Had a 515 pick up first could not find order once found said it would be about 8 minutes when I got to drive up window 7 minutes later they said now will be 10 minutes . I went to purchase there at KFC bakers and I was assisted by the gurl named Amanda I was not happy with her assistance she gave me so much attitude her face was angry felt so uncomfortable and I came back yesterday late around 6 pm and I was assisted by Sne with a tattoo on a neck I really liked her she so patient and good listener I think you should keep her at a front because she knows what she's doing so friendly I observed her with other customers as well smile through out I even complimented her

So please bakers mall if you want happy customers put happy beings at the front not someone who's just gonna be there for the sake

com customer service line I will attach screenshots of my conversation with doordash customer service also in those screenshots there are screenshots of the conversation with the doordasher and I will also attach screenshots of the purchase amount and the amount that was refunded on Thursday... Friday when I woke up I was still in the mood for fried chicken so I went back onto the KFC app and I ordered again this time for a bigger order of food which actually did come but when it did arrive the meal was well below satisfactory!

I called customer service back again and they put a refund in for about a third of the price that I paid for the meal! I was online and I was reading that KFC actually has a taste satisfaction guarantee if you don't like how your food taste they will send you out…

Made an online purchase of the 12pc on the 30th of June at the KFC Grosebeck Clinton Twp Michigan still frustrated wait in Drive thru 30 mins told to go to curbside waited another 30 mins went to window told had to get back in long line, I refused and said I was told was told to go curbside.

He gave me my food and was told no Apple Popper gave me a Chocolate Cake without my approval (don't eat chocolate). Get home wrong food I ordered a variety bucket received Breast and Wings no one in my family eat breast.

No gravy on 2 containers of potatoes no side condiments we paid for Employees standing around doors locked at 8:30pm? Please refund me terrible just terrible. Wasted food and money

This KFC is rated a zero, this was the worst experience ever. I went to the KFC at 3717 Belmont Avenue in Youngstown Ohio, around 3:45pm on July 1,2024, and had to wait in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before I could order and

the strange part there was no one inside eating no one was in the parking lot. I finally gave my order in which they got wrong, so when I pulled to the window the person working yanked my card and then went to give me my food and

I ordered two breasts and two wings spicy with a mashed potatoes and a macaroni and cheese. 00. Admittedly, I did not check the package when I recieved it. When I got home, about seven miles away' I found that they gave me 4 chicken wings and a mac and cheese. $14 for that????

I ordered my food online and went to pick it up. I went through the drive thru and the lady handed me the bag and said you're all set. I informed her I had a drink. Se cones back with my drink leaking down my cup tells me have a good day and closes the window immediately.

I clean up my cup and she comes back 2 minutes later asking If I need something and I explain she gave me my drink with it all leaking down the side. I then get home to enjoy my dinner that I spent 50 dollars on and I have overcooked chicken that tastes like it had been sitting in a warmer since noon and I ate dinner at 6 and I got undercooked biscuits that tasted like raw dough.

Who has ever heard of a chicken restaurant not giving napkins to customers in the drive thru with their orders??? Every time I go thru drive thru, I have to open my bag up, see no napkins & ask for them.

The last time I went there, I had no napkins, no spoon/fork for my famous bowl & no ketchup for my fries!! Ridiculous!! How did they expect me to eat the famous bowl, with my fingers???

Standards are very poor portions are made very small and the quantities reduced.but the prices keep increasing..we do not see any international standards maintained here.horrible customer service, they have recruited staff at very low salaries and they are not groomed maintenance KFC standards. Today I have visited the store/outlet of KFC at 8pm here in bhubaneswar "Jaydev Vihar "(Odisha) for a dine-in, but while transaction via paytm upi don't how the payment request catched to any person named "Devyani" and payment request approved to pay. The said amount was Rs.676.82 and "UPI id paytm-14790230@paytm".

After showing the details in store they denied to help and asked to contact the person who got the money. Even called to customer care but couldn't make it. I ordered the $20 taste of KFC and 5 piece tender meal. On the $20 meal I was told there were no substitutions on sides which I could deal with. After I had already paid, I was told that they didn't have Krispy Breast.

They said I could have the Original Breast. I don't like Original because I've gotten it before and it wasn't done. Once again, after being told what I would have to get, the Original Breast was not done. The biscuits were doughy as well.

99 on food that less than satisfying. The only thing that was actually good was the coleslaw. Never again.

I was told that they were sold out of chicken and were cooking more and it would be ready in 10 minutes and if I would just pull over and park in the parking lot next door to their building they would bring out my order and it would be nice and fresh and hot. I frequently receive online orders from my location. Yesterday I ordered online, kfc pakistan refused to deliver order saying the location is out of reach. Although day after tomorrow they delivered on the same location yet they said that from a week the location is closed.

It's been 15 plus years or more since I've eaten at KFC I was on my way to Popeyes up the street but said to myself ok you haven't eaten here in years so let's try it again I got a 3 piece original meal mashed potatoes and gravy and m&c when I tell you it was worse than I remembered it taste like it was missing half the spices the original calls for it was full of grease, a lot of fat I was looking for a leg wing & thigh I got 2 greasy weighted down thighs and

We went to the KFC on Columbia Ave. in Battle Creek MI. We came in to order and wasn’t even acknowledged, then finally gave order waited for quite a bit, then told we had to wait 25 minutes for chicken, mean while drive thru was going thru quite fast. Very disappointed in service.

83 and 2 days later I found out I was double charged.. I went back to the store and they told me it was a bank issue so I in return went to the bank and they told me that it was a KFC issue because several other people had had the same issue with KFC..

This is for the kfc location at 1720 Middlesex St, Lowell, MA 01851. I arrived at 4:30pm on 12/1/23 and I noticed the lobby is always closed and I had a large order with multiple ppl wanting to know what is on the menu and I didn’t want to hold up the drive through.

I walked into the front entrance for the pickup area to ask if the closing was temp or if the lobby was forever closed and the mgr at the front said we don’t need to tell you anything and that was the end of it. I’m guessing he hears this question a lot but the way the came across was very rude.

This is the only kfc within 45 min from me and it’s a shame this mgr treats his customers this way. I see plenty of employees in the store and I can’t see a reason the lobby is closed other than personal preference.

I bought an 8 piece meal today with sides of corn and coleslaw. i ordered crispy When I got home the chicken was spicy and greasy and original, the coating was raw under the top layer. Absolutely disgusting. The corn was dried out from being in warmer too long. Was very hard. could not eat it.

When I tried to place my order at the drive through there was so much noise in the background i could not hear what was said, so I went inside and there was 6 women behind the counter laughing and talking. Ordered $37 in chicken at drive thru, got to the window and realized I forgot to ask for extra crispy. I beeped so the gal would open the window 3 times, and she never did. When she finally opened the window she asked for the money.

I told her I wanted extra crispy, not regular, and she said "the order is already made. I told her I wanted extra crispy and would wait. Then with an attitude closed the window, turned around and I saw her hands flailing.

It isn't much of a big deal but I think it's against discrimination. The manager in KFC mount Washington ky, has failed and refused to hire me because " she didn't like me" . As to why : her boyfriend who was my old co worker at another job ( who has harrased multiple girls there and not just me) .

She thinks that I am after him and I personally am not. In need of a job, I just had a baby and need the money, she again, refuses to hire me just for that one unrelevant reason. She has threatened me previously over the encounter.

I went to the KFC in Easley, SC yesterday evening to get my family dinner (12 pc w/3 sides and biscuits). The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude and disrespectful. I do not know her name, as she was not wearing a name tag.

After taking each customer's payment she would have them pull forward or into a parking spot to have their food brought out to them. I have worked in fast food before, so I know all to well they are trying to get their service time shortened by doing this.

As my 3 sides I ordered corn, macaroni & cheese and cole slaw. When my food was brought out I pulled to the other side of the building and checked my food before I left. Instead of cole slaw I was given mashed potatoes & gravy.

I pulled back to the drive thru window and explained to the girl what had happened…

I was food poisoning from the wings and fries that I bought from the store KFC in Athens ga after I looked at the wings was looking old and the fries was looking old and after I heard another employee tell someone to drop some fresh fries and I asked was my fries fresh and she told me yes, but the fries were not fresh nor were the chicken wings, I was told that they don't drop chicken after hours, I just sent a message to corporate before I found this.

He was told to pull around n wait this is constantly with them he waited over half an hour for food the guy bringing it out didn’t know what belonged to who he kept going up to other cars waiting a total of 6 cars!!!!

I ordered an 8 piece with two large sides and four biscuits. My chicken was very greasy. The skin was hanging off the chicken and very soggy. It’s like the just tried to refry it. The mash potatoes was very thin.

And the Mac and cheese was watery. I am a single mother 5 and very upset that the food was disgusting. I don’t have money to waste.

I’ve been waiting on a call back from someone for over a month now. I have to call every week and get good with in 72 hours I’ll get a call and never do. I will never visit another KFC after I went to the Durant ok location and was treated horribly and cooperate can’t even give me A call back.
