I purchased an upright Kenmore freezer less than a year ago, August 21st 2022 . ) IT STARTED TO DEVELOP ICE ALONG THE TOP PART OF THE FREEZER SO I CALLED TO HAVE IT SERVICED ON 1/11/23 - CASE ESTABLISHED NUMBER 202301110010 - WEEKS LATER A SERVICE TECH CAME TO TAKE PICTURES AND
PLACED AN ORDER TO HAVE THE GASKET AROUND THE DOOR TO FREEZER REPLACED. ON 2-11-23 THE TECH WHO TRIED TO INSTALL THE GASKET SAID THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM, BUT THE DOOR ITSELF WAS DAMAGED. HE TOOK MORE PICTURES AND SAID THEY WOULD EMAIL ME ONCE THE DOOR WAS SHIPPED OR FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
ITS NOW MAY 11TH AND I AM STILL WAITING!! I HAVE MADE CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 3/3/23, 3/7/23, 4/3/23 4/10/23 4/18/23 AND 5/2/23 - I SPOKE WITHH JOY 3 TIMES, LEE TWICE, FELL AND EXCEL. KENMORE SAYS THEY HAVE A NUMBER ONE…
