Very poor service. Asked for 1 dinner to be extra crispy and told none available. I advised that I would wait for it and employee said there would be none for the rest of the evening. While waiting at the window after paying I could hear the staff all arguing even though the window was closed.

Got home and one breast was overcooked, almost burnt and I found 3 macaroni noodles in my mashed potatoes and gravy. Waste of my hard earned money but disabled and couldn't manage going back out or I would have returned both meals and demanded a refund.

I went to KFC on se 44th street in Del City. Who ever the young girl was working the drive through at 5:30 need customer service training.

First of all I wanted a 16 piece which they didn't have enough chicken to make up the order said I had to wait 20min for some to be cooked.

Second I ask what the sides were because I couldn't see them on the board. Her response was they are listed on the board. Then when I said I didn't like mac and cheese, she said they didn't have to serve me.

Exactly right especially with that attitude and no chicken so I drove to the other KFC on air depot, they were fast and friendly because once again I couldn't see the sides immediately the lady read them off to me which helped. 00 bill so I scraped together change but was short 81 cents.

At the KFC/ Taco Bell York location we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to get our food. The lady taking our order was pretty rude on top of that.

Went you store in cartersville ga. Place my order ticket #3416. Waited extra 20 minutes for chicken tenders. Got my order home and there were no tenders in the bag. From what I understand someone had turn off the grease to make the tenders.

only to be told in a not so nice way that I needed to go to the drive-thru. I did as they asked. Waiting in line for 12 minutes to put order in. no reason at all as to why and no thank you....

So, 2:44 was when the order was finally taken after waiting for 12 minutes. just handed the food to me. Extremely disappointed in how they conducted their business today. Not sure what the issue was but not fun.

We asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos with large fries, Mac n cheese and a drink also a 5 piece hot Nashville tenders. They charged us for all of it but didn’t give us 1 of our Mac n cheese and 1 of our large fries. They charged us for a 5 piece tender combo meal but didn’t give us any of the sides for it either… $35.00 and I didn’t get what I paid for..

I order a 3 piece chicken meal last night chicken won’t cook and I try too take it back they closed and I order a fish shrimp meal that was cook right at all I call 15 time this morning no answer

My review is based on 2 separate visits to the KFC Tyndal AFB, Panama City FL location. The first time I went into the store I was given a wrong side after waiting 15 minutes for my order. I have learned to check my food order at any restaurant and found the error.

The young man was quick to let the manager? know who took another 5 minutes to correct the mistake. I grew up with KFC and it had been a while since I had the opportunity to stop in for a meal, but had always great service and food quality from the locations in my home town GA and any other areas we traveled to.

However it had been 2 years, we knew this was still an area recovering from not only Hurricane Michael but also the Pandemic so I let it go and the food was close to my expectations. The second visit about a year later…

I made an online purchase for the eight piece bucket of chicken and macaroni and cheese I picked it up when I got home it was all breast and thighs they did not tell me and some of it was original chicken which I did not ask for I went back she told me I have to take what she gives me cause they don't have any more chicken and

I told her I ordered something they supposed to give me what I wanted not whatever they want to give me and I wanted a refund she told me she cannot give me a refund she had a rude attitude because they didn't have any more chicken and I wanted what I wanted it's not my fault I want what I paid for

I got two chicken wraps spicy wraps sauce on them and had actual coleslaw all over them. They were soaking wet and coleslaw juice and I got a side of macaroni and cheese and it was halfway full.

I walked in tonight and your cashier Solenne took my order at 8:36pm. Ticket #4274. I told her I want three pieces of chicken extra butter and two biscuits and a chicken macaroni Bowl. The food came out so quick that it was not even hot.

My macaroni chicken bowl wasn't even melted it was literally cold. I told her I wanted two original pieces of chicken and one crispy, but I got all crispy, no extra butter for my biscuits not even a butter at all.

Your little crew in the back sure looked like they were having a good time snickling and laughing while they're making people's food. It looked like they were more concerned with goofing off in the back which appeared very unprofessional.

Your cashier Solenne just sent me on my way without even really checking to make sure she had everything…

Picked up an 8 piece meal to go at the Glen Carbon, IL store on 3/14/23. Asked for crispy chicken. Server comes and says we have no thighs, will you take legs instead. Drove home (approximately 13 miles) and opened the meal up and the chicken was awful.

Did not look like any crispy chicken we've ever had before and some of the pieces appeared to be old, like over fried and dry. Since it is a 13 mile drive, I did not feel like returning it, but that has made me think twice about ever going in to that store again.

I placed order at 513 on3/7/2023 on line for 5 pot pies to pickup at 545 at location 1480 S. 32063 I got there at 540 and was told that it be 21 minutes. I asked for rmanager and he took his time, about 5 minutes, and I asked what the problem, he said they just got th order.

As I waited, the employees was standing talking. I asked for owner phone number and I called and text and got no response.

Also I watched f black male handle raw chicken with no gloves and so called manager just watched. This is the 2nd time I got this poor service. If it was not for my momma wanting pot pie and she has leukemia, I would have demanded my money back and they could keep the food.

went to the Seabrook nh store asked for a 8 pc meal deal but did not want all dark meat ask for extra breast they refused to sell them told me there are short staffed and and can not cook them told them i would pay extra still refused i think if a customer is willing to pay extra they should be able to next time our money goes somewhere else

Sarnia Ontario KFC on confederation st is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life . The 2 men running the place are not fit to run a pig farm let alone a restaurant. Terrible, terrible service

The cook told the cashier she got my money and I need to get out of drive thru.Rude and I don't appreciate that and I won't be coming back.

I ordered 4 of the 2/$5 chicken wraps no pickles…this was made wrong (All 4 had pickles) and the advertisement for these is extremely misleading. And why do they not have lettuce on them? They need to be advertised as mini wraps not displayed as a “normal “ wrap sandwich.

Also your prices have gotten way too high for this area. Top that with poor customer satisfaction completely explains why this location is always empty.

We went through the drive thru and ordered.. We didn't get all of our food and we had no silverware to eat the food and it smelled so much like perfume I couldn't even eat it!! Never eating there again ever!!!

Ordered A 8 piece bucket of chicken and the chicken was way over cooked and not enjoyable. With inflation being so high we choose selective places that have been consistently good. We have always enjoyed our chicken at KFC but was very disappointed with this order.

Went to KFC in Fallon Nevada and went to pick up an order o 6 chicken wings. I Was told they did not have 6 chicken wings at the time and had to contact customer and ask if they had an alternate because Employees said it would take 30 min to prepare more chicken wings.

Customer didn't like this answer but bowed to them by ordering chicken thighs instead. She stated that since the store had just opened they should have had enough product to serve all customers.

I placed an order in the restaurant. One of the items I ordered was an 8 pc tenders only. 99 for 8 tenders only. 19 each. Online, an 8 pc tenders is only $10. 52. I know it's not going to be a loss to KFC but we'll never order here again.

I was at your Washington North Carolina location. I ordered a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich combo. I was given a double down combo that I did not want. I tried to tell her it was the wrong order and she said the reason I didn't get it was because we didn't have any bacon but I wasn't told they were changing my order nor did I want this particular order and

Didn’t receive all our food when we got home to eat

I have ordered an original chicken, instead I got the Crispy. Last time I was given a burnt chicken.. I was tired and hungry, just wanted to eat my meal but can’t even get the right one. Very disappointed!!

I went through the KFC in Scottsboro Alabama, and they cashier was absolutely rude. She was rude taking our order. When we pulled up to the window and I went to pay and she didn’t say a word. i grabbed my food and told her thank you and to have a good day and she just closed the window.

KFC Grand Avenue Fort Smith Arkansas. I ordered the chicken pot pie and they say 22 minutes. I live right behind so I said I'll be right back. Show up 15 minutes later and they apologize if they ain't even stuck them in.

Now they had already told me they had just put them in. So they lied about it one thing. There was not a car in the parking lot. Either time.

Was not able to order my wrap online through the app without pickles. That's a flaw in the app. I went to the store early so I could request it before they made my order. Waited in the line for several minutes before someone came over to ask me what I needed.

There was no one else in line. Before I even finished talking, she said it would be a few minutes and walked away from me while I was still talking, never acknowledging me further. My husband made several attempts to get her attention before she finally acknowledged him and told him the wraps were already made.

I can understand not getting my order the way I wanted it because I didn't order it that way, but what I won't forgive is the rudeness. I will never go back to this KFC.

Today, March 11th, I ate at the KFC branch in Caserta, Italy. After finishing the meal, I realized that my wallet was stolen in the restaurant. Due to the lack of cameras in that KFC branch, the staff there could not find the thief and after an hour my empty bag was found.

I had 500 euros in my wallet and my wallet was stolen in your restaurant branch and I suffered a lot of damage and no one was responsible for my damage. If there was a camera there, maybe no one could steal there or we could find the thief.

How can you compensate for the damage that has been done to me?

EAGLE LANDING KFC NEEDING PRAYS I ordered a 16 piece meal We did go to KFC on Fridays my grandchildren calling Kentucky Fridays

I ordered what I usually order xtra crispy chicken breasts from KFC alacarte menu it has never been spicy ever I have guall bladder issues and this restaurant establishment could have very likely ended me up in the emergency room with an inflamed guall bladder I would have had to be addmitted into the hospital and have my guall bladder removed over night I will not be ordering KFC anymore like I usually order it through door dash with now knowing that their employees made my chicken breasts spicy on purpose to make me sick .

Missing items poor customer service very very rude people even manager at store 3990 charges for drinks that we didn't even get we had to go back and buy another drink because he didn't give it the drink that we already paid for and she that we only Paid for 1 Drink clearly we paid for 4 drinks and and only got 2 because of how mean and rude!!!
