steering bar. So we had to break out the air tools and take 4 bolts out in the front balance the 2 pieces on the side of the snowblower bracket and realign everything to get the bolts put back.

Then you have to remove the whole lift arm assembly for the mower deck Another 2 pins and 2 more bolts(on…

I have a John Deere 2016 X350 that I purchased from a private seller. I am happy with the lawnmower, but the lawnmower is five years old, so I decided to look at the newer models. We were sold a lemon by John Deere, Sloan in Hamel, Illinois. You do not stand by your name anymore. John Deere used to be a name to be proud to own and now it is an embarrassment. I contacted John Deere for help with this awful equipment and was basically ignored.

Poor service from Dealer doing business as Middletown Tractor - Buckhannon WV. My new tractor failed to start after mowing, not having a meter at the house and tractor being under warranty, I thought it was best to leave it alone.

Full disclosure, I bypassed the reverse switch , in a professional manner making absolutely certain no harm would be caused by my work. Please note that I am a Licensed Electrician and I have held a Master Refrigeration Technicians License since 1985, so I know what I am doing !

my 5 year old deere D1100 was serviced this year as it has been every year since purchase. a week after, it began smoking profusely. i had the local deere dealer pick it up. after over a week, they had not even looked at it to assess what might be wrong, let alone repair it.

finally they looked and told me it was likely a head gasket with an estimate of $570 to repair , after my $275 service charge already this year. i owned an inexpensive Gilson tractor for 23 years with NO problems in that time then owned a simplicity express for 15 years with NO problem.

i bought the supposed best tractor out there in deere, have spent $275 a year to have it serviced by deere and now this. thoroughly disgusted with having a problem like this snd still no tractor back. and have spent $150 so far…

We purchased a brand new X300 select and did so because of the quality associated with the John Deere. Everything was fine until late in our first season. A part that opens and closes the mulch chute broke. 00). Repaired this myself.

Next season both front wheels fell apart. I found that apparently the hubs are merely “pressed” into the rim. 00 for replacement rim. Took the wheels off an old Poulan Pro I had for many years(never had a wheel issue with this machine).

I am very disappointed with the John Deere quality that I felt so confident I had purchased. What has happened with this legendary manufacturer of outstanding equipment? Too sad.

Exchange a E150 for E180 in May 2020. The E180 had a few factory problems.

I purchased a john deere E120 lawn tractor last year. It has the 30 second oil change. I changed the oil at 50 hours. When backing the tractor out the new filter popped off. I pulled the tractor back in the garage and ordered a second John Deere 30 second oil change.

After installing it I went to cut my grass. It lasted about 150 feet and the engine seized. I sent the tractor in for repair. I kept calling their repair center because it was going on 3 weeks. I kept getting told that the factory had not gotten back to them.

I called John Deere corporate to try to get an explanation after sitting on the phone for 45 minutes I hung up and and called the repair center again. I was told John Deere just got back to them and that they would not honor the repair.
