I purchased a Kenmore microwave over year ago exactly one year after purchasing it it turns by itself when I open the door and it’s crumbling inside like on the ceiling of the microwave. Kenmore failed to provide a replacement LG compressor for my Kenmore Elite Model 795.74023.412 ,Serial 702KR00117 . Kenmore's Service Tech failed to provide any Diagnostic Summary or Itemized Cost estimate and left leaving my refrigerator broken. I had to contract another company to repair my fridge paying them $425 for a new compressor.

My Kenmore Pro refrigerator that I bought 10/2015 was not cooling and yet was continuously running. When I called to request a service tech to come to my home, I was informed it would take 1 week before anyone could check on the refrigerator.

Because I was concerned the refrigerator would overheat and cause a fire, I called another company. This service tech identified the compressor was not working and confirmed the refrigerator was overheating. He corrected this. When I tried to get the Sears Home Services to replace the compressor, which was STILL UNDER WARRANTY, I was informed that at tech from Sears Home Services would need to come to my home to confirm the compressor was actually no longer working.

I have been a loyal Sears Kenmore Customer ever since I purchased my very first Kenmore appliances in the late 1960's. I can not even begin to count the number of stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc. I've purchased since then.

Today I am about as disgusted as I could ever be. The Kenmore Elite 2500 Series Refrigerator we have had for not even 18 months has had 3 failures. First the ice maker stopped working. I called in that issue, set up an appointment and the day of the repair, the Sears authorized appliance company called to cancel the appointment and set a new appointment for June 27th. Since that time, the freezer compressor began making an audible growling sound and the lowest freezer temperature was only 28 degrees.

I have a 5 year old Kenmore refrigerator that the compressor has gone out. It was made by LG and LG has a 10 year warranty on their compressors. I was told by the first repairman that came that it would cost me $1,400 to repair the refrigerator.

A 5 year old refrigerator should not have quit on me already. I've made numerous telephone calls trying to get this problem resolved. I've been waiting, again, since 8 am for the repairmen to show up who was supposed to be here this morning.

This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I purchased a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave all at the same time in September of 2018. I've already had to replace the dishwasher and now I will have to replace the refrigerator.

I purchased an upright Kenmore freezer less than a year ago, August 21st 2022 . ) IT STARTED TO DEVELOP ICE ALONG THE TOP PART OF THE FREEZER SO I CALLED TO HAVE IT SERVICED ON 1/11/23 - CASE ESTABLISHED NUMBER 202301110010 - WEEKS LATER A SERVICE TECH CAME TO TAKE PICTURES AND

I ordered a Sears Kenmore refrigerator lower door since early January 2023, I bought it new in September 2022. They have given me the run around, After a few months they told me they only have in in white or black!

Then i contacted Costco and than they said they could get it. Sears parts direct charged my credit card three times now, i was supposed to get today 5-8-23 and they told me the same old story, they have the part and will email me in a few days to tell me the delivey date, i heard that many times already.

I ordered a stainless steel lower door and i cant get it for months.

We paid a technician $224 on 9-17-22 to repair our ice maker. He said we would have ice in less than 24 hours. The ice maker still did not work. We bought the Sears Home Warranty so that sent a tech in October.

He said parts were needed. He ordered two and put them in in November. Still no ice. , said two other parts were needed. We received one in early Jan. Still waiting on the second one. Kenmore says Sears has to fix it and Sears says Kenmore has to do it.

I've made at least two calls every month for follow up. We are so frustrated. PLEASE help us.

I brought a Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator model number 79551833413. Back in August 11, 2019. My compressor went out and I called Ciara’s warranty department and they told me that my Compressor with only want to for one year. I went online and saw that LG and Kenmore had a lawsuit against them for the fall compressors y.

I was wondering why you all were still selling default it refrigerators and unfortunately I brought one. The repair man said that it will be $1500 to re-place it and it still might go out, i’m looking for some type of help I brought the unit August 11, 2019 and it went out on me December 26, 2022.

Kenmore refrigerator Model 795 720 93310; Serial #303KR00779 was purchased at Sears. In June 2022 I reported to Cinch Services that my freezer and refrigerator temperatures were not working and food is spoiling in both areas and cannot make ice but motor is running.

1st repair person stated it was a seal problem and would be Warrante issue that will need to be checked by a “Sears” repair person.

Finally after several repair visits it was verified to be seal issue and I need new compressor. Kenmore accepted Warrantee repair. Compressor has been on back order for extended time per parts dept. Last installer came 12/13 to install compressor that was ordered.

Bought a Kenmore washing machine and within a 5 year period had to have two repair guys from Sears try to fix the spin cycle. I was charged more money than the total cost of the washing machine for both visits.

The last Kenmore washing machine lasted me 20 years. I feel that I need to be recompensed for this somehow or after 29 years of using all Kenmore appliances, this will be the last.

Kenmore Elite refrigerator broken since July 2021. Covered by Sears Cinch Home Service policy. 1st repair person diagnosed problem as sealed problem and should be Warrantee issue. Many conch repair men later, Kenmore accepted as Warrantee problem. 5 months later I am waiting for them to find the part It will be 30 days since last order on 10/31/22.

Now I am getting letter that my Home Warrantee is expiring. I have been paying cinch payments monthly for my service. Most upset because I have been without a working refrigerator since July with no hope in sight of a fixed appliance in near future.

I purchased a Kenmore washer series 500 only 5 years ago. I have had more problems with this washer than any other washer I have owned. I am now having to purchase a new washer. The repair cost is not worth fixing this washer.

I am very disappointed in the quality of Kenmore products. Over the years, Kenmore is the only appliance’s I have purchased. Will no longer be purchasing Kenmore as the quality is not worth the money that I have paid.

I purchased a Kenmore vacuum via amazon in 2021. A month ago (June 2022) the brush assembly stopped working, rendering it mostly useless in our flat with wall-to-wall carpet. I contacted their "customer support" number and was tol they would replace the floor nozzle/brush assembly at no charge. However the part was back-ordered and might take up to a month. Several phone calls later, still nothing. At one point, dates were given for two deliveries of the part I need to their warehouse. Now I am told those dates never existed and another month might find them in possession of the part, it might not.

We have had the fridge for a little over 1 year and in the couple of few months we had it, it started giving us problems. We have called the technicians to fix the fridge and they always take long to come and fix the fridge.

We had also bought insurance for the fridge after the year a warranty and, we keep on having to throw out our food because the fridge keeps breaking on us not only that but tried to call to fix the problem but I was on hold for over an hour!

A technician came in to look at the fridge and told us we had to wait over a month to get the parts so he would be able to fix it. This fridge has to much flaws sadly sometimes it’s cold and sometimes it’s not.

On 4/15/2022 received service on my KENMORE refrigerator W/SDS. My refrigerator repair was (1) incompleted and (2) the repairman failed to inform me, in advance, how his repairs would modify key interior components of my refrigerator to the extent that the lower compartment safety door, located on the back of the refrigerator could no longer be attached. The repairs not only looked blotchy, I fear they may pose a safety hazard.

I purchased a Kenmore side by side refrigerator with freezer Nov. 2018 from Sears. 2021, the ice maker stopped working. A service person came out and said the cause came from opening and closing the door, that I would need a new door.

On 12/2021 we call and order service on our product the repair man from sears Kenmore ask what the problem is we give him the model number and he proceeds to tell me he knows what the problem is without even seeing it yet, and

My son and I both bought Kenmore refrigerators a little over two years ago. My son and I have now both had to replace our refrigerators in less than two years of use. The compressor died on both refrigerators. Will never use nor recommend a Kenmore appliances again for as long as we both shall live.

I bought a kenmore elite refrigerator back in 2017 and the ice maker failed. It stopped producing ice and was dripping water. I contacted kenmore customer service department and they sent a technician to look at it. He came into the house opend the refrigerator door and ran the diagnostic on the ice maker.

He then told me the ice maker fan needed to be replaced. He told me the cost to repair it would cost $500 +. I told him that was to much and he suggested I buy a countertop ice maker.

Me being a engineer and very handy I was able to find the repair manual online. I removed the ice maker just by pressing a release tab and determined the fan had ice on it. I learned that all i needed to do was run the manual defrost cycle. That fixed the problem.

Very unsatisfied customer! 6 cu ft kenmore elite frig 2019, it stopped cooling called sears home services told them that it was not cooling set up an appointment for Aug 1st and waited the 2 weeks for our appointment. The technician shows up in a rental car and says that it is the compressor but there is nothing he can do because they can not carry coolant in the rental car.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator 4 years ago from Sears 2 weeks ago it broke refrigerator and freezer no longer gets cold. It has been an unpleasant experience getting a service technician to come to my home. It has been over 2 weeks since it broke and my service tech will not come to diagnose for another 2 weeks.

Then once they diagnose there is a chance they need to order the parts and make me wait an additional 2 weeks for them to come in and be installed. We are 99% sure the issue is the compressor which is a known issue with the kenmore elite and covered under the 10 year warranty.

Have Kenmore Elite Side By Side Refrigerator Freezer purchased in 2014 that ice maker has not worked in almost entire time. Had at least 4 repairs done on it and still it is not currently working. Bought Kenmore Elite refrigerator in January 2017. It died 3 wks ago finally got Sears repairman here today. I was told the compressor, condenser & coil needed to replaced on a 3 yr old, $2500 refrigerator & it was going to cost at least $1500!!!

Plus he couldn't get back for another 3 wks & he charged me $125 for the call.!! I grew up with Kenmore appliances & they were dependable & stood behind their products. I want a new refrigerator!

I purchased two vacuums, one for home one for our church.

The hoses cracked, I called to get the replacement pieces and they would not send u til I verified purchase date- I kindly ask where do o find this information or who can I call to look up purchase date. I will never buy a Kenmore/Sears product again. Spent thousands of dollars on these appliances to break down in less than 3 years. Went through 16 people at customer service today to help and no one would help unless I want to spend another $1,000 or more to have it fixed.

And for Sears knowingly selling products that break down quickly and people paying to have it repaired using the same parts to break down again…. and not to replace and fix the problem…. SHAME ON YOU SEARS!

I purchased a refrigerator and less then 3 years later the linear compressor is out! This is a very common problem and Sears has no repair man in my area and they refused to help me in any way! They keep saying call back for a appointment but then admitted that they have no technician in my area!!

I have an 8 month old Kenmore fridge that is still under factory warranty that suddenly started to have issues cooling both the freezer and fridge. I have been trying to get a service technician to come to the house to diagnose and repair the unit that is now going on 7 weeks.

All I get is lip sevice from customer service as well as their local repair company, A&E Factory Repair service. This is by far the worst customer service exoerience I have ever encountered. Now I can see why Sears is on such shaky ground with products and especially their services/support organization.

I purchased a kenmore refrigerator, three years later it went out. I’m a senior citizen and me and my wife don’t have any small children going in and out of it, so we expected it to last. It stopped freezing and I called for a repair and the price to repair was as high as a new one.

I contacted kenmore service and was told theirs only a one year warranty on it now. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I called everyone but no one would help me they just said I was out of luck.

I now see why Sears closed down they are the worst. I will never buy another product from them and I suggest you steer clear of their products. It seems none of these companies care about their customers anymore. You spend over a thousand dollars for a product you expect it to last a least 5 to 10 years or longer…

I am writing to you in response to the extremely disappointing and frankly disgusting display customer service I received from Sears Kenmore recently. On Monday 8/10/20, our Kenmore electric oven range shorted out and completely shut off while trying to preheat the oven as usual.

My husband attempted to unplug and replug the oven, however when he pulled out the bottom drawer, it was sparking all over the kitchen floor. We quickly turned off the power to the oven and my husband pulled the entire unit out from against the wall.

purchased new fridge year and a half ago from local Sears, quit cooling month ago, Sears sent repairman, he vacuumed back of fridge and left, called them a week later, finally came back and said needed new computer, waited another week, replaced computer, week later quit working again, cant come again for another week, have spent $697 on repairs and have nothing to show for it, Sears customer service is terrible and it appears the fridge is a lemon

Our refrigerator has had nothing but problems with accepting new water filters to ice maker freezing up every month.....I would expect a better product.....can I give you back your refrigerator and get half my money back?....Totally unsatisfied with your product.
